Exclusive: Donna Brock Says Misty Knows More!
From Bald Truth Staff, (c) www.artharris.com, all rights reserved
For anyone who missed the The Bald Truth Executive Editor Art Harris’s inside scoop on Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin confidante Donna Brock, just sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of drug trafficking, he’s on Jane Velez Mitchell tonight, Sept. 7 at 7 p.m. est…Here’s what the two time Emmy winner told Nancy Grace on her HLN show Friday night:
GRACE: We are taking your calls. Confidant turned co-defendant of stepmother of Misty Croslin, who goes on to flunk four polygraphs, gets 15 years hard jail time. Is a deal in the works now that she realizes she`s going down the river to the big doll house? Will she finally say what she knows?
ART HARRIS, INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST, ARTHARRIS.COM, INTERVIEWED DONNA BROCK, MISTY CROSLIN’S CONFIDANTE AND CO-DEFENDANT WHO CONFESSED TO GIVING HER 155 PAIN PILLS TO SELL.
Nancy, I can tell you that I have talked to Donna Brock for a couple of months before she got arrested and told me all about her relationship with Misty. And she believed that Misty knew a lot more than she was telling and I believe police think she`s harboring more knowledge of what Misty may have told her.
GRACE: You mean Donna Brock knows more?
HARRIS: Donna Brock got so close to her. This was someone who she told me, Misty said you`re the mother I never had. I mean her family had a lot of problems, and Donna was the one who took her out of that Ronald relationship when it got bad, took her on the road to Universal and got her nails done.
She was then working for Tim Miller of Texas EquuSearch supposedly trying to get information for law enforcement by getting close to Misty. Then things got different. He fired her because he told me that she once said — remember that road rage incident, Nancy, when they got pulled over —
GRACE: Yes.
HARRIS: — for carrying or waving a gun supposedly at somebody on the road. And she said that, you know what? I`m glad they searched — they didn`t find any guns, we didn`t have guns, but I had pot and we had pills in our purses.
GRACE: So that ended the whole thing. With me, Art Harris at ArtHarris.com.
Marlaina Schiavo, the deal is 15 years behind bars. Don`t you think if she knows something this would be the time to tell it? I mean up until now, Marlaina, she might have been thinking, well, I can ask for leniency in the court, and if I get three years and I`ll never have to spill the beans because I`ll be out in, you know, half that time.
Not true. Fifteen years hard jail time. Now will be the time for prosecutors to try and get the truth out of Brock.
MARLAINA SCHIAVO, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER, COVERING STORY: That`s true. And we also know that Misty`s attorney never spoke. All this time never did an interview. Wouldn`t talk to the media.
And now that he`s getting closer and closer to the time where Misty Croslin is going to be sentenced, he started talking to the media, started telling us more information about what she told him allegedly about Joe Overstreet strangling Haleigh allegedly that night and Misty Croslin telling investigators this.
So we might see more information coming from Brock in the coming days.
GRACE: Because the way it worked, Eleanor Odom, is there would be an order modification. She`s been sentenced to 15 years on drugs, and if she would cooperate with cops now, say what she knows about Croslin`s recounting what happened the night Haleigh went missing was murdered. She could get that order, that sentence reduced, order modification?
ELEANOR ODOM, PROSECUTOR: That`s right. And her attorney would have to ask the judge for that, and the judge would actually has to do the modification.
GRACE: Out to the lines, Lydia in California. Hi, Lydia.
LYDIA, CALLER FROM CALIFORNIA: Hi, Nancy. Thank you for taking my call.
GRACE: Thank you for calling in, dear. What`s your question?
LYDIA: Well, I`ve been trying to get through since the get-go on this case. My first question is, when Ronald came home, was Misty in street clothes or bed clothes?
And my second question is, Junior said he heard the cats going up and down. So if he heard it, she`s probably heard it and maybe walked in on something she shouldn`t have seen and threatened to tell her dad.
GRACE: OK, I lost Lydia, but I got the question.
