Misty Cummings Brother Quizzed! Haleigh SEEN??

The Bald Truth has learned that investigators with the Putnam County Sheriff flew to Cape Cod to question the brother and sister in law of Misty Croslin Cummings, in an effort to glean new information that might explain “inconsistencies” they say riddle the accounts the 17 year old babysitter has been giving about the night she reported six year old Haleigh Cummings missing last February from her father’s trailer in rural Satsuma, Florida.
While the sheriff’s department declined to provide any specifics of the interviews with Timothy Croslin and his pregnant wife, Chelsea, Maj. Gary Bowling tells me investigators are still “trying to fill in (Misty’s) gaps between 8 p.m. on Feb. 9th, through 3:27 a.m., the next morning.”
We’ve learned exclusively that her then boyfriend, Ronald Cummings, purportedly quarreled with Misty via phone about 8:30 p.m. that Monday night over whether she might babysit for a relative.
I’m told she wanted to go to an (unspecified) brother’s house that night, but Ronald was adamant she stay home after a reconciliation the night before when she returned Sunday from what her party pals describe to The Bald Truth on videotape as three days of sex, drugs and drinking — without Ronald.
Misty gave similar accounts to investigators, sources tell me. (See Bald Truth exclusives with Kristina Nay Nay Prevatt, who drove her on the wild long weekend, and “White Boy Greg” Page, her weekend paramour.)
With that revenge romance hanging over his Satsuma lovenest, Ronald made what turned out to be a fractious call to her at 8:30 p.m. that Monday, Feb. 9, and sources tell me he kept calling and texting her from his job at PDM Bridge company, but Misty didn’t pick up until 3:15 a.m., sources close to the case tell me her cell phone records show.
She’d either turned her phone off “or it went off by itself,” says one.
Ronald was scheduled to get off at midnight, but wound up working until 3 a.m., then whipped into the San Mateo Handy Mart on the way home to buy beer and smokes. Sources say a video camera captured his visit about 3:15 a.m.
While police have cleared Ronald and Haleigh’s biological mother, Crystal Sheffield, as suspects in the case of their missing child, sources tell me some investigators are curious why Cummings would make a pit stop for beer if he was so worried about Misty’s whereabouts.
When he arrived, he says he learned his daughter was gone, and at 3:27 a.m., Misty makes the call to 911.

Misty maintains she put Haleigh to bed at 8 pm., never left the trailer she shared with her father, Ronald Cummings, and found the little girl missing when she got up about 3 a.m. to use the bathroom, found a brick propping open the back door and the kitchen light mysteriously on.
Sources close to the case tell me if a credible witness comes forward who puts Misty away from the trailer during the hours she’s told law enforcement she was there, she could be arrested on unspecified charges.
Only no one has come forward so far to answer the sheriff department’s public plea for new information, and a $35,000 reward for information leading to solving Haleigh’s case goes unclaimed–along with a separate reward ponied up by a friend of Texas Equusearch founder Tim Miller, who has an uncanny knack for finding the missing, dead or alive, and a track record of finding bodies where law enforcement has unsuccessfully searched.
I’m also told that Misty’s brother and sister in law, Chelsea, provided little useful information, despite intense grilling by Putnam County detectives Saturday at the South Yarmouth state police barracks in Massachussetts, where sources close to the family say they moved for better state health benefits for young mothers.
Sources close to the case tell me their interest in Timmie was sparked after pouring over Misty Cummings’ interviews with a polygraph examiner, a voice stress analyst and a hypnotist she requested Texas Equusearch founder Tim Miller put together so she could clear her name. Under threat of a subpeona, Miller turned them over to Putnam County investigators.
In an exclusive interview, Miller tells me he believes what sparked investigators to fly to Massachussetts to sit down with Timmie and his wife, Chelsea, were remarks Misty made about her relationship with her brother, cell phone records showing they spoke before Misty called 911 and claims he and a cousin visiting at the time Haleigh vanished had access to car keys and a family van that turned up with scratches the next day–a van that was processed by forensic experts and returned to the Croslins.
Meanwhile, police say the questioning had nothing to do with a possible sighting of Haleigh, or a little girl with her features at a nearby Walmart in Abington, Mass.–riding in a grocery cart pushed by an adult — a lead police are still investigating after exhausting 4,000 others, and interviewing and re-interviewing almost 140 witnesses.
A Putnam County Sheriff’s release Tuesday says investigators interviewed Timothy Croslin and his wife on Saturday, and still maintain Misty has not been leveling with them.
But she did tell one newspaper she was excited at the prospect Haleigh might have been spotted alive.

