Exclusive: Misty Croslin Boots Bounty Hunter!

After she begged for his help and the family of accused drug trafficker Misty Croslin accepted a $3,000 Ford Taurus as a gift from generous Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla to drive back and forth to visit their daughter in the St. John’s County, Florida jail, the former stepmother of missing six year old Haleigh Cummings has ordered Padilla not to contact her again.
In an exclusive interview with The Bald Truth, Croslin attorney Robert Fields tells me the California bounty hunter may have missed his first letter, so he’s sending another one, certified, first thing Monday morning, warning Padilla to stop all contact with Croslin, the babysitter who reported Haleigh missing over a year ago, and who police believe knows more than she revealed.
“She understands it’s not a good idea to make a deal with any bounty hunter, and she doesn’t want to hear from him again,” Fields told me Saturday. “They’re just out for the publicity. Working with any of them is about as smart as driving your car into a lake.”
Fields tells me if Padilla or any other bounty hunter tries to contact his client, “we’ll get a cease and desist order to keep them way.”
However, he concedes he can’t enforce a ban between Padilla and Misty’s parents, Lisa and Hank, Sr., who are grateful for the new wheels, even if they are used, the rent he’s covering and the money he’s put on phone cards for them to accept collect calls from Misty and son, Tommy, also behind bars and charged with one count of trafficking. His bond was revoked for a probation violation stemming from an earlier theft charge. On jailhouse phone calls, released to the public, Misty’s family sounds thrilled at Padilla’s offer to relocate them to California to find work and start over.
“Her father has done sheetrock work,” Padilla said on the Levi Page internet radio show we were on together Sunday night to discuss the latet in the Haleigh Cummings investgation, “so we could get him a job with my brother’s company that installs sheetrock.”
Meanwhile, The Bald Truth has learned Croslin’s ex husband, Ronald Cummings, made more than 90 phone calls to his then girlfriend-babysitter between late evening Feb. 9 and early morning Feb. 10, when he returned home from the swing shift at PDM Bridge Company and discovered his daughter missing.
Misty told my sources she just didn’t feel like babysitting after a three day binge of sex, booze and drugs — described to me as a revenge romance to get even with Ronald for trying to abort the child he feared she might be carrying from another man by squeezing her into a ball, tight, then booting her from the trailer. In an exclusive videotaped interview we shot of bounty hunter William Cobra Staubs here at artharris.com, Misty confidante Kristina “Nay Nay” Prevatt, who picked her up that night to head off on a wild three days, detailed the incident.
Regarding Misty Croslin’s frantic appeal to her mother, Lisa, to seek Padilla’s help with her $1.35 million bond, Fields tells me that was made on a jailhouse videotape during visit BEFORE he had a chance to visit his client and explain the illogic of doing such a deal–telling Padilla what she knew or may know about Haleigh in exchange for temporary freedom.
Such a move would take away any trump card Fields might be able to use to bargain for his client’s release on bond, or lesser charges and prison time she might receive if convicted of her drug charges, in exchange for verifiable information about what happened to Haleigh.
Reading between the lines, we can expect Fields to explore several options for his client in the coming days and weeks, and if you listen to the recent jailhouse tapes, Misty Croslin hints she might have overheard something the night Haligh vanished.
He declined to say whether he believed she had anything to use to bargain with law enforcement to bring down prison time she’s facing if convicted on all 8 counts of trafficking in prescription painkillers — an estimated 114 years behind bars. But he did say, “Misty understands this is serious, and has decided to take her lawyers advice.”
In an attempt to recreate the dysfunctional family dynamic that night inside the trailer, I asked her in laws to describe Misty and her state of ind. Art I want you to tell Nancy Grace she’s as low as Howard Stern. If this family really loved that little girl. The great-grandmother would have watched her. The grandmother would have watched her. Did they watch her NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. So then we have a 16 year old watching the kids after they know shes on a full blown drug sex weekend. The father then leaves his daughter with her. Yeah, sounds like this family did everything they could to protect her. BS Someone needs to tell Nancy Ronald is garbage and should be locked up so other daughter’s are safe out in this world. Why would Misty’s attorney want her to go before a jury? Her dad “Hank” can’t even get a job because of his last name.
After watching jailhouse tapes I believe now more than ever that Misty knows more. She told her mother that she would give Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla information if he would bail her out. Right?
And also Robert Fields should stop jailhouse visits and phone calls with her family the more Misty talks the more trouble she gets herself in…….

Art, what time did tommy say he went over to misty’s that night and did he call ron at work to tell him it didnt look like anyone was home? if ron called 90 times while at work, how did he get any work done? thats alot of times to call someone..he should have just asked to leave early and go home to check things out or at least called his mom to go over..why did he call tommy?

While sleuthing the internet about this case, a few thoughts came to mind. One involves the dumpster the cadaver dogs hit on that held bricks and construction debris, but no evidence. The other the brick holding the screen door open.
My thoughts were, “what if”?
Someone wanted to weigh down Haleighs body to dump in a body of water (sorry for the description but). if they had been handling her body, and reached into the dumpster looking for bricks as weights. i wonder if enough transfer scent would be there for the dogs to detect.
Something about the “brick”, just seems telling to me in this case.

As for the Croslins, the one room apt is a hell of a lot better than what they were living in. Actually they were bunking in with Lindsay’s relatives. I’m sure they were glad to see them go. Lindasy now in Palm Coast and her family wants nothing to do with these creeps.
Ingrates, spongers and down right no good. However they all profess their love for each other while Dude Daddy and Dumbo Tommy complain that it’s Misty’s fault they are in their predicament.