Art Harris, what do we know? Was Misty Croslin in street clothes or pajamas when Ron Cummings gets home that night?
HARRIS: I believe she was in street clothes, Nancy, and as far as Junior hearing someone bouncing on the couch, he`s been interviewed by expert psychologists who are known to be able to debrief kids after an incident like this. They believe that he was telling the truth, but he`s not old enough to testify in court.
GRACE: Well, actually he is old enough under the law to testify. It`s just that I don`t know how successful it would be to bring on somebody that young.
Out to the lines, Angela in Kentucky. Hi, Angela.
ANGELA, CALLER FROM KENTUCKY: Hi, Nancy. How are you?
GRACE: I`m good, dear. What`s your question?
ANGELA: Good. I love your show and your children and I wish there were more people like you.
GRACE: Thank you.
ANGELA: I have a question. Is there any new developments in the Croslin case? I mean, are they getting close to finding out who all was involved in Haleigh Cummings` disappearance?
GRACE: What do you think, Art Harris?
HARRIS: Nancy, I know that they are putting the squeeze on. I understand they called Ronald in for another meeting, and there may be a meeting coming up with Misty and law enforcement.
———
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU THINK DONNA BROCK KNOWS MORE THAN SHE’S TELLING?

September 7th, 2010 at 6:39 pm
Thanks for the transcript.
I hope Donna knows more and will now reveal her info. Though i don't know why she didn't do this before.
September 7th, 2010 at 8:01 pm
Art, Great job as always on JVM…..Didn't get a lot out of that short conversation w/ JVM…Can you explain to us more about what JVM was saying regaurding the time line has changed?
September 7th, 2010 at 8:27 pm
Hi Art
I believe if Brock knew more then she would have spilled it to get a lower sentence. I believe Ronald is the ring leader and it will come out later rather than sooner.
September 7th, 2010 at 8:36 pm
Something is definately up. cayleedaily is reporting that RON has posted a $50,000 bond, not enough as he has an extra 90,000 bond left to pay. He is getting sentenced this month. Who would post bond for him, and WHY???
September 7th, 2010 at 9:18 pm
I think Donna Brock wanted at first to get info from Misty and she acted like she was Mistys age. Running around acting like a teenager and she loved the attention she got from tv reporters! Then things became more real-that is this is what Misty does in the real world! DB got caught up in Misty and Ronalds true world. True DB could have used better judgement and for that she will spend a chunk of her life in prison. I wonder if she [DB] thinks it was worth it?
September 7th, 2010 at 9:31 pm
I believe that Donna likely does know more but that she is intentionally leaving room, holding out if you will, for Misty to tell the truth on her own. I believe that Donna likely knows that Misty is young, tormented, abused and confused but most of all, that she is innocent of harming Haleigh.

Hey there Art! Hope all is well with you. When are we going to find out what Ronald disclosed about the timeline? I thought JVM was going to be discussing it but if she covered it i missed it. I was searching the net to see if i could find anything but no luck so far, has the info been released? I did read where someone had put up 50k for bail for Ronald but it is short of what he needs, if true it's kind of late as his sentencing is getting closer. Do you think Ron will be sentenced before Misty? I thought i read hers was rescheduled until sometime in October. It's kind of odd how the laws are in Fla, the judge has to give the minimum of 15 per count but then can reduce it later if someone comes up with helpful info, kind of gives one more motivation to wait and see what they get and then try to get a deal. Either way, as long as they get more info it all works out, maybe DB will do that if she has something to say that is of importance.
September 7th, 2010 at 10:19 pm
Hi Art,
Watched the show. Just wish Nancy would let you complete a thought. And, although I like the phone questions, most of the time I would rather hear what her guests have to say.
What would compel Donna Brock to keep Haleigh information from LE? I can't think of one reason for her to stay silent, especially not now. If she has additional information it's her ace in the hole and she will be playing those cards soon.
