Although veteran child finder Tim Miller sadly believes Haleigh Cummings wonât be found alive, he tells The Bald Truth Wednesday he still plans to return to Putnam County, Florida to search for the ever elusive missing six year old–or her body.
âWe will never, EVER quit searching for Haleigh Cummings,â he tells me in an exclusive interview to clear up an apparent misunderstanding that lead volunteers and supporters to jam Texas Equusearch switchboard flabbergasted to hear Miller might not be willing to use his considerable expertise or equipment to look for Haleigh because he felt she was dead.
âWe already have plans to return for another organized search when the vegetation thins out this winter,â he says. ââI donât think Haleighâs (body) is all that far away from Satsuma because whoever took her isnât smart enough to carry her far.â
Tears streaming, Haleighâs paternal grandmother, Teresa Neves, wept on The Nancy Grace show Tuesday, declaring she believed Haleigh WAS alive, had no proof, but believed in miracles and NOT Tim Miller. âHeâs not God,â she said.
Other family members were also distressed law enforcement might be loosing heart, and lessen their efforts, given Millerâs public statement, and statistics supporting the likelihood a child missing for eight months wonât be coming home alive.
But Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy insists investigators are as dedicated and working as hard as âday oneâ to solve the mystery of what happened to Haleigh Cummings — and bring the little girl home alive, if possible, or her kidnapper, or killer, to justice.
âThis case is worked every day by multiple investigators from our department and other agencies, as we have from day one,â Deputy Hancel Woods, spokesman for the Putnam County Sheriffâs Department (PCSD) tells The Bald Truth. âWe disagree with Mr. Millerâs statement, and thereâs nothing weâve seen that his view is correct âand we do have every hope of bringing this little girl home.â
Even after receiving â and following up on â more than 5,000 tips, Woods says tips are still coming in and âevery one is vetted completely and pursued to the fullest. Weâve even got people sifting through old tips to make sure nothing has been missed.â
While he agrees statistics paint one picture, he says investigators will pursue and rule in or out any tips or sitings suggesting Haleigh is alive, though every one so far has turned out to be a mistake, bogus or a mirage.
But to insure it doesnât miss anything, sources tell me PCSD investigators had to recently look into a wild claim by a debunked internet groupie who claimed Crystal Sheffieldâs former attorney confessed she knew where Haleigh had been taken.
âI felt badly for police they had to waste their time adn taxpayer dollars and take resources away from legitimate law enforcement needs to chase the equivalent of an alien abduction claim,â attorney Kim Picaztio tells The Bald Truth.
In an exclusive interview, Picazio said she volunteered months of phone records, eye witnesses, photos and videos to show investigators she was in Satsuma â along with the alleged kidnapperâon the days the bogus tipster claimed they were on the road and on the run with Haleigh.
âThey actually apologized they had to do it,â she said, calling it âan outrage that these kinds of whack jobs are allowed to tie up valuable law enforcement resources, and waste my time, but they had no choice. They are mandated to investigate everything and didnâtâ want to be accused of overlooking anythingâeven though it came from a known nut case who terrorizes websites with lies and rumors, and is actually used as a reliable source by those obsessed with Haleigh who have only their own paranoia and each other to rely on. Oh, and I donât want to leave out her friend with the psychic dog.â
âIf a real tip comes in and they need me to search, Iâm on the next plane,â says Tim Miller, who partly bases his sad conclusion on the results of a polygraph he did on Misty Cummingsâthat is used as a law enforcement tool, but not in court.
âWhen we asked her, âDo you know what happened to Haleigh, and she said, âNo,â that registered 95 per cent deception,â said Miller. âWe asked, âHave you deliberately withheld information about Haleighâs disappearance,â and that came back 99 per cent deception. âDo you know where Haleigh is now? 96 per cent deception. Do you know WHO took Haleigh? That came back 42 per cent deception, but that was when she described it being like a dream, with four people in it.ââ

Art: Has anyone considered … that Misty (along with being the COG in wheel) impeding investigators … MIGHT BE the “reason” cops didn’t look as closely as they might otherwise HAVE — for A STRANGER ABDUCTION?
Vis a vis: Poor little Somer Thompson (same approx age) … but no one thinks HER ABDUCTION is anything BUT a killer perv at work.
Less than 50-miles … a DIRECT SHOT via highway — or water way to ORANGE PARK — that’s all that separates SATSUMA from Orange Park. Initially, I think there was some speculation about the waterway near Haleigh’s home being used by the fiend who took Haleigh.
With all the HOO-HAH orchestrated by Ron, Misty — the families, media ETC: THE SUBTERFUGE resulted in cops going in every which direction — because THEY WERE DISTRACTED BY THE PLAYERS in both families and the community of Satsuma.
WHAT:
IF cops had proceeded AS QUICKLY AS ORANGE PARK area law enforcement DID (for Somer) … CHECKING LANDFILLS and perverts as far away as Jacksonville … COULD they have found Haleigh by following the same PATTERN (for Somer)?

