On the next tape (inside), her lawyer passes on a warning to Misty: DO NOT let Snakeman bail you out…He cannot be trusted… Duh.

Unwittingly, Misty Croslin fingers her ex husband and brother, Tommy, as co-conspirators in her pain pill brokerage business, and gripes it’s unfair she’s getting charged as the so called mastermind, with all eight counts of drug trafficknig.
“I shouldn’t be getting all eight,” she tells her brother, Timmy, on a collect call to his home in Massachussetts. “John Barton (the undercover cop) asked me if I could do it, and I said, ‘Sure,’ I did some of the runs, Ronald did some of the runs and Tommy did some.”

MISTY TAPE 5A: ‘YOU’RE FUCKED…I CAN’T HANDLE IT,” SAYS HANK CROSLIN, SR.

In this call from St. John’s County Jail, sister in law Chelsea Croslin tells Misty she’s a celebrity. “We talked to some (inmate’s husband) who found out who we were and he said, ‘Oh, God, my wife’s in jail with famous Misty Cummings?’”
To make a call, she alerts guards by hanging a towel on her bars. “I’m cold,” she says, why she asked for an extra blanket.
“Where was you when you got busted?” asks Timmy.
“At Spinners,” a bar, she says, with ex-husband Ronald Cummings.
Tommy clarifies that Misty wasn’t actually transporting pills, “just taking a guy to give him some pills.”
“Yeah,” she says.
“They just wanted to get you,” says Timmy, who asks what it’s like.
“”I’m locked up in a room by myself, like a cage,” she ways, explaining lockdown is a block of 8 cells with one woman in each.
“Why are they keeping you there?”
“Because I’m high profile,” says Misty. “It sucks bad, Tim.”
“I just don’t see why they fucking went after you guys instead of the big guys,” he says.
“I know, that’s what I’m saying,” says Misty.
Then her father, Hank, Sr., takes the phone, frustrated she ignored his warnings growing up, as he told me in several interviews, to stop running with the party crowd, stay away from Nay Nay Prevatt, drugs.
“I know, I should have listened to you,” she says.
“Now you’re fucked and your brother (Tommy’s) fucked,” says her father, as her mother, Lisa breaks down. “I can’t handle it.”
Suddenly, Misty turns tough, positive, reassuring, to parent her parents, as she once told me she had to do growing up, when they had their own on-going substance abuse issues. “It will be ok,” she tells them. “There’s nothing I can do about it. All you all have to do is visit and write me letters and send me pictures.”
Regular visits will be difficult, says her father. “We ain’t got money to buy gas…”
Then he tells her her ex husband’s mother, Teresa Neves, “says you got Ronald into pills.”
“Fuck,” says Misty, “whatever she says.”
She tells her father she got arrested at Spinners, where Tommy was busted, too, “threw me on the ground

Wow! It sounds like she is really getting more desperate. Hopefully, once all the drugs are out of her system, she will become more rational, and start to cooperate with LE. I hope the jail has a 12 Step Program that she can beome involved with.
Can she read? If not, maybe someone in the area can start teaching her. I do not think she killed Haleigh. I think some type of accident took place, and she is afraid to talk. Maybe as time goes by, and she realizes that she is not going to be released, she will tell what she knows. I truly hope that she turns her life around. She is not another Casey Anthony.

