With Tommy Croslin claiming his Tennessee cousin strangled Haleigh Cummings in the trailer where she was staying with his sister, Misty, in Satsuma, Florida, we pressed his defense team to explain, what did he see and when did he see it?
The Bald Truth has now learned that Tommy Croslin elaborated he actually saw Joe Overstreet holding five year old Haleigh Cummings “with his arm around her chest” inside the bedroom of the trailer where his sister Misty Croslin was babysitting Feb. 9, 2009.
At that point, he claims Haleigh wasn’t moving, that she appeared limp as a ragdoll. His lawyer, James Werter, says Croslin came clean with the details in April, when he told investigators he drove to the trailer with Overstreet—who denies any involvement in the missing child —to “borrow” a machine gun Ronald Cummings showed off one night over beer.
Croslin claims it was Overstreet who aimed to steal it; he just wanted to use it to shoot deer at night after catching them frozen in the car headlights, a true Satsuma sportsman.
Now it’s Croslin who could be a deer in the headlights of the tangled web of a missing and presumed murdered five year old his sister was babysitting that night, along with Haleigh’s brother, JR.
“Joe picked up Tommy from his house to borrow the gun to shoot deer at night,” Werter tells The Bald Truth. “He sat on the couch while Joe looked for it.”
When he couldn’t find it because Ronald had taken all the guns out of the house, Misty says “Joe went crazy,” her lawyer told me, pulled out his knife, threatened and sexually groped her, and warned he’d kill her and her family if she told.
She’s also told investigators she heard Haleigh screaming after Joe grabbed her and she dove under the covers and held her little brother tight.
Meanwhile, her brother, Tommy, heard the commotion, says his private investigator, Steve Brown, a former FBI agent, in an exclusive interview with The Bald Truth. That prompted him to get up off the couch in the living room and “look around the corner” into the bedroom.
“That’s when he saw Joe holding Haleigh with his arm around her chest,” Brown told me. “She wasn’t moving then, and she wasn’t moving (later) when he looked over his shoulder after Overstreet put her in the van and she was lying in the back.”
No blood was found in the trailer, says Brown, and Misty heard Haleigh stop screaming before they left the trailer. “That tells me and lead Tommy to believe she was strangled in the trailer,” Brown told The Bald Truth.
According to Werter, any slight conflicts in stories between Misty and Tommy can be accounted for by “the various viewpoints” where each saw the violence unfold.
Friday night, Werter was fuming at remarks by other attorneys claiming he’d admitted his client had perhaps implicated Croslin as an accessory to murder by saying he’d helped Overstreet get rid of the body by holding the door open as he loaded Haleigh into the van. He specifically mentioned Alex Sanchez, a criminal defense lawyer on the Nancy Grace Show. We found that exchange.
ALEX SANCHEZ, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: …Tommy Croslin`s attorney revealing that Tommy Croslin was there and held the door open — he may have helped build a case against his own client!
GRACE: He really did. But the problem is, you can`t ask a client if they take the stand — you cannot ask the defendant about statements their lawyer made to the press.
SANCHEZ: No. No. But the lawyer could be called as a witness against his own client. ‘Did your client tell you that he was there that night and helped escape with the body?’”
“Tommy did not hold the door,” Werter told The Bald Truth later, “and that in no way makes him an accessory after the fact. He was just following orders from Overstreet to get in the van. He’d threatened to kill him and his family. He was afraid of Overstreet…He stayed in the van while Overstreet dumped the body” in the river.
Overstreet denies any wrongdoing and says he’s a convenient scapegoat for the guilty parties. He’s been interviewed by investigators but not arrested or charged in connection with the missing child.
Croslin has told police, according to his lawyer, that he sat in the van, head in hands, high on Xanax, and did not help Overstreet dump the body.
Later, Misty’s lawyer tells me she’s told investigators she was walking with Tommy near the river and asked what happened that night, and he said, ‘Cousin Joe threw Haleigh off the dock.’” Robert Fields told The Bald Truth.
The Bald Truth has also obtained contents of a letter Misty wrote her sister in law, Chelsea Croslin, with similar details.
” We were walking by the boat ramp by our house and I said, “Tommy, did Joe tell you what happened that night to Haleigh?” He said, “Joe threw her in the river.” He didn’t say which one so I thought it was the one by our house. ”
It was that confusion that lead police to bring Misty Croslin down to the docks on the river to see if that was the dock Tommy pointed out to her, The Bald Truth has reported.
In another excerpt from the same letter to Chelsea, Misty writes, “ …I am telling the truth. Tommy is the one that took them to that spot and said that Joe killed her. I said it was Joe from the start but no one would listen to me. But like I always said the truth would come out. No, Haleigh did not OD. I don’t know why people keep saying that. Joe took her. That is what happened. Ya’ll don’t understand what he has done to me. You don’t know how bad I feel.”

I think Joe Overstreet had been on some kind of drug also. He couldn't find the machine gun and became enraged started frightening Misty, yelling something like Where's the gun? Haleigh is awake by now and she's scared, and starts screaming. Hot tempered Joe can't stand the screaming and makes her stop by choking or breaking her neck. Now he has to get rid of the body. I've seen how RAGE and adrenalin can cause men to snap. Haleigh was just a little bit of a girl and had difficulty with breathing anyway so it would not take much force to stop her breathing. That bedroom is small and they all had to be close together in there. Joe just turned from Misty to shut up Haleigh and it was all over. Misty really didn't know whether Haleigh was dead or not but she was so fearful of Joe that she even might have thought Joe was still keeping her somewhere and would kill Haleigh if she called the police. Fear and panic could have caused a 17 year old girl not tell anybody and pray God would intervene and save Haleigh. I don't know how long Misty has had a lawyer but he has the real details.