KL–Sounds like you likely missed my reply to someone about landfills and the search for Somer…got the idea from big mising child seminar lead by PCSD investigator laying out what they DID in the first 24-48 hours–rounded up and checked al dumpsters, and segregated all garbage coming in to the landfill and put in a certain area to be gone thru piece by piece. Deputy praised by LE for quick thinking in Somer case had attended that seminar, my PCSD sources tell me. Now you know where they got that idea.-art

I truly feel all Ron’s shenanigans and Misty’s show-boating, their affair and subsequent “wedding” etc .. LED COPS ASTRAY. The focus was on Misty (rightfully) since SHE was likely at fault for NOT BEING ADULT ENOUGH to ACTUALLY DO THE JOB CPS and Ron expected her to do: TAKE CARE OF THE TWO KIDS.
Instead, Misty partied like a FOOL — a senseless young TEEN caring more for HERSELF –and her drug habit than anything else.
Cops should surely charge Misty for child abuse AND reckless endangerment. Her drug-filled weekend BEFORE Haleigh was snatched LED TO THE awful outcome. Had any (other) RESPONSIBLE ADULT — or CONCERNED PARENT been “in charge” of protecting those kids, HALEIGH wouldn’t have been taken.
IS LE checking these new avenues since Somer’s tragic murder? Their ages and proximity surely CANNOT BE a coincidence.

I am so aggrivated about this tradedy. Thank goodness the authorities are working hard on this case. I am so mad at Misty………..Come on Misty, suppose someone did this to you. Wouldn’t you want someone to step up to the plate and either get you home or let you’re body be found? Truly, I have thought from day 1 that Haleigh was taken to get back at Ronald. Misty if you know about Haleigh, come on do the right thing………you wanted authorities to help you when you were robbed of your purse………BIG DEAL… A PURSE….we are talking about Haleigh, not a replacable purse. You supposidly flunked the lie detector tests misrabley! Come on tell us who is involved with the abduction of Haleigh. Even if you get by here on earth one day you will have to answer to a higher authority and that is the final judgement. Make things right,if you know about Haleigh how could you even marry her Daddy? come on Misty please please please examine you conscience. Please Misty do the right thing. Misty I am very worried that something will happen to you next. You are worth saving, I realize you had a hard life but please, you said you loved Haleigh, do this for her. Tim, Seems way to emotional to be in charge. Moving volunteers stopping searches in the past, to say they won’t find the one their looking for etc..He has good intentions, but I think he should give the reins of his business to someone else, and try to work on living again. He has been through so much pain with his own loss, I just think it effects his decisions way to much. He’s( at times) bouncing all over the place, creating heartache for some with his words and thoughts and decisions, as he is just to emotional to be in charge of his business.

I knew TM would come back and search. I never doubted for a second. People just need to realize that he has to keep on doing what he does for other families until something arises. Tim Miller is a very caring man and I wish people would stop blasting him!! He is a man of character and everyone should know that by now. He will do whatever it takes to find a missing child!!!
I wish they would start putting those in jail that keep giving bogus leads!! They are impeding this investigation and wasting time and tax paying dollars.

Well I for one am glad Tim Miller hasn’t completely gave up on looking for haleigh. I too have a feeling she is not alive. I hope that I am wrong and they find Haleigh alive and well, but suffering from asthma myself, I know you need those rescue inhalers along with the nebulizer, but you need a prescription for bot, the nebulizer medicine and the inhaler, the inhaler only last about 30 days. Although i have no idea who took haleigh, it seems to me some one that knew this famiy and their habits, or knew misty and her habits, took advantage of the situation. Wasn’t it said that her brother had told LE that he and misty had smoked pot when he had been over earlier? Maybe some one waited until they thought misty had passed out and went in, the thing that bothers me is the back door, why was both doors propped open? I feel so bad for both Ron and Crystal, No family should have to go thru this. I think maybe Ron should of had his mom or grandmother watching those children for him at night, but i assume he trusted Misty and so did his mom, so there you have it, a situation just waiting for disaster to happen.Should be a lesson for all parents out there, to know have someone more mature watching your kids while you work, 17 year olds are good for going out to dinner or what ever, not over night baby sitting. But thats my opinion only, doesn’t mean I am right lol. thanks Art for keeping us informed on this, I am praying little haleigh comes homes alive.

