I read that. Simon is a idiot,nothing proffessional about him.

It's rather sad for Simon who thinks he is a somebody and he just continues making a fool of himself.
Levi Page has a Radio Show that is really good and he kows how to keep the show on topic and take calls from callers.
Simon might need a few points from him and he's a young guy.

Yeah, that's what Cobra does best. Go back to the old shows where he bashes LE..hard to believe he now has the utmost respect for them. KP was his friend as well & he used that show once again to ruin her reputation, another thing he now denies. He flips more than a fish. Now that he's bragged about being wired & taping everyone, he may just find himself in hot water again because he doesn't learn to STFU. Of course he doesn't care what he says..it's not his show, what does he have to lose? He's been bashing Art for quite awhile now. Let's see...KP & her husband stayed together after he tried to start trouble...Art & his wife are together after his attempt to start trouble there...oh yeah, it was Cobra who's woman left him. What qualified him to promise KP publicity on NG? What qualified him to say Crystal was acting like a *banned word*? What prompted him to call a man in Minn. to repeat a conversation Haleigh's grandma had w/LE? For a long time I thought he was here for Haleigh but it looks like he's here for Cobra & the pity party. He slandered Art on Sky & never had the decency to apologize or say he was wrong when proven wrong. He said he had proof of what he said, but hasn't once produced proof of anything, other than his stupidity. Remember when he came in here & threatened us w/Tank & stated he's suing some of the blogger's? Twenty hours a day of searching & he still had time to read the boards, what a guy! This case hasn't hurt him, his mouth has. He can blame anyone he wants, say what he wants, but in the end...The bald guy's on top & The cheese Cobra stands alone.

IDK, I looked this up on the website. I haven't seen anything posted anywhere regarding Tommy's day in court, other than peeps asking what happened. This certainly doesn't tell us much.

Since this gun theft charge seems to have been changed to trespass of occupied residence, does this mean Tommy will now have a bond amount that can actually be paid to get him out (if they had the money)??
I seem to remember he couldn't bond out since Jan. because one of his charges had the bond revoked.

I think Tommy was held on a no bond order in his drug trafficking charge so I doubt he can now bond out. I'm sure LE isn't about to let him out the front door.

This has become a cold case and with the media's attention having shifted elsewhere I don't think we'll get much by way of news. Perhaps once the focus is off Joran LE in this case will release more tapes to put the case back in the public eye. It really has become a guessing game.

I wondered if that meant time served also but it seems like the dockets will actually spell out 'time served' if that is the case.  Hopefully we’ll get a few details about his sentence. 

Yes I agree the media will shift their focus and move on to bigger stories.  But I don’t believe the investigators consider Haleigh a cold case.  At least I hope not.  As usual, LE is not going public with goings on behind the scenes.  It’s easy for us to speculate where they are in the investigation without knowing what is going on in the investigation.  Keeping the faith here.