Neither Tommy nor Misty pleaded for Haleighs life ? .. How did Tommy & Joe make entry into the house ? .. If Misty let them in, why ? .. How did she end up at the back door letting them in & then end up under the covers ? .. Why did Misty conspire to conceal Haleighs murder by covering up the crime by staging the scene ? .. Did Tommy come back over to the house after dumping precious Haleighs body in the river ? .. If he says no we know he’s a damn liar because he must’ve been scared shitless not knowing how Misty was going to handle the situation with Ron & the cops.. Thankfully ” You can’t fix stupid ! “.. Try as they may they can’t escape the fact that if their story regarding Joe is the truth & I DOUBT very seriously that it is, they aided & abetted in the crime of the murder of the 5yr old child HALEIGH CUMMINGS !!!!!!!! What an article you just wrote!! I believe it. I also believe that some crazy guy, swinging a knife around, can totally control the situation, raise fear. I still am wondering what Joe threw away, on his trip home.
Of course, Ronald knew Joe was in town, probably even knew when he was leaving! That's why he took all his guns out of the house. This left Misty without defense, especially with 2 children!
I can't figure out, if LE had all this information, at least by April, why they just 'chose to ignore it', because it didn't fit into their
own ideas or w/e! I think they have a lot to answer for.

This case is ripping my heart out & boggling my mind on so many different levels.. I have no clue how Haleighs family keeps from losing it all together.. I’m begging & pleading with PCSO, The FDLE, or The FBI to end this madness & get these 2 charged with something that nails Tommy & Mistys ass to the wall for innocent Haleigh Cummings.. If they can bring the hammer down on baseball players over allegedly lying about what they’re doing with their own bodys then surely lying to government officials regarding the case of a missing 5yr old child should bring some form of charges & penalties.. What the hell is this country coming to when we allow the disappearence & murder of children to go unpunished.. This is insanity to allow these imbesciles to continue this fiasco.. Allowing this to continue should it self be a criminal act.. Heaven help us !!! ” We’re rolling down hill, like a snowball headed for hell ! ” & With no end in sight.. If lady justice is this blind, what hope does our children & the generations ahead have of living any type of innocent existence when today we show those who wish to do them harm that it isn’t what we know but what we can prove ?.. Why are the police so afraid to throw the book at Joe? I can understand why Misty & Tommy would be but the Cops? I think Cousin from Tennessee is holding a lot of people hostages. One look at the leprechaun and you know he is hiding something.

I think the real truth may be that it was Tommy who did the deed and not Joe Overstreet. These are druggies and they will do or say anything to always blame another person, never themselves. I think what has been going on here is taking a semi large portion of truth and blending it in with fantasy to incriminate others who may have been there. Misty always did say 2 people were involved, one she cared about and 1 she did not care about, so who they gonna throw out with the bathwater, you got it, the one they don't care about. Joe may have been there and equally should pay if something henious happened to Haleigh, but I sure do not see him as the #1 perp in this.

Tommy puts himself on the couch. Didn't Jr. mention one man in black? The MH isn't that big & Jr. didn't say Haleigh was screaming. Tommy doesn't mention black bag & Misty does. That's not the same story & she didn't tell it from the start. She said she was asleep. If Tommy saw Joe's arm around Haleigh's chest, how did he hold a knife to Tommy's neck & to Misty? At some point, in the MH or van there would have been body fluids. In one of the jail calls Lisa starts to talk about the couch & Tommy stops her. IMO this is the sickest lie they've told so far. The only ones Misty & Tommy point to are themselves. Ron pointed at Joe also, but did nothing.Ron knows what happened & every one of the Croslin's do as well IMO. I'd say TN too. They're all sick IMO & hope this karma that's surrounding them now….stays with each & every one of them. And all the one's that helped cover it up. They all loved Haleigh like their own & that's the sad part. Not one of them loves her enough to man up & tell the truth. Thanks Art

With all the cameras all around the next day, you'd think someone would have popped off and said something, but guess the money aspect of it all crossed their minds especially when George Anthony showed up.
Might be that Haleigh is still alive, I'd like to think so. It is so hard to imagine that these punks who have more street smarts than book smarts could semi get away with this. LE knew what they were and it played right into their hands-do a drug sting because that was their lifestyle and way of living. I think LE knew all along nobody else was involved, they nabbed them and rightly so.
I say throw each and every one of them in the can who was a part of this, no matter how remote. There's too many of them out there who have said things, who have absent mindedly said things in tapes, in media. Time to come clean. God bless Little Haleigh!

I sort of debate about this Tommy being 'high' on Xanax. Xanax is an anti-depressant type of a drug, if anything, it would cause Tommy to become lethargic. There's no doubt he was on something, but hardly think it was only Xanax.
Since this is all over the news again, I wonder if by chance the D.A.'s office is going to now file some heavy charges against these punks? How royally screwed can they be when their own attornies are saying this? One thing is for sure, they can no longer represent either of them in court, not for anything in the near future that concerns Haleigh-there certainly is a huge conflict there. They completely broke the Attorney/Client Trust. I wonder if they, at least Misty's attorney, will get the axe before Misty is sentenced and what, if any bearing will this have on her plea?

