Tonight on CNN’s Nancy Grace, we’ve been invited on the show to reveal shocking, little known details about the driving records of Nick Bollea and the fellow driver piloting Mom’s Dodge Viper the night Hulk Hogan’s 17 year old son smashed his souped-up Supra last year, maiming ex-Marine John Graziano, a two-tour Iraq veteran.

We’ve also obtained police records –our readers saw here first — and talked with law enforcement about what happened that day. What did Hulk Hogan buy at Albertson’s Liquor store? The receipt shows:

–two cases of Miller Lite for $11.99 each; two cases of Corona Extra for $13.99 each; one case of Miller Chill Beer for $10.99; 5 bags of ice for $1.99 each. Hulk paid with credit or debit card and signed for it, then carried two of the packages out; the clerk recalls another young man carrying the third package. Anti-Drug Crusaders Linell and Robert Shapiro

LOS ANGELES, Ca.–Any other night, the boulevards of Beverly Hills near the A list, celebrity fundraiser might be almost as dangerous as the streets of Baghdad. No snipers or IEDs, just the next star DUI waiting to be caught, Hollywood’s young and restless with a buzz on, feeling bullet-proof behind Maseratis, Vipers, Mercedes, Bentleys, or some pricey exotica aimed down mountain curves off Mullholland Drive.

But the streets were safer on a recent Saturday night in LA, designated Sober Night, 2008, by Los Angeles attorney Robert Shapiro, and his wife, Linell, who three years ago cranked up a drug awareness foundation in memory of their son, Brent, dead at 24 from an accidental overdose…among some 250,000 victims a year taken out by the ruthless sniper of pop culture, addiction.

Now, with American troops remembered on Memorial Day, many overtaxed emotionally after two and three tours in Iraq, how many will join the casualties back home? LOS ANGELES, April 10–It’s 8:50 a.m. and guess who walks into the Anthony Pellicano federal wiretapping trial… Hollywood Superagent Michael Ovitz, nicely dressed and with two lawyers,”Suits!”

He is well spoken, but does the “my lawyers took care of it” routine.

On Thursday, lucky Anthony Pellicano had 28 charges against him and a co-defendant dropped, but he’s still facing more than 35 other counts dropped by prosecutors, and Hollywood superstar clients like Ovitz keep the revolving star door spinning at the courthouse, all of them rather dismayed the guy they hired to snoop on others recorded their conversations, too.

Ovitz was the founder of Creative Artist Agency and after 21 years moved to work at Disney in October 1995. The big move would cost Disney millions as things did not work out, and they paid Ovitz to leave…and leave he did with the bank he towed behind his car! Read the rest of this entry »

LOS ANGELES, April 5—-It is almost 8:05 AM  and (comedian) Chris Rock teeters into the room…

He walks as if he is approaching an electric chair.  You cannot hear, “I  do,” as in to tell the truth, and he sits like a 4th grader having to go and tinkle….he may be funny at times, but he is not funny today…he looks to  be recovering from a stroke!  His responses are low and garbled and the judge tells him to speak up.

While FOX News is promoting Howard K. Stern’s live Tuesday night interview with Greta Van Susteren as “shocking” before the first word has been uttered, perhaps the biggest shock of all is that Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer and longtime companion accepted an invite to go on a talk show he’s declined until now.

Many of his critics have grown uncharacteristically silent, or at least subdued, since the Bahamas inquest jury into the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, last week ruled the 20 year old with a history of depression and drug issues, died of an accidental drug overdose that Stern, nor anyone else, had anything to do with. Hillary invoking the Gods of comedy to get her out of a pinch. First, there was the sniper fire she dodged. Not. Then invoking the underdog pugilist, Rocky, still a viable damage control option…

We’re just watching her next move in the delegate hustle, last count, about 135 behind Obama. But like Rocky, she “never gives up.”

LOS ANGELES, April 2–Well it is almost 9:40 AM and here comes Sandra Will Carradine, the former wife of actor Keith, married in 1982 and all done November 2000!

One of the lawyers from Terry Christensen’s (an attorney to be tried in a separate trial after Pellicano) firm moved closer to get a better seat and view when she came in. She tells us that when she met the Pelican to try and bag her husband’s financial information, it was the normal $25,000 retainer, and the games begin!