Hi Art, (warning, it’s a long one but you sprung some big stuff on us here)
Just read this article and now have a slightly different perspective on things. First of all, this case parallels the Anthony case in so many ways. I would bet that Haleigh and Jr’s grandparents spent a lot of time babysitting them. If they had any way of knowing something like this would happen i’m sure they would have done things differently. Just like the Anthony’s would have done things differently had they known. They complained about having to watch Caylee so much, and maybe T. Neves had been babysitting for the 3 days Misty was gone when Ron was at work and wanted a break since Misty returned. Gram Sykes doing laundry for the kids.
I am actually shocked at the number of attempted calls from Ronald. 90?? Imagine how much time it would take to call someone that many times even if they don’t pick up. At what point would a normal person realize they aren’t going to answer the phone?( i might have left work to check on things myself) I guess at that point he called Tommy of all people. I suppose because Tommy lived close, this convinces me even more that Lyndsey knows what was going on. 90 times..mind boggling.
If it’s true that Ronald did that to Misty, he must have had a reason to think she was pregnant by someone else which is odd, i’m sure there had to be a chance if she was pregnant it could be Ronald’s baby. I’m not sure i believe her on this, it’s what Misty told her friends, they only repeated what they heard from her. If i am getting this right, she was living with Ronald but had a bf on the side, probably while he was at work, but then who was watching the kids..grandma? Might explain why someone would call 90 times although still somewhat obsessive behavior, his kids were in the middle of it. I’m going to make an assumption here, but she just might be the type of person to make up a pregnancy story to evoke an emotional response. Maybe she couldn’t afford a simple thing like a pregnancy test? Plus, if it’s true that Ron did that to her, she went off on a drug binge not sure if she’s pregnant? She might even have made it all up to get back with the old bf after Ronald kicked her out. Trying the sympathy card. What if the bf, or someone she was with, was so mad about Ron physically abusing Misty they wanted to hurt him where it would hurt the most! In the first few days he made a comment saying basically “bring her back, she’s not a thing, she’s a child” as if to say leave her out of it.
I have been somewhat convinced Misty did fall asleep, and that she had given Haleigh a pill of some kind to get her to sleep and that she died. I thought when Tommy came by Misty didn’t answer the door but she was home. How many people have ever ignored the door or phone if they are sleeping? I know i have. I thought it did wake her up though and she got up, then realizing what had happened to Haleigh. Thus, having her brother and/or cousin come over and help her take Haleigh somewhere and come up with the abduction scenario, her brother being a thief knows all about propping doors open to make it fit the story. I’ve always wondered if there was any way her cousin could have taken Haleigh’s body from Fla on his way to Tenn, stopping somewhere in Ga maybe to discard (for lack of a better word) her body. Anywhere along the way, but away from Satsuma. Are they absolutely sure he couldn’t have been “the man in black”? Misty insinuated some things about him early on. Could he have already been in the house visiting with Misty when she fell asleep, then decided to get even with RC over a fight they had? Why would she go this far to protect someone like that though, even if he is a cousin?
Now however, i can’t help but wonder if someone was exacting revenge on Ron for “hurting” Misty, and revenge on Misty for going back with Ron. Jr. said he saw a man in black and there is no reason to doubt it. I have to ask (as another poster has asked) was Misty in bed next to Jr when he saw the man? That is so important in determining Misty’s involvment. If she was not in bed sleeping, she had to know or been a part of who took Haleigh out of the home.
I don’t think she went anywhere that night (jmo), but i think she spent 3 days running her mouth about what a ****** Ronald was, and now i wonder if someone she told that to decided to get even. If either scenario is true and Haleigh is deceased, i have to hope she died from a pill, the other is just to horrible to imagine. Ron Cummings is in a living **** no matter which way he looks at it and i have to say i don’t see how he can spend one minute with Misty unless he was a part of it and i really don’t think he was. If it’s determination to get her to tell something, and if he helped get her locked up in his pursuit of information, that makes him one strong determined person. It might be the one and only hope he has of ever seeing his daughter again, or finding out what happened to her. If that’s all wrong and he married her and has been hanging out with her for no other reason than he likes her, that would be pathetic, that would prove the love is blind theory. I still think he has all along been trying to get info from her, i think he has confided in his mother, and i think he loved his little girl. If Haleigh died accidentally from a drug OD, i think the instict of Ronald as a parent would be to call for help immediately no matter what, even if it was too late. The only way he doesn’t do that is if he wasn’t there and didn’t know what was going on. Thus 90 calls. I cannot imagine him disrespecting the corpse of his daughter to hide a petty drug thing they had going. He would have wanted a funeral i would bet. JMO Art, maybe i give RC too much credit but he made the efforts to get custody, we have seen the pics of them during good times, i have no doubt he loves Haleigh. I do question however some of his actions, not sure i could wrap my arms around someone who was suppose to be taking care of my daughter the day after she goes missing, but then we don’t know what she told him either.(I reserve the right to change my mind as more info is released).

Art, thanks for the info on Ron calling FRANTICLY to Misty more than 90 times. Why did he call Tommy? Did Ron call his mom or Grandma? Ron stopped off for beer, nuts and cigs so casually makes you go HMMMMMMM. Art this is making me even more suspicious that Ron knows something.
Did Ron talk to Misty in any of these phone calls? WE had heard before that he called her , but got no answer.

I find it hard to believe that Leonard Padilla is enabling Misty’s parents. That was s very stupid move imo, and one tht he will regret! Those people are not going to work, and the car will be filthy, and broken down in no time at all. It will probably be “on blocks” in the front yard of the trailer they find to live in! Wait and see! He should have bought Lisa some dentures….she really looks repulsive smoking her cigs without teeth. GAWD! I’ll bet they “take off” in the middle of the night in the car Leonard gave them! I agree with you Laura, 100%. Nancy Grace is despicable,Why in the name of the heavens above is she still praising “Daddy Ron” as being a wonderful dad. He is as guilty or maybe even guiltier than Misty. None of these people deserve these children and that includes the Grandmothers. Nancy Grace has her head stuck up “Daddy Ron’s” but so far she can’t or won’t see the truth. I’m lost on something.. exactly what “Proof” that is believable, is proving there was a 3 day drug party sex binge.. (and please don’t tell me all there is will be crap from a prostitute and pimp trying to get out of jail). “party” would insinuate others involved, so if so who? and what did they say?