Hi Art…I have a question for you, was Tommy's house close to Ronalds? I always pictured them living very close together. Is it far enough away to need a ride or close enough where it would be just as easy to walk over there? I keep thinking Tommy is lying about Joe picking him up and going over there. I also can't picture Tommy just sitting there while Joe is doing what Misty described and still sits there as Joe kills Haleigh. I would think he would protect Misty and Haleigh somehow, that's why i think it happened before Tommy got there. Tommy had to wait until his family was asleep, if LC got home about 10:30 and went to bed at 11ish, it had to be 11:30 at the earliest TC could go out w/out his wife knowing. I wonder what is the earliest Joe could have taken the van with nobody knowing it. Her letter is beyond belief, she waits 10 months to ask Tommy what happened to Haleigh? I don't think so. The only part i believe is when she says Joe has hurt her. If Misty expects anyone to understand it, she has to explain it no matter how bad it is. JMO

I’ve followed this story ever since you first started reporting on it 18 months ago, Art, and your diligence and tireless work has been inspirational. For all you’ve done, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you. You’re one of the good ones, Art, and there’s not too many of you left.
I know this is most probably what happened to Haleigh. But darn it, it wasn’t supposed to end like this! Haleigh was an angel. She was full of life. She was full of joy. In every photo ever shown, her beaming smile and glowing, radiant face were enough to melt even the hardest of hearts. She HAD to be found alive. She HAD to come home. Nobody could have brought any harm to someone so young, so small, so sweet. And yet, it seems this is the case. This is the most heart-wrenching story I’ve ever known in my 40+ years, and I doubt (hopefully) that I’ll ever hear of one that could even rival it.
Whatever the outcome, it isn’t right. It isn’t fair. Period. My sincerest hope is that whoever is truly to blame for this will be brought forth and justice served in kind to him or her. It’s the only small bit of possible solace left.

Well why didn't or why haven't we ever heard besides the "couch bouncing" story. Little Jr. say we were under the covers hiding. I know he's young and all. But is Misty's side of the story is true . Lillte Jr. could've said . I was hiding with Misty.

This story makes me more sick every time I read something "new". If Tommy was in the trailer at the time(I still do not believe this to be the truth), sitting on the couch, he says he is a father of 3, and did not do a single thing to save this child you played with his children, he is PATHETIC! I hope the judge throws this whole family under a jail and never lets any of them out, or around any children EVER!!

I have a question I hope you can answer, if she was strangled in the trailer and then placed in the van, doesn't the death process happen sooner rather than later(the organs shutting dawn and the body excreting all of its bodily fluids? They took the van and tested every part of it. Did they find any of Haleigh's DNA? They had it over 3 months, or are they just buying time until they have enough ducks in a row before they drop the hammer on this dysfunctional family?

ListenandThink That is a scenario; however, I believe that none of that happened. Drugs, guns, Joe, I don't believe for a moment that Joe is guilty of all this as you think. He would not have gone to Ronald Cummings trailer, even on drugs, for fear of RC coming home. I believe that RC is liable for the "missing baby, Haleigh Bug." We all have our opinions, and I hope I am wrong when it comes to thinking a father is responsible for the "apparent death (LE)" of his own child. Rage causes men and women to do some mean and crazy things to their babies; they kill them as we read and hear about all too often. I believe Haleigh is in the arms of Jesus. Love you Haleigh Bug.

This whole story sounds like something Ronald Cummings made up for Misty and Tommy to keep himself out of jail and get revenge on Joe Overstreet by blaming him for the murder. There is just no reasonable explanation for the 90 phone calls he made to Misty that night unless he was checking on the disposal of Haleigh's body. None of the details fit the crime scene. The beds were made and had not been slept in. Misty couldn't see into the living room from the bedroom where the supposed kidnapping occurred. What about the blanket and the little pink top that was found in the laundry. To me, that indicates vomit. Were they taken for testing? Also the dogs hitting on a scent of decomposition on the dumpster near the trailer has not been explained. I have to agree with the profiler Pat Brown who said Haliegh was probably dead before Ron went to work.

Sure, swinging a knife could control the situation to a point. These were three people on drugs, not in their right minds. But, that would account for THAT night. What about when Joe and the knife were no longer in their faces?????
I can't help but believe that they ALL (including Ron) were involved or the innocent would have come forward with the truth to save themselves and poor dear Haleigh.

Tommy is most definately an accomplice to murder if he saw Joe holding a lifeless Haleigh with his arm around her chest, and was in the van when they drove her to the river.. I am wondering why Misty and Tommy even need an attorney if they are going to blabber their defense on T.V. What happened to the attorney/client privilege? This case is an atrocity all the way around… IMO

What book do they throw at Joe, murder with zero evidence. Witness testimony with zero credibility and no forensic evidence. I fear there will never be Justice for Haleigh. Meanwhile, Ron had made a plea deal for his felony drug charges, and he stated from day one during the 911 call that someone stole Haleigh. Really, someone stole Haleigh, Haleigh didn’t just wonder off, how did he obtain that insight, from Misty???? Ron has known all along, and LE is squeezing the wrong parties. I don’t believe Ron played a direct role in Haleigh’s disappearance, yet an indirect role, during his 90 something calls to Misty while Haleigh lay dead!!! Sad, sad scenario, and no Justice for Haleigh!!!!

I agree with almost everything you have written! Except, I see Ronald looming large in the whole scenario, when he came home. Interesting to note, that both Tommy and Misty talked to LE, within days of getting arrested on the drug sting charges! We haven't heard anything from Ronald, at all. Yet, he's getting a plea deal, when Misty is in court. But, she plead no contest, which means, no court.

This story still does not sound right. Why would Joe go into such a rage because he couldn't find a gun? Why would he retaliate by hurting Haleigh…it wasn't like he was trying to reclaim a stolen gun that belonged to him, which might cause anger or rage. This story does not make sense.

