NEVAEH (Missing child)
« on: June 04, 2009, 07:16:45 PM »
There is a report of a child's body being found along the river in Michigan.

Navaeh has been missing since May 24th, 2009.  She was last seen on her scooter in her yard.  Her mother kept company with two sex offenders.  This is a disturbing case.

They think it is Navaeh.  Wearing similar clothing she was last seen in.

My heart hurts so bad.

Hello Sassy,

I too saw that this evening.  I went to the CNN site for more info, and all I saw was Naveah's picture, no further information.  The whole case is beyond sad.

If you or anyone see any additional info, will you post please?  I know I will.

Sassy, did you receive my message?  It is my first one, don't know if I had to 'sign' it.
Thx.

Sorry Scorpio:
I messed up on replying to your message, then it wouldn't let me send again.
That is a stupid feature...lol.
They are now saying it is her.  I really want to follow this case too.

Big hug

Oh no, i missed it, but now i'm crying. If it is'nt her, it's someone elses baby, and thats still sad. Though she is the only one i've heard of in that area. I ususally watch the news at this time but i have my 2 yr old grandson here and he has to watch his favorite cartoons

No problem Sassy, but can you tell us where to go to find more info?  I'm going to CNN, if you have any other info, will you please post?  Thanks.

Thank you Camille for the links.  I read the story.  Very sad.  Camille, do you have any idea at all where the cement may have come from??  I confess, I followed Neveah's story, but not to the extent I have Haleigh's.   Thx again.

Honestly Scorpio, it has been difficult for me to even watch the news programs when pertaining to Nevaeh.  The mother defending herself and the s e x u a l predators bring a pit to my stomach like nothing else does.  So, to answer your question, no I don't know where it could come from, sorry.  Made me sad to read about the stench coming from underneath it.  Thankfully she was found and she can be laid to rest, but no doubt the level of disturbance this case brings is absolutely devastating.

As will I, Scorpio.  I was watching NG tonight and they said the river that Nevaeh was found at was 9 miles away from her home.  I hope the perp left enough evidence behind to incriminate himself and that they haul his butt into jail asap.  What a sick and twisted person this must have been to do something like this to an innocent child.

Scorpio, Camille & Perry

Thank you so much for staying with me on this.  Camille everything you stated in your post, I agree with.  This child was outright put in a dangerous situation by the lack of concern by her mother.

Nevaeh was only 5 years old.  Here is the link from the Monroe News that is staying on top of this horrific *banned word*.  http://www.monroenews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?CATEGORY=NEVAEH

My mind is thinking how frightened & scared these poor babies, Caylee, Sandra & Nevaeh must have been.  Who were they crying for to help them in their last moments?  Mommy?