Great Job Art ! I’ve been following on Nancy Grace every night and record it to replay for my husband too, so we can see if theres any new clues we might pick up on….just like the rest of the country.
It makes me mad that Misty claims theres nothing to break her on, during one phone call, shown on TV and then on your site here, she claims that if Cobra gets her out, she has some information she can tell. What does her family do, tell her to keep quiet and that her attorney is scared that Cobra will interogate her like he did NayNay.
Art, that tells me right there, that her family knows that she knows something, but are so cold hearted that they don’t care what Misty has done or is still doing.
It seems that its only her Dad Hank, that tries to get her to come clean and tell the whole truth. I’ve seem him on TV just pleading with her. He loves her ofcourse, but knows that she has to come clean and step up to tell the truth. Her Mom Lisa on the other hand is such an enabler. What a mess.
As usual you have shown us whats been hidden. Misty continues to play the same song and dance…me, me, me, and forget about Haleigh and move on.
When she reacts that way, “that everyone needs to leave her alone and move on.” that tells you right there, “move on” that its over and Haleigh is probably dead. Misty compartmentalizes very well, especially for an 18 yearold. This girl has alot of hard miles on her.
Here every person in America is struggling to raise thier families, taxes, health care, etc. We are all struggling trying to stay afloat and this bottom-feeder thinks she’s some celebrity and is going to get out of it. She is dragging her feet running up the tax payers bill and hogging the time and efforts of the Law, while everyone eles suffers not just emotionally but physically and finacially.
They need to throw the book at her ! Did she give Haleigh mercy ? How about little Junior ? That very week of loosing his sissy, she takes him to the Dr. and is seen smacking him upside the head. He is only 4 years old !
If thats how she treats kids when people are around then what really went on when it was only her ? Misty, is a good little actress. She is always on stage.
I had a dream within days of Haleigh missing that I sent you. I kept it to myself until the Sandra Cantu girl went missing. (I had dreamt of her Sandra, a few days before she disappeared) When I saw on the news that Sandra went missing, it chilled me to the bone. Thats when I decided to contact you.
Anyway, her brother thats in Jail, is the one that was in the dream. There was another man, taller in the dream as well, close to the same age.

Misty, Haleigh, her brother thats in jail and another man was in that dream. Im figuring it was either her other brother or cousin. I know it was White boy Greg because I have seen his picture on your site and TV.
Art, as I told you back then, I dont consider myself psychic, but have had dreams that come true my whole life. Being that they are dreams, its not always apparent how to interpret them right away. That sometimes comes later as in this case.
The Police are right on target though. Misty is the ringleader and did have help.

Also whats wierd, is that in the dream Misty figured that she may as well make something of it and she was very mad at Ronald, so she told the men that she was going to wait till the reward money went up to $35,000. and that the Casey Anthony case had made money for a reward even though Cailey was dead. I think MIsty was luring them with “hush money” and the “Im your baby sister, protect me cuz I didnt do nuthin wrong & am in trouble”…routine you see her repeating on TV this week.
So when I heard on TV awhile back about $35,000 and Ron mentioning that someone told him that he could get her back for that, well it made the hair on my neck, back & arms stand up. Just who do you think Ron was getting his information from ? He was still with Misty.
Misty wants to save her own butt and not be held accountable for anything at all. For Pete’s sake her Dad couldnt even get her to finish school or keep her from running with the wild crowd. No accountability…just be a Bad a____a.
The other thing I think she is worried what her Mom & Dad will think of her. But I kind iof have a hunch that her Mom already knows the truth or part of it.
Art, why don’t they squeeze her harder and limit her phone calls now, so that when she finally does get to talk, it will be all bottled up in her and she will be more desparate to make a deal. She still thinks this is just going to be for a few days really. She says years on TV trying to sound like she dont care and is tough enough, but then says they cant really hold her and everyone can kiss her A___s…with her Mom chiming in that the nation owes her a big apology???? WTH? Now, her mom is on my dirty dog list. They should be forced to pay for all the costs of this. Her Mom, brothers, Misty. Go stick them on a chain gang picking cotton and pulling weeds, like they did in the old days. Remember “Brother where art thou?”
Why should we pay for her to eat 3 square meals a day with phone priviledges, a bed, a roof over her head, her meals cooked for her and even her clothes are washed at TAXPAYERS Expense ??? ! I don’t think her Dad is like them though, Art. He is illiterate and I think the Mom Lisa has undermined him in the raising of his kids their whole life. I mean LOOK at Lisa’s face & frame all sucked up and LOOK at Hank’s face and even his frame. That tells a story all of its own. I’m not saying he is a saint because most people arent, but he is not the devil nor a cold hearted drug fiend. He loves his kids, like any good Dad would, but I its apparent from the telephone calls, that he doesn’t condone their lifestyles and choices. He loves his grandkids too and Art, I believe Hank loved little Haliegh.
How broken Hank must feel to have warned & pleaded with Misty about her choices and lifestyle. Only to see her sift like sand between his fingers into the pit of hell, that she thought she could manipulate too. Her Mom always let her out of everything and so did her brothers…no accountability. Now its time to pay up.
Art thank you for your tireless dedication to fininf Haleigh and to keeping us all in the loop. … Its apparent that she isn’t just another case for you Art. If ever you write a book about her, I will buy 10 of them and pass them out. This is a story that needs to be told and who better than YOU ! You are a Saint for sure in my book and I think God’s Book too. Stay strong my friend. You have made many friends on this site. Some very devoted people on here to finding Haleigh and now in being your friend too.