Is it true that Tim Miller thought she "defected" and therefor fired her? I don't know but I would think that if Donna had any info before the bust, she would have reported it. That's what she was there for. She got close to Misty but that was the original game plan.
In my opinion, Ronald is the one with all the knowledge and I can't understand why he keeps leaking his info to LE in little bits and pieces? All his time line info should have been discussed with LE the first night! I would love to know what LE is thinking.
Love to hear more, Art, when you're able.
Hope this post goes through. Haven't had much luck with that lately. Must be doing something wrong.
Thanks for being there!

Great performance on JVM's show tonight, Art.. You with your signature shirt and tie looked mavvvvalus.
If Donna knows more than she is telling, she will tell it..IMO She will do what she has to do to reduce the fifteen year sentence..The question is, does she know a lot? She gave Misty 155 pills to sell. She was part of a "road rage" with Misty..It turns out, Donna wasn't really helpful to Tim Miller. She and Misty became close confidantes…drug buddies.. I doubt Misty told her about Haleigh's disappearance, other than what she has already told.. There's a reason Ron called Misty, warning her about keeping quiet about what she knows. He didn't want Donna to know the truth about HIM.. I'd like to think that Donna has a "Bombshell" that would reveal the truth about Haleigh, but I don't think she does.. Making the statement, "I think Misty knows more than she is telling" tells me Donna really doesn't know more…The truth lies with Misty and Ron.. Ron is willing to throw Misty under the bus…I hope Misty will do the same to him.. IMO
September 8th, 2010 at 12:27 am
I would just like to know why Donna Brock would sit in jail too cover for Misty?????Seems to me if she knew anything she would have talked a long time ago.Unless Misti has something on Donna
??????This is one crazy case.Somebody in this bunch has too know something and whatever it is must be worse than doing their 15 years.SOMEONE NEEDS TO BRING THIS BEAUTIFUL GIRL HOME……..THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE
September 8th, 2010 at 12:47 am
Okay Art, I have to ask what seems to me to be an obvious question mark, as far as Misty supposedly taking Junior and hiding under the covers that night..If this were the case, doesn't it seem obvious that Junior would have said something about this when they questioned him? Didn't Junior say, in the beginning of this case, that he saw a man in black take Haleigh? Are we this stupid not to figure out that the hiding under the covers with Junior has to be a total lie, or, is it that Junior is lying also? I should think that Junior would have said that Misty was hiding under the covers when I seen a man in black take Haleigh..Also, I don't think that Junior would have called Joe a man in black, seeing tha tJunior knows Joe? What do you have to say about this Art?
September 8th, 2010 at 3:09 am
Donna knows what the rest of the world knows, Misty is not revealing all that she knows (people involved)or the truth of what happened to Haleigh. What is Ronald C. plea deal?
As a father of a missing child, wouldn't this be the information that a person would be yelling out to LE the day the child goes missing and not after the fact that he is facing prison time? Hope S. 1 count sentenced 15 years; Tommy C. 3 counts sentenced 15 years; Donna B. 1 count sentenced 15 years; Misty C. has plead guilty to 7 counts &1 count St. Johns; Ronald C. has plead guilty to 3 counts (total of 5 counts 2 dropped plea bargain). If the others received 15 years at the min. hope MC and RC get the max. No light sentence for the drug charges.
September 8th, 2010 at 3:12 am
Hi Art. I hope to see you on JVM Wed, it's hard knowing something has developed in the case and not knowing what it is. I know to come here for the news when it comes out so i will just have to be patient. I just hope it helps, whatever it is i hope Misty is secluded enough where she won't see it coming. I wonder if they are still giving her the anxiety or stress meds in jail..i hope not.
September 8th, 2010 at 3:18 am
Why would Donna Brock withhold anything Misty has told her? Tim Miller arranged for Donna to act as a spy for the purpose of getting information. If Donna got any useful information from Misty, this would have been a great defense when they were arrested in the drug deal.
