2010 at 10:30 am Simon - I don’t know what Steve Brown told you personally but on the interview on News Jax 4 when asked if we will find out who did it he said “I think you probably already know”. Everybody should relisten to this interview as I think it gives all the answers. Also - we know for sure that Tommy is the one who gave them specific info to search the dock. Steve Brown also said that the evidence will cooberate “eye witness” testimony they have for a solid case. He also said the suspect could be out of state and that there could be multiple suspects. He also said to his knowledge Ron has nothing to do with it and Misty was there but doesn’t know if she will have copablity. All of the answers are right there in his interview. Cousin Joe or Timmy and Tommy are all involved. Misty was there but didn’t do it. Ron has nothing to do with it. And he works for Crystal so obviously she has nothing to do with it. If you beleive Steve Brown knows (and I think he does) listen to his interview again. It’s all right there.

Also - just because Cousin Joe is not in jail does not mean he is not a prime suspect. He just hasn’t done anything stupid like the Florida gang since then to land himself in jail for another reason. Look how long Scott Peterson was out of jail and a suspect. They need a reason to arrest him like solid forensic evidence. Tommy told them exactly what happened but they need the foresnic evidence to back up his eye witness testimony becasue Tommy’s word is not enough (so many lies). Tommy and or Joe did it (a surprise could be Timmy’s involvement), Misty was there but didn’t do anything, Ron did nothing. Listen to Steve Brown’s interview.

Interesting indded Sis!  I just posted the link to the story and the video interview with this guy.  I love how thee peeps think that they single-handedly solved this case!  He and gramma Flora should get together and compare notes!  LOL

I just listened to the last Ron & Cobra tape. Wow!!! Seems Cousin Joe has been suspect numero uno since day one in Ron's eyes. What I found really interesting however was Ron's description of what he would do to anyone involved. He's obviously given some thought to the matter as in the beginning he said he would kill them.  I wonder how long it will be before Tommy has to make a trip to the hospital? Although Ron is currently in another jail I'm sure he will have lots of people willing to carry out the task for him.

That was one of the most interesting shows I've heard at BTR in awhile. Alot of new voices & many things I wasn't aware of before. And great that TJ is back, so good to hear his voice.
Flakes, you may be right, but I doubt that would be anytime soon. That would be much too obvious. Besides that, I would think with the Croslin's pointing fingers, Ron & other family as well, will most likely..IMO..resreve judgement or comment until evidence is found & charges are made. At least I would hope so.

I'm trying to totally think outside of the box and really having a hard time. i know it's going to be something that will totally blow our minds. It's impossible to think of there ways to come up with something b/c everything has been a mind blower.

I think some that  have no reason to lie are even lying. Maybe thinking they helping someone else. I don't know.
This is one twisted case.

Having very bad thoughts re the block/s.. if as they say the dock is the crime/homicide  scene .. why the blocks from around Haleigh's home...would someone take them in preparation of the crime from the MH.?  its not like the part of the river, designated as the crime scene is just out the back door of the MH.. it is a distance away.. imo..  but I could be having trouble working the blocks out due to lack of sleep..

LOL...I listened to him, he sounded pleasant, but really only got into the Haleigh discussion.
That's what I wanted to listen to & really wasn't interested in the newest Casey saga..I happen to like what I've seen of Judge Strickland & he seems to be fair & honest. It was nice to add a few new voices to the panel & have TJ back.
IDK what to think Marie. Every one of them lies for some reason. And I still don't believe every one of them decided to talk at the same time. It seems the family bonds when there is trouble, but IMO it isn't to protect one another, it's to hide their own dirt. They've thrown each other under the bus for the past year. Hank, the head honcho reporting his SIL tried to k*ll him with pills HE ASKED FOR & then calling to report the theft of his Dr. shopping meds, Misty & the RO against Tommy, ALL of them blaming Joe, ratgate..which Misty was in on...IIRC she was pressing charges against her mom also the night of the fight at GGMS..many times we've seen them turn on each other, there's no rhyme or reason with the Croslin's IMO. We have to wait it out to see who did what at this point.

Not sure on those bricks, I think they use bricks at the docks. They're used for anchors, and the rope is also. We have yellow rope & bricks sitting in the back of our boat. IDK why, it has never made it to water..but if my husband ever stops repairing & fixing things, we are ready to sail. So, I guess bricks in that area aren't unusual, unless it matches up to the cinder block at the back door. Maybe my mindset is in one direction, but I can't see how anyone can say a person/persons knows what happened & where but had nothing to do with it.