According to Texas Equusearch, she “miserably” failed a private polygraph test its director, Tim Miller, says she requested to clear her name, along with a voice stress analysis, which also showed deception. We’ve posted a copy of the voice report and an interview with its examiner, T.J. Ward of Atlanta.
But Robert Fields, Misty Cummings attorney, told me Tuesday that he has serious doubts how the test was administered.
For one, he says it was hardly a “clinical” setting, with Misty distracted by Native American art on the wall, and confused by three examiners – a polygraph operator, the voice analyst and a hypnotist. He also called it unethical for anyone to put his client through such invasive testing after he’d warned her against it—though she did sign a release she wanted to proceed against her lawyer’s advice. Still, Fields scoffed at the results. “Garbage in, garbage out,” he told me.
But Miller insists it was Misty’s idea, after Ronald’s mother called asking him to come search and help put Haleigh’s name back in the headlines; he said it was Misty herself who said she was tired of accusations of guilt and wanted to clear her name, picked the location and rebooked the sessions after she’d cancelled.
Regardless, the tests confirmed what investigators have privately been saying for months – that the 17 year old Ronald Cummings married within a month after his daughter vanished knows more about what happened than she’s revealed.
Over dinner in Satsuma months ago, Ronald was conflicted about Misty’s purported partying in the days before Haleigh vanished, and confided he’d married her largely because she was the last person to see his daughter alive. “You know what they say, about keeping your friends close and your enemies closer,” he remarked over sweet tea and fried grouper at MeMaws café in Satsuma.
But despite his child bride as a target of suspicion, his new lawyer, Terry Shoemaker says he’s standing by his woman.
As Ronald told me that night, “I know she fooled around, but I guess I just love her.”
Asked how the couple was holding up, Misty’s lawyer, Robert Fields told me, “They seem to be getting along just fine.”

Thanks Art for more insight, although i must say this is by far one of the most complexed cases i have seen. Casey Anthony was just as stubborn about facts and information and yet when we look back, Look where it has lead us. I truly hope Haleigh is alive…but facts are not improving in that area either. Misty is not sharing much needed information to close in on this case. We have all screamed at Misty to come clean, this also has reached us no where. I cannot even come up with a solution that would not violant her rights. i just keep thinking about Haleighs right!!!! The right to come home to be loved and to be a normal running, argumentive,school girl friends over this 6 year old so badly deserves. Somehow i hope the justice bell rings in haleighs name no matter what the information Haleigh deserves it.

Can’t believe that Misty’s family isn’t talking more about this entire case. Especially when they’ve been “mentioned” by her during testing/interviewing. Seems like the entire clan knows how to keep lips tightly shut! Wandering if it’s out of loyalty or under threat.

Well well. Sounds like Misty wanted to go out AGAIN that Monday evening. Did she take the kids with her to the party?? Her brother was at the party. And now there was a sighting at a Walmart in MA of the little girl. Which is the new state the brother has moved to???

has anyone considered that Misty is a child, who is scared, confused and uneducated. There are several reason for the confusion on the polygraph test. Anyone who feels guilty of losing this small girl not doing anything to her but she was just in her care and went missing, this alone could mess up the test. I would rather look at the child’s mother, she is a phony, does not even cry, just fake crying.
I do not believe Misty did anything to the child. She may have left the home and the child went missing while she was gone, but she to me seems innocent.

