Does anyone have an idea what is going on with Joe's buddy Justin Hogue?
Justin, the guy Joe was arrested with on Sunday ended up with three charges. One of these charges is for theft over $10,000, a smaller theft charge + one drug related charge. He was in court today, and his docket says the case/charges are now "CLOSED/BO." Anyone know what the "BO" means? I wonder why the cases would be closed.
It may not be anything like this, but naturally I'm wondering if some sort of deal was made with Justin Hogue against Joe?
I'll just post one of his dockets from court today, but it brings up all of his past charges, now 23 of them!
