After months of wrangling, The Bald Truth has learned the court-appointed legal guardian who charged the estate of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter almost $200,000 to look after Dannileynn’s best interests has agreed to accept a drastic reduction of his bill.

“There’s going to be a significant cut in fees, as there should be,” a source inside the negotiations with Miami lawyer Richard Milstein told me in an exclusive interview. “I’d rather not say how much since we hope it will be finalized in court this week.”

Milstein and lawyers for Larry Birkhead, Dannielynn’s father, and estate executor Howard K. Stern, are scheduled for a “case managment” hearing before Broward County Circuit Judge Mark A.
