We all remember the jailhouse conversatation between Ronald Cummings and investigators in the Putnam County murder case of his missing five year old Haleigh: an FDLE agent is telling Ronald the only time he’d ever seen Misty cry was when she got, well, all misty over him.
We’re talking about the Ronald factor here on Jane’s show, and may well talk more about it Friday night on Nancy Grace, when Ron Cummings plea negotiations will be one topic. — Art Harris

Jane rocks! I watched that show..I’d like to know what is going on with Tommy and Werter..I’m beginning to think Werter just throws things out there, and hopes something will stick..I think the only way Ron throws Misty under the bus is if she points the finger at him.. There bond seems incredibly close..IMO

It truely amazes me on how the one person who has a record of arrest due to drugs and has exposed his children to an extremely dangerous life- style can cut a plea deal!! Misty nor Tommys records do not even come close to Ronald Cummings!
The videos are enough to convict Tommy, Misty and Ronald on. Why can’t Misty testify against Ronald in the drug case?
When you look up in the dictionary what MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE means it says : Ronald Lemlyles Cummings!!!
Haleigh never had a chance! I am praying to God that Crystal stays clean and gives Jr. and Chloe all of the love and security they need. I pray she does this for herself as well. Crystal and the rest of the innocent family of Haleighs my heart breaks for you and my prayers of comfort go out ot you!

We didn’t actually hear that convo, I believe what we heard was Ron talking to his mother saying it took place. We really have no idea/proof that it did in fact occur.

I belive if you give a lie detecter test to Ron Cummings mother and grandmother, You will learn alot more.You are going on his grandmother, that she was in house around 7:30 see if that is true.Those two are hidding something. His mother all along says misty was so great yet they only knew her for what 4 months, yet tell me she didnt know she was on drugs like her son Ron Cummings.Why would she stick up for her Misty if she wasnt hiddings something herself. That was her grandaughter. I think Ron played some part in this.

I think if Misty feels she is going to get the boot camp deal until she is 21, then she will not talk… But if she is not, then she will sing like a canary… The way Ron, his mom and grama have acted, and treated Misty, has been so strange for Haleigh to be missing on Mistsy’s watch. I would offer them all another lie detector test… Is this #8 or #9 he has gotten off on easy street…. And nancy grace talks like he is father of the year, Pleassseee… Sorry for venting but I don’t feel that family has done enough to bring Haleigh home…

pat, I so agree with you. I couldn’t figure out why Annette Sykes and her daughter (Ron’s grandmother and mother) were so protective of Misty at first. But now, I suspect ALL of them and Ron.
I don’t believe Annette Sykes and that is why I think they all need lie detectors. Why don’t those who had them not eagerly volunteer?
It seems to me if Ron is guilty, then that would explain his grandmother and mother’s support of Misty. They know she is madly in love with him and want to keep her quiet. I think Haleigh was dead before Ron went to work and his mother and grandmother went to the house to clean up. Misty knows their involvement so they can’t risk offending her as they don’t want her to spill the beans, imo!

Sorry, meant to say those who have not had lie detector tests should eagerly volunteer in order to clear their names.
Another scenario I can see is that the child died under the grandmother’s watch or someone like Crystal or Hope Sykes. Misty didn’t want to babysit so it seems she could have easily gotten someone else to do so since we know now all those people live right there close together. They could have all been involved in the coverup and disposal of the body and each family member would have that to hold over each other.
In review, that tape of Ron’s mother showing the reporter around the house gives me the creeps. It seems so odd that she was there giving the grand tour, especially since she didn’t live there!

I go along with Pat above. I think Ron had something to do with her missing also.
I also think he put Misty in a position to be able to get a deal if they ever got caught. I don’t believe that Misty is the leader here.
Some day I hope soon, Misty realizes what a con this guy really is.

