Exclusive: Haleigh Mom Mystery Donor Records

The Bald Truth has obtained exclusive copies of personal cashiers checks, deposit slips and correspondence from the Texas mystery donor named Barbara that reveal new details of the kind-hearted woman and her cash gifts to a grieving mother of a missing child for $12,000 in back child support Haleigh Cummings mother owed father Ronald.
According to her financial records, including cashiers checks she drew on her account at Chase, she initially only counted on paying off $4,000 of back child support, then agreed to put up three times that amount.
“When I began this process of contacting you to help resolve Crystal’s outstanding child support,” she writes Sheffield’s attorney, in e mails Barbara released exclusively Sunday to The Bald Truth, “it was my intent to help out a grieving mother that was doing everything in her power to find her child. That intent has not changed just because the dollar amount has increased.”
When told some had questioned the authenticity of the mystery donor, Barbara was outraged– and agreed to open the books on her donations, with the understanding her privacy would be protected. She says she wrote cashiers checks and mailed them to Kim Picazio for her trust account, then received confirmation the state had been paid in full.
The documents reveal the oil company analyst (who asked that her name and address be withheld to protect her from web crazies and cyberstalkers) volunteered to triple her donation when she was told Putnam County officials had grossly underestimated the arrears — that Sheffield really owed more than $12,000.
Shocked at first, Barbara says she “hopes there’s an accounting mistake,” according to one e mail obtained by The Bald Truth.
Haleigh Cummings vanished early Feb. 10, when her father’s live-in babysitter-girlfriend, 17 year old Misty Croslin (they married shortly after Haleigh went missing) called 911 to report the child had vanished from their trailer in Satsuma, Fla., while she slept, and Ronald was at work.
Police sources tell me she remains the “key” to solving the tragic disappearance, but is no longer speaking with investigators. Her husband, Ronald, agreed two months ago to set up a meeting with investigators to answer a few more questions, with his attorney, but sources close to the investigation tell me that no date has been set for that sitdown.
In other related news, Christina “Nay Nay” Prevatt, the 18 year old woman who described in an exclusive TV interview broadcast at artharris.com how she drove Misty Cummings on a three day party binge just days before she reported Haleigh missing, was arrested and charged with alleged cocaine possession and cyberstalking, spent one night in the Putnam County Jail, then bonded out Sunday. Sources say she drove off with the boyfriend of her older sister in a red Corvette, after AAA Bail Bonds got her out.
Nay Nay has been distraught, and struggling with drugs and alcohol, according to the father of her daughter, Donnie Spells, and showed up at his house this weekend upset he was seeing Amber Brooks, the ex girlfriend of Ronald Cummings and mother of their son, Jordan. According to Spells, he’s taken Nay Nay to rehab twice recently, but when she made a scene at his house, he had to call police. He told friends he didn’t want her to go to jail, just wanted her to get help, get straight for their daugher’s sake, and until then, stay away.
Brooks, who has also been in and out of jail, likes to taunt Nay Nay that she’s seeing her man, sending the young woman into jealous rages. Nay Nay’s exclusive interview appeared here months ago.
Against this peripheral backdrop of craziness and grief, Haleigh’s parents have been locked in a bitter custody wrangle, with mother Crystal Sheffield believed to be about $4,000 behind in child support in April…a figure that almost tripled when the Putnam County Clerk recalculated.
When she learned an unidentified woman claimed on an online radio show Sunday to have cancelled checks that showed the mystery donor was fiction, and the real donor was Picazio’s husband, Barbara was outraged someone would lie about her authenticity or our reporting, just because we agreed to protect her identity from proven prevaricators like the accusers.
In e mails we may publish in the future, she describes an overwhelmingly grateful mother who she recalls struggling with accepting the gifts at first. Crystal said she’d never before had anyone come to her rescue like this in her life, according to Barbara’s e mails, and expressed deep gratitude.

