It’s been so long, i think Tim is absolutely correct and i think he’s also saying the child is dead because he’s experienced sooo many similiar cases and is probably just basing this on statistics so no need to down talk him and that’s directed towards Ronald’s family, but of course if it were me and i had no proof i would want to keep high hopes that my child was okay too so i understand that as well!
As far as Misty, it’s sooo obvious that girl knows way more than what she’s telling and i see why she’s keeping her silence, she’s young and is scared of the consequences of her actions or whatever she did or was doing that night. Well i hope she realizes that if she’s going to go into a home and act like a grown up and want to take on a “parent-figure” role and marry a man, then she needs to now act like a grown up and treat that child as she has stated “like one of her own” and do what any normal parent would do and give that baby some justice and tell everything she knows despite the outcome or consequences of it, we are supposed to “die” for our children, not the other way around and now Misty is acting her age and running scared like a teenager would…if you’re gonna play “house” Misty, you need to be ready for all the “what ifs”! Grow up and speak up for that baby, if you ever cared or loved her as much as you stated you do, then you wouldn’t be keeping secrets to save your own butt!!
I couldn’t imagine keeping silent in a situation like this, Casey & Misty should be cell mates, they can tell their secrets to one another…ridiculous!! Time will tell the truth though in both cases….and by then the consequences will be far more worse than what they would’ve if both women would’ve spoken the truth from the beginning!! These babies getting killed and disappearing, need justice and need a proper burial and just simply need found whether dead or alive…they need to be brought home!!!
Hope these so called “parents” get their heads on straight and quit acting like selfish children, these babies are/could be dead and you’re worried about spending the rest of your life behind bars…shame on you!!!

i9 find it hard to believe that anyone would suppose that this frail child, in the hands of GOD knows who, would still be alive.
Misty knows what happened in it’s entirity. She allowed or caused , through her actions or inaction, this to happen.
Ron is euqlly an idiot and Misty represents every negative streotype of “Trailer Trash” that ever could have existed as does her toothless mother.
I ache for Ron’s mother as she apppears to be the only one tellling the truth. The child’s biological mother demonstrates an IQ slightly above bread mold as does hermoter and this may explain why or how Ron got custody. Where did thhe little tramp’s cellphone ping at the earliest times and latest times it was on then back on? What towers did Ron’s ping on? There is a child dumped or buried somewhere within a few miles of that trailer. And for those who sadly believe that you can arrest and charge someone jjust because “they must know something” I can only hope that your fervor for “beauty parlor fabricated” justice as espouused by those totallly ignorant f any precept or precedent of law will be as strong when yo find yourself considered a suspect for something. Sfter 28 years in law Enforcement I can assure you. This child is dead. No amount of “feel good BS”, “hopes and dreams”, “sending your love, prayer, vibes etc” wil make a bit of difference.
Unti someone who was present, knows someone who was present or told what happened is cught in a compromising set f circumstances and charged with some other crime…..then no one will give up any real leads. Misy is not the only one who knows but the maried man shhe was with, dope dealer she was with, stranger she was ding for dope will nto be coming forward to give any information to more clearly pinpoint her whereaboouts or actions that night during the time that she is unaccounted for. All this feelgood crap and rhetoric wil nto help little Haleigh, she is beyond any of tyour or my help and beyond this terrible thing she underwent. The best wecan do for her is to guarantee justice for anyone who is, ws or can be connected to involvement in this horrible crime. Period. Mille is right and Klaas was wrong to behave like an ass i response to her. PS don’t send volatile rednecked “trailer trash” to monitor and try to build a criminal case on “trailer trash”. The fourth or fifth amendment does not apply to non LE personel. This would have worked if the planted chick could have restrained her idiotic instincts and not blown the cover with the road rage assistance case wherein she helped Misty act ;like the little scumball she is instead of trying to avoid that particular conflict. Idiots are involved in this case like so many raindrops in a storm.

Mr. Miller I have followed thr Haleigh Cummings from beginney. It just stuck in my head that whenever Misty and Ron had an falling out, she would leave. It didn’t have to be a big one, this is what she did. She was gone for three days and I understand there were words when she came back. The words were enough to send her again, and I truly believe that when Ron came home, she hadn’t been there very long herself. I believe she left the house, left the children alone and ran as fast as she could to get back. She could never tell him that, God knows what he would do. In young girls they do the running away just to see if the man will follow, she play’s a game, she flashed an engagment ring for all to see, so proud, blissful, and Haleigh was God knows where. It was a case of a 17 yr. old child playing games and the games were with the wrong people.It wasn’t about the two children, she wanted Ron Period.

Don’t critizize Tim Miller. He’s out there doing what you’re not. If you can do better, get the hell out there and do it. I appreciate what’s being done to keep her name in the media. Hopefully, someone will be brought to justice for this awful crime.

after reading all these comments…I still hope haleigh is alive…..to be quite honest, if I where involved and new she was still alive ….I’m not sure I would turn the people that had her in ….especially if she was having anywhere near a normal life…cause she didn’t have one before…my prayers are still with her being alive.

God Bless you Art. You are on top of things but my question and I emailed you this. Tersea Neves says her boyfriend paid for this weekend Misty went on and it came out it was Tim Miller. ANy info on that? Thanks.

Angie–Have no firsthand knowledge of what her boyfriend may or may not have paid for or money he may have given Misty… Ron never did make it to Universal to meet her as planned, so perhaps she was referring to the weekend they spent in Orlando initially for the polygraph, and one night of that, I’m told they were put up at a TES “safehouse,” ie the apartment or home of a TES volunteer. Ron didn’t bother to call his employer about returning to work because he didn’t think he would have to work..He thought he could make enough money off the sympathetic public in finding Haleigh…At least he was right about one thing..

thanks, Art for clarifying the dumpster search by Haleigh’s investigators. I remember the NG coverage of the “dumpster search” a few days after Haleigh went missing. I am sure LE in Satsuma did all they could to find her. It is just SAD they had to contend w/Misty’s LIES. HAD Misty been totally honest and forthcoming about EXACTLY what occurred, LE would have immediately known WHAT direction to go in their search.

INSTEAD: Ron backed his paramour, Misty … the entire Cummings family backed Ron — and LE was met with the great stone wall of lies and “Let’s make Ron look LIKE FATHER of the YEAR.”

MY POINT remains: All the “romance” between Ron & Misty HINDERED investigators in their search. Had Misty NOT been involved, cops COULD HAVE focused all their energies on FINDING the perv. (not second-guessing Ron’s drug use & former criminal associations, Misty’s verified “drug haze” etc etc). HAD Ron and Misty been the rational RESPONSIBLE CARE-TAKERS of those kids, Haleigh would still be among “the living.”

IMO: people should STOP BLAMING TIM MILLER for admitting what is (undoubtedly) THE TRUTH: Like Somer, HALEIGH is gone. Tim lost his own child, so he (more than all these nay-sayers & bleeding hearts) KNOWS what it is to admit a child is dead.

Just like everybody KNEW Caylee Anthony was gone — regardless of the myriad bogus “sightings” … NONE ever panned out. IN EACH CASE: the so-called sightings were only WISHFUL thinking.

BLESS YOU, Art for keeping this child’s case in the forefront. Far too many innocent children and young women have been “disappeared” and forgotten (except by their immediate loved ones).

Anyone who criticizes Tim Miller should be condemned to stare into his tortured countenance till the day they die. To look at Tim Miller is a study in untold suffering. Whatever “slack” can be cut mankind for its humanity should be directed at Tim Miller. He turned his child’s murder into a definable justice for the butchered and forgotten.
