Hi Art. I think Misty has said all she is going to and see what happens. Here's why, and if you don't post this i will understand, it's an ugly place to go. Does it seem odd that Misty says Joe "groped her sexually" while he was in a rage over a gun, roughing her up, threats with a knife? What if Joe was there before TC? What if something sexual happened between cousins be it consentual or rape at knifepoint and the kids saw what they weren't suppose to see? Jr was too young to know but Haleigh wasn't. I keep typing and deleting b/c there's no nice way to say it. There is a secret embedded in this case that is so bad, even with a near life sentence looming Misty can't reveal it.TC could have came back to check on Misty again, saw the van and ended up at the wrong place at the wrong time. Joe and Misty decided to keep Haleigh from being able to tell anyone, Misty couldn't watch so she covered her face with a sheet, but she went along with it. Bits and pieces of truth. I could be ALL WRONG i know, it's a theory. I hope i haven't crossed a line, is it possible this could have happened??
She isn't telling all she knows, unless she was so stoned she passed out…That can't be true because she was coherent on the 911 call… I think she will get 30.. the same as Ron will. If he gets less than Misty I will be surprised.. IMO
That is a thought……although did Joe borrow the van? Lindsey had the van for work and then came home around 10. Did Joe borrow the van when she got home? Didn't the incessant phone calling happen before 10pm? Happy, your comment may not be too far off base. Yes, it could be an ugly place to go, but you make some great points.
if you put the bits and pieces together(Jr heard bouncing on the couch) it is very possible..Also as this story unfolds in bits and pieces I keep thinkig about Ronald and Misty putting the dead rat in Tommy's mailbox… To mean that says that Tommy was being warned to keep his mouthh closed.. What is your opinion?
I still say it was the Formaldehyde Gas in the cigarette smoke. Have ya ever seen a photo or video of the whole group (or just one) that they didn't have a cigarette stuck in their mouths? People don't even know they're Nuts from it, they're legally insane – that's why the Justice Department don't want ya to know about it. Ya just say, "I don't know why I did it!" Ya don't! Little irritations make people go out of their heads – BELIEVE ME! The tobacco companies know, and keep it under wraps. Hey Art!__I'm watching NG as I write this, and it appears to me, that you will be not making the show!__I realize that she is talking about a serous current case, but, it's dragged on and on, in all the gory details, repeated over and over again. You could of been on tonight's show, except for her dragging this sad story, to death. If I were the parents, I would find this very__difficult. I sure do! Misty won't ever tell the truth because if she did her and tommy would go down for murder..I',m glad Ron is finally not standing by her every one else seen through her alon time ago and i hope she gets at least 30 years to life. Joe didn't intimidate anyone he is just their fallguy because that is how those kind of people are they are just trying to save their own skin. I do believe they (misty and tommy) tied her up and threw her in the water and if anyone else was involved i think it was timmy, It was his van used and he mover to massahusets right afterwards. The said joe drove timmys van but i would bet money it was timmy himself driving it.
I would trust Joe as far as I can throw him. Joe came to visit because he knows the CROSLINS are a sick family and it's easy to have his way with them. Show me an addict and I'll show you a person who is in contant fear. Joe controls the entire family and what he says goes. It's easy for some of you to say "why Misty and Tommy didn't fight back" they were all shaking in their boots. Even RC is afraid of him, Ron is all talk and no action, and ask yourself why he goes out with little girls, he can pushed them around and get them to do his dirty works. A KING OVER LOSERS.
Misty's sister-in-law was nice enough to call in to Jane Velez-Mitchell's show and she had the nerve to ask the mother of 3 if she took Haleigh Cummings away from the home in a van on Feb 9,2009. Shame on you!!