They have no evidence. They need some proof to arrest a person and charge them with murder. Otherwise, they are wasting their time, a jury will find them not guilty. The only "evidence" is statements from other persons involved who have changed stories numerous times and shown themselves to NOT be credible.

Joe could have easily dumped items anywhere between Fla and Tenn. I think just b/c he told them about the one location they were able to retrieve items from doesn't mean he didn't have opportunity to discard other things some place else. JMO.

First of all why did Ronald Cummings even have a machine gun??? If he wanted to play with big guns why didnt he go into the service instead of getting young girls pregnant? There is no doubt that he was involved with his daughters tragedy, I will always believe he lost his temper, maybe slapped her to hard and something terrible happened. I think he is a bully and has used all the simple minded croslins to cover for him.out of fear on Tommy's end and Misty loved him and would do that for him. Doesnt anybody find it ironic all the guns were gone right before Haleigh was gone. He knew the law would be in there and probably his momma helped get them out to help her baby boy…He has lied about drugs and hitting his women, why would we believe anything he has to say.! I couldnt believe N,G. believed him in the beginning. I hope she ends up eating a big plate of crow when this story ends.

I have a few questions I hope someone has the answers to.
First, (pretending for a moment these newest accounts are true) what kept Misty from dialing 911 the instant BOTH of the other adults left the house???
Also, these 90 or so phone calls, were these made on cell phones? Have they been triangulated (or whatever) to pin point the locations of it – or both if there were two?
And, we know misty has failed several polygraphs, tommy failed his and "nanie" (grandma flo hollars) mentioned recently that Joe failed a lie detector, too. Has this been confirmed? And no funny stuff, are we sure this polygraph asked him questions about Haliegh – or just about the drug…. or maybe it's theft…. charges he is currently under arrest for?
And – HAS RON CUMMINGS BEEN GIVEN A POLYGRAPH??? If so, what are the results? If not … why the hail not??

Cousin Joe might have murdered Haleigh but it would have been with the complicity of Misty and Tommy.
It was 2 against one. Tommy and Misty against Cousin Joe. They could have stopped him. They chose to do nothing and watch Joe murder a 5 year old. They are not telling the whole story because "nothing but the truth" would implicate them.

Werter talks about all this taking place in the bedroom. What bedroom? Haleigh was sleeping in the room with Misty and Jr., you mean that bedroom???? I think Werter needs to get his head examined. My opinion.

I agree with you! But, if Misty's lawyer had the real details, they come from Misty. I have always believed in Misty. Ronald, on the other hand, IMO is a manipulative, controlling, drug and gun freak.
There was nothing Misty could do, to stop Joe! She didn't have the 'usual' gun under the pillow, because Ronald had removed it. What do people think, she could of done?? She is just a 17 year old young girl, skin and bones, herself! Who are we to judge Misty?

I don't think Misty lied when she told that someone stole Haleigh, she just did not elaborate because of threat. Anyone who saw the picture of Joe on the internet with the machine gun let one thing to the imagination, that he is a gun freak. Ron and Misty knew cousin was coming. He tried to protect his gun and she tried to protect the children by asking his mother to babysit. I'm glad Ronald is in jail, he didn't give a rat about his children and Misty. He hid at work while everyone else covered up for him.

I don't believe that Joe could have thrown Haleigh with two cinder blocks tied to her into the middle of the river. Hoe doesn't look like he is big or strong enough to lift the weight ofHaleigh and two cinder blocks at the same time and then throw all of it far enough into the river to not be found. Try lifting a cinder block in each hand and then imagine adding the weight and bulk of adding a 5 yr old girl to it and then being able to lift it all and then trow it any distance. I say it took 2 people to do that.

The first time I saw Ronald on television crying his tears he said someone stole his daugher and that she wasn't property she was his daugher. Why would he think someone stole her as property if he didn't know what was going on with the situation. I believe there is a lot of truth in Missy's story but more was going on than she is telling. I hope to find out Ronald's part in this.soon. Only then will the evidence add up.

what is Ronald's reaction to these latest developments and stories? We haven't heard anything on ron for a while now. Is he doing okay and did he get a plwa deal? Also, did they find out why Misty never returned any of Ron's calls that night I feel so sad for precious Haleigh. I hope they find her someday.

If this were the TRUTH, then why all the lies and why the big cover up?? Does anyone remember Misty sobbing on television and saying, "What would someone want with a little 5 yr. old? I wish they wouldv'e taken me. I could've fought." This latest version of the night still doesn't explain why 3 dogs hit on a dumpster. I believe her body was in that dumpster and relocated. I think that is the point where Joe Overstreet came on scene.
I don't believe Misty hid her head under the covers. The only thing she hid was a baby's body and the only thing she has covered has been her own a**!

If i didn't already know people in this family like to take xanax i wouldn't believe it, i still have doubt that TC had taken any that night. It's a convenient excuse to do nothing or not remember.
I don't believe he killed HC, nor that he was there when she died. I don't think TC could kill a child. I think RC said that his daughter was "stole" b/c of what he saw when he came in, the back door open that he always kept locked and Haleigh gone. I would think the same thing under those circumstances, plus Misty probably told him the same thing she told 911. JMO.

Without physical evidence, LE and the State can't bring a case against Joe (not sure if Joe was involved or not, right now I must say he was not involved due to lack of evidence!!!), Misty and Tommy lacks all credibility!!! The "key" now lies upon Ron, to tell what he knew all along about the case, and bring Justice for Haleigh!!! Right now I don't believe Ron, Misty, or Tommy will ever tell the truth and the case will go unsolved.

