I have a question about Caylee Anthony case. Duct tape was found covering her mouth…were there any fingernail marks indicating that she tried to pull the duct tape off her face? Even a 3 year old would instinctively do this….unless they are out cold… but in coming to, fear would make her pull at the tape.
That might be an indication if she died from whatever (poison, drug) that was given to her to silence her and maybe that she didn’t die from the duct tape covering her mouth (asphyixiation).
It may be that this was not intentional first degree, premeditated murder.
My guess is when Casey and her mother got into that big argument and she and Caylee left the house, there was no where for her to go. She called boyfried who said she could go over there but not Caylee.
In desperation, Casey chloroformed her daughter (my guess she did this before) and placed the duct tape over her mouth in the event she should awaken, get scared, and cry out. This would have been a horrible, horrible thing to have done to your child, but I don’t believe that she wanted her daughter to die.
Now two weeks after daughter is gone (missing, died, whatever) she is out partying, get tatoo, etc. There is no doubt, she was relieved of the responsibility of parenthood, and she loved partying above anything else, and obviously no remorse over loosing her child….but I don’t think she wanted to kill the child. She was too close to her brother Lee, and if she wanted to I am sure Lee and his wife would have taken Caylee.
Oh, there is no doubt, she is a narcicistic (?) human being, absolutely the worst mother on the planet earth, and she brought shame to her loving parents, but I don’t think she wanted Caylee Marie Anthony to die.
There is no doubt she should spend time in jail…and never be allowed to conceive another child.

There is a chance Misty was at home and that is why the Cell pings would show that, I remember her saying she had to go to the bedroom to get her phone..So if she went out, she left her phone at home..I’m forgetting about her supposedly out at a party with Haleigh and Jr..That was said by Joe Pytko..Take it what it is…But something is wrong, where she say’s she went to bed at 10 and Tommy said he was banging on the door between 9:45-10 P.M. I also think no one has come forward for the reward because it say’s for her safe return..Does somebody know something here..Maybe LE should change that wording..

Geraldo Rivera, in my opinion, is under appreciated, Many times I am not in concert with his opinions, however, I believe he is one of the most intelligent reporters/lawyers currently on the air.

Casey Anthony! Where do I begin? I have great difficulties believing she stood passively in Blanchard Park and surrendered her daughter to anyone! The reason? Taking the child for a month would teach Casey Anthony a lesson.

If I was ever in this outlandish situation, my indignation alone would provide the physical strength to take on a tribe of warriors.

A big drawback for Casey Anthony is her parents. Their public hostility does her no favors, and her mother is a loose cannon on deck.

Peter: Police have substantiated his alibi…as you know and I’ve reported many times. He may rub many wrong as a bad actor, but his mother declares his tears are real and that he grieves privately and quietly. Nor is a thuggish persona, or acting like a Satsuma Wise Guy a crime…The gun incident concerns many, especially with Miller and another credible witness reporting to me they saw Junior there when he pulled out the assault rifle and put it in his mouth, and Miller is filling out an affadavit for child welfare officials.

Ronald’s lawyer said on NG tonight with me that he did not have an assault rifle, but didn’t deny he had other guns. In fact, my LE sources say his guns WERE taken after Haleigh vanished, but he went out and bought at least one pistol, a Bereta three people tell me they saw stuffed in his belt, and now the assault rifle. “He was bragging about guying more guns,” a source tells me. No crime there, just establishing Ronald loves guns and appears rarely to be without one. Why IS that?
But he has certainly cleaned up his act, publically. His attorneys and others he’s been hanging out with must be having a positive influence, or maybe he’s just relieved to be footloose and Misty-free?

No evidence he had anything to do with Haleigh gone missing. art

Did Misty Croslin have access to a vehicle the night Haylee
went missing? Did she walk somewhere? With Haylee? Did someone pick her up? Have they been questioned? Someone has got to know what happened to her!

Art,If they followed Casey Anthony with pings from her cell phone, why could they not follow Misty with Pings from her cell on the night Raleigh went missing????????? I could guess, and say, they did and it shows she was at home.

I hope that you are wrong too; but reading some of the other blogs, I am getting the same feeling. The courts are allowing so much time to pass, and the Anthonys’ and their Dream Team are HARD AT WORK trying to make as many legal issues as possible in her defence. Clearly, Casey is a DANGER to society, but that is the last thing her defence team will admit too. Meanwhile Geo. and Cindy are bring in the blood money. They are beyong shame.

Since this case is not going to trial until next summer or fall, I have lost interest. IMO it should have gone to trial much sooner..I think Casey will walk.. Circumstantial cases are won, but the long wait is drawing doubts..I hope I am wrong, but I don’t have strong feelings she will be convicted.

Art, thanks for reporting on this. I keep up with the Haleigh Cummings case a little more than the Anthony case, but can always count on your site for good reporting. There are so many blog’s that leave facts out and go for that tabloid feel. Thank you!
lindaintexas, I would hate to see Casey get off scott free as well. I have always thought that someone else was involved in the crime.