I would do anything if my kid was missing and that includes if I had to marry her. But, I think he is going back and forth and probably thinks she may have left, rather than did something to his kid.

It is most unfortunate the testing was administered in the environment it was. The note looks totally unprofessional and over all I would highly question the quality of the testing in its entirety. Lie detectors do not always work, I personally know a man that took 3 failed 2 and passed 1. He came out completely innocent. I know they don’t work I have proof of it in my filing cabinet. These officers are going to need a miracle dropped on them; they are head deep in a situation where the code of silence can be harder to crack the mafia. I still maintain my position that Misty is innocent and if these officers are creative they will find the answer.

You’re absolutely right that does play a part. I spoke with the person I know about the test he took & why he failed the first two. The way I had it explained to me was via an officer and it was like this” it wasn’t the questions that were asked rather the questions that were not asked” It came down to responsibility this person had been in an ongoing dispute with some people, Police flat out told him that they believed this dispute caused an act of revenge and that he was not telling them everything. He his self began to believe these people maybe responsible and began to blame his self. The third test was done in a way that covered those possibilities and that one he passed. So in fact the machine did work, it was the tester that did not.

Misty makes a statement that “She just woke up from a deep sleep, and doesn’t know why, the kitchen light was just gleaming into the bedroom. Misty states, “I went to get my cell phone to call Ronald to ask him if he had come home and left the back door opened?” Then Ronald drove up.
Ronalds alibi is that he was at work, noted clocked in and out, worked over hours, stopped at shop is even with view of camera etc.,
Why would Misty even think Ronald came home, when if in fact he was at work throughout the entire time? Or did Misty accidently slip some relative information without meaning too?
During the initial investigation trained dog’s picked up some sense of smell in a container, but police search found nothing. So are trained dog’s also considered unreliable?
Just cause LE didn’t find anything doesn’t mean there was nothing there earlier removed?
This case is like trying to peel an onion to get to the core of the issue (What happened to Haleigh?) The outer layers are the focus of this investigation, and the inner layers are the solution to this investigation.

J: Have to tell you, the examiner Tim Miller chose has an outstanding record; the full packet of his testing, methodology, report, questions, etc. was shipped to the head of hte American Polygraph Association for review and Miller tells me they found it to be by the book, and unimpeachable. Harper has declined talk shows and interviews; and Miller had told Misty he would not release the information. But she and Ronald had apparently told so many family members, it leaked to LE, who demanded to see the results, voluntarily or via a subpoena, and the word spread like wildfire and hit the media.

You know if it had not been for Art and Cobra keeping eyes on this case when it began it would have went cold. It was their diligence to find Haleigh that as kept it going.People wanted them gone!! Now Tim Miller, Nancy Grace , TJ Hart and many media outlets are putting out info for little Haleigh. I bet those folks are really peed off now. Lets not forget JVM that would report Arts findings when no one else would and BNN. Lets not forget Geraldo. All of these folks have played a major role in this case. I hope the fire gets hotter and does not go out until Haleigh is found!! Thanks to all of you.
I still believe Ron is just as guilty as Misty. He sure has had very suspicious behavior through out the time Haleigh has been missing; and not the actions of a grieving father.
I believe the rumor that went through Satsuma stirred up some emotions and caused a big rift. Then followed by the altercation with Mistys brother and Ron. This all started a dominoe effect and I say WAY TO GO TIM MILLER!!