Good point, uncommon! I think Tommy is trying to distance himself as far as possible from any wrongdoing by playing "doped out drugged addict" – Also what keeps coming to mind for me is the 90+ calls Ronald placed to Misty that night. Three reasons come to mind – 1) they were fighting cause of her drug binge and he was checking on her (doubtful) 2) he was trying to warn her, of the impending doom; 3) he knew what was happening and wanted to make sure everything was going according to plan (highly likely) why? because he took forever to get home – stopped bought butts and beer – doesn't make sense – if i had called my girl 90+ times and she hadn't answered, I'd be home in two seconds – not leisurely make my way home. I probably wouldve even left work early.

What continues to baffle me (along with a bazillion other aspects of this case) Wasn't Steve Brown originally hired by the Sheffields, ( bio mom Crystal) however now he is setting up lie detector tests for Tommy, and speaking on Tommy's behalf?? Gosh it was several months ago, aprox April, Steve Brown was on a local Florida morning news station, claiming he had solved the case. Too many players and solvers to keep straight, I get that… what I don't understand is how a PI can go from one side of the family to the other……totally confuses me. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!

He worked for her new lawyer for a while, then signed on with Tommy, didn't try to keep it a secret; if he's ethical, he doesn't use info gained working for one against the other and maintains the confidentiality of clients and lawyers when instructed –former and current — unlike another PI we know. I absolutely agree with you, the ethics of some PI's are questionable at best, however, it doesn't take the intellect of passing the state bar exam to obtain an "investigator's" licence. I truly mean no disrespect, yet regarding HaLeigh's case we have seen more than a few PI's or whatever their latest title may be, going for all the media they can get….. gosh that is the only way I even know this "group" exists.. Perhaps I am not knowledgeable enough in this areana because I thought the confidentiality and representative clauses in contracts being signed would prevent any paid employee from working for the other side.. Obviously I am from the corporate world so thinking of a non compete clause… The whole PI switching seems a bit too quid pro quo for me, but I absolutely do NOT know Florida laws. ____Thank you for you answer, and I wish you a great evening!!

I agree x2. I like Mike Brooks, he has the LE perspective but i too get tired of him saying Misty ( actually all of them) was so high she doesn't have any memory of anything. They didn't fail poly's due to lack of memory, they failed due to not telling the truth. As to the second point, i keep thinking LE has to have so much more info than has been released and are very close to charging people in this case, but it seems as if they aren't much closer than bloggers. It's anyone's guess what happened, every time something sounds "logical" there are more questions to make it "fit". I say charge them all, even Joe O. If M & T are so sure about what they say they can testify in court against him and answer ALL questions. If they cannot, that works in Joe's favor. If LE cannot piece it together then charge the two who admit involvement and keep working on the rest and hope not one gets away with murder. Maybe a murder charge will get the truth out in it's entirety.

Hi Marti. Yes he is, and to add more proof against him is his rediculous story that he and Joe were together but he went to "borrow" the gun while Joe's intent was to steal it. TC has been informed that if a death is caused during a robbery it is 1st degree murder whether he was the killer or an accomplice. I wonder if the gun was ever found and if so who Ronald trusted with it. That tidbit of info might be important to the case, who he handed it off to and more importantly…when.

(My comment will be in "parts" because it's lond……) I have read much speculation re: my involvement within the HaLeigh case……..me and PCSO……..me going to Florida to search for HaLeigh……etc….etc……AND I AM HEAR, ME…NO ONE ELSE, TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT ~ ONCE AND FOR ALL.
It is no secret, for anyone who has looked up my name, etc…..to see that I "proclaim" to be a medium. I do NOT believe I am a so called, "Psychic"………That being said, whether I am a "medium" (able to "get" information from something / someone "beyond" myself in the form of visions / seeing / and hearing….) Or I am a complete fruit loop and need psychotic medication – The fact remains, that I have "received" information re: missing person's – and either posted online this info. or relayed the info. to LE – BEFORE events took place, etc…with at least somewhat accuracy……even to my own surprise on some things! I posted on BNN some things back in Feb. re: HaLeigh's case as "My Opinion Only"……..but never revealed how or why, really, I was posting or getting info……I posted on a couple of sites back in Nov of 2009, right after Morgan Harrington disappeared, the details of what "I believed" I saw happen and even kinda gave directions to where I believed she could be found…..(I stated she was about 10 minutes from her last known location, traveling on or near Ivy Rd…..I said that I saw her in a "dry" location, but it didn't mean that this place didn't at once have water….I said that the killer drove in as far as they could, but then had to drag Ms. Harrington the remainder of the way……and I believe I stated it was kinda remote, with woods, creeks and a pond / water source near?.?…..and I gave a lot more info…..IN FACT, several months after my posting, Morgan was found in an area that fit my description being only 10 miles from her last known location – which was a bridge near the Stadium, heading out onto Ivy Rd……..I can say that ALL I gave was 100% correct, for I have to try to interpret the info. I get ~ which often makes no sense to me…..and sometimes I get things backwards or a bit construed. But I give it my best shot. I do this for one reason and one reason only……Justice to the Families who have had their children ripped away from them by a sick, pedophile, rapist, or even worse, someone they trusted, like a parent. I have my own children and would welcome anyone, who seemed even half credible and go to the ends of the earth to find and bring resolution if one of my children were suddenly ripped away from me. In addition, I work in the LE type industry – as an Officer for a School District, and see and work with children (15 year old) everyday. I see their struggles with life and it is my JOB to keep them safe……I have just decided, that if I COULD possibly help a family, whether I am right or wrong re: my information…..then I would be doing an injustice in NOT revealing anything and everything I could to these heartbroken families, grieving everyday……….Some who have re-read my postings re: Morgan, have written and apologized for the ugly comments words said to me at the time I posted AND I have had a Private Investigator contact me the other day and ask me if I would mind doing a little reading re: a case he is involved in….I did and he seemed impressed. Yes, I have been giving info. to a Detective or two with PCSO, for a bout a year now, unofficially, re: HaLeigh – only because info. I gave them in the beginning was info. that NO ONE……knew…….except me and them. At the very least, they became intrigued to hear more. With every detail given, I think I surprised them a little more – yet only a select few of them. I am currently working VERY hard to find / pin point where HaLeigh is "resting"……. on top of working a F/T job, and carrying for a Family – going to sporting events with my children, and just being mom and wife. I stay very busy and very tired. My intentions are pure and my goal is that of LE surrounding her case. I am still trying to take all of my "clues" re: her where~a~bouts, and find where she is………I will discuss this topic later in my posting / letter……I DID also make a very short trip to Putnam, and try to search an area of interest to me…..I had a couple of areas I would have like to have searched, but my time was very limited and time just didn't permit a longer stay, plus, I wasn't paid for this, and I couldn't afford to take off work for a lengthy amount of time.
NOW – Here is everything I have seen, heard, received, etc….for anyone who cares to continue reading my ramblings…….
Misty and Tommy are the "guilty" party. Joe and Timmy are involved by "knowing" but saying nothing. Ron's involvment is also in the knowing……..HOWEVER, I believe that he became aware of the truth (Misty's truth…..of HaLeigh accidently getting into pills / drugs) later ~ after the fact ~ And kept silent for his own reason's ~ one, his need for and to control……..and he had COMPLETE control of both Tommy and Misty AND, the possibility of him being charged somehow, perhaps, because it was drugs from his house……….Whatever his reasoning though, it was for reason's that benefited him, and him only. In addition, I truly believe that once his kids were gone, the life of "freedom" and the ability to fully engage in his drug using / selling way of life, became much easier………Nothing here but a pure, selfish, egotistic, manipulative, controlling, and IMO pedophile living up, what he considered the good life.