Art- I still can’t wrap my brain around the fact Nancy Grace will put down everyone associated to Little Haleigh, except for Ronald Cummings…(the so called distraught father with the crocodile tears) Does Nancy have a crush on him or something ? NAncy Grace has always seemed to be a very intelligent woman, I can not believe she has been completely won over by Ronald’s “charm”(of which he has none)I remember reading somewhere that Misty did call Teresa Neves nd tell her she didn’t want to baby-sit that night, and didn’t feel up to it, and could she(Ms. Neves) do it, and the answer was “no”, but then Misty’s sister-inlaw I belieeve it was, offered to take care of the kids that night at her home if it was okay with Ronald(which obviously it must not have been okay with him) I have to wonder if that was what Misty and Ronald argued over on the phone, and because he wouldn’t let the kids go be looked after elsewhere for the night, Misty just stopped taking his calls. (We have to keep in mind, she’s a teenager and not all they do is understandable.)I am not making excuses for her by any means, I do believe she holds the key to any informtion as to what happened to Little Haleigh…but you know…I also fel that Ronald is just as mucuh to blame. He left his children in harms way that night, seeing how messed up Misty still was from her weekend of drugs,sex and cavorting,Ronald still had time before leaving for work to make different arrangements for the children that night. But did he? No, of course not, because leaving them with Misty, gave him the upper hand over her. HE is a control freak, which is also why he always chooses under age girls to have relationships with. A woman his own age or older would not be as easily manipulated by him. All of his past girlfriends it has been said have had or do have drug addiction problems, and I believe that Ronald is the sole cause of that also.He picks them young, and starts passng out is pill stash to them,and when they need or want more, it’s his ticket to control them entirely. Just from his past alone, you would think there could be dozens of charges brought gainst him, Statutory rape, contributing to the delinquency of minors,abuse, and the list could go on and on. And of course these females won’t open their mouths because they are afraid of him.HE has seen to that.IS Misty Croslin guilty? Yes, and Ronald is just as guilty, because I do believe he knows a whole lot more then he is telling. Nancy Grace went on and on about how Ronald was the only one speaking HAleigh’s name in any of the taped JAil house conversations, well I beg to differ with her, He was not even mentioning his child’s name,at first, Haleigh’s name was being brought up by Misty and her parents. I believe that his mother Teresa Neves most likely wrote to him and told hm about what was being televised on TV, and that he needed to start talking about Haleigh…and now it appears that he has already gotten himself a new girlfriend?? I think that is just for appearances sake, just as was the divorce from Misty, and I believe that Ronald and Misty never actually stopped being together after that divorce. As far as these drug charges, Misty was being a stupid teenager, out to make some quick money, at 26 yrs old, what is Ronald’s excuse ??Besides the fact that he is dumber then a stump. The two entire families put the “Funk” in dysfunctional…what I have been mase to understand is that good old Gramma Teresa Neves is no better then the Croslin’s, she pops pills too, and it’s why she knows “how bad oxycontins taste”…I just know it’s about time that Ronald finally got himself in to trouble that his momma can’t get him out of !!

Why would Ronald Cummings need to be calling 90 times to reach Misty? Is there proof phone records to solidfy this statement? I think RC was covering his own butt creating an aliby for himself. Neighbors claim that night hearing loud arguing before he left for work. His work stated yes he came in a half hour early which he NEVER did before. Why did he need to be early that night? Why would a responsible parent leave their children with someone they just had a TERRIBLE fight with to go to work early? Does not make sense and when it does not make sense then it is 99% of the time NOT TRUE!!! He and Misty KNOW what happended to Hailey and They are COVERING UP Their DEEDS!!!!! St John River Basin leading to ST John’s Bay became Hailey’s Grave IMO. Oh one more thing, I think MIsty’s lawyer Mr. Fields is telling her things that has her more afraid to talk to Padilla,and make bond, then she is afrid of being in jail. SInce Padilla also extended to offer that if Fields didn’t agree Padilla would even get Misty a new lawyer. Of course Mr Fileds wouldn’t want to see that happen, because as much as he says that the Bounty Hunters are just in it for the publicity, well you know what? So is Robert Fields !! Art I listened to you, Levi, LP and Vitto C. It was very interesting. The 90 calls show that Ron was desperately trying to reach Misty. ‘IF’ he does not know anything will be a shock to me. I have tried so hard to remove him as a suspect, but with the info that is out and continues to flow it seems almost impossible to believe he is innocent in Haleigh strange disappearance. I am sure LE has not came out and said if Tommy called Ron back. You would have reported it already. I am just making sure I did not miss it. I think LP should leave Misty in there do not put money on her account and stop giving The Croslins the means to get in touch with her. I believe if she could not talk or see her family she would become very desperate and give the info LE needs to find Haleigh.

Hey, I got it ! Return the car. Unless ofcourse maybe the attorney is hoping it will bring some $$$ CASH into the situation. Either from her folks getting a job, now that they have transportion. or selling it to pay for some of the attorney fees & costs…..or maybe selling it to rent a home.
At least now her Dad can get on his feet. He seems like he has a heart for Haleigh and has the guts to speak his mind to his daughter. He is the only one that keeps telling her to tell the truth and also that Misty is the one that has put everyone in that situation in the 1st place. All the while her Mom babies her and blames the world for poor poor Misty’s choices. Lisa even has the gall to put the blame on little Haleigh. Oh yeah, Haleigh was holding a gun to her head to force her to sell drugs. Misty is a bottom feeder and always will be.
After hearing Nay-Nay’s letter from jail awhile back, I have to figure that maybe she is gone. Nay-Nay mentioned that she died and that someone had put her in the middle of a murder investigation…..poor choice of words. Also that she was worried that the vehicle was being looked over by CSI. Now THAT really got her. Must be something to find there that she wants hidden.
She and Misty both need to rot in jail. No TV, books or calls and oh yeah, how about they eat what the taxpayers can afford….bread and water. Stale bread and water. She’s definitely NOT LOOSING ANY WEIGHT. Just look at her !
The Law Enforcement people are doing a great job in my opinion. They all deserve a medal for this one. This case will follow them and their families to their graves. You can’t put a price on that. I hope that they get some resolution and peace of mind, knowing that they “took care of Haleigh”.
I’m sure they all HUG & KISS their BABIES more.

Art how long had warrent been held,before serving it.Or was it just written out,an served during jail visits.Did Lisa get IDed,or caught on camera,due to claimed purse theift?? As for the arrest.I would back LE with buys from UC,from Misty,or Ron.I think the pills sold,if from DB dr shopping spree.If they were sold to UC.But for UC,an LE to stick them with 200 pills that UC fronted,an right then busted,with those 200,i really pray that part gets thrown out!! That went beyond shody deals.I find it a tacky move on LE part.Those 200 pills sting should be thrown out!!! charge them with the ones the brought out them selves, selling them.If it was my child i wouldnt sleep untill i had a high powered Lawyer to fight that part!!! Really nice to hear that Robert Field was able to work with Misty so that she made the right choice. She might not be book smart but she sure is strategic. I hope she sees that in a twisted way, this gives her some chances she’s never had. Her whole family, as well, and Ronald, too. Although we won’t be on the edges of our seats praying for Haleigh, the follow-up after a resolution about Haleigh could prove really interesting. I’d watch a reality show on how they try to recover!
I’ve also been thinking a lot about how much I’ve admired the way the PCSO has handled this case. Pretty amazing professionalism for a “backwater” county handling a high profile case.

