I agree 100% these sentences they are handing out if Fl. are insane, remember that case of the college girl that went undercover for the cops down there because she was facing life in prison for POT and she was murdered during the sting? That’s what these kind of sentences cause! This poor kid didn’t want to spend life in prison, now, her life is gone and she was an only child, very disturbing what’s going on in that state!

The draconian drug laws in Florida and the rest of USA need to be abolished. Oxycodone! Big deal It’s a light weight phamaceutical drug. Has Florida turned into Havana! What the hell is going on. Misty and Ron Cummings are not Noriega. The media knows Zippo! They are legalizing pot all over the usa and next is percocet. What kind of country do I live in. This is communism! Repoters who have never ever taken a percocet in their life (so they say) are a joke. Nancy Grace is a beautiful mother but She’s worse than any good ole boy system that ever hit the planet. You charge someone with murder, you do not set them up to solve a crime. This is a violation of civil rights. Misty and Ron are both victims of southern injustice/Florida style. Where are the suppliers? No arrests,why not? Innocent until proven guily does not exist in this country for poor people and it never has! Enough is enough. Get out in the real world and quit playing the blame game. Michael Jackson took those drugs on his own and they want to crucify the doctor and the same with Anna Nicole. Oh because you are a celebrity, it’s always some one else’s fault. We live in a sick control freak world. I am so happy I do not live in the south around the most frighting freaky people in the universe. Nothing has changed,just the dynamics.Lock em up and throw away the key. What happened to compassion and love and simple justice. What the hell is going on?

Art, Who is Jeff Hardy?? Grandma talks like they know him real well. Why did Ronald get transferred to another jail? Is he getting special treatment as I suspect he always has (because his mother works in LE? Ronald doesn’t seem to be worried about a thing. I have aways believed he is involved in Haleigh’s disappearance. I think he knows who took her and why and that he has Misty too afraid to say anything.

I also have to wonder if Nancy Grace is feeling like a huge azz yet. The way she always coddled Ronald Cummings. In interviews she always took it much easier on him, then she did with anyone else in little Haleigh’s life. She kept trying to portray him as the grieving daddy…with all of his crazy stunts since Haleigh’s “disappearance” he certainly hasn’t seemed very “grieving” ! Now with these drug charges,and the stories coming out about how abusive and controlling he has been of his ex’s…The TRUE Ronald…HAs Nancy G finally come to her senses and taken off her rose colored glasses when it comes to Ronald?

I really hope that Leonard Pedilla (the guy who bailed casey anthony out of jail) minds his own business and stays out of this case. Misty, Ron and everyone else who was arrested need to stay behind bars. I don’t understand what makes him think that he will be able to get information from Misty about finding Haleigh. Really??? Because it didn’t work in the Anthony case. I think he loves to be in front of the camera’s. There are plenty of other cases he can get himself involved with. Let law enforcement handle this one. I honestly believe that Leonard loves to be in front of the camera’s. He really needs to stop getting involved in these cases that have nothing to do with him. What makes him think that any of these people would talk to him? If they were to talk to anyone, it would probably be Art Harris… They probably would say that they would talk to Leonard ONLY if he bails them out and then once they are out they won’t talk to him, just like casey anthony.

It’s sad that it is almost a year since this little girl went missing. Misty already out of jail bad, she’ll crack soon.

I that is was interesting when the Judge asked Misty how she supported herself and she said by her parents. From what I can tell, her parents don’t even have two pennies to rub together. The other thing was when she is talking to her brother Timmy and she saying to get money from his wife’s family and then says that she will pay the money back. How is she going to pay the money back? She doesn’t have a job and her parents have no money, how on earth would she pay them back? Maybe she can sell more drugs. That seems like how she is making a living. Maybe, she should consider getting a REAL job. Then again, she probably is going to be in jail for a very long time.

“Why is Ron and family so worried about snitches”

I found this quite interesting that Teflon Ron (as someone nicely put it) is being warned about snitches cops may have put in with him. Surely the whole family knows cop’s have the drug deal’s on tape so there is nothing to snitch about there soooo i can’t help but feel Ron’s GGMa is talking about HaLeigh.

As for Misty i do think she’s scared of Ron & thats why she’s not telling everything she knows. I have a hard time thinking Misty killed Haleigh in anger but with Ron’s temper i can see him lashing out & HaLeight getting hurt real bad. i do think it’s very possible maybe lil HaLeigh ingested some drug & died with the possibility of it occurring before Ron even went to work that night.

I hope someone can reach Misty & convince her that if she didn’t lift a hand to hurt HaLeigh but knows what happened to do the right thing & tell what she knows. Her family needs to keep the pressure on her & work with cops to ensure to Misty that Ron can’t make good on his threats to kill anyone as he’ll be in prison a long time. I can see Ron convincing an immature Misty that she can’t tell what happened coz she’s in it as deep as he is & that they must protect eachother because “it was an accident”. If thats what happened i could & i bet other’s could easily forgive her part in the yearlong coverup.

I found a tape (old-fashioned) disc CD…’medium’ across the street on a wall once-upon-a-time after I called the cops on a bunch of near-grown up kids ‘hanging’ out after 2am…I’d finally had my fill.
Anyway after all was quiet and I finally got my child to sleep (she was scared but Mommy was fearless) I went over they and found that ‘present’ they’d left…the CD ‘medium.’
Most disgusting lyrics I’d ever heard…yet the vocals were real good.
Guess that’s what some consider ‘Art’ these days.