So glad you obtained this quickly. I was sick when I heard K Sue call in with her accusations. Round 2 of her 15 minutes to fame? I don’t quite understand the excitement in Cobra’s voice. I am both shocked and saddened with the periphial BS going on in this case.
Everyone seems to be running around trying to cover their butts instead of finding Haleigh.
I am so sorry for lies being spread on web sites about your articles too Art. It is obvious that one particular person wouldn’t know true journalism if he tripped over it.
There is already a spin on this report. Someone posted that M. Picazio could have given Barbara the money to send to the trust. It never ends. I think some people don’t want to hear the truth because they thrive on the drama.

Thanks so much for clearing that up for us in record time Art. It’s sad that this woman has to go through this interegation by so many. People that have nothing to do with this case or any of these families somehow feel the need to insert themselves into this situation & slander & tear innocent people apart. Since it isn’t a crime for someone to pay another’s child support…the point being made is what??? Nothing. I guess that fills the time when there are no other callers.
Misty is refusing to talk & Ron hasn’t set up a time? It’s getting harder every day to feel for these people who don’t seem to want to help LE find Haleigh. Why would a father not want to talk to police about his missing daughter?
I appreciate the way you’re sticking with this Art, I realize you’ve been the target of some hateful accusations lately which isn’t helping to find Haleigh. The jealous attack on your reporting makes me wonder what the person behind that stands to gain? IMO…he’s applying for the circus.

The ridiculous attacks and bogus reporting began couple of weeks after this so called journalist began writing me, praising this site, the standards of journalism we try to practice and asking me to hire him and run his stories here. He said he needed to figure out a way to make some money…but has since found one. Read on.
I politely declined for a number of reasons. But not because he’d written a song about Cobra who recommended him. He just didn’t check out. Enough said…Then I advised all I could not allow any more fundraising pitches here after Fla. consumer affairs officials advised online solicitation without authorization was against the law.
I then learn this so called reporter had put up DONATE buttons on his website, one for Cobra, God bless him, and one for HIMSELF, straight shots to their Paypal accounts. Credit cards accepted. We have the screenshots.
He recently took down the DONATE TO TIM button after consumer affairs officials gave him a warning, my sources tell me. Only he must have forgotten to erase a little more begging still going on from his you tube page, where he’s put up songs he claims he wrote purportedly inspired by Haleigh Cummings (he refers to her as “trailer trash” in one lyric); and one cutline on a song still asks suckers to send money. He may scamper to erase that bit of evidence to his exploitation of a missing child after reading this, but we have that screenshot, too.
Ah, sweet hypocrisy…moreover, he has the audacity to accuse others of exploiting this missing child when he has yet to stop dialing for dollars.
It’s noble for anyone to want to help Cobra find the child, but not if it means breaking the law, and making up stories about someone who turned you down for a job. Hell hath no fury like a writer scorned.
We still support and admire Cobra, for his relentless efforts and consider him a friend, even though he’s been sniping us. We just pray he comes to his senses about his new best friends, and consider how he’s been unwittingly used and manipulated by a highly questionable character who makes the major news organizations he’s been e mailing bug-eyed. Oh yes, he’s written them all–to complain about us, and tried to provoke us to attack him and boost his web ratings and rantings. But we’re not falling for it, and have banned his name on this site and url, though he brazenly and regularly steals our copyrighted material while he lobbies others with lies.
The upshot of his efforts–to generate such an atmosphere of suspicion that one major missing child organization has taken Haleigh Cummings photos off their website, and her case. Yes, the very man who says he set out to help, has made it even harder to find Haleigh.

I do not blame Barbara for being outraged. One act of kindness can change a persons life. Through Barbaras act of kindness she not only helped a grieving mother that is out attending events to keep people aware that Haleigh is still missing, but she helped out Ron with finances that the court says was owed to him. NOONE should of given this warm- hearted woman any flack!!
Misty is not speaking with investigators!!! WHY NOT!!! Ron should be running up to LE and dragging Misty with him!! Does Misty definitely have an attorney? Neither have been charged with any crime pertaining to Haleighs disappearance. WHATS THE PROBLEM!!! These two should be doing everything they can to help find Haleigh, but they choose to hinder the investigation. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE FIND THEM TO BE SO SUSPICIOUS!!!!!
It seems that Amber Brooks and Misty Cummings have the same immature mentality. “I have your man ” nananana. They all need to be focusing on getting their lives cleaned up!! Go back to school and get an education.