Ronald’s arrest record seems hinky to me, although I admit to not being any sort of expert on drug arrest and prosecution. But it just seems as if he had so many (and this is prior to Haleighs ‘ going missing) arrest without ever being actually prosecuted. Isn’t it something like 7-8 times? Is it possible he was some low level narq? If so, that could have pissed someone off. I don’t know. I do wish Nancy had been tougher with him when she had him there, although he probably would have been the same walking zombie/brick wall to interview even if she had been tougher.

Maybe if Misty thinks her family is decamping en masse to California and leaving her all by her lonesome, she’ll be more apt to talk in depth. Or search her memory and her conscience for more details. I think some of these “hints” she’s dropping to claim previously undisclosed info, might actually only be drug related “secrets.” She may be dangling a carrot that does not pertain to any knowledge of Haleigh’s whereabouts whatsoever.(but she wants us to believe otherwise, at least until she’s “OUT,” anyway.)
Art, I thought her parents were divorced and remarried, or at least cohabitating, with significant others. Are they together? Have these circumstances brought them together? Are they sharing the one car while residing apart?
WERE Misty’s relatives questioned about Ron beating her up?
Were they privy to that detail?
As far as Ron’s feverishly, maniacally dialed unreturned phone calls to Misty, it has been established, has it not, that Tommy did NOT call Ron back AND CHECK IN WITH HIM, right, AFTER he WENT TO the house? DID RON EVER CALL HIS MOTHER TO CHECK OUT THE SITUATION? Is there anything you can tell us about anyone’s phone calls that night? Did Misty call Tommy at all? Have HER phone records been searched?
And what is the deal with Crystal? I’ve heard rumblings about her being here, there, and everywhere. Where is she living right now? Was she ordered to live in Florida so that Ron could visit his son? It’s true that she had a very stoic, practically mute reaction to her daughter missing. (Like you said, that could definitely be narcotically induced, or it could be shock…) I didn’t realize that Haleigh and Junior did NOT like returning to Ron’s house. That does add another twist to this case then. Has Crystal been ordered into rehab since failing her drug test?

Is Misty’s Mom an alcoholic? She looks like she is.. And where were her parents when she dropped out of school in the sixth grade? How could Ron and his Mom let Mistsy raise the special little children of their life.. It is sickening that Ron was not thinking beyond his own usage of these young teens… When Misty tested him saying she was PG., I think she had to hurt knowing she was still just the babysitter… Ron- kicking the hell out of her and throwing her out! What a monster… He should have been stopped years ago… Where are these parents all these horable times? Misty also has to know how Ron has gotten out of trouble so many times. And has to know alot about mama T.. She started to state that they were no good… I also wonder if Misty is going to dump her lawyer, thinking it is her only way to get out of there to run…..Misty has not learned to think two feet ahead her… She is either hiding alot of pain or does not feel pain anymore! I think they all know what happened…

I cannot find the entry that you posted a good while back where Na Na, Misty and some girl went to St. Augustine to service a bunch of Mexican men for money. This was on Misty’s three day drug and sex spree from Ronald. I just wonder if little Haliegh could have been sold for a little extra money. Maybe she wasn’t there at the time, but they could have made arrangments later. I hope the police are investagating every lead. Any thing is possible when you are dealing with this type of people.

Unbelievable!! This story (tragic) is just so surreal. Has the bell curve tipped that far over in this day and age for the ignorance or lack of intelligence displayed by this clan. It’s like watching the “Beverly Hillbillies on Crack”. My heart aches truly for all involved, especially for the exploitation of the facts that a 6 year old innocent child “Haleigh” is still missing. Sorry, me again. My comment was not polite calling these people “Hillbillies”. This story is very sad, (1) you have a 6 year old missing. (2) An 18 year old girl is facing 114 years in prison and if you can empathize or remember when you turned 18; you could vote, legally drive, move out, join the army, etc. Not be facing life in prison. Did she have something to do with the “Haleigh” missing or was she just a child herself caught up in some bad stuff? I don’t beleive she is capable or mature to do harm to this child, but believe that she can be manipulated to cover up!!

It makes me sick, Padilla needs to say out and let the law handle this. That is 3000.00 he could have gave to the homeless shelter, food, clothes, bus fare to work, that family will sale that car they need the money. He only got the car thinking with the vists to the jail something would come out on tapes and he could say it was all my that got the information.. or better yet Tex. Eq sreach could really used it to look for Haleigh .Padilla they all need to sit in jail..its people like this that make it hard for people that really need pain meds. not to be able to get them..Send me some of that money i could use it for DR.s my husband needs some pain meds..so from a person that see first hand how hard it is to get real med. let them dumb a–, baby killers sit in and fry them a long with all the other baby killers.. i don fell sorry for there family..my husband work to work every day when did not have a car..

I just hope LE figures out what happened to Haleigh, whoever was involved.I watch NG every night and i am so glad she does what she does. Keeping these cases in the public awareness is so important. Last night on NG they had clips from early interviews, it was good because it had interviews that refreshed the memory of what people said back then. I hope she does an update show sometime on other cases such as Neveah and Haji (sp) even though the cases haven’t been solved. Keep up the good work NG and AH, you are both great people. Kat.

Misty really sounded desperate to get out on those tapes and I am struggling to see how a ‘hang tight’ so we hve some leverage talk with her lawyer would cause her to backtrack and reconsider taking Leonard up on his bail bond offer. Leonard Padilla should have known better than to offer his help to those low-life creatures. Hopefully, he just loaned them the car. If it’s in their name, I will bet it’s pawned or sold by now. Pills are more important than wheels! They will have to steal the gas to put in it. I heard ‘Daddy’ say to his Jailbird daughter that he didn’t have no gas money. Boo Hoo! I can not understand Padilla’s involvement with these stupid low life people! He needs to back off and let LE handle this. Misty will break if she feels that there is no way her butt is getting out of jail! Now that her mom is in jail we can only hope her dad is next along with the rest of the immediate family! Padilla only wants the publicity. He does not care where Haliegh is, he just wants the exposure! My advise to Leonard is to watch out for your wallet and personal affects when in the company of this bunch of nuts!