September 8th, 2010 at 3:58 am
I think Ron knows exactly what happen with his daughter and he just want pepole to think hes not involved.BUT THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT VERY SOON !!!!! and then we will all watch nancy grace take a bit of crowsandwich!!!! while she convinced he knows nothing.
September 8th, 2010 at 4:07 am
Hey Art, If Donna Brock knows something why would she not have ASIC by now? I cannot imagine ANY reason why she would want to spend 15 years in prison just to protect Misty. Your thoughts on this, please. Thanks again for all your hard work on this case! Haleigh needs someone, anyone to care about her!

September 8th, 2010 at 10:00 am
They can "squeeze" all they want. Until Misty and Tommy finally make the decision to tell what happened that night no amount of pressure on the others is going to make a difference.
Misty is holding out because her lawyer is advising to take her chances on answering to drug charges rather than murder. Beside the fact that she does no wish to have Ronald know the truth of her involvement. She has a chance of doing less time with the drug charges than spending the rest of her life behind bars for killing a child.
Tommy is doing the same. Child murderers do not do well in prison and he is fearful of losing Lindsay and their kids over his involvement so he stays as far away from the truth as he can.
Each claiming to be "innocent bystanders" being held at bay by a knife wielding Cousin Joe puts them square in the middle of what happened but they rearrange the facts to suit their "it wasn't me" defense.
I still maintain that Misty did the deed, either by accident, default, or intentional and Tommy was called in to clean up the evidence. Cousin Joe may or may not have been along for the ride but the culprits are the brother and sister duo who are to blame.
Haleigh's remains were more than likely dumped into the river and nothing remains that will link them conclusively to this event. The truth may never really be known but the two perpetrators are behind bars at least even if for a crime that is less significant.
September 8th, 2010 at 11:16 am
Art, You should put the picture of Donna Brock when she was in court and sentenced the other day……..put this picture and that picture side by side….people would be amazed …I was I think it was in the jacksonville newspaper.
September 8th, 2010 at 12:32 pm
Hi Art on JVM's show last nite, you said the following:
HARRIS: The actual calls, I`m told, are closer to 25. But I got clarification on that today, Jane.
However, what`s interesting is that they wanted to know about all the relationships between him and all the people involved who were supposedly at the trailer that night.
And they especially were interested to learn that what he had told them earlier about a phone call he made to Misty`s parents` house that night was not to ask Tommy to go check on her. This is — of course blows Tommy`s, you know, story — the story he told originally. Of course Tommy has refuted that, as well. But it shows that Ronald at least was telling the truth at that point.
this part is what I am interested in
And they especially were interested to learn that what he had told them earlier about a phone call he made to Misty`s parents` house that night was not to ask Tommy to go check on her.
My question
Was Tommy Croslin at Hank Sr and Lisa's house located at 130 Magnolia (near Shell Harbor boat dock that was searched earlier this year) when Ronald Cummings called him? Or was Tommy Croslin at 116 Tyler (his residence) when Ronald called him?
Did Ronald call a landline or cell phone when he called Tommy?
Thank You
September 8th, 2010 at 5:16 pm
Donna Brock looks like a dude. She's no angel. I saw a picture of her flipping the bird to everybody. She got involved in the Haleigh case cause she like the excitements and exposures. She is where she belongs and got what she deserves.
September 8th, 2010 at 6:59 pm
Donna is a 44 year old mom, grandma, never ever been in trouble before, belongs to at least two churches and volunteers her time to both, and really cares about doing the right thing in this world. What possible reason could she have for not telling everything, c'mon now, really. All she wanted to do was find poor little Haleigh. She was not trafficking drugs to that moneyless bunch. She provided substantial assistance to at least two Putnam Co. and one FDLE detective(s). They did not testify for her at sentencing because it was an ongoing investigation. She is a zealous, petite woman who would tell the truth to the police whether it got her in trouble or not. The prosecution really blew it in this case and they think they are saving face by sentencing first time non violent drug offenders to fifteen mandatory years while rapists, murderers and child predators plead out to lesser charges or get released early because of budget or overcrowding. These violent offenders rape, murder and lots worse and get a lot less than 15 years. Donna does not know anything that would help her get a just and humane sentence or she absolutely would have told already.