It is encouraging to hear that Tim has not given up on finding Haleigh. I’m glad the Sheriff is much more optimistic as this gives loved ones more despirately needed hope.
Regarding this nightmare blogger, I hope LE has enough to cite her at least filing a false report! Perhaps some radio transcripts might help there. People like this only hamper the investigation and delay finding Haleigh.

I commend Tim Miller and the effort he and his staff employ to locate people. A noble cause, indeed.
After publicly stating he believed Haleigh Cummings was not alive, therefore, he and his company, Equusearch would be leaving the Cummings case to work on other cases. Negative remarks begin to pour in, and now he’s back on the Haleigh Cummings case. When Caylee Anthony (Orlando) vanished, Tim Miller and his staff abruptly left that case. (It was said Mr. Miller, and Mrs. Anthony had a heated exchanges because she was getting in the way of progress.) In due time, Mr. Miller and his staff returned to search for Caylee Anthony.
Considering the volume of volunteers (in multiple forms), I would hope that a Public Relations company would step up and render their services to Mr. Miller.
This back and forth, including his crass remarks about Mr. Klaas, in my opinion, makes Mr. Miller look fickle and difficult to deal with. Perhaps, he should take great care to avoid stepping on the cracks. Sadly, Mr. Miller knows first hand the duress people he assists are under. His hard work and kindness shouldn’t be overshadowed by these snits, and such.

I still think they should pressure Misty’s brother that told cops he went over to see if Misty was home at Ron’s request. I still think he knows more then what he is saying. What if this took place: Timmy goes over at Ron’s request, finds Misty trying to hide the body in that dumpster that the dogs hit on and he tell her no they would find her there so he takes her to that pond where they talked about feeding alligator’s small animals … and disposed of the body there. Has anyone checked that pond?????

I sure do wish they could arrest her on this lie detector test. Everyone knows she knows what went on and she will not tell. Is she protecting someone or herself or maybe both? I am sure she is not the only one who knows something and I have my own ideas of who that other person is but lets wait and see. Art, have you talked to Crystal lately and how is she doing. To me, she is just another one of Ronald’s victims if you know what I mean – he likes to get them young so he can control them. Thanks Art and keeping digging for more information.

Art, What kind of evidence does LE need to arrest Misty, as they did with Casey Anthony? Her story has changed, she has failed numerous polygraph test, etc.. I understand that there is no evidence that she commited a murder;however the child disappeared while in her care custody and control and since her story doesn’t add up it looks like there would be room for some kind of criminal charges. Glad Tim Miller will go back to Florida and search, but still hope she will turn up alive somewhere in this world. Thanks for keeping us informed. W

My concerns grow daily for Haleigh and her family that loves her. May I ask when you have an opportunity, to inquire of Tim what does he hope to accomplish with all of these interviews he’s giving in Haleigh’s case? Does he have LE and the families Blessings in doing so?
I’ve grown to care for Haleighs well being and endangerment since becoming involved. I’m sure you have over these past months, explaining your continued interest. Knowing my own two personal reasons, I would like to know what caused you to become involved in the beginning?

Tim Miller has a big heart and dedication to finding missing people. Thanks Tim for the work and efforts that you do.
In the past Ronald Cummings said that Haleigh was on a inhaler, which was there when she went missing. He also stated that Haleigh’s Turner Syndrome was not serious.
Art, according to Ronald Cummings on the Maury Polvich show which aired on 22 Nov 2009, he stated that Haleigh has heart, and liver problems associated with the Turner Syndrome and needs ongoing special care from a cardiologist and other specialists.
Teresa Neves was on Nancy Grace (recently) and when asked if Haleigh needed her inhaler to survive, Ms. Neves responded “No,” and that Haleigh only needed it when she had an onset of pneumonia coming on.
Either Teresa is clueless as to what she is talking about, or Ronald is fabricating Haleighs diagnosis of Turner Syndrome to be more serious, or he has studied up on turner syndrome and what side effects it can have if not taken care off by specialist.
My question is if Haleigh has Turner Syndrome with heart and liver problems what are her chances for survival without medication and specialist care? Next, wasn’t Ronald already in trouble because Haleigh was missing too much school and do you know if her absents were medical related? If yes, it should support Tim Miller’s reason for believing that Haleigh is dead. Also the cadevar dogs, Misty’s lies, Ronalds lies, drugs, and so forth….