If there was a single innocent person in all of this they would literally be screaming bloody murder by now! Everybody’s hands are dirty! Otherwise we would already know the truth! They are all guilty, all involved and all to blame…even if they just looked the other way… for this poor child’s death. May God have mercy on all of their souls.
The drugs and toxicity of these families have completely warped the thinking of these people.
From the get-go…NONE of them ever have seemed lucid…they all seem to be over-medicated…they protect each other like the in-breeder’s mafia…they bed and marry children, threaten each other with guns, they fight and rob and kill each other…even risk lifetimes of jail and even their own lives for these magical prescription drugs. That is, they have completely lost touch with reality.
Misty, Ronald and Tommy each have decided that they are victims in this train wreck. In their twisted little burnt out brains they thought they could outwit the police and they could bargain themselves out of prison. Haleigh Cummings is happy now in the arms of The Lord. She had to have been in agony and faced a lifetime of abuse and a legacy of drugs and destruction.
I think on some level…they wanted out of that life too. Maybe prison seems better than the freak show back in Satsuma.

I also agree with Pat, if Misty is willing to protect the whole family by remaining silent the last thing they want to do is point the finger at her. They could have been aware of Ron terrible temper, child abuse and the drug dealing that went on in the house. Ron’s grandmother was doing the children’s washing, it’s impossible for her not to have witness anything, unless she was drugged up herself.

Hi Art,
On another website they have the “latest” audio tapes from the jail. I listened to the FIRST one posted on Friday, 5/20 I believe. I have to say I was bored out of my mind and it seemed like a recording…the father and Misty talk about the same thing over and over…”Misty if you know anything you gotta tell your lawyer.” “Misty, don’t be talking about anything to anyone else, talk to your lawyer.”
The father tells Misty he loves her quite often…but it’s pretty sad to listen to since he feels extremely down and out and needs surgery but cannot get surgery, has no job, Lisa cannot get a job because they ask if you have a “felony” and she has to tell the truth that she does. (MY god, well why does she have a FELONY in the first damn place!! Hellooooo she is the only one holding herself back from getting a decent job!!!)
Then Hank says all he can do is “drywall”…blah blah..and he says he can’t real or write and either can Lisa.
(Look, I am their age…WHY the hell can’t they READ and WRITE!! My god they live in the USA…land of freedom and plenty of opportunities to get your life together! How come they don’t get the a– back to school? Night school even or something! They want help? Well go get gov. aid to GO TO A DAMN community college and get some help!
There are Mexicans that come over the border here and they sure can find work, cook, clean, read and write and LEARN English! So why the hell can’t Hank and LISA?!!!
These two feel sorry for themselves and have set themselves up to fail. They have absolutely no hope or faith that they can do anything other than what they already do…which I guess is drug dealing, stealing or getting gov. handouts.
Too sad. No wonder Misty and Tommy are starting their lives in such a sad mess?!!
There are people living in their cars and going to school and willing to do what it takes to get ahead in life! So I say to HAnk and Lisa…get it together…and yeah..I know Hank had a car accident and needs surgery etc….so go look into medicare for that…and tell LIsa to get a darn job! And you both GO BACK TO SCHOOL!!
And start telling your kids to GET IT TOGETHER! Tell them to READ books! Tell Misty to get her GED if in jail or outside of jail!
Why would Misty now in jail say – I am gonna get my GED now, …blah blah blah….uh Misty – you can get your GED when or if you are ever out of JAIL! You don’t need to wait til you are in jail to start getting your life together! WAKE THE HELL UP!!
And Tell Misty her life is forever on the line! As parents they should freaking act like parents for once.
It’s obvious all they do is think about themselves and that’s why Misty is so misguided…and how do they feel now that she may be in prison for many, many years??
Oh…and back to the tape – MISTY FINALLY!!! FINALLY !!! Says RON USED ME!!! Hallelujah!! Finally she realizes he used her.
She says he just used me for babysitting and the same with his mother and grandmother…they just liked her around so they wouldn’t have to take care of the kids. Misty will do it.
Like hello…I think she may be finally waking up…so it’s time for her to SAY if RON has anything, anything at all to do with HAliegh’s disappearance, death or anything…TELL IT NOW..your LIFE IS ON THE LINE!!
Ugh…gosh..people just pray this is solved asap!