I am certain that if LE were concerned in any way shape or form that they themselves have already checked into this and if there were anything questionable they would have already dealt with it themselves.

I want to be sure I understand the implication of the above referenced post. The allegation you’re presenting appears to be some derivative of the following scenario:
(1) Mike Picazio takes $2,000.00 out from under his mattress
(2) He then goes to the airport and gets on a flight to Texas
(3) He rents a car and drives to a lady named Barbara’s house and gives her the $2,000.00
(4) He follows her to the Chase Bank, and possibly hangs out at a Taco Bell or something, while she goes into the bank and purchases a cashier’s check.
(5) He then drives back to the airport and after turning the rental car back in, proceeds to fly back to Florida where he gives this cashier’s check to his wife to deposit into her trust account.
He later repeats these actions for a total of 3 times to obtain 3 different cashier’s checks to pay Crystal Sheffield’s back child support. He does all of this just to throw that clever investigative blogger, ksue, off the trail of his dastardly deception.
Is that the gist of what you’re alleging?
I think I’ve got it except for one tiny little thing if you could be so kind as to explain.
Why didn’t he save himself all this trouble and simply pay the arrears himself? Is there supposed to be something illegal about helping someone in need?

Ok Art I’ll be honest with you, I don’t know who’s who in this case anymore, but I have to say that your proof is not rock solid proof of where the money came from, because someone could have sent this money cash to miss barbra and had her disburse it for them. And I don’t know nothing of the field but the fact that she is a oil company anylist and KP’s husband is a bio fuels engineer leaves questions in my mind as to if he and miss barbra ever crossed pathes in their line of work.
Now please know that I’m not accuseing anyone of anything, I have taken no sides. I’m just saying the questions that are on my mind. I know that there is no need for you or any of us online folks to examine miss barbra, but I’m sure that if it came down to it, the proper authorities could.

This case is so polluted in gossip there will always be those who disregard facts or makes things up. This woman, Crystal, or anyone else has never owed an explanation to anyone who payed what off. It’s no ones business, some people just need to get a life. Given the way things are handled with the media and the fact that Misty is the one that becomes the target of horrific accusations. Statements made by Policing services that are not percise and are open ended leaving ample room for specualtion. I agree with with Misty’s choice, I would not meet with out a lawyer, I would demand a privacy agreement in writing regarding how the Police will handle their statements to the public via the media. As far as I am concerned it was statements like; ” we have a problem with her timeline” that made her a target of flat out violence, good for her for standing up for herself.

It’s nice Ron received the $12,000 in past child support that was owed to him….I hope he uses some of that money as a reward to find Haleigh or towards the search effort. However, he was at Universal Studios this weekend with Junior, Misty, his mom, a young boy and a man that never appeared on TV when the media was actually paying attention to this tragic story. When I saw Ron and Misty, Junior was walking quite a distance behind the couple…thank goodness the unknown man was watching him. Ron, why would you EVER let your son out of your sight after what happened to Haleigh? I truly hope with all my heart that Haleigh is brought home safely.

Ok this wonderful women has to be harassed and prove she sent it,how come we don’t ask for proof to see how it was spent.Who cares who paid it it is paid he has his back support(wish I did) and hopefully he will do the right thing with it(thou we know he didn’t).Now maybe he can pay Misty to tell him what happened to Haleigh.God Bless you all.

Thanks for the update.
I believe Barbara is who she says she is. Moreover, even if Kim P.’s hubby was the original donor (which I doubt!), who cares!!?! A very gracious and generous person helped out Crystal and that is the bottom line.
I agree with the other posters on this site. If I were Ron or Misty, I would run, not walk to the police station and tell LE whatever they needed to know — anything to help find Haleigh! ‘Actions speak’, as they say.