That is so sad that the one person who has the key to where Haleigh is won’t even tell she is so worried about herself she does not care what happened to this little girl. She never loved her or she would step up and tell the truth the least she could do is come forward and say what happened to her and where they put her little body so the family can lay her to rest…RIP Haleigh better yet please prove us all wrong and come home soon.

I heard Ron Cummings text Misty when she was with Tim Miller’s associate telling her the woman was a snitch and trying to trick her. If he really wanted to know where is daughter was why would he do that?

If I’m not mistaken, didn’t Misty allow herself to be hypnotized in order to further “prove her innocence”, and wasn’t this done almost immediately after the polygraph test administered by Tim Miller? If this is the case, bearing the deception percentages in mind, exactly WHAT information, if any, was obtained from this session? It would seem that if Misty was actually under hypnosis, then she would have answered the problematic questions that she seems to continually dodge when she is in a wakened, conscious state. Also, it calls into question whether or not Misty was, in fact, truly “hypnotized”. Do you know anything about any of this?

Children who have Turner Syndrome are like most where the severity of the syndrome tends to be the key factor. My pediatric experience is 5 years at a renown pediatric hospital on the cardiology unit. Over the course of the 5 years I worked with many children who had Turner Syndrome. When they come to speak of heart problems they are talking (most typically) the following ASD (Atrial Septal Defect) or VSD (Ventricular Septal Defect_. Most children can have this taken care of without surgery. Most of the time it is with a heart catherization. When speaking of congenital heart defects if your child were to have one this would be the one of choice. Occasionally there are more severe cases. It is minor, and minor procedure to fix in most cases. From my gathering of Haleigh’s case hers is minor. As nothing has been mentioned about prior hospitalizations. When Theresa is speaking of her not needing the inhaler it is my belief that Haleigh never uses it, maybe once in a blue moon. That is only my belief. I hope this helps clarify questions about the heart related to Turner Syndrome and proper medical. I believe Haleigh was not one who had to be at the doctor, instead able to live a normal day to day life.

When I heard that Tim Miller said that Haleigh is dead I was really upset.
Tim Miller is losing it for sure. He starts searching and says he will continue for weeks and stops within a day.
Even if in his heart he really believes that Haleigh is not alive, he should never have made an announcement like that!
I think it’s terrible that he’s acting like a PI instead of the head of a search team in having paid that girl to spy on Misty.
I am very suspoicious of Misty, but where does Tim iller get the right to do that?
He is not a part of LE.
I do believe he tells a lot of untrue stories.
I remember when he was searching for Caylee and he was asking for donations for water and food for the searchers, people sent him a lot of money and food and water and he left the next day.
He recently claimed that he only looks for people who are “alive”?
Well thats news to me…..considring that him and Cindy Anthony had a fight over him looking for a “not Alive “Caylee.
Maybe it’s time for Tim to retire?

Instead of setting up Misty he should have been searching for Haleigh.

Tim Miller is starting to get on my last nerve. What he has done is flat out wrong. He is not God. To say he won’t look for Haleigh because she is dead makes little sense. Seems to me Tim Miller mostly recovers dead folks, yes? What has he expected to find out in the wilderness all this time he has been searching? Haleigh in a tent camping out? Same with Caylee Anthony. So now he flip flops back because people are calling and wondering WTF? As a general rule law enforcement operates under the theory the person is alive unless evidence exists that person is dead. Sure it is not likely however this should make any parent think twice about calling in Tim Miller to search for a missing child.
He may just go on the news, tell the world your child is dead, and that since she is dead, she does not need to be found and you do not need her found. IMO Tim needs to quit opening his yap until someone reads over what he has to say.
His comments made not one lick of sense to me and since they did not I have wonder if this is about Tim and his ego getting bruised on this case.

