Michael Jackson 911 Tape…Deja Vu
Michael Jackson Unconscious, Man Calls 911 For Help.
By Art Harris, The Bald Truth, (c) www.artharris.com, all rights reserved
Listen carefully to the 911 tape: a calm, but nervous voice asking for an ambulance…an unconscious man undergoing CPR (on a bed when SOP is to put a patient on the floor), a toxic drug cocktail reported (but not confirmed by the coronor yet) of Demerol, Xanax and the anti-depressant, Zoloft…known by pharmacologists to dangerously turbo-charge other drugs. I wasn’t surprised it was Michael Jackson.
…Another superstar apparently felled by addiction and too much money–for Yes-men to say, “No!” The King of Pop, Mr. Thriller, Moonwalker extraordinaire…Michael Jackson, dead Thursday at 50.
I often stared at the back of his head in court, sitting maybe 10 feet away in Santa Maria, while prosecutors tried –but failed to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt in 2005 –that MJ was a sexual predator with a past who had once paid a reported $20 million to keep a young boy quiet. His longtime lawyer and friend, Brian Oxman, saying he’d warned close aides and family after Anna Nicole Smith died that the same thing better not happen to Michael, who had a voracious appetite for painkillers, and as an accused pedophile, the attention of young boys.
I covered the last public spectacle in the courtroom in Santa Maria, California, where a strapping young lad named Gavin, the last alleged victim to make headlines, took the stand to detail the classic grooming, the attention lavished on him. A mother — later convicted of welfare fraud — detailed the alleged cover up, an attempt to get her family out of the country before the story broke. Her name was Janet and she made a far more convincing argument on the exclusive police videotape I obtained talking to Santa Barbara detectives than she ever did on the stand, artfully skewered by defense attorney Tom Mesreau as a nutcase out to make a buck.
As the child molestation evidence was laid out, I stared at the back of his head. It didn’t move for three hours some days, and combined with his frail demeanor, and glazed over look, it just made sense he was on drugs. And he was, copious amounts of painkillers in combination, and prescribed by different doctors in different names, according to a member of Jackson’s defense team in an exclusive interview with me Friday.
Like others among Jackson’s inner circle, this confidante worked with the defense team and wonders why prosecutors didn’t go after low-hanging fruit with an illegal drug case, which my source says would have been “a slam dunk.”
“Michael was Rush Limbaugh Meets Anna Nicole Smith,” he says, “an overdose waiting to happen.”
While no cause of death has been announced, he hasn’t been healthy, with chronic back pain and heavy drug use for years, and during his child molestation trial, some days he looked like a walking cadaver…rail thin and seemingly out of it as he strode down the aisle in his little drummer boy outfits, then, plop, plop, fizz, fizz, took his seat at the defense table. Often staring straight ahead for hours, his body unmoving until a break was called.
There were trips to the local hospital, for assorted ills, the chronic pain he suffered from an injury cited as the so called reason for so many drugs. But not everyone had empathy; when he called in one day to plead sick, daring to skip his own trial, the judge ordered him to court immediately or he’d send deputies to arrest him. That day was high drama, as we sat in court, watching the clock, wondering if he’d make the deadline. Then he was there, striding down the aisle, in blue pajamas, to his.
The jury didn’t convict, but several members later said they believed Jackson was a pedophile. We’ll be talking more about the investigation, the drugs and the cloud that hangs over his amazing music and show business legacy–the bizarre parade of boys in his life that gave rise to accusations he was a sexual predator, with enough evidence for two prosecutors, one in Los Angeles and another in Santa Barbara, to launch investigations that never sent him to jail, but sent the King of Pop into a spiral of stress and drained him financially.
He always denied the accusations, with the Jackson spin machine portraying him as a man child who had never grown up, preferring the fantasyland of circus animals and ferris wheels, who truly loved children, innocently, and surrounded himself with them, not to mention three of his own.