I have quite a bit of experience dealing with the very situation you find yourself in. Abusers flock to the State of Florida for a reason: the courts, cops, and agencies help them further perpetrate their crimes instead of holding them accountable. Now there may be cases where this is not the case and I am specifically referring to domestic abuse situations. I work with countless mothers who have had their children ripped away from them and turned over to the abusers. Why? Because they brought up abuse of either themselves or their children. These perps then become validated. These men are often going to the cops, courts, and any involved parties talking about how crazy the moms are and professing their father of the year status. For those of you who may be ruffled about the fact that I refer to the perps as men, I am not trying to be politically correct to make you feel comfortable, but statistically correct. The fact is most men are the perpetrators of domestic violence and the trends across this country are men like this using the various systems to get custody of their children, get out of their crimes of violence, and manipulate things to their advantage. This is the sad truth of the matter and FL has become a safe haven for these scumbags.
Because these men get out of accountability, they then move on to “play the victim.” This is what your accuser is doing. He should be sitting in a jail cell but because the wonderful systems in FL have let him out of accountability, now he gets to come after you. His game: make it everyone else’s fault so he deflects all wrongdoing off of himself.
I have seen many of these abusers file lawsuit after lawsuit in an attempt to get some monetary compensation and also in an attempt to claim to be the “injured” party. The problem: they leave behind a trail of injury from their abusive history:abused children, abused spouses, and abused ex’s and are not victims at all. Unless you have lived on the front lines of this many people have little or no understanding about what really is going on in these cases. The news media is not reporting these cases in a way that targets the actual abuses that are happening. In fact the mainstream news media tends to back off anything that has to do with domestic violence and custody why? Because they don’t want to get sued by the abusers!!!!!!!
God Bless you Cobra for working so hard to expose the truth in these situations. It is too easy to take the easy road like most of the media does and just turn a blind eye to what is happening. I guess then you don’t ever have to worry about these scumbags coming after you. The problem with that thinking is then the abusers ultimately will continue to hurt more people and their destruction moves on to the next target. Do not ever back down as I suspect you will not. It is about time, those who are made uncomfortable by these situations, learn the real truth that is going on and start questioning the way these cases are portrayed in the media. The next time you see a man with a domestic violence past sue someone or go after someone the way they are going after Cobra, perhaps you can ask yourself, what truth is this abuser trying to deflect?

I believe tim Miller to be honest and truthful. He has no reason to lie. Lets take a good look at who has been consistant with lying..MISTY!
Her brain is so fried from drugs she can’t remember if there were people at the trailor that night or if it was a dream. It very sad that Tim has been insulted by this peace of trash when he was asked to come there to help find Haleigh.

So Ronald was suppose to be done working at 12, do you know if he told Misty he was working until 3?
I thought one of the main theories was that she left to party and arrived shortly before Ron got home (or maybe that was just my theory). If she didn’t know he was working late she would have had to come around midnight. It is an interesting aspect since it changes that time line.

Thanks for clearing up some of the cloudiness about the polygraph. Misty gives the impression that she is still lying about something. Maybe it is something she doesn’t think is important, but it might be? Her family and her husband need to compel her to cooperate. A little girl is more important than Misty’s fears. This must be hell for everybody involved. I wish people would stop treating this like some hillbilly feud, blaming Crystal for things she didn’t do. LE does not believe she was involved. She did take a polygraph. Go back and push on Misty, that is the only way to end this.

Art – what happens after all of Misty’s failed tests? Anyone else would have been picked up and interogated for 15 – 20 hours. What makes her special? I soooo much dislike the fact that she has these failed tests hanging over her head and is just walking around like nothing happened. I belive that:
1. The child walked in on Misty and one of her other men ‘friends’ having sex and out of so much fear for Ronald they did something to her….
2. She was partying and Haleigh accidently took drugs (which were carelessly laying around) and the drugs had a very bad effect on her…again Misty and her ‘partner in crime’ got rid of her….
3. Because of her partying that night and being in a drug-induced state – one of the men she was partying with took Haleigh, sexually molested her and got rid of her….
Again, what will it take to bring in Misty and question her
until whatever time it takes for her to fess up?

