Art Harris on Jane Velez Mitchell Show, Thursday on HLN: Haleigh Update

With Tommy Croslin now repeating the family mantra, that a Tennessee cousin killed missing Haleigh Cummings—and “needs to pay” for what he did—The Bald Truth has learned exclusive new details about conflicts that remain between his story, and sister, then babysitter Misty Croslin –and will have to be resolved before a strong case can be made against anyone for the child’s murder.

My sources tell me that an arrest could be made within weeks, with investigators building a circumstantial case based on forensic evidence, time lines, phone records and witnesses.

As for conflicts in his story, Tommy now claims Joe was there not to steal Ronald’s prized assault rifle, but to borrow it to go deer hunting at night, and when it wasn’t there, went wild and killed Haleigh, according to his lawyer, James Werter, who offers more details tonight on the Nancy Grace Show. Long awaited release of April 11 Tommy Croslin call to grandmother

We bring you the latest in the Haleigh Cummings case Tonight (Thurs., May 13) on HLN’s Jane Velez Mitchell at 7 p.m. –and The Nancy Grace Show at 8 p.m. on Friday, when we’ll talk all about the new audio tape of Tommy Croslin’s phone call to Grandmother Flora Hollars in Tennessee, his many conflicting stories and what he says and doesn’t say on this tape–and whether it advances the police investigation into the missing five year old.

What we learned late Thursday is that this edited version — redacted by Tommy’s lawyer, James Werter–cuts out personal chats about his parents, and Lindsay’s telephone number.
