Tommy's lawyer has filed a motion or is filiing a motion for his sentence to be lowered and for him to be a part of the drug offender program instead of prison.
LOL! I think he lost any chance of that like 5 arrests ago! |

Isn't that the truth! but hey, gotta give the guy credit for trying! Although I think it has more to do with his taking to the airwaves about his client that should be more scrutinized! |

Today I can’t really tell if it’s about the drug offender probation or a drug offender Program but I don’t see the word program there. Guess we’ll have to wait until 10-4 to find out. No doubt Tommy would love nothing more than to be in a drug offender program. |

If Tommy gets a Drug Offense Program after all the charges he has had just in the last year,then Donna needs to have the same. This is nuts. Next thing Misty and Ron will be walking. I guess I need to be careful what I say it could happen. |

Yesterday I read something that took me back to something I posted almost a year ago. It was thoughtless & wrong, an invasion of privacy. I had no right to post something about someone's family & I apologize. I won't make it worse by trying to explain it, there's no excuse for my stupidity. As a mother, I crossed a fine line. An admirable gesture to get some of the harmful drugs from falling into the hands of substance abusers or innocent children. But do they really believe the hardcore drug addicts and traffickers will voluntarily give up their stash? If it was that easy we'd be able to clean up the drug trade in a flash. Kudos to them for at least trying.

That's pretty much my though. I don't think I've ever heard of such a thing. Actually,it looks foolish and waste of money. No addict is going to go hand there pills to LE.. Yeah,right. . |

It's been said that this is from a old drug test which is not clean. I would think if that's from a few months ago then why are they doing this now?
If LE is doing this thinking Misty or ommy will say more that is not only wrong,but,it's not going to make them kids feel sorry for Lisa. Then only care about themselves.
If LE is doing this just to mess with them it shows me even more about LE in that town.
If she really did have a dirty drug screen then shame on her.
We really have to wait to see what the real story is.

I can't find anything saying it's from an old drug screen?? If there are 3 VOP's, then one has to be recent. |