You GO Art Harris!!! I lost my dog the other night (hit by a car). I was having a bummer weekend Art after listening to that rediculous speal KSue was feeding Simon and his show. I was upset….and not about just my current trageties. It’s about how there are many people out there on the web who will go to great lengths to upset and sway others into beleiving anything they spit out there! My God! People, if you hate so much, write a letter and then let it go! How far is KSue willing to go to attack Kim Pacasio? Now this is the 2nd attempt that I know of. I thihk I heard Simons wife actually vouch for Ksue, saying she’s on the up & up…Why would she vouch for Ksue?
All I have to say is thank you Art, and thank you Miss Barbara for clearing this awful rumor up and shoving it right down the throats of the lot of them. Their proof was bogus, their attempts thwarted! HaHaHaHa! Cool beans!

Ok now that the back child support is paid. They need to stop their damn fighting and get back at the task of finding Haleigh!! WHO cares who paid it it’s PAID!!! It didn’t come out of Our pocket’s did it? This Case is getting Colder by the day. Maybe Ron, his Child Bride, and Crystal have all found closure already. And it is us that have not given up on the search for little Haleigh, Maybe we are all she has left to find her. I am just Sick of the BS. Let’s get back on the search for Haleigh and not on Who paid what and who is spending what for God only knows for what.
I think it was very nice of Barbara to shell out that kind of money to someone she didn’t even know, Someone in need.
But now that it is done I feel They need to start getting back at the TASK at hand that should have never been derailed to begain with and that is FINDING HALIEGH!!!!

Cobra you need to cut ties with this Tim. If your heart is still leading you to find out what happened to Haleigh; then I suggest you get re- focused and help bring Haleigh the justice she desrves!! The only dirt you should be digging up should be the dirt that brings you closer to who committed this crime on this sweet little girl and where she is; nothing more!!!!

Art, thank you so much for all the updates, it seems you are the only one reporting on Haleigh. I really would like to know what LE has decided to do. Any word yet?
They did state on June 21st that, LE, the state attorney’s office and the FBI gathered in for a roundtable discussion. “There were a lot of new ideas and a lot of things that they looked at that they were going to look at again. It was said that the group intended to meet again in 30 days if the case had not yet been solved. It has been over 30days and nothing. Several statements caught my attention to that news release. One is that the State Attorney was also at the roundtable discussion and I felt that maybe they have an idea on what happen to Haleigh and maybe charges were going to be filed on someone. And the fact that they have not disclosed any of the reports from the evidence gathered and lab analysis.
I also would like to know if Crystal has filed for an adjustment to her child support. Haleigh is missing and there is no reason she should be paying Ron child support until she is brought home. JMO.
Any updates would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. Barbara thank you so much for your generosity…people should not judge this lady, if people have nothing better to due than to be negative maybe they should find a hobby. Haleigh is still missing and finding her should be what is important, not who gave who money or why.

MAD–Crystal won’t request a reduction, because that would be admitting Haleigh is dead, and she’s hoping against hope, like Ron is, that she’s alive. Somewhere….as far as arresting anyone, it’s viewed as a waste of time and resources to bring someone in on a minor charge for a few hours when they could be out there gathering enough rope to hang themselves.