Hey Art saw you on Nancy Grace thursday night; the day Michael Jackson died. I liked his music, but I have never have been what you call a groupie. I see celebrities as just normal people. I could have never stormed the hospital and tried to see his body as many of his fans did.
Michael Jackson was an extremely talented artist. He will always be remembered for his music and the one who brought us the moon walk.
I was watching Nancy Grace last night and it was stated that he may have received a lethal dose of morphine. The family doctors bmw was impounded, but the doctor was no where to be found. This is so disturbing!Very suspicious!!
Micheal has now faced the judges of all judges; The Almighty. I will not speak ill of the dead. It is to be left between Micheal and God.
Great to see you Art! Great Article. GODS SPEED

Art – Thanks for covering this and sharing your observations from your coverage the trial in Santa Maria in 2005.
When I first heard this 911 recording, a big red flag shot up when I heard “he is on the bed”. He is on the bed, receiving CPR, from a cardiologist??? Thank goodness the media immediately picked up on this too and questions will have to be answered!
Obviously it is too early to make any accusations pending toxicology reports, but I am highly suspicious of this Dr. Conrad Robert Murray out of Las Vegas. Although checks of his records with medical associations in the states he practices, TX, NV and CA have shown his records clear, I do not know if these records can be trusted. When checking with the California Medical Board, an alcoholic, substance-abusing doctor, with dozens of malpractice suits against him who is in detox with the state program will show a CLEAN RECORD! (I.e. Dr. Brian West, plastic surgeon, license revoked 2009). If the doctors enter into the medical association’s diversion (rehab) program, all derrogatory records are hidden from the public, yet there was no disclaimer advising of this. I do know this is the case in many states, but am not sure about Nevada and Texas, but it certainly warrants looking into.
I highly suspect this will turn out to be another Anna Nicole case. Hopefully, with the help of people like Attorney Brian Oxman and Dr. Depak Choprah, these parasitic MDs will finally be exposed in an attempt to try and prevent this from happening again!

How’s ‘your’ back? Who’s been lookin’ at the back of your head?
Although I’ve seen “Thriller,” ain’t no tellin’ how many times, I still can’t imagine ‘him’ as a monster somehow. Although seems pretty easy to suspect that some so-called ‘doctor’ might have given him something to keep his voice hi-pitched. Hard for even me to imagine, that it might have been ‘natural.’
Just a little ‘black and white’ that didn’t get so-much ‘press.’
There’s ‘No Doubt’ a multitude of ‘little Micheals’ out there.
I spent a couple of hours watching VHI and t’was for me, nicer to remember ‘him,’ by actually listening and watching ‘him’ than by listening to all you darn-it-all ‘experts’ in show business condemning him for using drugs and plastic surgeons…when after all isn’t that what ‘the media’ does?
Yet, you know I think most of it is ‘fodder.’ Not for the Weezy or faint of heart.
Reminds me of some drycleaner and his wife, and a really tall white man married to a pretty black woman…before ‘reality tv.’
Just reminiscent of a by-gone age…not quite gone yet….and that reminds of that middle east and that old rag-head ‘toly.’
lol
June 27th, 2009 at 1:34 pm
Thanks Art for reminding those of us who actually watched his trial. I being a 58 year old white woman, loved his music. When I work out and this is NOT an every day occurance, it is always to the Thriller cd. His music will never be forgotten and is trully loved by my son,age 39 who is in shock as we speak. However, in my heart I do believe MJ had a sick relationship with little boys and I am trully conflicted with the news of his death….WOW, his death brought back memories of that hot day in August 1977 when we heard Elvis had died……..The only thoughts of the “pedophile” accusations, is I pray it wasn’t true, and if it was I have to seperate THAT from the love of his music………He was a genius, and his music will forever be a part of my life, as well as my son’s life……..Maybe he paid in the later part of his life for his shame…which led to his demise…..What I dont understand is this…….Why being a black man did he want to be white???//and Why did he disfigure himself is such a way as to not want to show his face in public at times…..He was a sick person in so many ways, but his music stands on its own merit…..I have been mesmerized for the last 48 hrs, glued to the tv to hear everything possible on what went wrong…… I only pray his children can now live a somewhat normal life, and the vultures go away……..I only hope his hair, doesnt end up on ebay…….May his family have peace, and may MJ have the peace he never had in this life………..Only the good Lord knows for sure where he is deseving to be…His music is some of the best and will always span both age and race, which no one has ever done before….