Here we go again, another garden variety sociopath. All I heard from Misty tonight was me, me, me, I, I, I. She’s thinking of nobody but herself. For a long time, I thought that Misty didn’t have anything to do with Haleigh going missing. I thought that she must have left the children alone that night and someone else took the child.
I no longer believe that, I think Misty killed that poor child. She failed a polygraph, didn’t want to babysit Haleigh, had been on a three day drug and alcohol binge and she and Cummings had been fighting that night. She was a pressure cooker waiting to blow. And if I remember right, the night poor little Haleigh went missing, the locks on the doors didn’t show tampering and LE didn’t think anyone came through the window. So something happened to Haleigh while in Misty care or someone had a key to the door and entered the house. I think Misty did something to that poor child.

Hey Art; On the Nancy Grace show the other night,in an interview with Ronald Cummings, he said the Croslin’s had a “no contact” restraining order against him (Cummings) at the time Haliegh went missing. Why would a guy with a “peace bond’ filed against him by his wife’s family call the brother-in-law (Tommy)90 times. Something’s fishy. What is the time line of those calls? What frequency were the calls placed,5 minutes, 10 minuets apart or what.When Ronald went to work that day he knew Misty wasn’t home so why call. That’s his (Ron’s) alibi and Tommy’s as well. One other thing Art, if Misty wasn’t home who was baby sitting Junior? Where was Junior sleeping before this incident. Was he in bed with Misty and Ronald while they were having sex? I don’t know why DCF missed that little item. Those kids had only one mattress to sleep on the floor. Look into it, will you. With all the drug money they could have gone to the Salvation army and bought Junior a Mattress.

Also, when the case first broke it was reported that Ronald’s grandmother was at the trailer doing laundry and said Misty was there, was she? Also, when Tommy suppossedly went to the house and banged on the door looking for Misty,why didn’t he go around the back where the screen door was open, did he already know it was open?

If she had bonded out per LP’s terms, it would have been even more of a circus and she would have underminded any work that the lawyer has done on her defense, sentence, etc. She is just out for herself, hence the “get me out first and worry about Tommy later.”

Go back to my April stories or even March, and read about Nay Nay and WBG, look at their interviews on camera, only place you will find them is here, factor in I confirmed that they told the same thing to LE as to me…Why is it taken as fact? Because I did the digging and confirming, with the girl who drove MC that weekend, and the man who partied with her, and others they visited during that time, and what they told LE. WBG took a poly and passed and is not a suspect, raising further questions about the accuracy of the Nay Nay letter from jail…No other site, that I know about, actually interviewed the people who were with Misty that weekend on the record and on tape, but they are all reporting it as fact, without of course, crediting The Bald Truth. Maybe that’s why they don’t doubt its accuracy. Tx Art

In following this case from the get go and putting my own information out to you and many others, why do I see this playing out exactly the way I had said “many” months ago? At any rate, I do not see how Padilla can help at all other then to move the family away so Misty only has phone time with her family. This way, it alienates Misty and family all the way around. No deals should be made with a bounty hunter. Deals of any kind, should be with a prosecutor. Great to hear.
In listening to the “jail house” recordings, I see how at one time Misty wanted in writing that she did NOT want it public aired ( contract with Padilla). hmmmm.. it doesn’t seem to bother Misty in all she’s saying right now just knowing its all going to get aired on NG. With that stated, I would “assume” the reason Misty doesn’t want this aired is to protect herself when she decides to rat a couple people out.
My theory has always been that Misty left that trailer for X amount of time to where the person/people who wanted Haleigh knew Misty would be out long enough to take her. The wild three day Party binge Misty went on, to me.. was all a set up by Nay Nay and you got it.. Amber herself. Misty goes boo hooing it because she had a fight with Ron and Nay Nay and Amber see “opportunity” to carry out a plan that they thought would work.. well, so far it has, Haleigh has not yet been found.
within the first day or two Haleigh went missing, Misty has a couple interviews. In one of those interviews Misty comes right out and states ” They were never my friends, I know that now”. To me, Misty was reflecting back and thinking… Misty knew at that moment in time that both girls, Amber and Nay Nay had dirt on Misty. Although it was much later stated about Misty’s fling with WB Greg, it certainly was NOT in the open 1-2 days of Haleigh being taken. If Misty opened her mouth right at that time and said ” I left the trailer and was with Nay Nay or Amber”.. then Misty had to worry about their own secret of her.. which is why Misty thought carefully and said ” I was asleep at the time.
Coming forward with this information later would have shown Misty to be an out and out liar and with Misty knowing she herself didn’t have anything to do with the actual abduction, Misty probably felt it was better left unsaid.
Amber Brooks.. and Ambers mother.. both had great hatred towards the Croslins Misty & Chelsea and even Ron. Amber had to hear repeatedly about how Misty stole her man on top of threats of Misty taking Jordan thus the myspace comments from Misty to Amber. Then as we know, the fight between Ambers mom and Chelsea which landed the mom right in jail. Enough Motive for Amber to do such a thing, IMHO.. I should say so. Don’t forget about the non child support that Ronald does not pay to Ambers child and all the alleged beatings to Amber from Ron. The three day party binge with Misty, Nay Nay and Amber.. do you really believe Amber truly wanted to hang with Misty at any point just knowing what Misty has done to Amber in the past other then having an agenda or motive to do so? Seriously speaking, Misty at one time baby sat for Ron and Amber and no girl wants to know she lost her man to a baby sitter.. The motive only keeps mounding.
I think LE is waiting for Misty to open her mouth to confirm Misty was away from the trailer because as it sits and all the information I have provided, If I seen what I seen like I told you.. all’s that is needed right now is a warrant to search. My fingers and toes are crossed right now this is going to happen and Haleigh is brought back very soon. Maybe I shouldn’t even be putting this out there right now but the entire bunch is probably scrambling to figure out their own mess. I have always felt Art that when “any” crimes is committed.. the first place to start is a motive. For all I have ever seen in any case trying to get solved, is they try and find the people/person first and then later, figure out a motive. Why not skip that part all together and think “motive”.. who would do such a thing? Why would they do such a thing? and then look into that person/people with a fine tooth comb which is…. something that hasn’t happened in this case. With Misty and her thinking ” cops are going to look stupid”.. Misty being so young and nieve is not seeing the bigger picture. The bigger picture is to admit you were away from the trailer!! and who was at the trailer that night! No forced entry was there because Nay Nay on her way out the door made certain to make sure the door was not locked. or.. someone else who was there to have this carried out ( imho). Misty’s thinking that cops will look stupid?… is Misty’s mind working backwards for it isn’t the cops or anyone else believing Misty took the child.. its Misty’s lack of information that will lead to the person/people who did this. Thus as we know, a family member or acquaintance Haleigh has already been around is what is believed.. With all of that stated Art… this entire case all points to AMBER BROOKS!! and if you notice, Amber has rarely ever been mentioned or questioned for the public to see. why is that?????