Art please let me know if I am correct. I believe you wrote that Rons work schedule for that day was 4:00pm – 12:00 am. Ron chose to volunteer to work 3 hours over leaving him to clock out at 3:00am. On Nancy Grace they said he arrived 30- 45 minutes early for his shift. I believe they said he was always this early for his shift; did not want to mis-quote. That means he should have arrived to work approx 3:15pm – 3:30pm.Right? If this is correct then there is no way Ron could have picked up Haleigh from the bus stop after school that last Monday? He should of already been on PDM premises. TN said that Haleigh got off the bus at 3:30pm. Yet they say Ron picked up Haleigh and we know what the witnesses said. Please let me know if I followed this correctly. Thank you

I think this is really STUPID. Comments that Ron Cummings is “changing his story or lying because he said Haleigh had no medical problems and only used her inhaler now and then. On Murry Povash he said that she needed to see the cardiologist and endocrine doctor, and that she has Asthma.
That is not the same thing as saying she is ill and needs to see those doctors for treatment. Can’t anyone see that it is probable that he is coming out of denial here?
Because even though Haleigh only had Asthma and to use her inhaler now and again, she has been gone eight months and I bet if you asked Ron Cummings if Haleigh ever did not need that inhaler for eight months the answer would be NO. Same with seeing the other doctors, she see’s them because she could develop problems in those areas. In eight months lots of things could be wrong with her because he probably takes her in every six months or every year. People are just so DUMB about this. I do not like it. It is REALLY STUPID. And I do not expect you ART HARRIS to act like you are stupid. Agree with folks that this proves something. If folks wish to blame RC blame him for leaving his kids with Misty and not having his mom or granny take them. Not for dumb stupid pointing wrong fingers at crap like this.

I’m afraid this case has gotten…..brrrrrrr cold.
Only a body will bring arrest(s) and justice.
IF someone knows something….and clues in authorities on where body is located….that would be what it will take at this point.

AR.:WHAT ABOUT THE COINCIDENCES OF THE CROSLIN FAMILY MEMBERS LIVING IN TENNESSEE AND NOW MASSACHUSETTS; WHERE BOTH STATES HAD HALEIGH SIGHTINGS! Just want to know if anyone has noticed these startling similarities. This can’t just be coincidental. The first sightinhg of Haleigh was in Tennessee where “cousin Joe” lives, and he was at Ron’s, and “coincidentally” left town to go back to Tennessee {where he lives with grandma Holers, where Misty is supposedly going to live now} the same day of Haleighs DISAPPEARANCE. I know all of this has been supposedly cleared through LE, yet I want to know if any of your readers feel the same way. Also, why did the sighting of Haleigh in a Mass. WALMART happen right after TIMMY CROSLIN MOVED THERE WITH HIS PREGNANT WIFE; Am I the only one who sees these situations as weird?? God Bless YOU, RONALD and HALEIGH AND RONALD JR., and all of YOUR FAMILY. I pray for you everday, God knows and sees what a loving Daddy you are.

I also want to ask people to stop bashing Ronald for working overtime; Would anyone do that for fun? People work overtime to make more money. Why doesn’t anyone see that maybe Ronald was working overtime to support his family?? And why didn’t he have the right to stop at a store on his way home?? We all do the same thing. Or, does everyone leave work and say, well, I would stop and get some groceries, etc..BUT, I better not, because there is a 100% chance my child might have been taken?? Even with unanswered phone calls to your S.O., why would anyone think they couldn’t stop somewhere, {even if he and Misty were having a disagreement} think about it.

Art, sorry, I just checked my other post and saw that you had posted it and responded to it, thank you. I still would like to hear of your readers opinions out there, though. To MOMMY OF 3: it seems so obvious that Ronald is a wonderful loving Daddy, I just can’t imagine him being involved with anything to harm his children. He appears overprotective in a good way. Also, my 2 yr. old in a split second banged his head on a picture frame, that I was carrying, just that quick; everything ended up fine, ct scan, etc.. but in the emergency room I ran in with him, past security guards, clerks, etc..while screaming out the “F” word!!! I was scared and desperate, and anyone who got in my way got a mouthful from me!! I am an RN, and to see me you would never think I would be capable of any behavior like that…I agree with Nancy Grace, that would be me on a 911 call!