Hi Art, Long time no talk! Blessing to all the Haleigh lovers! Withought your reporting, Haleigh would not make national cable news. We long for your discovery that make cable and have her face on TV. Someone has to see her somewhere at some point and without her picture out there, this beautiful child will go unnoticed as she ages. Her face will be eraced from Americans mind due to so many other cases being covered on abduction.
It’s a scary world we live in today and I thank God everyday, my daughter was spared from abduction and murder. Had her perpetrators wife not called him from the room, he would have carried out his plan of silencing her. A mothers heart runs deep and it is my daughters case that made me the advocate I am today.
Please allow this long comment. I do feel your readers should be informed properly as to why I left Satsuma, Fl. aside from my work being compeleted, I also has a mild heart attack early morning of March 14, 2009 and prior to that night many assumed I would be there long term however, with good people like yourself onboard, a PI, attorney, the foundation site located and website almost done, what else was there for me to do? I am not one to tag along a high profile case for publicity when the publicity was now handed over to Kim Picazio, Crystals attorney, a PI, and a awesome journalist wiling to dedicate his life to solving this crime.
You of all people understand this. When the story is gathered you write it, go home, and move on to another story. I am still, and will always be Crystals advocate.
I have part II of my time spent with Misty in the trailer before anyone came into the mobile home but I am too tired to write out down for your readers who are following every detail of this case. You have my email. Feel free to contact me. It was a very surreal experience being in the trailer that day and what I witness. Not just the sarrow and heartache Crystal endured seeing her childs bed on the floor and falling to pieces. Misty also broke down in my arms and then layed her head on my lap like a child wollowing up in tears. Prior to that, I also made a walk throught of the trailer.
What I found concerning was if Ronald knew she was abducted and could be returned home, why was her bed still on the floor, uncleaned. No sheets, blikets or even a pillow with a pillow case. Not toys could be located anywhere. Not even a stuffed animal or a doll most kids have in their bed at night. It was if there was no child in that home at all and a old, stained mattress on the floor without life told it’s own story. It was eery and gave me a very unsettled feeling. It was not as if they were moving out. The house still contained everything owned by Ronald and Misty. A small basket of clean clothes of Jr. at the foot of Haleighs bed. And for Ronald to say he did not enter the mobile home after she was kidnapped it a crock. I witnessed him go in and out of that trailer many times during my stay in Satsuma. Please, the tears were dried up faster than they can say their “I do” vows. His behavior in front of the camera when I first met with him was atrocious. Just have some of the news stations pull the footage they had to re-take because of his behavior when I invited them to a vigil with the Sheffields. Ronald was inconsiderate and had I been his mother, I would have slapped him for acting so untamed, not just in front of me, but the news crews that were there covering the story on behalf of his daughter. Did he not want his daughter found? I would give a pretty penny for that footage and I hope one day the police can use that footage I witnessed.
I have finally got out of my shell, still ill, but I am being cared for by a wonderful team of specialists that are pulling me out of this latest flare up of Auto Immune Hepatitis and thanks to everyone who has followed me since Satsuma, including Kim and fam, I am still planning on being at the trial when this MONSTER is finally behind bars. I will not be thrilled to see you again in this manner, but that is our ties. Abuse. Violence. Aduction. Dedication. Seeing it to the end. Never giving up. Fighting for the underdog and watching those around the trial become survivors. Keep up the work my fellow journalist! Keep your head held high and do what God intended for you to do since the day you picked up a pencil and wrote your first story. Write!
You and I go a long way back. Aside from our favorite advocate, Gloria Allred, we worked on the OJ trial together and you pulled me aside. You made me teary eyed. You and I know why. You, Eric Adams, Rose Golemburg, Gloria, Lisa and Tom Arnold are reasons I wrote Inborn Justice; A Daughter’s Courage. a Mother’s Heart. You told me to tell it from the heart and I did. I read your site all the time and so greatful you keep Haleigh in the news. Yes, news. You are a journalist who has become an important part of our medium and without your news – there would be no news on Haleigh. I have deep admiration in everything you have done you and thank you for that. Whatever you uncover, you always seem to get to the point and give accurate details.