September 8th, 2010 at 10:23 pm
I can't see why DB would withhold info. All the other's who are being investigated in the HC case i can see b/c they have something to lose, it's obvious to all they aren't telling what really happened. DB on the other hand wasn't around back then, wasn't involved, and if her goal was to get MC to tell her what happened it's all the more reason she would tell LE. Not only does it help her but it proves she was doing it to get info on the case from MC and was successful. I'm guessing she didn't get anything out of MC, she has no reason to have so much "loyalty" to MC that she withholds info that can get her sentence cut dramatically. Maybe on advice of council she has waited until after sentencing for leverage, but if she hasn't come forward by now i really doubt she has more to add. She isn't one of them, her only crime was with the drugs so there is no logical reason she would choose to protect any of them and spend 15 yrs in prison rather than tell LE whatever she may have found out and in return gets her time reduced.
September 9th, 2010 at 1:28 am
Hey Art!
I don't believe that Brock knows anything more. If she does, she is not going to say anything, because, it will cause a criminal backlash on her.
I have always believed in Misty, because, she is just a young girl. I think Ronald is very manipulative and controlling. Also, Misty is very afraid of him.
Brock was charged with giving 155 pain killers to Misty, to sell to the undercover cop in the sting! If she had any more information I think she would of used it, by now.
As this article was not written by you, Art, it's not the same. I also find the NG show, very unusual, with a member of her staff, being the main reporter, although she didn't say anything new.
Luv ya

Art,
Could you please clarify where Tommy was at when Ron called him on the evening of Feb. 9, 2009. The other night on Jane's show you said Ron called him at Hank and Lisa's home but I thought Ron called Tommy at Tommy's home that evening.
Here is what you said on the JVM show:
And they especially were interested to learn that what he had told them earlier about a phone call he made to Misty`s parents` house that night was not to ask Tommy to go check on her.
September 9th, 2010 at 12:53 pm
At this point I don't think Donna Brock has any more information concerning Haleigh's disappearance than we do. I mean, what has she got to lose in this situation? Especially now that she has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. I think if she knew more, she would have used it to her advantage… I guess anything is possible though. With this crew you never know…

Hope all is well———-
September 9th, 2010 at 8:55 pm
Hey Art, where did all the posts go?
September 9th, 2010 at 9:56 pm
Hi AH. I just read a transcript of you and JVM, somehow i missed seeing that part of her show. You said Ron had called MC's parents house but not to ask TC to go check on MC? That's how i read it, wish i had heard it. Why would he think anyone was there? Wasn't Hank in the hospital and Lisa away from home? Was he trying to find Misty? Why do you think he has lied for so long about the fight with Joe? What is there about that, that he felt the need to hold back on? Was TC and kids staying at his parents house that night? Where did they live in reference to where Timmy's house was? Now i have tons of questions. Hope to see a report from you soon about this even if it's just the transcript from JVM's show. It took me a while to find it but i'd rather hear it if you can get the clip from the show to put here. As usual, great work, i have found sites new to me and most get their info from you.
September 9th, 2010 at 10:42 pm
No, I think Donna is an opportunist and wanted to be part of the show, but if she knew something worthwhile, she would have begged for mercy and spilled the beans by now.
September 10th, 2010 at 2:27 am
Ronald sounds like someone who used his phone a lot, i know people like that. I have a quick question Art, please give me a yes or no if you would. Was the machine gun found? I'm very curious who ended up with it and when Ron took the guns from the house. He made a point to tell the UC guy he has a locked gun cabinet, seems odd he didn't just lock the guns up and have the only key as he said he did with the back doors. I am super curious about the machine gun though, if it's been located or not. I have heard both yes and no, i know i will get the correct answer from you.