I wish u would provide more info. on Donna Brock. Why does she feel the need to involve herself in cases like this? I feel sure she and Misty did drugs together while in New York. I think she’s deeper involved than LE is saying. She’s a real “con artist” imo. Real “self important” wanna be. The woman is TROUBLE, and will probably say or do anything to cover her azz. Art, I’m just wondering if Ron had set an automatic redial on his cell. I’m not sure who the witnesses were at his job that saw him there. Or if there was any unaccounted for time. But, if he left the phone at work for ping purposes, and kept it on automatic redial, could he have snuck out for a period of time? Did Misty leave her phone at home shut off too? Are they both capable of this kind of connivery?

I have another question Art, might clear up what happened early that evening. We know TN and Misty talked about who was going to watch the kids. Since Misty had been gone for 3 days, did Ronald have his mom set up to babysit until Misty showed up? Was RC still home when the discussion between MC and TN took place or had he already left for work? Misty said she would do it if it was ok with Ron. It kinda sounds like RC thought his mom was going to watch the kids and either Misty or TN called Ron at work to see if it was ok with him that Misty babysit. If he had been at home, seems like he would have talked to his mom directly instead of going through Misty. Possibly once at work he began to wonder if Misty was in any condition to watch the kids and started calling home to check on things. When he got no answer, became concerned and kept calling until finally calling Tommy. He knows all about cell phone pings so if he had any idea Misty was out trying to hide Haleigh’s body he would have done the opposite and not called at all. JMO.

OMG? What? In that same interview, I forgot another key thing she had said: when she refers to not having any friends, just acquaintances, 2 girls she “hangs out” with when she needs to “get away, u know, take a break” …THEN, she says she knows she “shouldn’t be hanging out w/them”, then states “I won’t anymore,that’s for sure.” {note her mom’s face when she says this, she nods her head in agreement} wow, if only we knew then, what we know now.

There i go again, not being completely clear what i mean in a particular sentence. Hopefully people who read these get the intended comment but just want to quickly clear this up. Post #35, last sentence. I meant to say if Ron had knowledge of something bad happening to Haleigh and he knew Misty was out etc etc…he would not call because he knows cell phones can be tracked. I do not believe he knew anything about what was going on at home, that better explains a flurry of calls. Wish we had a time frame of what time the calls were made and if Tommy called him back. If he thought (through Tommy) they were all sleeping it would explain why he stayed at work and took time to stop at a store.

Let’s be fair, no one is blaming Haleigh. They are saying that if it weren’t for this case, the bail wouldn’t be so high. Debi in Calif.: Hank Sr. is a load. He is very suggestive when he questions his daughter, like he is trying to get her to say something to incriminate herself. Who is he, LE?? His speech is slurred, he’s a known pill addict, and it’s obvious the whole time he’s talking he’s loaded. Someone better have a BIG A** BUS so there’s enough room underneath it AFTER ALL THE CROSLINS are finished throwing each other under it. Tommy keeps saying Misty needs to talk, but uhhhh, wasn’t he at Ron’s house, visiting sis,w/ his own kids; and he sure was awake and answered Ron’s call and played “hero” when he dashed out to Ron’s house…knock,knock. There’s not even any proof he actually went there. If no one was home, don’t u think Tommy would have told Ron? If Ron was aware of that, I’m sure he would kick butt to leave work and find out wth was going on. I just can’t picture it: “Hey Ron, this is Tommy, just wanted to call u back and let u know no one was home, lights were all out.” {and now Ron speaking}: “Thanks for checking it out for me Tommy, geez ur my best friend. Art can you get a copy,of phone call log? Times of calls an how many,an post.So we will know for sure if this was stretched or not..I hear a lot,but do like proof.As we had much media lies spun about us as a family.We had our 2 yr old family member was murdered. I like facts. I do know that some of these videos arent in their intirity.An who knows whats been clipped out. When i saw drug bust i was floored.All the drug stings from my old home town.Always was from someone getting scripts ,an selling some to fill theirs.Or selling all. So you will truly have to understand how floored i was .When i saw an UC person bring 200 pills bagged for resale.An bust these 2 for trafficing with those,an none was sold out of that batch. Who knows Ron may have kept them for his self,when he got his check.Just cause they were talking big,infront of what their country azzz thought was a big time drug man. Its only talk.No money was passed on the 200.So that to me should be thrown out,of court-Untie the two cases for a min.An look this could be anyone of our children.The set up,where no money is passed,an no sales were made.I believe A good Attorney can get that thrown out. Now anything they brought their self, if weed,pills,or coke.Donna Brocks pills from her 2 DR, Mistys from the dentist.Then those bust should stand. Ninety calls? Why are we just now hearing it is ninety, when we were led to believe it was twenty? It only makes me think Ron knows more about what happened the night/morning Haleigh went missing..He was desperate to reach Misty to possibly confirm their alibi. He had already started his alibi by going to work. The question is, what did he do before he went to work..He argued with Misty, possibly because she didn’t want to babysit Haleigh, and his mother didn’t either..The main reason for the argument could have been Misty’s three day drug binge, and quite likely was..I think LE should be putting the same amount of pressure on Ron as they are Misty. I don’t know what it is,or why, but LE is handling him with kid gloves…IMO

I like Leonard Padilla, I always have (Caylee Anthony Case).
He wants to find Haleigh! Misty does have information she is not giving! She failed several poligraphs, because she
did not tell the truth.
By buying Misty’s parents a reliable used car, etc. they
will be able to visit Misty. Plus he bailed out Misty’s mother!
Misty has the right to fire her attorney. She said he is not doing anything for her.
What public defender does a good job? None!
Misty has to be told she’s facing over 100 years in prison,
the prosecution has overwhelming evidence!
Misty won’t talk to the police, I hope her Mother and Father can get thru to her!
Misty did say in a jail recorded visit that she can tell them something.
I hope the truth about Haleigh is known soon it’s been over a year!

