I know you won’t post this comment but you should know that I do copy my posts to you and the awaiting moderation notification to show your cowardace, just so you know people do know that you can’t take the heat! Loser, what will you do when there isn’t some poor child missing? Make one up?

There is a difference in a reporter, blogger, journalist, author and novelist. I find your work to be that of a fine journalist/reporter who follows leads and remains dedicated to those who request anonymity while sharing the truth. Sadly a few who have requested annonymity and due to the scrutny or others demanding more information, some have had to go public on your site to prove they are – who they say they are.

This comment is more on the lines of what others have said or implied while judging advoocate’s and journalist’s character on other sites and in a verbal interviews.

If you do not mind me setting the record straight as I was there before the drama had begun that has now taken the focus off this missing child and another child who IMO is in danger.

People often run off the mouth before thinking of what the out come would be and in turn the after affect can cause serious damage to someones reputation. I am making two points.

1. As a mandated reporter I called Tim Miller and demanded -by message – that he speak with the police regarding Mistys safty because I had already heard what Crystal has stated in her interviews and then Amber about the way Ronald used the guns previously with them. I am not sure if my demand caused a ripple affect since it was reported and no action that I know of was taken.

I think a lot of us advocates who have endured a traumatic jolt due to our child being harmed, abused, raped, kidnapped and/or murdered often bring up subconscious flash backs of protecting somoeone else from harm and it jades or clouds our thinking. I am not sure what the comings and goings are of this case because the lanes merge or a new bridge become a new chapter in this long running soap opera and just when we think the truth is right in our face something or someone distorts it or present new evidence and we just sctratch are head and try and remain focused on HaLeigh and not the people who have become a part of this case, that had stayed or moved on.

2. Let me go back to March 11 2009. Now that I am reading from start to finish of this case on as many sites possible to catch me up to speed. I have been out of the loop since March of 2009 with most of it.

I am appalled with the notion that you came in on this case due to momey or because someone had to lure you in on this case. I say this emphatically because I spoke to you first regarding this case and it was approved by my client not because of anyone who handed me the cell and asked me to speak with you. I was reaching out to any and all media, which was why I there, in hopes that this case would be picked up and whoever heard what I witnessed, would stay on top of the case and not let go and I knew you were just the man I could count on due to our professional relationship, not because of anyone elses relationship and/or money exchanging hands. You wrote this prior to visiting Satsuma in which I asked if you could join me to meet those I had already interviewed and report it.

I am deeply sorry. If I had not known then what drama you may have had to endure due to my incapacitation and the amount of pain control I was on so I could endure the tests my doctors requested prior to them risking my operation, I would have made this comment on your behalf a long time ago.

Which brings me full circle. Did any of us know at the end of the day this case would be (as I am reading) larger than life with no control whatsoever?

Life is like the movie crash. We all must endure skepticism as to why anyone of us stood on the behalf of Jr. and Crystal. Some wish to remain annonymous in this quest, while others are willing to risk their lives being put under a microscope.

My work began the day I stepped off the plane and ended the day you agreed to give this mother a chance to tell her side of the story and I can only hope the other advocates who have offered their help – that their reputaion and devotion by becomming an advocate will shine through without scrunity that again takes the light off of America’s missing child HaLeigh Marie Cummings.

Never let anyone forget why you took the case and post the link for your readers to see for themselves that I too asked for annonymity, however, I also had to speak publically to spare anyone from thinking that the story was some type of hoax to lure a reporter by money or greed.

I will see you in Florida as we all pray justice will be served durng the Anthony trial. Venti Mocha, extra shot, extra shot with whip cream!

My lord, I’ve done many interview with crystal about that. Type of control since march and look where we are now. Now maybe someone will believe that beautiful mother who had very good reasons to fight for custody. I was her advocate and my job was to help bring awarness to what Crystal endured. I’m just hope that next time I tell my clients nightmare she lived someone will listen before someone gets killed; liked a child playing with a gun! Keep up the reporting. Thank god someone finally printed it because I did report it in march 2009
