When Justice fails.....

Many people believe the "Justice System" always works. I have found that to be untrue. My 54 year old sister was charged, and convicted in the death of our late mother in 2002. She was never considered innocent at any time, by the justice system. She was tagged as guilty from the very beginning until the end. It was a horrible tragedy, for our mother...but also for my sister...who was extremely ill at the time. I have a Petition to try and get help from the Governor of Va for her. I fear if this fails, she will actually die in prsion, because she is so very ill. She has been incarcerated, 5 1/2 years.
