A daughter’s suicide, a mother’s anguish, millions in taxpayer dollars down the rathole to investigate what many call a victimless crime…
Some believe Deborah Jeane Palfrey, aka “The D.C. Madam,” and maybe the college professor who also committed suicide after she was exposed for teaching by day and tricking by night, are the only real victims here. Digital era Hester Prynes stamped with the Scarlet e-mails. Read the rest of this entry »
DNA Test Obtained by The Bald Truth Declares Godfather Is The Daddy!!
BY ART HARRIS, (c), www.artharris.com, all rights reserved
The Bald Truth has obtained a secret DNA test that establishes the late Godfather of Soul fathered the now six year old boy he nicknamed “Little Man” and considered his son, James Brown II, by Tomie Rae Hynie Brown.
“If that was James Brown’s bone we tested, that’s James Brown’s kid,” says Robert Archer, PHd, director of Genetic Identity labs of Eugene, Oregon in an exclusive interview with The Bald Truth.
“The alleged father (James Brown) cannot be excluded as the biological father of the child since they share genetic markers,” says the lab’s paternity screening report dated April 18, 2008. A copy obtained by The Bald Truth reports “the probability of paternity is 99.999975 as compared to an untested, unrelated man of the African American population.” Read the rest of this entry »
With Sen. Hillary Clinton blasting away at Sen. Barrack Obama on the eve of the crucial Pennsylvannia primary to rescue what she considered, once, hers for the asking –the Democratic party nod for President—we had to ask maybe the top political correspondent in the country, CNN’s John King, do they actually hate each other?Â
“While they publically say they’re friends when this started, the question is will they be friends when this is over,” the veteran politico told The Bald Truth in an exclusive interview in Las Vegas, where we caught up with him at a National Association of Broadcasters campaign roundtable. Barack’s Take On Why Small Town Pa. May Be Anti-Obama
From Bald Truth Staff (c) www.artharris.com. all rights reserved
Maybe they’re just not into him? And some rejection doesn’t mean what he thinks, or does it?
Listen to the speech that some pundits rail could derail Barack Obama and provoke small town white backlash when the candidate needs it most to maintain his lead over Hillary. Read the rest of this entry »

While FOX News is promoting Howard K. Stern’s live Tuesday night interview with Greta Van Susteren as “shocking” before the first word has been uttered, perhaps the biggest shock of all is that Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer and longtime companion accepted an invite to go on a talk show he’s declined until now.
Many of his critics have grown uncharacteristically silent, or at least subdued, since the Bahamas inquest jury into the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, last week ruled the 20 year old with a history of depression and drug issues, died of an accidental drug overdose that Stern, nor anyone else, had anything to do with. And the band played on, what is going on? I am probably more confused now as to the criminal justice system than when I started my career many years ago!
Now I know that the system is good, and for the most part works. The prosecutors on this case are right on top of their game and seldom if ever miss a beat!

We decided to wade into the land of New South Mercy, Marietta, Ga., where a Cobb Superior Court judge this week bestowed leniency on the so-called Barbie Bandits, two young women who, on a stupid lark, donned designer shades to rob a local Bank of America Branch, then went shopping.
Compared to the 10 year prison term granted the mastermind and the 5 year sentence given the teller, well, locals debated whether the two bandits had perhaps received a little too much Blond Justice, to go with their blond highlights.

Lawyer Howard K. Stern Warms Up On The Stand…In Florida
By Art Harris, (c), www.artharris.com, all rights reserved
In what some described as “powerful” testimony, Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer and longtime companion told a Bahamas’ inquest jury Tuesday what he’s been confiding to friends and family for months–that he was shocked to learn Daniel was abusing drugs, and at first didn’t buy toxicology reports citing a deadly stew of methadone and anti-depressants as what killed her son.
According to the Associated Press, other media accounts and my sources in court, Stern told the jury looking into the cause of death that drug abuse just didn’t jive with the young man he knew.
At first, he saw the toxicology reports as “a set-up,” then learned more about Daniel’s secret life, heart-breaking clues he only recently connected up—and has had a hard time accepting — after he died: a bottle of Zoloft in his backpack, that he may have taken a bottle of methadone pills from Anna’s Studio City house, that he’d been admitted to a hospital ICU for valium “misuse,” that he was depressed after breaking up with a girlfriend. Art takes a question from Nancy Grace guest host on Natalee Holloway case
By Art Harris, (c) www.artharris.com
If Aruban logic rules, it’s open season for body dumpers.
When Joran Van der Sloot confessed to watching Natalee Holloway convulse into unconsciousness after what he called consensual sex on an Aruban beach in 2005, then dispose of her body by loading it onto a boat for an unceremonial burial at sea, he no doubt figured, no body, no proof.
Then slept soundly that night and went about bidness as usual, as advised, he said, by a mystery accomplice he’s yet to name truthfully. Some believe his father, Paulus, has been advising him all along, but Joran has said he will go to his grave before fingering anyone. Read the rest of this entry »

We sat glued to the monitor in the CNN studios, ear piece in place, ready for a Nancy Grace grenade when the new mother of twins softened her voice to ask another mother, Beth Twitty, what she made of her three year journey to learn what happened to her daughter in Aruba, now that prime suspect Joran Van der Sloot had confessed on a hidden camera that he was with Natalie Holloway when she died in May 2005.
