Good morning everyone and I will try harder to control my emotions on this case. This child lived only 30 minutes from me, I have met her father and had lunch with her grandmother so I know the pain first hand they are feeling. iamasecret, it is so good to see you posting, I know how close you have been to Haleigh's case from the beginning and you have stood by the family through thick and thin.  I am happy to be posting with you, although sad at the reason we are doing it in the first place.

Today if all goes well I should be the proud owner of a 2000 Nissan Exterra, or however you spell it.  I really don't care as long as it runs and gets me where I need to go.  Thank you for asking, Marie.  I am still having some trouble with depression.  Its hard being the fix it person your whole life and then have so many things snatched out of your control.  I literally could not get out of bed yesterday, and that's not like me.  I am giving myself a good shake today and a good scolding.

{{HUGS}}  I wish I could do more to help you.  I understand that control/out of control depression feeling.  When I get like that I have to focus on what I know I can control... small things... things in only my power, like working out or doing dishes, working with the dogs... I have been known to shut the entire world out for days at a time because it gets so hard to face things.  We're here, and if you need to talk, feel free to PM me - I am a good listener...

Nan,you know I understand how you feel after going thru Katrina.
It's the shock of how quickly things change and you have no control at all.
I know it is not a real joy to go out and look foa a new car when the one you had was the one you wanted. Then you have to start all over. I remember having to shop for new furniture and my heart was not in it. You just kind of go with the flow. It's rough. I can promise it does get better. It takes all you have sometime to make it to the next hour.
We are here for you anytime and you know how to get in touch with me personally.

Thank you, Marie and Zelda. That is exactly how I feel. Oh, one bright spot!  I did finish painting my living room and the two colors look spectacular!

God, I wish we would get some news about Haleigh.  The Youtube of Kim was terrible, how could someone do that to her?  I never realized how really vicious alot of posters following Haleigh's case are.  The venom is spewing all across the internet.

I believe the answer to that question is that they are in it for themselves and all of their small minded petty bullsh*t.  Notice how they talk about THEMselves, THEIR issues, THEIR emails, THEIR proof blah blah blah, all the while saying it's for Haleigh???  Such a pile of cr*p.   >:(
