It seems like there isn't anything new in Haleigh's case & there hasn't been for a long time. I've been caught up in the case in Ohio the last few days since I'm pretty close to it.
I was thinking with Lisa's addiction, she's probably going through WD & she might share anything she knows about the night Haleigh went missing.
I've listened to the tapes again many times & I really don't think Hank ever wanted Misty to tell the truth & that's why he stopped her every time he asked. IMO he said what WE wanted to hear him say. I think he & Lisa both know who did what that night. Too much time has passed W/O any charges, IDT Misty or Tommy will talk now unless one of them is charged in Haleigh's case. Maybe we need to look closer at what Tommy, Timmy & their wives were doing on 2/10 & 2/11. At that time we were trying to make sense of Misty's story, but what were the Croslin's doing? Tommy sold his truck, that's about all I remember hearing about his activity. And Lisa & Hank never went back to Magnolia. Why would Lisa's sister help move her when she has two adult son's? How soon was Timmy up & moving after that accident? Searches are going on while the Croslin's are moving, did LE ever talk to Lisa's sister about the condition of the house when she got there? I doubt it. There was alot going on there & maybe PCSO needs to look at some of that again. Did neighbor's notice anything going on at the house on Magnolia? Did anyone see lights on or a car there on 2/9? Has anyone even asked? Lisa's sister dropped everything & hauled ass to help move her in the middle of winter..why? We've discussed just about everything & anything that could have happened but until recently, nothing about the above & maybe that's where the answers are. Thinking about this...if something DID happen in that house & Lisa & sister cleaned up & moved...wouldn't that involve them as well? That alone may be reason enough for Lisa & Hank not to want the truth out. Just a thought. Something about the Magnolia scenario just isn't right, wonder if they moved in the middle of the night? Nothing else has added up & that may sound crazy, but so has everything else in this case. Maybe it's just me, but when Hank was telling Tommy about the search near the old house, in the jail visit video...to me Hank sounded nervous or upset. Something about him just didn't seem right to me.

I hope and pray LE have looked at the Magnolia home, I didn't know LC and HC had moved, until recently, and it was completely new news that her sister had arrived to help.
I agree also, with your statment about HC Sr. and the jail tapes, he's a sneaky man, he was doing and saying what would serve 'him' best.
Also, what was Lisa Croslin blackmailing Misty about? One can only hope LE know the answer to that.