Summer–
My sources tell me Leonard Padilla has offered to fly Misty to Canada to get her away and clear her head, see if he can help her remember more than four figures and a dream like state. No word whether she might consider, but her lawyer, Robert Fields, is now in close touch, and I doubt he would encourge such a trip. He told me a little while ago he was with her today in court in Palatka, where a judge granted the injunction she’d asked for against her brother, Tommy, who came to purportedly rescue her and got into a fight a couple of weeks ago with Ronald. Only it was Ronald who got arrested, and had to put up a $12,000 plus bond to get out of jail. Tommy soon found a decapitated rat in his mailbox and acccused Ron, who denied it was him, but Tim Miller says he confided he’d deliberately done it with Misty as a way to see how artfully she could lie to the cops “so I can tell if she’s lying to me.” In fact, Misty supported his ailibi, and Putnam County investigators took their statements and forwarded the case to the state attorney. I’ll be curious if they re-open the investigation with this new information from Miller.

Art, I wish you could clear up Ron’s regular hours. 5:00 until midnight is only 7 hours. We have been told for months that he worked a 10-hr shift, from 5:00 until 3:00, clocking in at 4:30 to account for the 30 min. meal break. Now we’re told his shift ends at midnight but he worked overtime. It’s really confusing! Thanks.

To Mollie: Yes Misty is a child in the age sense of the word. ….The fact of the matter is this SHE was the responsible person for HAleigh. SHE has LIED and LIED to police and everyone else. Her own Mother was on the news tonight saying that she knows Misty knows more than what she is saying and wishes she would be more honest. MISTY has told all these inconsistant stories. She may be 17 but she is not so young that she does not know the difference between a lie and the Turth.
So far as Bio Mom Crystal she lived in Glen St. Mary GA when Haleigh went missing. At least she was not out marrying a teenager when there was an active search going on for her daughter. She was out in the thick of it helping to find her.
Ron …. went to St Pete to get a Tattoo and took Misty’s family out to dinner to ask to marry her. All the while spending the money he was having donated to him from concerned citizens on these luxuries and was not heloung not once to help find his little girl. Roinald is a fake crier too. Pay attention to him when he cries. Oh Please give me a frickin break.

Question I have lived in Florida my entire life and I was raised in Jacksonville. Ron says he was at this store at 3:15am buying cigarettes and beer and peanuts but as far as I know all counties in Fl stop selling beer at 2am. Also Misty says in her video she woke up from a deep sleep found the light on door propped open and haleigh gone and she called ron but he was pulling into driveway. Ron says after many failed attempts he reaches her at 3:15am when he is at the store.

Also Ron and Misty have both admitted to doing drugs and Ron is a grown man sleeping with a minor and then married her. Haleigh comes up missing and he and Misty still have JR. Why has DCF not stepped in to take JR? I know someone that had her kids taken away from her for 4 1/2 years because her son had what seemed to appear to reflect to possibly be a hand print on her son’s face. After 4 years she finally hired her own atty he took a deposition and asked 1 simple question what had he done before he went to school. It came out that he had fallen asleep on the school bus on the way to school and that is how he had the red mark on his face. So why do they allow JR to stay with the same people that do drugs and has a child missing and misty keeps lying. Jr is a high risk of being hurt or missing. What is the State thinking?

Here is what does not make sense…,
After the 8:30 argument on cell phones between Ron & Misty, LE is deducing that Misty turned off her phone / her phone turned off (due to low batteries?) and that is why Ron could not get a hold of Misty past 8:30 pm. Yet LE states that Misty made calls from her cell to her brother Timmy between 8:30 pm and 3:27 am. How could Misty have called Timmy on her cell if her phone was off? The answer has to be that Misty’s cell phone was turned on and she chose not to answer Ron’s texts or calls.
Knowing what time(s) Misty made those calls to Timmy took shed light on whether Timmy and Misty worked together to make Haleigh ‘disappear’.