I fully agree with every single post above. Such a sad shame that little Haleigh and Jr. never had anyone to protect and watch over them the way children should be. I am sure God thought Haleigh had endured enough in her little life and she is now with him. As for Jr. I pray that he is being taken care of and loved and protected by his biological mom. I think justice will soon be served on all who were directly involved with Haleigh’s death. As far as the family members who sat back and said nothing when they knew all along, God will take care of them too. Each of them will have to live with this within their soul along with their own children being locked up in prison.

I think Nancy Grace talks kinda nice about & towards Ron as a tactic to get more exclusive interviews. I feel like Nancy Grace just wants to hammer them in and ask certain questions but refrains in case a bigger bomb shell leaks she can speak with them exclusively. Not like Gerald Rivera he asked the “wrong(right” questions he’ll never talk to Ron now. This Croslin Klan is for sure watching too much tv & learning a lot from Casey Anthony.

As far as Mrs. Neves, she does say way back in the begining when Nancy Grace interviewer at the home she did say that something about the house either always being dirty or alot of laundry.
Why did the little matteress Haleigh slept on did not have a sheet and the pillow was “filthy” These people are truly pigs.

Art, I am glad that most of your bloggers believe exactly what I have believed since day one when our Haleigh Bug disappeared! Ronald knows what happened to Haleigh, we believe.
When Ronald Cummings opens his mouth blaming Misty, that is when Misty will lower the boom on all of Cummings’ family. The sad part is who will believe Misty. I will believe her when she finally tells the truth. Many more of us are waiting for Ronald’s huge wheelin’ and dealin’ with PCPD!! The love that Misty thinks she has for “The Ronald” will end quickly.
Hurry up Cummings, we want you to start talkin’ bad. Make that accusation against the young woman that you used. Misty said that you used her; I believe it. You seemed to have liked little girls. We get so mad when we think of Little Haleigh dropping off the Earth; something and someone happened it!!! some are just our opinions

Art, Did LE check the septic tank/s around the area where Haleigh lived? That could be the reason Ron didn’t want to live in the trailer? Flushing toilets would be hard to do if someone had put her in the septic tank!! Lord only knows where Little Haleigh is–RIP Lovely Haleigh
Also, Art, Do you know why LE went into that dumpster at night? Why didn’t they cordone off the area and keep it untouched until daylight instead of using artificial light in the dark? just wondering if you might know——-joo

In the beginning, it was reported somewhere HOW Ron gained custody of the kids. He had them for his weekend visit and didn’t bring them back, instead he went to the court, and filed for custody, gave a false address for Crystal, so she would be sure NOT to get the court papers, and not show up in court, so he automatically got the kids because she waas a no show in court. I would think knowing it’s how it all came down, and he LIED to the court…he should also get charged with that !!
Those children should Never have been with Ron! Why did he do it? needed foodstamps to trade for drugs?
The whole family is filled with as many liars as Misty’s family is ! give all of them polygraphs ! I am willing to bet LE would find out much more then they know now, since Ron is off drugs, and you’ll see Teresa Neves knows much more then she tells, and so does Gramma Sykes. Catch them in their lies !

YOU ARE OH SO RIGHT!!!!! Baby Haleigh and Baby Jr. should have been with their mommy. Ronald Cummings is responsible for Haleigh missing, in more ways than one. Poor Haleigh.
Art, Do you know why Putnam County Jail has Ronald with the LE who he knows. I don’t understand why he is there with his LE buddies, and why Misty is in St. John’s County Jail.
Ronald must feel quite safe seeing the LE that he has been arrested by in the past, then let go!!!! NO CHARGES???