When I was in Satsuma – I too was under attack by a small group of starnge beings, pediphiliars perhaps, like what you endured Barbara, who called news stations and contacted the family stating I was NOT Wayanne Kruger, but a fraud! Ok, I guess they have not read my book. Seen my picture nor seen saw our case. What really peeved me was they had been to my myspace page! Hello. Then a few writer like the otherside of the coin, were confused Barbara. That is how easy it is to change the course of ones gift. Rumors, gossip and a evil minded soul that has no care in the world for this missing child. Cannot see past the offering of help that advocates or good people like you who just step up and give someone a little bit of love. Anything can be everything to a mother who’s child is missing. I have no answers to the rediculous behavior nor why adults act like children and nit pick about each and
every detail trying to find the negative when we should be focusing on Haleigh with positive thoughts and well wishes to Crystal and family; However, I do have advice Barbara.
Don’t ever stop giving from your heart, just as Art will not stop writing the truth and I will never stop advocating as long as my heart still beats.
To be called a FRAUD (I know how it must of hurt you as it did I) takes on a life of it’s own and you have to speak up for yourself and Crystal so she knows you are still her advocate and you are not going to allow bad publicity her way. Too many get knocked down for showing concern and willing to help Crystal and Haleigh. This is outright evil. Why would anyone want to hurt this mother or this child from being found. Any help is help. I applaud all those who have given a buck to help this family. Each and every day, they are thankful. Very thankful.
I flew there and did what I did as a spokes person and advocate and you wrote out that check as another giving American that I call a unsing hero not looking for publicity.
From Crystals prayers. To Gods ears and to your bank account. Crystal has more peace of mind today because of you and Ronald Jr has money that I hope will be used and possibly even given to the reward offered.
That is what America is all about! I am a proud American where I can stand on my land and see someone being hurt. Pick them up and give them a hug and not have to dodge a bullet like many do in third world countries. I do not have to feel threatened my head will be chopped off for helping the young and volnurable. Mistreated and abused. I applaud her for coming forward and giving you this information.
I would like to elaborate on a few other rumors going around that I have read.
While I was with the family I did not see nor even suspect that Crystal was popping Lortabs or on any illegal substances. I was around her most of the time and she was very clear minded and quick to do any media set up when they contacted me for an interview. There was no time that Crystal was dazed, confused, could not make it, refused to do it and she always made sure she was properly dressed since the heat in Sastuma was impossible to predict. I worked along side of a abuse counselor in 2002/2003. I know the signs. She never swayed from her story. She was focused and forthright. She began to emerge from her silent caccoon the longer her daughter was missing. She stayed up all night and never slept. She had nightmares. She hated to sleep at night unless Jr was with her. Prior to her seizure she began to suffer migraines and one day, out of the entire time I was there, did I see her finally hit the couch from exhaustion. It was not because she wanted to. The whole house demanded her too. Had her mother not told her to rest that day, she would have been at the tent and doing what she always did, pray and do media for her missing daughter. A lot of the media was not aired or was cut into a 20 second sound bite, but she still kept her brain focused on finding her little girl and looking into the canera for the perpetrator to return her home. Her tears were real. Very real. The camera is not on her 24/7 so they did not film what I witnessed. A grief stricken mother who is doing whatever it takes to locate her daughter and take care of herself and family.
Her anxiety medication did no help her nerves whatsoever. In fact, I asked Kim when she arrived if she could find her a better doctor to put her on anti anxiety meds due to her over whelming grief. In the end, is what I thought would take place if she was not properly treated like anyone who has a abducted or abused child. Seizures. Crystal was already in a near fatal car accident and any type of head injury can cause seizure. I know, I am one of them. When stress, not eating and not sleeping forms into a ball of yarn the brain must unravel. Eventually a Grandmal is bound to happen.
Why must people say Crystal cannot have medical intervention in a situation such as this. Her past is the past and she was a very young teenager. I had to start sleeping pills during my daughters ordeal and our National Headline case made it impossible for me to organize my thoughts. That is why Gloria Allred sat with us during all interviews. If we broke down, she was there to hold our hand and help us through to put the molester behind bars for as long as the law allowed. Crystal was given such a low dose of anxiety meds the families I helped in the past basically said the same thing;
“It’s water! I would be on my 3rd glass of wine every night If I still have not found my daughter. She may as well buy a cold tablet! She would have to take 10 of them and drink a 6 pack to feel any relief.” Art. I agree with this mother. When my father passed away the doctor gave my sister, my father’s step-daughter, 5 times the amount for the first two weeks of his sudden passing. So why is everyone so consumed with anyone taking a anti aniety medicatio when their child has been abducted? I am tired of seeing all the “drug addict” comments on Crystal.
Thank you for allowing me to express what has been on my chest for a long time. Thank you everyone for being in support for Haleigh and seeing that it is not where you live or who you are, a child was abducted. The family loves her. They want her home. This is a time we need to stand up and say enough is enough. Lets get back to this missing child and put her perpetrator behind bars for life. It’s time for her to come home.