September 10th, 2010 at 10:23 am
I honestly think Misty was not home that night.
She has been grasping at straws from the start.
Lie after lie. No party no joe overstreet. Misty was
MIA. Sad case she gets the blame as far as I am concerned.
September 10th, 2010 at 11:08 am
I think when Misty is finally sentenced and if Ronald does testify against her, the whole truth will finally come out One can only hope!!!
September 10th, 2010 at 12:09 pm
Hey Art!
I really don't think Brock has anything to bargain with, because, if she had, she would of used to by now! Perhaps she does have something, but it could implicate her in a negative way. To add more time to her sentence. One thing is the sentencing down there, is the high price that they must pay. Tommy I think has $250,000. How can they every afford to pay that?? I don't understand a judicial system, that adds high $$$ fines, as well as years?
I also didn't understand the unusual format that transponded on the NG show. Nancy also had her own reporter, on the Haleigh case for a long time! I know that the article was written by your staff, but, it's not the same as Art Harris!! I can tell the difference in the style of writing, but, oh well……
Luv ya
SpikedLemon Hope this one gets through, my others haven't!!!!!
September 10th, 2010 at 4:03 pm
Art,
One thing that bothers me is I remember way back when this all happened, didn't they say the dogs got Haleigh's sent up to a certain point leading in the back of the trailer but then it went cold? Wouldn't that mean she was walking with someone then maybe sent in the car and wouldn't that make the statement that she was killed in the trailer false? I was just curious because I could of sworn I remember them saying something about the dogs tracking her sent.
September 11th, 2010 at 4:48 pm
Donna Brock doesn't look like the sharpest pin in the cushion. 40ish women starts out to be James Bond and ends up a patsy for a low level wannabe drug ring. Would she even know if she knew anything? Couldn't go to court with it, hearsay from a convict wanting a lighter sentence. The only way this case will be solved is if LE gives a get out of jail free card to one of the main players to turn states evidence, they don't seem to want to do that. Players must feel that drug time is less than murder time. Will it ever be solved? REST IN PEACE BABY GIRL
September 11th, 2010 at 11:57 pm
Art, i keep checking but no news or posts to read yet. You are missed when the site is quiet for too long. That's a compliment in case it didn't come across sounding like one. This is the site i come to for updated info and i understand it can take time. I would like to read other's responses to the above article as soon as you can get to them..thanks!
September 13th, 2010 at 12:53 am
Hi Art, I am really needing to know something…When this all started, Ronald Jr was interviewed, and he stated something about he seen a man in black take Haleigh….Now, Misty is saying she jumped in the bed with Junior and covered their heads as Joe took Haleigh and left…now, I believe that Junior must know what Joe looks like..and if that were the case, I should think that Junior would have said that he seen Joe take Halegih..Also, would he not mention the fact that Misty and Junior were in bed with the covers over their heads? Eithe Junior woudl be lying or Misty is lying..These two stories do not connect…at all….What about it Art? Is there more to Juniors story? And if not, then obviously, Misty would be telling a complete lie…And even with putting Mistys story aside, everything that has been said leads away from what Junior said in the beginning about a man in black taking Haleigh? What gives Art?Enter text right here!
September 13th, 2010 at 11:24 am
Where are all the comments, Art? I know I, for one, wrote when this first was written.
September 14th, 2010 at 9:38 pm
Misty I believe told the truth so far about Tommy and Joe,however I do believe that Ronald knew
and is invoved.
September 17th, 2010 at 8:51 pm
Hi Art. Well, it's just short of two weeks since you have written an article or posted comments here, i check every day just in case. I assume you are waiting until the 24th or there abouts. I thought Misty was to be sentenced before Ronald, but i haven't heard anything about Misty. I know you are either waiting until something substantial occurs or have been busy, otherwise you would be here. There are a few other sites i read stuff on but you are #1. Hurry back..miss your style! Happy.
September 19th, 2010 at 5:46 am
Misty according to Teresa Neves had on bed clothing boxers and a tank top. When Ron got home.
