Don Clark on Geraldo: Is he telling the truth?

To hear ex-FBI Agent Don Clark tell it, two Haitian nannies who worked for Anna Nicole told him how the late Playboy centerfold used to pile up in bed at Horizons and watch a gay sex tape of Larry Birkhead and Howard Stern.

“One of the Nanny’s did the talking and said, Anna enjoyed watching these videos in bed during the day and would laugh about them,” he said on Fox’s Greta Van Susteren Show Thursday. He never did see the tape, though.

But reps for the Nannies say he’s lying.

The Bald Truth has learned widow Tomi Rae Brown plans to be in Aiken, S.C. and attend the hearing to remove or restrain the trustees of James Brown’s estate on Friday. “She’s told us she wants to be there and we are delighted,” says attorney Robert Rosen.

At least some of James Brown’s children, named in the will that left out Tomi Rae and James II, are expected as well. It will be the first time her former step-children have seen Tomi Rae and a little boy they once called their little brother in public since their father’s funeral and memorial service.

The last time she was in town, she found the gates to the estate she shared with the rock singer locked. Long-time Brown attorney Buddy Dallas says he did it not to specifically lock out Tomi Rae, but to protect the property from interlopers. Read the rest of this entry »

I just watched Tomi Rae and James Brown’s 2001 wedding video, and her lawyers tell me it could be used as powerful evidence to prove that the grieving widow—barred from the house after James died on Christmas Day — was not only the Godfather of Soul’s bonafide bride, but that he loved her deeply…AND that Baby James (4 months old on Tomi Rae’s home movie) is indeed their “Little Man.”

I mean, Good Golly, Miss Molly…what (It’s a Man’s, Man’s, Manly World) man would allow his new bride to dance with another man’s baby at HIS wedding, if he wasn’t the real father? And dance she does, holding James II as the Godfather she maintains is the father serenades them.

“Tomi Rae’s home movie is as good, if not better evidence, than any DNA test,” her lawyer Robert Rosen tells me. “Just look at how they look at each other, how they sing to each other…there’s love in their eyes and love in their hearts. James Brown’s Widow Files Suit

“The Insider” breaks news that the widow of JAMES BROWN, TOMI RAE HYNIE, filed a lawsuit on Thursday demanding half of his estate. Additionally, she is requesting her son’s toys and Tommy Bahama furniture, according to www.artharris.com.