From what i have seen this past couple weeks seems like Padilla buying items for the parents car,rent phones, cash,and who knows what else may be a ploy to make Misty think her parents are doing good and there starting to loose interest in her and dont want to be caught up in the Haleigh drama, And Misty does not want to be left in a Florida Jail or Prison while her Parents relocate to another state like CA maybe.
Mistys dad and Mom are facing charges where the dad may do some time and i dont think there going anywhere,With Mistys way of thinking she may crack and start talking and hopefully tell the truth.The one thing i could not figure out Padilla doing all this and never provided Misty with a way to contact him with a collect call from jail,Padilla has put Money in her Canteen from other post,Why wont he have her call him and how come i never hear Misty asking for Padillas number so she can call Padilla or Cobra.
Also when Haleigh came missing why did Ronald insist on putting a tent in the Back yard, I dont buy his answer he cant stay inside the trailer after what happened to Haleigh, And he never took the time to look for Haleigh, One day while he was inside the tent some news media asked him why he was inside the tent and he stated no one came by to help him search for Haleigh.
Why would he just sit there instead of looking everywhere unless he already knew she was nowhere to be found,This is why he traveled to New York with Misty gets Married, Tattoos and why put a dead Rat in a mail box the reason would be to keep your mouth closed snitch.
Ronald is interested in girls 10-12 years older than Haleigh and girls with no brains,In the undercover car Ronald reminded me of a crack head and he knows what happened to Haleigh and more than likely his mother also knows,Haleigh will never come home and Ronalds actions have proven this.
Misty knows the truth but im certain Ronald has convinced Misty that something bad may happen to her or her family if she talks,Or could Mistys Brother have done something to Haleigh,Ronald made all those phone calls that night and acording to another post made his usual stop and purchased stuff from a store on the way home,and Misty just happens to wake up just before Ronald gets home, I dont think so what a cover up this turned out to be.

90 phone calls !! Goodness gracious !! That means he didn’t get much work done !! Of all people to call to go check out his “house”, why did Ron call Tommy? Why not his mother or grandmother? Another thing doesn’t sound quite right, the claim is that ROn stopped at the store for beer and cigarettes on his way home from work, WHERE do you buy beer at 3 am ? I don’t knopw of any place that sells beer at that hour !And after 90 phone calls, if why didn’t he leave work to check things out himself?
Okay, I guess I am wrong about Fields, sorry Art. And somehow, I don’t think the letter he sent to Padilla is going to mean diddly squat, Padilla will still find a way to continue making his offer sound better and better to Misty, he will just continue to get the word to her via her parents. They are as desperate to see Misty and Tommy get out of jail, as the “jailbirds” are to get out themselves. The pressure wll get put on by her parents as”Padilla will also get Tommy out if Misty will agree to take his offer” That slick black hatted cowboy doesn’t give up that easily. ANd of course we know it’s once again just for the publicity, he’s going to continue to make his offer sound better and better, and of course Lisa and Hank Sr. “trust” him, and think he’s the greatest thing since sliced bread ! We may get to see and hear alot of the taped conversations, but we also know that’s not ALL of te conversations. SOon Tommy’s wife will be trying to talk Misty into agreeing, so Tommy can be out of jail also. There will end up being an “Offer Misty just can’t refuse” from Padilla, bigger and better then what’s already on the table! Mark my word, because Padilla thinks he’s “slick”.

Mr. Fields is doing exactly what defense lawyers are trained to do. However, if he really believes that Misty fully understands the seriousness of her charges, he is not as sharp as he is made out to be.
Perhaps something good will come out of this and Haleigh will be found or at least what happened to Haleigh. God Bless Haleigh and all the missing people!

You can tell by listening to the jailhouse that Misty is ready to crack.I think at this point it would be better to let her sit for a while, whining and wishing she was out. Watch and see, if by some miracle that Ronald gets bailed out. Did you notice on the tape when they got busted he was already out of the car. Also,on the tape the day when he was talking to his mother they seemed to blame Crystal and said “one of em has her”. The whole damn family is corrupt.With the way the economic circumstances have hit the Croslin’s the lure of Leonard Padilla’s offer of money, jobs and relocation to California is mighty strong. You can’t fault the guy (Padilla)for his kindness but I do think he has an ulterior motive. Misty doesn’t know, she’s covering for Ronald and Tommy. If she sings they all swing and they all know that, the 90 calls are Ronal’s alibi, Tommy going(supposedly) to the trailer to check on Misty is his and poor Misty,high as a kite and out of it is left holding them all in her hands.

Art, I have been thinking about something that bugs me! Who except someone close to the family would be able to find a cinder block from a pile 50 ft away, especially at night? It would have to be someone familiar with the yard a neighbor or one of the kids parents, leaves me also thinking of Tommy! Timmy or cousin Joe etc. I think one reason this case has touched so many of us is the pure inocence of this Angel and her beautiful trusting face! No child should ever have to face this or no parent to lose a child this way. My heart goes out to Crystal and Junior with the loss of his big Sissy. Dear Lord help us find Haleigh!!!! ron cummings is as guilty as misty. if he cared for his daughter, he would not have left her with a 16 yr. old that has a drug problem. he is a low scum bag as the rest of his family.i look at his mother and i think that she also may use drugs.they are no better than misty family.in fact i believe they come from the same mold.ron is even more to blame than misty. he tries to get allthese young girls so he can control them.look what he did to haleighs mother. nancy grace must be wearing colored glasses if she thinks ron is innocent.

What is it ’bout you that has everyone so ‘tuned into’ admitting their flaws and sins?
I know you’re not that big, pie in the sky…just a Naval guy that’s walked for miles and miles.
This is so fascinating almost makes me think we could really care less and do more.
Look down see ‘done,’ look up and see whatever is getting ‘pressed’ or really just to satisfy so much ‘mutant interest’ and gmail could be ‘graphically’ improved but it’s free…YEAH RIGHT.

Art, I have to say you’re a darn good journalist. A lot of ppl wouldn’t have appoved Mrs. Obvious post but you did. You are the most reliable source I have seen on this case. The others covering this story ( you know who I’m talking about)go off the local news and newspapers info. You are the only one besides LP that actually talk to the ppl involved and you really try to have all sides of the story. I know these fools are saying all kinds of negative things about you, like they are the ones that deserve credit for keeping her name in the news and such. I find that rather sickening. They are trying to turn this into a popularity contest with you and forgetting about the sweet angel that is missing. I’ve read their blogs and the things they have said about you is totally wrong. It’s sad that they are using her name and case for an article attacking you and your character. Don’t stoop to their lvl. I hate how NG takes up for the Cummings family but if it weren’t for you two this case would have been forgotten by now. Thats what bothers them fools, they are jealous that they don’t have the following that you and NG do and that they are unable to get interviews with the ppl involved with the case.
Keep up the good work and don’t let Haleigh become a faint memory!

