oh yeah one more thing….what day and what hour was all the guns removed?
who is to say that they are all accounted for..only Ron knows for sure..maybe he left one out
of the equation…?

No blood was because they all had time t o clean it up…would explain what was thrown into the river..(not haleigh) would explain why Haleigh wasnt in pjs and the shirt was found.
Ron's grandmother said she was there at 8 pm and the kids were eating…with clean laundry in tow. Yet Misty claim she wasnt there and she was washing the blanket. for Haleigh to sleep with.
Joe stole Rons gun a week before and found it in the culvert at Timmy's. where JOe was staying at the time visiting(which I think he came there for drugs to transport back)
whos to say that the bag of bloody rags etc went into st.johns with the rope and the cinder blocks(which wouldnt weigh as much as haleigh)
and the took Haleigh and stuffed her way far back in the same spot the gun was found in the culvert in the drain pipe. and the bag of bloody stuff was what the dog hit on that was in the dumpster . Art your the greatest..love listening to you!

Tommy said…he could tell haleigh wasnt breathing in the back seat of the van.
It is much to dark to see that ,he would need to touch her.
yet his lawyer said that Tommy was sitting on the couch and looked around the corner and notice Haleighs limp body in joes arms….which is it?
Misty said she was in the covers with JR and heard Haleigh scream…..
yet all we heard from JR was about the couch bouncing and a man in black..(sounds like he was told to say that)..but a blood curling scream from a child is so loud the neighbors would wake up and hear it…
Ron removed the gun under misty's pillow that night of all nights why? either it was something he thought he needed t do then(because he was afraid joe would come steal them)
or Haleigh found it and shot herself earlier that day(when Ron was still home)

I believe Ronald Cummings is the guilty party here I wonder Art if you could put up a poll? I am interested in who everyone believes the murderer is?? I thing Ronald was messing Misty up that day before he left for work, somehow Haleigh got in the way and was killed. Ron went to work as usual, with Misty responsible for the rest of the horrible task of getting rid of Haleigh, getting help from her bro and cousin, then Ronald calling a million times to make sure the deed was done. Then the BS 911 call and so on. That is my theory. What do you all think??

It takes Will for drugs to Kill…… These freaks as an excuse for humans are lower than the worst animals. Ronald cummings was court ordered to work,, shame that a judge had to make him keep a job due to his issues with the kids Mother Crystal Sheffield.. , Is it possible to Reenact this case b4 it goes any farther? Doesnt LE do that to help them solve this type of story?
Art, plz read from ur readers on NG that complain about her ignorant crudeness towards you and others as you are trying ur da#@est to explain her questions..Shes as bad as some of these freaky cultures that do as the croslin/cummings. thx for sharing.

WHERE THEY FOUND THE GUN REVISITED:

When Lindsay and Tommy Croslin, Hank Sr. and Lisa Croslin showed me where they said Joe hid the gun–and Chelsea and Misty found it–we were standing in the yard at Tommy and Lindsay's house on Tyler St, where a culvert runs along the front and a drainage pipe runs under the driveway….

Hank and Lisa had moved to Tommy's from their Maganolia house, after Hank's car wreck; he was on crutches with pins in his leg.

The day Haleigh went missing, a family member drove back up to the Gainesville hospital to bring him home in the blue van. And there it was that day, covered in dusty white fingerprint powder in the driveway. More from those interviews later.