What does ‘POP’ stand for?
June 27th, 2009 at 2:29 pm
Can’t believe in ‘that thing’ called justice much here on earth anymore…especially with a president (lower case) that doesn’t seem too, willing to speak out, or speak up…yet for peace and appeasement…guess that’s the path he weaves for our freedom, not to get too, ‘evolved’ or ‘involved’ with true ‘global warming’…yet, then maybe ‘he’s just getting ‘warmed up,’ lol.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiDOMuhpqUo
Gosh, these guys were great without Young…and Young just seems to have a little ‘ego problem’ like Michael used to have…called MEDIA.
Just ‘the Prince’ putting his purse in front of that cart…
For the most part I do believe that ‘talent’ goes more the way of agents and promoters and more often than not just get mowed down like weeds in this ‘thicket’ we call society, with so many rich and so many poor and so many just trying to make a buck or kill one…reminds me of Alaska and Salman…
I really don’t believe in that guy that says “there’s plenty more out there where that one came from.”
Yet, I do believe he really doesn’t care…enough to tell us “The Bald Truth”…that salmon and bears and whales might be meeting their match in us…
Forget about “All About” us…
Who Cares?
As long as we eat?
What about our government ’supposedly’ finally regulating tobacco?…LOL…they always did!!! And now ‘they’ are probably, more than likely gonna put more chemicals into that process to reduce the nic and keep up that addiction…while getting their audience to buy, buy, buy more.
Hey, look after searching “The So-called ‘Public’ Library” for near 40 years…what little research I found was funded by no other than…yep, guess who!
Sure wish I’d listened to my Mother…she knew.
June 27th, 2009 at 3:52 pm
So, Art,
Are you and yours gonna dedicate a little more time for a ‘poster child?’
She was mighty pretty, like a bean pole…no brick house…
She sure put up a good fight though…yet once her doctors diagnosed her with some terrible thang called cancer…seems she didn’t get enough ‘press’ to fight it.
Cancer is just a sore that doesn’t want to die, but I still believe we can kill it.
On the other hand, a heart attack might just be the quickest and easiest way to go yonder.
Funny thing is this sex thang…and how some place, or pass that blame on to some deviant…
Did OJ really stab his Xwife to death?
Gee, even if she wasn’t a wife or related to him…
In an instant of rage…just like war…someone can kill or end another life in their own very name like they are god or something.
I see no perfect peace ever on earth…since, after all EVE ATE THAT DARN ROTTEN APPLE.
SO IT’S ALL HER FAULT!!!!

When I first heard the news that MJ had suffered cardiac arrest, drug overdose was the first thing that came to mind.
There were rumors circulating for a long time that he was addicted to painkillers. You’d think after Anna Nicole that someone in his inner circle would have been alot more vigilant. It just goes to show there is no end to the line of people who wait to hook up with “stars” for their own gain, to the point of refusing to see someone dying before their very eyes. What is truly tragic is that there sat a cardiologist, for God’s sake that aided and abbetted from all indications, who also seemingly did not know the proper procedure for administering CPR then seemed to flake off and disappear after his patient is DOA! It’s no wonder the family is requesting a second autopsy and full investigation.
I think alot of people realized that Michael was declining physically and mentally, that the financial and legal woes had taken their toll.
What upsets me the most is that the people who are supplying the drugs in massive doses are doctors for God’s sake! They swear an oath before God to heal all in need, not kill and exploit the vulnerable for financial gain and public notoriety.
For everyone, his children, and his family I pray for strength, and resolve, it is going to be a terribly difficult time for all of them. A bright shining light has been extinguished. It had been flickering for a while and then it finally went out.
I also pray for the repose of the soul of Michael Jackson, gone too soon. May he rest in eternal peace.
June 27th, 2009 at 11:13 pm
I fin it strange that the doctor didn’t get on the phone, and then i have heard rumors that his doctor disapeared, is that true? I think everyone has beenwaiting for this to happen to him, and if he was so weak why was he going on tha tour? Surely his doctor had to of seen his was not in any shape to do that. I grew up watching him, I am 53 art and i liked him way better when he was still actually black, my oldest daughter is 26 and thought he was white,I just never understood all the plastic surgery he had done to himself. Does any on know if the grandparents are going to be getting the children? Personally think thats where they need to be, with family they all know that love them, not with their birth mother that hasn’t seen them in ten years. Thanks for the excellent articule Art. Linda