Tommy has molested Misty her entire life, even into adult hood. (if you want to call them adults) She's even "given in" to him for drugs…..It's a sick relationship. I believe one of two things happened….(but either scenario, leads to the same conclusion)
1) After a weekend full of drugs and sex, Misty was too tired to "give it up" to Tommy for a much needed drug fix that night, so Haleigh was "offered up" as her replacement – BUT drugged FIRST in order to be quiet and cooperative and "less aware" of what was going on in order not to "tell" ~ but died by overdose accidentally.
OR~
2) HaLeigh woke up and walked in and caught, on the sofa, Misty and Tommy ~ for the same reason (her "payment" to him in exchange for her drug fix) ~ ….and HaLeigh was drugged purposely ~ with the intent to kill, because she witnessed the sickness between brother and sister…..and both of them would have been killed by Ron as soon as HaLeigh told on them……….Not to mention the many, many other consequences they would then have to face among everyone else……
I do believe that #2 is the correct scenario, if my visions and hearing are being interpreted correctly…….Yet, either scenario has Jr. "hearing" what was going on, but was quickly told to go back to sleep……….Misty and Tommy fought and argued on how to handle the situation ~ and it was finally agreed, once Misty was given her drugs and high as a kite ~ the only way to keep their "secret" silent, was to get rid of HaLeigh permanently and stage an abduction.
Additionally, because HaLeigh wouldn't shut up and go back to bed nor would she take the pills willingly, she was hit, by Tommy, to be cooperative. I "saw" a red truck and a mini vans involvement this night. I believe, HaLeigh was "prepared" inside the trailer, wrapped inside of her blanket (the one that was supposedly peed on and being washed, yet has NEVER been found by anyone, including LE) and then put into a black trash bag. I believe that both of them got the story straight on "what happened", staged the back door, and did whatever else they felt needed to be done…..and when the time was right, Tommy called Timmy (between 11pm & midnight) and briefly gave explanation (the same that was given to Ron, later) and said that he had to use the van, because the sent of HaLeigh was already in the van and wouldn't raise any suspicion, when or if K-9's were called to search…….

While Misty remained in the trailer, drugged out with HaLeighs lifeless body all confined in a blanket and trash bag, Tommy drove his red truck to Timmy's – and exchanged it for the Van. The plan was for Timmy to NOT drive the van up to the house, rather park in a remote area, but not far from the trailer, but kinda – out of sight – and then carry the bag containing Haleigh out the "staged" back door – and through some grassy wooded areas, through an alley, I believe, and then put her in a waiting van. This would give the K-9's a trail to sniff out, as if a stranger took her away, and then the scent ending as soon as she was placed into the van……..Then she was quickly driven to an area, where she was disposed of. While this was going on, Misty was pacing, going over her story over and over and continuing a few little staging of her own……Once Tommy had rid her body to his satisfaction, he returned to Timmy's, left the van, retrieved his truck and went home. I also believe that the Joe story was cooked up, for a "just in case needed" story…….And the rest we know…..Ron came home…….911 was called…….and so on…….
The 90+ calls that Ron made to Misty – That was nothing more than his obession and control in order to know what and where Misty was and who she was with……..Most of the conversations or text that happened BEFORE she quit answering his calls, were nothing more than the two of them still arguing and fighting over her 3 day sex / drug binge………She claimed that whenever she would slam her phone shut / down – it was a piece of !@?%…..and would often shut off……this was confirmed by LE to actually be the truth. So, after her last convo. or text – it's possible that she slammed the phone and it shut off, on it's own, without her knowledge……..In fact, when she did finally pick up her phone around 3am, to full fill her "story" of just waking up and finding HaLeigh gone, she had to actually turn her phone on.
NOW – I have many, many clues, visions, etc…..re: where HaLeigh's body was placed. They claim she was thrown into the River, maybe she was, maybe she wasn't. HOWEVER, I keep getting, that:
*I feel, at the time of my reading (a year ago) she was under dirt. – She said she was choking and couldn't breath…that could of been water.
*IF she was in fact thrown into the river – I feel that once she either started loosing flesh due to decomp, or by means of an alligator – parts of her either drifted, or were taken by alligator(s) & are still "hidden away" and can be located "under dirt" in an area that stays dampened…..at times filled with water……at times dry/damp/sluggish…and I think that my tunnels / pipes etc are also present nearby……*and this area would be creek like or canal type area, coming from a larger source of water – which very well could be the St.Johns. Again, that's IF she was thrown into the river….BUT, either way, I still get her scattered about and evidence of her and other evidence, to be in the area I describe….I have read that alligator's dig holes in the winter and hide food in them or in branches that are in water / muddled banks for later consumption.
*I also believe that the exact location they claim she was "thrown into" would be an area Joe would be more familiar with, rather than one familiar to them…….to later fit their claims of his involvement.
When in fact, the area that Tommy took her to, was probably near by, and more in line with somewhere he was quite comfortable in……(I keep thinking about his parents being out of town because Hank Sr. was in the hospital……..if they lived on the river, why not go there, since no one was home? This is just a theory – and IMO.
I saw and heard many words, area's, and am not sure what each of them mean, especially since I do not know the area, where people live / lived, etc…..BUT, here they are……….(I believe that each of my clues, if puzzled together, will lead to Haleigh)