What if this was someone that took Haleigh ( a sex offender). What if at some point her body was in that dumpster? Sommer the child that was killed and found in a landfill was also put in a dumpster. What if someone started with Haleigh and is not done yet?

I have believed from the very beginning that Haleigh would not be found alive. LE has said they didn’t believe it was a stranger abduction. Someone Haliegh knew, killed her either accidentally or on purpose and then hid/disposed of her body. Misty is lying/covering for someone, possibly herself as well.
Unfortunately, lying is not a crime unless you do it under oath. I’m sure if LE had a reason to arrest Misty by now, they would have since they’ve arrested just about everyone else in this god-forsaken, drug infested, inbred part of the country.

Everyone is so sympathetic with Ronald Cummings….EXCEPT HIS FORMER EMPLOYEE…THEY TERMINATED HIM….isn’t that odd…especially at a time like this….caring people would work with an employee of theirs in such a crisis….unless……..

ODD–Pls go back and read our stories at the time…PDM says, if I recall correctly, they tried to work with him and he never responded to their deadlines to let them know if he wanted to come back to work, so they filled his job. Art

thanks, Art for clarifying the dumpster search by Haleigh’s investigators. I remember the NG coverage of the “dumpster search” a few days after Haleigh went missing. I am sure LE in Satsuma did all they could to find her. It is just SAD they had to contend w/Misty’s LIES. HAD Misty been totally honest and forthcoming about EXACTLY what occurred, LE would have immediately known WHAT direction to go in their search.
INSTEAD: Ron backed his paramour, Misty … the entire Cummings family backed Ron — and LE was met with the great stone wall of lies and “Let’s make Ron look LIKE FATHER of the YEAR.”
MY POINT remains: All the “romance” between Ron & Misty HINDERED investigators in their search. Had Misty NOT been involved, cops COULD HAVE focused all their energies on FINDING the perv. (not second-guessing Ron’s drug use & former criminal associations, Misty’s verified “drug haze” etc etc). HAD Ron and Misty been the rational RESPONSIBLE CARE-TAKERS of those kids, Haleigh would still be among “the living.”
IMO: people should STOP BLAMING TIM MILLER for admitting what is (undoubtedly) THE TRUTH: Like Somer, HALEIGH is gone. Tim lost his own child, so he (more than all these nay-sayers & bleeding hearts) KNOWS what it is to admit a child is dead.
Just like everybody KNEW Caylee Anthony was gone — regardless of the myriad bogus “sightings” … NONE ever panned out. IN EACH CASE: the so-called sightings were only WISHFUL thinking.
BLESS YOU, Art for keeping this child’s case in the forefront. Far too many innocent children and young women have been “disappeared” and forgotten (except by their immediate loved ones).
Anyone who criticizes Tim Miller should be condemned to stare into his tortured countenance till the day they die. To look at Tim Miller is a study in untold suffering. Whatever “slack” can be cut mankind for its humanity should be directed at Tim Miller. He turned his child’s murder into a definable justice for the butchered and forgotten.

Ron didn’t bother to call his employer about returning to work because he didn’t think he would have to work..He thought he could make enough money off the sympathetic public in finding Haleigh…At least he was right about one thing..

Angie–Have no firsthand knowledge of what her boyfriend may or may not have paid for or money he may have given Misty… Ron never did make it to Universal to meet her as planned, so perhaps she was referring to the weekend they spent in Orlando initially for the polygraph, and one night of that, I’m told they were put up at a TES “safehouse,” ie the apartment or home of a TES volunteer. After Donna Brock took Misty under wing, though, Tim Miller tells me he picked up the tab for hotels, food, nail painting, gas, and hair salons…to keep her out of Dodge, fearing, he says, she could be in danger back home. after reading all these comments…I still hope haleigh is alive…..to be quite honest, if I where involved and new she was still alive ….I’m not sure I would turn the people that had her in ….especially if she was having anywhere near a normal life…cause she didn’t have one before…my prayers are still with her being alive.

Don’t critizize Tim Miller. He’s out there doing what you’re not. If you can do better, get the hell out there and do it. I appreciate what’s being done to keep her name in the media. Hopefully, someone will be brought to justice for this awful crime.

