Video Shows Nick Ticketed 2 Weeks before The Crash, Doing 82 mph in 45 Mile Zone.

“Look at those two assholes not getting anywhere fast,” said one witness, who told police Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick, behind the wheel of a yellow Toyota Supra, and a pal driving his mother’s Dodge Viper were “racing between lights” on the streets of Clearwater, Florida August 26, 2007. Weaving, tires smoking. Then Nick Bollea loses control and hits the 25 foot palm tree.

Shocking, little known details about the party boys that day, and their street racing before the crash. Never came out in court because Bollea plead no contest to reckless driving; no criminal trial necessary. While FOX News is promoting Howard K. Stern’s live Tuesday night interview with Greta Van Susteren as “shocking” before the first word has been uttered, perhaps the biggest shock of all is that Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer and longtime companion accepted an invite to go on a talk show he’s declined until now.

Many of his critics have grown uncharacteristically silent, or at least subdued, since the Bahamas inquest jury into the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, last week ruled the 20 year old with a history of depression and drug issues, died of an accidental drug overdose that Stern, nor anyone else, had anything to do with. After months of wrangling, The Bald Truth has learned the court-appointed legal guardian who charged the estate of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter almost $200,000 to look after Dannileynn’s best interests has agreed to accept a drastic reduction of his bill.

“There’s going to be a significant cut in fees, as there should be,” a source inside the negotiations with Miami lawyer Richard Milstein told me in an exclusive interview. “I’d rather not say how much since we hope it will be finalized in court this week.”

Milstein and lawyers for Larry Birkhead, Dannielynn’s father, and estate executor Howard K. Stern, are scheduled for a “case managment” hearing before Broward County Circuit Judge Mark A. Bald Truth Scoop: Mystery Woman In Clown Video Freeze Frame Disputes Ford Shelley

Believe it or not, Anna Nicole Smith appeared happy, lucid and sober during the day the so called Clown Video was shot at her Horizons house in the Bahamas, according to a guest who attended a belated birthday party for the daughter of Ford and Gina Shelley. Riley had just turned nine, when a very pregnant ex- Playboy model pulled out the stops to show her a good time.

“Anna was fine,” says Tara Grinna, an acclaimed swimsuit designer in an exclusive interview with The Bald Truth. “Ford wouldn’t have left Riley there if she hadn’t been.”

Almost six months later, after Smith died of an accidental prescription drug overdose in Florida, Tara says she was shocked to see Ford on talk shows touting the Clown tape as proof Anna had to be gorked out on drugs.

Within six short days of Daniel Smith’s death, Virgie Arthur hit television shows to accuse her long-estranged daughter, Anna Nicole Smith, of negligence, or murder in connection with the apparent accidental overdose of her own son, and warned her to be careful about companion Howard K. Stern, fingering him as a possible killer, too, out to make a buck.

Now shocking e mails from Arthur’s own photo agent, David Leigh of Splash News, obtained exclusively by The Bald Truth, reveal a grieving grandmother hustling her own media deals. In hawking exclusive rights to cover her own memorial service for Daniel in Texas, to TV shows and magazines like In Touch weekly, the e mails suggest a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

The New York Post reports Anna Nicole Smith’s long-estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, “tried to make a fast buck off the death of her grandson, Daniel Smith,” and cites E mails sent to Entertainment Tonight from David Leigh of Splash News on her behalf.

A shocking report in Page Six Monday says the e-mails show Leigh, Splash News Miami bureau chief who escorted Arthur to the Florida trial in February, 2006, and accompanied her to the morgue, offered ET “exclusive rights to her private memorial for Daniel after his drug death in September, 2006. Joran van der Sloot, once a suspect in the Natalie Holloway vanishing, says the missing Alabama cheerleader fell unconscious after they had sex on an Aruban beach, and a friend dumped her body at sea.

But he feels no remorse, according to our translation of a Dutch TV sting that aired Sunday night in Holland. “I haven’t lost one night’s sleep over it,” he tells an undercover reporter.

Three years after the blond teenager went missing on a high school senior trip, a hidden camera for Dutch television captured Joran’s casual conversation on a videotape we had translated into English late Sunday.