*Basically, I still believe that H was drugged – and sexually molested. I went back to a year ago and re-read my ORIGINAL notes and put things together, knowing what I "know" now……The read as follows:
I got RED TRUCK – I got RONALD too…..
But I also got "DADDY DIDNT know (didn't being the correct word) meaning he does know NOW
I never picked up anything on Joe – never.
I believe, if going by my original readings on what I got from HaLeigh,
*Misty drugged HaLeigh……..either to sleep, or for Tommy, or revenge / silence
*Tommy sexually abused HaLeigh……..before also
*HaLeigh became unresponsive, but WASN'T dead (they just believed her to be)
*They worked together in disposal.
*It's possible that Timmy drove the van –
*But more likely, Tommy drove over and got the van -(red truck?) leaving his (a) vehicle there to bring his self back home
*Van was used because HaLeigh's scent was known to be in that van and wouldn't set off "alarms" if "hit" on by K-9s
*I feel, at the time of my reading (a year ago) she was under dirt. – She said she was choking and couldn't breath…that could of been water, I GUESS…..but still I feel/get dirt
Add all of that up with all the clues I got…….(here's a few)
*Step-Mom *Ronald or Donald (I couldn't tell) *Daddy's girlfriend
*I eat alone, she don't like me anymore, since I saw the SECRET (involving Tommy?) *Daddy don't know *"M" knows *Daddy's friend and M and a brother *I was sleeping *Red Truck with tool box or flat bed? *mini van *choke / can't breath *dirt *white trailer *she made me sleepy *drugs *Older, Large park area * I saw lot's of open space with wooded / trees all behind it *I heard: Summit, Grove, Paradise (area(s)/?? not sure what it means? *I'm in there * behind or near a park *maybe creek? *I see a large pipe or culvert, like maybe the creek or canal is an overflow ??? from a larger source of water *the area contains damp dirt…sometimes water……I see junk around, sheet metal, camp looking fires, just junk. *I hear: Hide away or maybe even Hidden away *play ground, swings around or near * It like people have dumped trash in or near the area, can't tell…..
There's more clues etc…I have given also, but can't remember all of them……because many of them were not written down and only given by phone.
Anyway, I will stick to this belief until I am proven otherwise. I do believe, that as it happened in Morgan's case, that when (if) this story ever comes full circle – I will have gotten most of this story correct….. I hope that the full truth does finally come out. I am just not hopefully. I don't tell the "future" nor do I care to know or even try. I don't know if I had more time in Florida to visit more areas if I could or would "pick up" on Haleigh's location, more accurately…….But it is what it is and I believe that I have done everything I could to try to help and I only hope and pray, right or wrong, that one way or another this story comes full circle for these murderers, and they get the punishment they deserve.
As far as publicizing all that I have at this point…….I do so, after serious contemplation, and have decided that I would like to put out there what I at least "think" I know…..maybe it will help…..maybe if correct, someones memory of something…..anything…..will be jogged and a location determined. Furthermore, if I can be validated to have the true gift – ability to help locate and help families of missing loved ones, maybe I will be trusted and believed in the future, and be able to help others, with a more positive attitude when it comes to mediums, etc……and really continue the last part of my years here on earth, doing something that will and can make a true difference……And maybe not……..But, I am not one to walk away and give up, especially when the going get's tough…I am thick skinned and take the criticism and will continue doing this for anyone willing to accept my help until I no longer can. I honestly believe a tried and true psychic should be consulted. There are some very credible ones out there who have worked with the law and solved many cases. Also with the Casey Anthony case.
Law enforcement should be using every possible way of gaining information. But narrow mindedness is still alive and well for law enforcement.

