While FOX News is promoting Howard K. Stern’s live Tuesday night interview with Greta Van Susteren as “shocking” before the first word has been uttered, perhaps the biggest shock of all is that Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer and longtime companion accepted an invite to go on a talk show he’s declined until now.

Many of his critics have grown uncharacteristically silent, or at least subdued, since the Bahamas inquest jury into the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, last week ruled the 20 year old with a history of depression and drug issues, died of an accidental drug overdose that Stern, nor anyone else, had anything to do with. Howard K. Stern Outside Court Monday After Verdict

A coroner’s jury in the Bahamas looking into the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, declared Monday the 20 year old died of “non-dependent drug use,” in other words, an accidental overdose, ruling no further criminal investigation necessary.

The verdict certainly exonerates Anna Nicole’s long time companion Howard K. Stern of any wrong-doing. “There was never any evidence to suggest Howard did anything wrong,” said popular Bahamas talk show host Lincoln Bain in an exclusive telephone interview after sitting in on court Monday. Bald Truth Scoop: Mystery Woman In Clown Video Freeze Frame Disputes Ford Shelley

Believe it or not, Anna Nicole Smith appeared happy, lucid and sober during the day the so called Clown Video was shot at her Horizons house in the Bahamas, according to a guest who attended a belated birthday party for the daughter of Ford and Gina Shelley. Riley had just turned nine, when a very pregnant ex- Playboy model pulled out the stops to show her a good time.

“Anna was fine,” says Tara Grinna, an acclaimed swimsuit designer in an exclusive interview with The Bald Truth. “Ford wouldn’t have left Riley there if she hadn’t been.”

Almost six months later, after Smith died of an accidental prescription drug overdose in Florida, Tara says she was shocked to see Ford on talk shows touting the Clown tape as proof Anna had to be gorked out on drugs.

Within six short days of Daniel Smith’s death, Virgie Arthur hit television shows to accuse her long-estranged daughter, Anna Nicole Smith, of negligence, or murder in connection with the apparent accidental overdose of her own son, and warned her to be careful about companion Howard K. Stern, fingering him as a possible killer, too, out to make a buck.

Now shocking e mails from Arthur’s own photo agent, David Leigh of Splash News, obtained exclusively by The Bald Truth, reveal a grieving grandmother hustling her own media deals. In hawking exclusive rights to cover her own memorial service for Daniel in Texas, to TV shows and magazines like In Touch weekly, the e mails suggest a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

The New York Post reports Anna Nicole Smith’s long-estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, “tried to make a fast buck off the death of her grandson, Daniel Smith,” and cites E mails sent to Entertainment Tonight from David Leigh of Splash News on her behalf.

A shocking report in Page Six Monday says the e-mails show Leigh, Splash News Miami bureau chief who escorted Arthur to the Florida trial in February, 2006, and accompanied her to the morgue, offered ET “exclusive rights to her private memorial for Daniel after his drug death in September, 2006. With 28-year-old Oscar-contender Heath Ledger found dead of a possible accidental overdose in his SoHo apartment in New York City, police sources said Wednesday two prescribed anti-anxiety drugs, valium, and xanex were found, along with the sleeping aide, Ambien, and WCBS2 reported a rolled-up $20 bill near the naked body of the brilliant actor.

It happened outside a New York restaurant hosting a book party for Blonde Ambition, a so called expose that lead to Howard K. Stern’s lawsuit after Cosby detailed a purported gay tryst on tape between the Anna Nicole Smith executor and Larry Birkhead both men deny…

…A third-hand sex story Cosby concedes, under oath, that came from Virgie Arthur’s private investigators, and that she never spoke directly to the purported eye witnesses, Anna Nicole’s Haitian nannies, who deny the yarn, or eyeballed the mystery tape that has yet to turn up. When Howard K. Stern tried to subpoena all police records related to the death of Anna Nicole Smith in the files of the Seminole Tribe of Hollywood, Florida, he didn’t get very far.

On December 28, the tribe filed an emergency motion –obtained exclusively by The Bald Truth — to quash Stern’s request for records to use in his defamation case against a Texas lawyer who called him a murderer on national TV.