Art, requesting a reduction in child support would not be admitting Haleigh is dead. The reduction would be for the past 5 months that Haleigh has been missing, and ongoing until she returns.
NANCE–
According to her lawyer, the reason she had not requested a reduction lay in her hope and belief Haleigh is alive, but if that changes, it may be she’s facing reality that, even if she’s not giving up hope, she sees support only going to one child, who was home alone after his sister vanished.

I love how you Ron supporters are so irate because Crystal, like millions of people in this world smoked pot on her birthday, oh my god the horror, and she had a beer!!!!!
What are you guys on? You set aside the fact Ron is a pill popper/drunk, is it because you identify so much and agree with his lifestyle that you are so in your own state of denial you think his behavior and life is normal??
Then I love the Ron supporters who just know that Crystal is just lying about Ron abusing her- they set aside the fact Amber Brooks was probably hit a few times in the head by Ron, all these girls, that he dates just lie and lie and lie because why? To be quite honest with you I’m not sure why I did in the first place. # 31. RE:POST #31 about # 26. I looked on myspace. What is so shocking about a woman who is dying of a disease and a 30 year old woman who is still advocating and making a difference in the world with a song that is so inspiring? I All I see is beautiful pictures on her husbands site by many people who love this woman and a song site about a sweet child who has grown up into a wonderful advocate who is hoping to open a home for abused children. I am confused with your remard. Elaborate or are you one of those pediphiliars stalking this mother and daughter who has donated their life to advocating for abused children? This woman gave her heart and soul to help Crystal and her family. I am bewildered by your “shocking” message. Do you not know what “MOLESTATION” AND “SEXUALLY ABUSED” means?
Let me explain it. it is when your child comes home and tells you in tears someone hurt them in the most hidious way possible. That is shocking! Get with it and learn about what sexually abuse means and how it affects a family and how some become amazing survivors. We need more shocking people like Desiray and Wayanne in this world.

Long time, no hear. Are you still following Haleigh’s case?
I believe that LE and assorted other agencies were supposed to meet again last week and review progress and incoming forensic test results for Haleigh’s case. Did this meeting even happen? Do you know what went down?
Have you heard anything about the conclusion of the DCF case against Ronald Cummings? I am baffled by the outcome as neighbors had come forward with abuse claims and Crystal’s stepmother had provided photos of what clearly appear to be switch marks on Junior’s legs. Is whipping a two year old with a switch and bloodying him in front of neighbors acceptable by DCF standards?
Art, I am disappointed in the BNN crew’s finger pointing and lack of professionalism. I hope they have not made you throw in the towel. Please keep up the good fight for Haleigh.

Well DCF found nothing on Ron. He no longer has lawyers. Crystal no longer has Kim. What in the world is going on? Please tell me someone is still looking for Haleigh!!! Where is Haleigh? Now that Ron has no lawyers; has he went and met with LE?
It is almost been 6 months and Haleighs birthday is approaching. She will turn 6 years old. Haleigh needs to be found!!!!! DON’T GIVE UP ON HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being neither Ron or Crystal have lawyers now, does that mean Crystal is no longer trying to gain custody of Jr ?
How can DCF not be concerned for the saftey of Jr, when Ron knowingly left Haleigh in the hands of a drug addict?

I just don’t understand how Putnam County officials had grossly underestimated the arrears — that Sheffield really owed more than $12,000? Are they that incompetent? Something does not sound right.
I am glad that TES is coming back to search for Haleigh and that Nejame is now in the picture to…can’t wait to hear the presser on Monday at 10am. I pray Haleigh is found soon.