To Stephanie A. – Take no offense, I hope you are on the up & up.. Because there is an area I am going to go search to the best of my ability.. I cannot drive a boat but this area is accessible by land & water.. I can only search to the waters edge due to this fact but I will be vigilant in trying to identify any markers in the banks that relate to what you have described.. The search for Haleigh MUST CONTINUE !.. I do not believe Haleigh could've disappeared without a trace.. If you are correct, the trash bag should still exist if thrown in the water with Haleigh & hopefully has become tangled in brush along the shore.. The blanket however Misty has already spoken for.. Y'all pray I don't get snake bit etc.. I'm scared to death of snakes !! :'(

I hope your right with some of this steph. However, I don't believe Tommy molested Haleigh. It wouldve come out long before now. She would've told. Jr. stated also that the "couch was bouncing", so I do believe this child saw something. Probably didn't understand what he saw (or heard). Also, man in black carrying Haleigh away. This could be one of 3 people; tommy, timmy or joe. Alot of what you say, makes sense – why the scent for the hounds stopped at a certain point (far away, but not too far away from the trailer) – I could see this happening. I could see Misty drugging Haleigh but not for Tommy, but so she could sleep.

OMG… I said the same thing on my Twitter page before I deleted my account… I asked a well known reporter (not Art) about what I wrote & if PCSO was reading ppls writings.. This person said that they didn't know who PCSO was following/reading anymore but that Misty & Tommy having some sort of consensual sexual relationship had long been a rumor… This comment pi**ed me off because if every idea I have is useless & done been thought of then what's the use of me even trying.. So began my deletion of 800 Tweets & the eventual deletion of my acct all together.. I regret it now.. Not a day has gone by since the day Haleigh was reported missing that I don't think of her & mull this case over.. Ill be happy when there is Justice For Haleigh & when she is laid to rest properly.. I don't think Heckyl & Jekyll would take LE anywhere near Haleighs dumping ground.. SO, I am hopeful that she may still be found.. Stomping For Haleigh.. Incapable of forgetting.. Were going to find her & the truth.. & The guilty will pay.. For this is my resolve.. No matter our personal differences of opinion or issues w/ eachother, Haleigh has a great group of folks keeping the heat on.. Its just a matter of time.. Perhaps even the universe believes that revenge is a dish best served cold..

i think you have an excellent idea there! Both Casey and Misty came from dysfunctional families ! What is this world coming too? Pretty strong argument for family counciling before people can have children! I have 3 kids , 4 grandchildren and I would lay my life down for them! I thank God every day for my family . we aren't perfect , not by a long shot but we don't do drugs and l tought my kids that there are consequences to lying! My kids are all in good professions because we wanted better for our kids than we had growing up! I expect even better for my grandchildren! Excuse the "preaching" lol

I say they need to keep putting more pressure on Joe. Granted, Misty and Tommy have not told the truth before, but I still wouldn't take this claim lightly. Joe is out there strutting his little rooster chest thinking they can't touch him, and have nothing on him. Even if he had onnly been in the trailor looking for the rifle, there would have been his fingerprints everywhere in the place,not just in general places. Woudn't that cast more suspicions on him? They could at least attempt to use that to place him there that night? Maye they could use it to start making him sweat. He thinks he's a "cool little Gangsta", put the pressure on and see how cool he can stay.

Just was wondering if you can get the reports from all the neighbors that were
interviewed. Supposely they were interviewed more then once.
Someone had to hear Haleigh scream that night/morning.

This is my opinion of what happened …
Misty was staying at her parents house on Magnolia…due to the argument with Ron..and her 3 day party binge…and she was there that Monday
Misty picked up Haleigh after school at the bus stop …Monday…and took her to the Magnolia residence..This could have been at the request of TN asking Misty to babysit and she would pay her…
Misty did not have Junior….Junior was with GMS….Remember Ron's comment that Monday
Haleigh wanted something else to wear and he took her to GMS to get what she wanted..and then took her to school…He could have left Junior with her..
Anyway, Ron …before going to work..went to see Misty and Haleigh at the Magnolia residence and something tragic happened to Haleigh..
Ron left and rushed into work 45 minutes EARLY..his work site has a video camera of vehicles coming and leaving the company..and he had to be SEEN..he was at work..at a certain time…to have an alibi that he was not at the Magnolia residence..and THEREFORE his alibi he knows nothing about what happened to Haleigh..Also he is seen on video at the mini mart for his alibl he was just getting off work..
So the disposal/cover up began right after Ron left with the various folks involved..
Haleigh was placed in the dumpster until later retrieved…3 dogs hit on her scent there..
Ron's home on Green lane was staged to look like the abduction took place there..
Since the LE could not determine a crime had happened there…
The Magnolia residence could have been searched and evidence found, altho no report of that that I have heard…
Hardy said in the press conference after the search dive at Shell Harbor..that Haleigh was possibly dead and ruled it a homicide…There were comments made to start preparing for a funeral…They have to have EVIDENCE/DNA to say that..
Now to me..A body would have to show evidence of foul play, knife wounds, gunshots, ..other than she died of natural causes…to be ruled a homicide…
That to me, is why there are no searches going on, Tim Miller was told not to search..the LE are not searching…The only one telling the public to continue searching for Haleigh is TN..
Altho the LE have said that Tommy Misty have lied…they COULD HAVE told some truths and the LE is not saying WHAT they have found to be TRUE that they have confirmed…
The LE/SA is now focused on Ron…I believe Ron was there when Haleigh was hurt/injured/died…He knows…
The LE is keeping so much information to themselves…but I hope an arrest comes soon
This is all my theory and my own opinion,,,,

i believe haleigh was dead before ron went to work..do we know if grandma cummings actually saw the kids when she dropped off clothes that evening?

i wholeheartedly agree with you spiked lemon..misty is just a dumbass young kid herself probably covering for the man she thinks she loves ron cummings

Finally, we know Tommy and Misty have been lying, like most everyone else in the case.

Sorry took so long, but DNA would naturally be there because she rode in the van. Can’t prove anything from that. tx