OH SHOOT !!! I just reread my post. I did a typo. I meant to say that I KNOW IT WAS NOT WHITE BOY GREG, because I saw his picture. I wish you could go back to the dream posts. YOU actuall posted them for me because I was too scared and freaked out about it. I had sent you an email about them. You referred to me as Dreamweaver and you posted on 2 different days. Then that gave me the guts to post myself but I didnt actually mention that I was the one who had the dream for awhile. I didnt want people to think I was a nut and was hoping that it would apply pressure for the guilty to confess or for it to help the Police.
Anywayzzz, ART IF YOU FIND THOSE POSTS THAT YOU DID, CAN YOU EMAIL THEM FOR ME? I never printed them out because my printer was broke and always thought I could just find it anytime I needed to. That hasnt been the case. I have searched over the months for hours upon hours and cant find it.
I think it will help prod my memory so maybe I can help out in this. I’ve never been able to get Haleigh off my mind. My husband thought I lost it because I’ve spent days, weeks and months searcing anything I could find for her online. I’m not an “online” type of person and he was concerned. I spent alot of time crying for little Haleigh and I’m sure you guys have too. I just felt so compelled to find her. Ronald’s broken down, crying and pleading continues to haunt me. The pictures of her so full of life are a testiment to her. She has stolen the hearts of America.
And you Art, have held our hands and walked us through this. I know that must be incredibly hard on you. You are a true warrior for a just cause.
Some day, she will run to you and jump into your arms with that bright smile of hers and her golden curls bouncing onto your face. Then, you will know that every second of searcing, the pain, the wondering, all of the costs………….she was worth it all.

SEPTEMBER 5-6 2009: HALEIGH CUMMINGS SIGHTING IN WALMART IN ABINGTON, MASS. TIMMY AND CHELSEA CROSLIN RESIDED IN ABINGTON, MASS. DURING THAT TIME. HOWEVER, TIMMY WAS IN SATSUMA, FLORIDA AT THE TIME OF HALEIGHS DISSAPEARANCE; There are documented phone records by LE that show MISTY CALLED HER BROTHER TIMMY CROSLIN “NUMEROUS TIMES” BEFORE RON GOT HOME FROM WORK, and most importantly, BEFORE the 911 CALL WAS PLACED. Remember this story anybody? LE from Satsuma, Fl. traveled TO MASSACHUSETTS and questioned Timmy and Chelsea Croslin for 12-14 hours! The sighting of Haleigh on VIDEOTAPE WAS NEVER SEEN ON THE NEWS. {not even on NG!} Why have other sightings of missing children been released to media/news, BUT NOT HALEIGHS? This story “MAGICALLY” dissapeared, just like HALEIGH. Remember also, the sighting of Haleigh in Tennessee approx. 2-3 DAYS after Haleigh’s dissapearance with a man who fit “Cousin” Joes resemblance? Oh, and of course LE questioned him and he was cleared?! Grandma Croslin lives in Tennessee…ART, I STILL DONT BUY THIS COINCIDENCE, C’mon!!! What did they do, travel up the Eastern Coast with her???!!!!

Forgot to confirm that this information was reported on the news, but the nature of the interviews and questions asked were not revealed. Detectives stated that they “were not currently revealing that information…” AND THEY NEVER DID.