I would have thought Donna would have already given it up to get the deal she did get however I guess if she was smart had a good lawyer, she could have held the best back to get more time off knowing that they could not go below the 15 year min mand. I keep hearing that and if they can't then well what would be the point even today. If they can do that after she has been sentenced then that would be the only way to go. I swear though I read somewhere that Donna giving Misty dope got reported to LE and TES by Watts who had concerns since they were using in NY and Misty was a minor.
September 20th, 2010 at 8:43 am
Where are you Art?
September 23rd, 2010 at 7:49 am
Art,
I just checked on St. John's County Detention Center, Putnam County Detention Center, and the FDLE/ State of Florida Prison systems. It seems to look like Donna Brock has fallen off the radar. Was she sent to her home state to do the 15 years? Or is there something going on with a secret plea deal?
Do you know anything, can you find out where she was send?Just curious!!
September 23rd, 2010 at 12:59 pm
happy–story coming soon…many thanks for hanging in and should get to comments approval tonight! take care. art

RBCMKID
Chuck Mulligan, PIO at St. John's County Sheriff's Dept., tells me Donna Brock was transferred to Lowell Women's intake facility in Ocala, Fla. yesterday, and will be among a range of inmates in all categories. Last night, they had yet to put her name and pic on the roster. Coming soon. Art
September 24th, 2010 at 7:55 pm
Hi Art,
The VRY first time we ever saw Misty in a squad car with her mother telling what happend she said this."I could never hurt that little girl.I LOVED her like she was my own." Why did someone not get that immediately..she was speaking of Hailey past tense from the beginning..she knew she was gone..Thanks June
September 28th, 2010 at 6:03 pm
http://www.clickorlando.com/video/20602572/index…. i found this video of the stress test suspicious after 6 mins or so listen carefully and watch the screen on the technicians computer. When asked to you know anything about this child going missing she says no nothing at all and it says truth, and tommy is also mentioned.not saying shes innocent but i just happen to notice that.
October 2nd, 2010 at 12:17 pm
Smart move to sentence Cummings first. Since Misty will probably get 140+, I believe that will make her mad enough at Cummings to tell the truth regarding what happened to Little Haleigh! It won't make any difference then. I don't believe Misty actually killed Haleigh; she only knows who did, my opinion. She will tell.
October 2nd, 2010 at 12:26 pm
I totally agree with you about Donna Brock. Child molesters, sexual predators are out running the streets with only a "slap on the wrist." Furthermore, they are known to commit another heinous crime on children and women after release. As we know, some don't even register his/her moves as required by law. They are living in our neighborhoods! Agree?

neka, now that Ronald Cummings is sentenced for only 15 years, I believe that will make the difference in Misty telling exactly what happened to Little Haleigh! WHEN MISTY GETS SLAPPED WITH 140+ YEARS, THAT WILL MAKE HER REALLY P–ED OFF AND THE TRUTH WE WILL KNOW. ALSO, THE WHOLE TRUTH AND ANYONE WHO HAS WITHHELD INFORMATION WILL MAKE ANOTHER CHAPTER IN THIS HORRID MURDER.
REST IN PEACE OUR PRECIOUS BABY HALEIGH.

I really cant beleive that you would think Misty has told everything… She is the one who is holding onto information about this little girl.. since everyone in this is willing to blame each other and put each other at the scene , than why not charge them all? If that little boy heard someone jumping up and down on the couch , than he could be very well right , who is to say that Tommy was not trying to rape Misty as sick as that may sound , and Haleigh walked in and seen this . The only way to save Tommy's butt was for him to do away with this little girl and dare Misty to say anything. Seems quite possiable . Has anyone checked background criminal records on Tommy . Havent heard anything about that . And Donna Brock may have went into this with the intentions of trying to get info , but , I think she is as big of a drug head as they are. It seems that Ronald and Joe have been cleared … Only leaves those 2…