My sources tell me Leonard Padilla has offered to fly Misty to Canada…
Art, Leonard talked about that on BNN radio weeks ago and I think Leonard has his plate full right now with Casey’s case and should butt out of this case. I am sure LE would not appreciate sneaking Misty out of the country with an active missing person’s case going on.
Ron did not put up 12,000+ dollars to get out of jail, they went through a bonding agency and he(well Misty) put up the 10% of the total bond.
As far as the rat incident Ron’s truck was not running and he had witnesses to the fact he was home at that time, so I don’t know what Tim is talking about. There are no street lights on that road and the lady was 2 properties down inside of her house watching TV at midnight and don’t know how she could have seen much of anything that night.
A month later and there are still no charges.

There is a member of your forum who has emphatically denied that Ron did this. This person claims to know the family and has said that Ron’s truck was not running. Can you please make sure this person’s untruthfulness is addressed there?

Art, on the issue of the Rat.. I understand from your statment that Tim did notify Le, that this actually was ron and misty.. I think the DA would make a much better decision knowing these facts. Testing misty’s honesty, it is not a good excuse for pulling such a stunt, and it does lean on tampering with a mail box.. Those issue’s can get very serious, very fast. What I do find is odd and shows the side of misty, maybe people should wake up and see. that girl would actually pick up a dead – headless rat and carry with her.. I have said before, with my family of females and males, I would have to pull them off the top of the roof, if a small little mouse where in the house. If she (misty) has no hesitancy that is a concern. If ron killed the Rat and cut its head off, I have issues with that also. Unless its mosquitos, roaches, spiders and snakes. Leave it alone..

Art, Misty claims her brother smacked her on her head and back; why did she not claim this happened on the night the “alley cat” fight took place? Sounds to us like Ronald is behind this recent claim; could he be the one who is afraid of the brother? We believe he is.

Thanks to Tim Miller, Haleigh’s name is back in the mainstream public…..Tim if you read this forum,,,I would love to shake your hand, Sir…..Kudos to you and your associates to make very clear what we have all thought from the beginning,,,Misty is a liar, Ron is a Liar, and poor little Haleigh must have had a life of hell while on this earth….Can any of you imagine what this little girl’s life was like with the drugs and alcohol, and Ronald’s temper….Yes he is a whinny somebody, more like a mama;s boy, but we all know he has a terrible temper….With the tempers flaring , still drinking and drugging,,,,,,,little junior is in danger…Teresa, please watch out for that little guy, because his sister sure didn’t make it……Misty is a chain smoking , drugged out, uneducated hillbilly whose life is in danger,,unless Ronald had something to do with Haleigh’s missing….How could she involve her family, to come and get her,(when Ronald was arrested),,and then turn on them and side with her abuser (Ron)…She is so dumb and stupid she can’t or doesn’twant see the writing on the wall…..I wonder if she will come up “missing”…..Ronald is a dumb uneducated hillbilly too,(you know birds of a feather) but I bet he will cover his own a$$, and that is just what he did when he married this little trash bag…..sorry for my words,,,but I am so mad,,,,,,,nobody saved poor little Haleigh, from a life of pure hell,,,having both a mother and father who cared for nothing but their own selfish drugging life…..Not to mention a little ho, the dad brought in to watch her, when he went to work…Is Ronald working now??????I havent heard if he found another job, or is he still going around begging people for food and beer….Is Misty working????How are these people living if noone is working…Grandma, are you supporting these good for nothins????Maybe thats why they think they can get away with this….WHERES HALEIGH?????

I can’t believe anyone would doubt Tim Miller. You can see by watching him how heartfelt he is when he gets involved with these cases. You saw the love with the Holloway case as well as Caleigh Anthony.
Art-Do you sense this case cracking open?? Also, who is going to carry the story tonight?? Last night nobody did. Would like some updates on what is going on in Mass.