I do not believe anyone should bail them out. Snakeman must mean Cobra. Misty needs to realize she is not out at the ritz. She is in jail. They do not have all the hospitality accommadations . Deal with it!!
Art is there a confirmed work schedule for Ronald Cumming? Other than his lawyers stating he had to be to work at 5pm. This is odd to me because then his hours to 3am would not have been voluntary.

ART, I found some of the posts on those dreams. On a post after one of the Jane Velez Mitchell video, theres a post on April 23 @ 1:03 AM that you posted for me, that says “Tip from reader that wants to …..remain annonomys: Its POST # 27.
Then on the 24th @ 7:42 PM on POST #15 you posted for me, “Dreamweaver part 2″ in response to some of the questions the postes had pertaining to the dream. The video that posted on that page is the one of you on JVM, its ART HARRIS CNN JANE VELEZ MITCHELL and its has a picture of Ronald Cummings in his blue striped shirt kneeling on the ground sobbing for Haleigh. Under the picture it says, “Shocking 911 call”
Art, I am hoping that maybe your readers can put their collective heads together with anything that they too have thought about pertaining to Haleigh and searching for clues and answers.
Anywayzzz, the “2nd man mentioned in the dream, where I said he was “squirrely” among other things, thats her brother in jail. I told my husband all about the dream when it happened and then when the picture of her brother surfaced months later, my husband start4d asking me if I had heard anything back lately from you guys. He’s a spooked believer. I gave my husband, a cousin,& some friends a detailed account of the dream and the physical descripton of the people in it and how their voices sounded. If you ever want to check it out let me know. I just want to find Haleigh like everyone eles.
I know I might sound like a quack to some and a little over the edge, but I just feel so passionate about this little girl. I know I’m not the only one that this has happened to with this case, judging from reading your posters on here. There are some very smart, determined and faithful people searching for her and trying to encourage one another in that. Haleigh is one special little angel.
Oh how her brother must ache for his sissy, his big sissy that was such a little mommy to him.

Art, there was another part to the dream, but couldnt find it. Guess thats ok though, because I think the most important parts are these. Just wanted to find the part where the $35,000 is mentioned. I didn’t understand what he was talking about when he was talking to his mother about her. Something about 6-8 months being in another state, she will have Haleigh back, or worse…maybe it’s just me but i didn’t get what he meant. Any guess as to what he was getting at?

Misty sounds like she is detoxing quite well..Her anger, and wanting food (honey buns and sweets)is a sure sign she needs her drugs…IMO At least she isn’t using a tooth ache as an excuse to get them..
I’m not saying Ron’s isn’t legit, but it seems like a good enough excuse for a drug addict..

Art, I jut want to thank you for all your hard work inreference to Haleigh Cummings. I’ve been following this case from the very beginning, of course in the very beginning our local papers up here in Jersey had some coverage, but then after a while it stopped.
Keep digging and interviewing, I am sure you will come up with some information that can help to close this case.
My personal theory, from the beginning is Misty put the kids to bed, needed a quick fix real bad, left the home briefly and someone at that time snatched Haleigh. Just my theory, will have to see what comes out.

As I just posted…Ron notified Misty of Donna being undercover in fear of trafficking charges. Not knowing what she was about= fear of being locked up. To prevent her selling anything to Donna.
Tommy and his dad were talking. Tommy basically says tell her to not lie on other people (point the finger) When he said this his face says it all. His eyes kind of wonder.
LE definitely is watching the cousins movements as well. As much as we would like to jail those who may have involvement. We cannot without a witness statement or some kind of proof.
Once I held hopes for finding Haleigh alive. My hope is gone. I will say my hopes to get Misty and Tommy behind bars- well recent events says it all.

If I were LE, I would tell misty they are not gonna let her go because, the people who might have haleigh, if someone does, may feel compromised since her arrest,and misty knows if someone has haleigh or not! I bet she,d slip up then!!!!!! I would also require a 12 step program completion before any bond is given!!!!!!!