I do believe it was Amber’s doing. May not be directly her, but doesn’t mean she herself didn’t have someone do her own dirty work for her. What about that black guy Amber was linked to.. and didn’t Jr. claim he saw a black guy take his sissy? Misty isn’t charged with “Murder” right now or even facing charges of Murder. Based on that, goes to show the killer or abductor to Haleigh Cummings is still out there.. which leads me to believe that Amber can not be ruled out.. that’s why no one is a cell or two away from Misty. Not yet anyway.

Personally, I think law enforcement should get back to the basics and think OUT of the box, Padilla should crawl under the rock he came from, and Nancy Grace should be a guest on a reality show..maybe she’ll learn a tip or two on how to report unbiased and complete information. Until that precious little girl is found, and the evidence is presented to the jury NOBODY knows what really happened the night she went missing other than the maggot(s) that took her. Misty is a drug addict and she may well not remember fully what happened that night. Energies should be directed to other members of the family and the people Misty partied with that night. Misty may well be guilty, I don’t know. But I do know that she willingly has taken every test given to her. She has mentioned several times that she thought she dreamed that she saw four people, including a brother and cousin that night with Haleigh. As an addict this just may be the truth.

Art- Ron did call Tommy to get him to go by and check on Misty and kids.-
Ron last spoke to Misty at 8:30. Between 8:30 and 3:15 am there were 90 calls. Sounds about right if they were fighting during the last call. Avg one call every 5 minutes. My exhusband would call me every 5 minutes when we would fight. Took me awhile but I got out of that situation.

I would like to voice my opinion about all of this and ask a few questions art..while I think Misty Croslin is a very messed up girl in need of serious help & Ronald Cummings isn’t going to be up for any father of the year awards any time soo..I’m wondering if the whole focus couldn’t be in thhe wrong spot to begin with..I do NOT think any of these people are intelligent enough to keep a secret of this magnitude for this long..so what’s bothering me & my question is..the little girls mother crystal sheffield seems to be flying under the radar on this whole thing all this time..what do we really know about her? what is her alibi that night? if it’s covered could SHE have someone else involved? I mean there is obviously Ill will & hard feelings there..Her ex husband had HER kids..a lil arrogant teenager is playing mommy to them..It had to eat at her..it would anyone..so what can you tell me there art harris..if not directly could she not indirectly be involved as well.i know she lived away from immediate area..but hey we have a woman willing 2 wear diapers & drive from texas 2 florida 2 try & kill an astronaut out of the name of “love” so isn’t it possible..and if there is a way could you please forward my question to nancy grace i’d like her take on it as well..thanks art..have a good day..and god bless hayleigh

Has anyone check to see if ron could have left his job and came home, maybe someone coved for him. maybe one of his drug buddies coved for him. Art ron mother said ron had something to tell her….. ronnnnn got quite. and didnt one of ron family bring clean clothes over for the kids that night.

Art..Thank You For Your Reply..Still confused her..I mean this family is being made out to be smarter than the Mob/Mafia..And I personally don’t find them all that Intelligent.I mean they couldn’t figure out a bond percentage between them all..Do YOU Personally think this is where the answer is??? Misty?? Ronald?? Etc..I mean they talk on jail phones with no clue, then when they get a “CLUE” perhaps they get even worse..her dad thinks he’s starring in playgirl with them shades either that or spencer for hire..And who the hell refers to their son as “Bubba” in jail after being there herself..though I did geet a chuckle out of it..Because she refered to him as “dude” @ the same time & that’s what my abusive ex husband always called me but eventually I said yeah but you are about to be a bubba..lol.. I love your site & your opinions I think you are the best..

I still think misty at some point left the trailer. It could be, she did leave and when she came back she crawled into bed and saw Jr. there. Thus not thinking that Haleigh was already gone. So, by the time she woke up and saw the light on.. and took a look around, thats when she noticed Haleigh already missing. Not realizing she was already missing when she left the first time.
I seriously doubt Misty knows where Haleigh is at right now. I think the reason she keeps failing any test is due to “leaving out” the part she left the trailer. I keep thinking that Misty doesn’t even realize the seriousness of her absence the night haleigh vanished b/c to Misty, she knows she didn’t take the child so why even say she had left.
For argument sake, lets say Misty did leave the trailer.. at what point would Misty say she did? When Ron got home who was already freaking out someone stole his daughter? or when Ron threatened to kill the person who did this? Again, to Misty… she feels this information will only lead to ron wanting to kill her and added charges to the ones she is already facing. So why would she even think to come forward with that?!
I think Misty was tricked to leaving so someone else could take Haleigh. If Jr. was correct that he saw a guy dressed in black take his sissy then obviously misty wasn’t home and Jr. was awake at the time. IMHO

90 phone calls needs to be investigated. If I wasn’t able to reach my babysitter after 90 times, my tail would be on my way home early especially after her being gone for 3 days. Something smells in Denmark ! They need to look at Ron trying to abort her “so called baby”. Maybe Misty did it to get back at him for hurting her. We have to remember she has a mind of a child.
They also need to investigate the people Misty was with for those 3 days. That is where the key lays. Who were the people she was with? Where did she go?

Ronald is interested in girls 10-12 years older than Haleigh and girls with no brains,In the undercover car Ronald reminded me of a crack head and he knows what happened to Haleigh and more than likely his mother also knows,Haleigh will never come home and Ronalds actions have proven this.

Hey Art, you’re pretty cool. I still can’t believe the 114 years for selling 2 or 3 months of pills. Get real. Everybody takes pills they get from family and friends. Selling pills for $200 just doesn’t equal 114 years in prison. Just makes me sick! Children are raped and molested and sex offenders get off for a fraction of the time. Makes no sense. It’s so obvious that this girl doesn’t know her a– from a hole in the ground. Ron is responsible for all of this. Would anyone in their right mind make someone babysit their children when the “babysitter” didn’t want to????!!!!!

Art, I thought the mother (Lisa) was arrested for stealing checks from an elderly man who let them use his phone. I saw on #4 that you posted that she was arrested for stealing a purse at Walmart… This whole family are a bunch of criminals. The father has drug charges against him… Unbelievable!!!!
How is it that the parents are able to speak to the kids in jail? I thought felons could only contact other felons by mail only??????

Lisa Croslin hasn’t yet been convicted of her alleged crimes; she is out on bond, and one family member tells me, one of her restrictions is geographic–she can’t venture beyond Putnam County, so she’s not been to visit Misty in nearyb St. John’s in the last couple of weeks. Doesn’t preclude phone calls across county lines, though. Good question! Art