I really hope that this poor little child is alive.
If they find her and Misty knows anything about what happened, will Misty be subject to any punishment by the law? I mean to say, won’t she get some type of punishment for not helping authorities and for concealing necessary information about this poor child Haleigh? Also, I would really be pissed if she did not get some type of punishment after all of the time, money and manpower used for this poor child. Incidently, why are Misty and Ronald allowed to still have custody of “Junior,” Ronald’s other child? Why can’t Child Services step in and do something before something happens to him? This whole situation stinks, especially when we all know that Misty knows a heck of a lot more than she is telling. Can’t something be done to scare her into talking??? Comments please.

Here is what I think about the current situation:
Misty called her birth family to come and get her since Ron was high and roughing her up. Her dad and brother and mother came to get her.
Misty then changes her story that they called her and she told them not to come over.
Then there was a fight between Ron and her brother. Croslin family went to store and called cops who arrested Ron.
Ron put headless rat in Croslin mail box.
Misty sides with Ron. Misty takes Tim Miller’s test and fails. She says her brother Hank Jr (Timmy) might be involved in Haleigh’s disappearence.
This caused a split between Misty and the Croslins. The Croslins start talking and spilling the beans saying that she was not home that evening…and I think they are telling even more.
I smell a rat!
Moral of this story…don’t cross people who know your secrets as they might rat you out!
One question…if Timmy moved to Cape Cod two months ago how was he in Florida fighting with Ron??

Oh, one other question… did Crystal Sheffield have to get a court order so that Jr would get counseling?? If Ron was not aware of that need wouldn’t you think that an experienced and loving grandma like Teresa would have been all over that like a rash to help the poor child adjust to the great loss in his life..his only stable person in his life, Haleigh?

Is he the throw away child, the left over child who has to have a court order to have his emotional needs met??

For gosh sakes, it’s the internet… I’m telling you what Miller told me Ron said; Ron has denied it, of course, and put out an alibi he was at a party, and Misty and others back him up. Cops filed their report, and now the state attorney is weighing whether to bring charges based on Tommy’s complaint and the evidence…I’m betting they have bigger fish to fry. PS You can take Miller to the bank; this BSer you’re quoting, sounds like a dime a dozen.

Met the witness? spoken with her? driven by her house to see if she would have been able to see a truck slow as a hand went out and put a rat in TOMMY’s mailbox, ie Hank Jr. I just know what Miller says Ron told him, and another source. Of course, Ron has denied it and it’s under investigation. end of story for now.

I thought I read that Hank Jr is Timmy. Is that wrong? If Hank Jr is Tommy that would explain that Timmy was in Cape Cod when Tommy and dad went to Grandma Sykes and got in fight with Ron.

Can we all agree that Misty either left the house that night or had people over??? YES???
Since she did NOT have a key to the back, I am assuming she left the back door ajar with that brick herself. She put the brick there.
Came home, child was gone.
Clearly Misty is afraid of Ronald.
Clearly Ron is afraid of Misty, (or rather her mouth) and that is why he married her.
I don’t believe for a second though Ron was involved in Haleigh gone missing.
Is Cobra still on this case??

I also want to add, that, I beleive with the new leads in MASS this case is going to break. Whether we bring Haleigh home or not, Misty is about to be broken and arrested.

My understanding is this, if the police decide to bring Misty in for more questioning, they have the right to detain her for as long as it is necessary. She is married and so is now considered an adult. I’m sick of her whining she’s just 17.
Hold her for questioning, let her have an attorney present. But hold her indefinitely, no drugs, no cigarettes, no beer, and no soft drinks. Just detain her for questioning. We’ll see how quickly substance deprivation jars her memory.

That’s bull crap Misty doesn’t get a “I’m just 17 card” She put her self in an adult situation (which her mother allowed) and now its time to act like an adult. She is holding information back and she needs to tell it. I think that Misty should be in jail for neglect this is just ridicules. I just hope that Haleigh comes home soon!