Mr. Miller I have followed thr Haleigh Cummings from beginney. It just stuck in my head that whenever Misty and Ron had an falling out, she would leave. It didn’t have to be a big one, this is what she did. She was gone for three days and I understand there were words when she came back. The words were enough to send her again, and I truly believe that when Ron came home, she hadn’t been there very long herself. I believe she left the house, left the children alone and ran as fast as she could to get back. She could never tell him that, God knows what he would do. In young girls they do the running away just to see if the man will follow, she play’s a game, she flashed an engagment ring for all to see, so proud, blissful, and Haleigh was God knows where. It was a case of a 17 yr. old child playing games and the games were with the wrong people.It wasn’t about the two children, she wanted Ron Period.

i9 find it hard to believe that anyone would suppose that this frail child, in the hands of GOD knows who, would still be alive.
Misty knows what happened in it’s entirity. She allowed or caused , through her actions or inaction, this to happen.
Ron is euqlly an idiot and Misty represents every negative streotype of “Trailer Trash” that ever could have existed as does her toothless mother.
I ache for Ron’s mother as she apppears to be the only one tellling the truth. The child’s biological mother demonstrates an IQ slightly above bread mold as does hermoter and this may explain why or how Ron got custody. Where did thhe little tramp’s cellphone ping at the earliest times and latest times it was on then back on? What towers did Ron’s ping on? There is a child dumped or buried somewhere within a few miles of that trailer. And for those who sadly believe that you can arrest and charge someone jjust because “they must know something” I can only hope that your fervor for “beauty parlor fabricated” justice as espouused by those totallly ignorant f any precept or precedent of law will be as strong when yo find yourself considered a suspect for something. Sfter 28 years in law Enforcement I can assure you. This child is dead. No amount of “feel good BS”, “hopes and dreams”, “sending your love, prayer, vibes etc” wil make a bit of difference.
Unti someone who was present, knows someone who was present or told what happened is cught in a compromising set f circumstances and charged with some other crime…..then no one will give up any real leads. Misy is not the only one who knows but the maried man shhe was with, dope dealer she was with, stranger she was ding for dope will nto be coming forward to give any information to more clearly pinpoint her whereaboouts or actions that night during the time that she is unaccounted for. All this feelgood crap and rhetoric wil nto help little Haleigh, she is beyond any of tyour or my help and beyond this terrible thing she underwent. The best wecan do for her is to guarantee justice for anyone who is, ws or can be connected to involvement in this horrible crime. Period. Mille is right and Klaas was wrong to behave like an ass i response to her. PS don’t send volatile rednecked “trailer trash” to monitor and try to build a criminal case on “trailer trash”. The fourth or fifth amendment does not apply to non LE personel. This would have worked if the planted chick could have restrained her idiotic instincts and not blown the cover with the road rage assistance case wherein she helped Misty act ;like the little scumball she is instead of trying to avoid that particular conflict. Idiots are involved in this case like so many raindrops in a storm.

It’s been so long, i think Tim is absolutely correct and i think he’s also saying the child is dead because he’s experienced sooo many similiar cases and is probably just basing this on statistics so no need to down talk him and that’s directed towards Ronald’s family, but of course if it were me and i had no proof i would want to keep high hopes that my child was okay too so i understand that as well!
As far as Misty, it’s sooo obvious that girl knows way more than what she’s telling and i see why she’s keeping her silence, she’s young and is scared of the consequences of her actions or whatever she did or was doing that night. Well i hope she realizes that if she’s going to go into a home and act like a grown up and want to take on a “parent-figure” role and marry a man, then she needs to now act like a grown up and treat that child as she has stated “like one of her own” and do what any normal parent would do and give that baby some justice and tell everything she knows despite the outcome or consequences of it, we are supposed to “die” for our children, not the other way around and now Misty is acting her age and running scared like a teenager would…if you’re gonna play “house” Misty, you need to be ready for all the “what ifs”! Grow up and speak up for that baby, if you ever cared or loved her as much as you stated you do, then you wouldn’t be keeping secrets to save your own butt!!
I couldn’t imagine keeping silent in a situation like this, Casey & Misty should be cell mates, they can tell their secrets to one another…ridiculous!! Time will tell the truth though in both cases….and by then the consequences will be far more worse than what they would’ve if both women would’ve spoken the truth from the beginning!! These babies getting killed and disappearing, need justice and need a proper burial and just simply need found whether dead or alive…they need to be brought home!!!
Hope these so called “parents” get their heads on straight and quit acting like selfish children, these babies are/could be dead and you’re worried about spending the rest of your life behind bars…shame on you!!!