Lindaintexas–
Growing up with a taskmaster like Joe Jackson was a tough road for Michael, and some fine biographers and those close to the family have described a kid who was physically and emotionally abused and hated the face he saw in the mirror….the same person he felt could never measure up, and so the self-loathing began, driving him to alter his very African features, the surgeries, the skin whitening he blamed on viteligo, a skin condition that changes the pigment. But he has told folks, according to a deposition once given by his doc or someone on staff, if I remember correctly that he believed it was easier to make it in the world if you were white. A little pop psychology in trying to unmakes the real MJ, complex, tortured, musical genius, who found it hard to deal with adults, so retreated to his childlike world. That was at least the spin he put out there, that he loved the innocence of a child and that’s why he surrounded himself with children…or was it a carefully constructed ruse to create a world in which an alleged pedophile had free range to be with his prey under the guise of weird Jackson normalcy.
June 28th, 2009 at 2:18 am
I think Michael was trying not only to dull the pain from his more recent injuries, plastic surgeries, etc., but attempting to dull a whole lot of pain in the past and the present. The abuse he suffered as a child has been well documented and witnessed by many. Of course, it is not an excuse for bad behavior, nor is it right to portray one’s self as a perennial victim.
None of us was in that bedroom and none of us knows whether he was innocent or guilty of wrongdoing involving children. I would love to believe he was innocent, but Lisa Marie made comments numerous times, not actually coming right out and calling it but hinting that he had serious “personal” problems. She was married to him and lived with him, I would take her word for it.
But I also believe there are so many parasites in this world that would jump on a chance to make big bucks off of a top name entertainer, guilty or not. And you also have to question the judgement of some of those parents, just dropping their kids off for days and weeks at at time at Neverland not really knowing what they were going to be doing or who they would be with at any given time.
Irregardless of his past, it pretty much looks like there was some borderline criminal activity going on with him involving that doctor. Did they not see the news?? The two involved with Anna Nicole may be doing prison time.
I tell you our war on drugs in this country is being fought on the WRONG front. We need to be raiding medicine cabinets instead of cars, houses, and pot plantations in the woods. Prescription drug abuse is one of the most serious epidemics in this country. We must demand our medical and political community take action.

They say about Michael that America is the only country in the world where a poor black boy can grow up to be a rich white woman. I say it lovingly as I loved and admired Michael. If he just knew how beautiful those African features were.
“..or was it a carefully constructed ruse to create a world in which an alleged pedophile had free range to be with his prey under the guise of weird Jackson normalcy.” No it was not. Shame on you Art. Do unto others… Just hope for the sake of your families that such cruel things will never be said about all of you who are so quick to judge and destroy others with your words and attitudes.
June 28th, 2009 at 7:32 am
Very good report Art, thank you.
I am curious, do you know what the moving van took out of the house? It sure appeared fast at his house and left very soon afterward.
June 28th, 2009 at 12:12 pm
Art,
Great article! I have a hard time separating the MJ who was an amazing musical genius and the freakish-looking accused pedophile. When the jury came back “not guilty” I had that sick feeling again like I did when that happened with OJ, I truly felt justice had not been done and money and celebrity bought the verdict. And now that he has passed, I look at all the old videos and think, what a waste! He was a very good looking, amazing man and for whatever reason his last 15ish years he is almost unrecognizable from before. I believe his addiction to prescription drugs is responsible for the majority of his change. I lost a mother in 1975 to a pain drug reaction (Darvon), and my sister in 2000 to a Prozac/Methadone reaction. Both had chronic pain and developed addiction and addictive behaviors associated as a result of drug abuse. In my opinion MJ also showed those type behaviors with his odd decisions regarding his physical appearance, endless plastic surgeries, and the fantasy world he created. He disregarded warnings and advice about his conduct with children. Even a multi-million dollar settlement in 93 didn’t change the way he acted by allowing other people’s kids to sleep with him.
So now he is gone. Guess it is between him and his maker to make the final judgment….
June 28th, 2009 at 2:07 pm
A little wine, a little ‘pot’…and ain’t no tellin’ what a wasteland a person can become.
And without Washington (Holy Washington DC)…
Even with the History Channel, and and National Geographic…
seems for the most part all of civilized humanity have avoided that topic of masturbation for some reason…and you’d think that it would be spelled master…with an ‘e’ instead of a ‘u.’
Guess everyone’s been a little intimidated to face their very owned sexuality…so we get left with…
Reminds me of the farce that nic isn’t addictive and never twar…and what’s the harm in all that inhaled tar?
LOL…FCOL….(for crying out loud)
June 28th, 2009 at 6:13 pm
Hey Art,
It’s been awhile since I commented on your site, but I do keep up and come to read sometimes.
I was never a big fan of Michaels music, but I thought he was a very talented man. I always thought something like this would hapen to him. It was just very obvious that he was not a healthy man, and it was also very obvious that he was on some kind of drugs. It is another very sad ending to another person who had it all, and chose to do drugs. Whether it was to mask the pain of a horrible childhood or if it was just because he was caught up in what seems to be the normal way of life with some people in Hollyweird. The old saying ” money can’t buy you love or happiness” kind of says it all IMO
I hate to say this but the way things are sounding this could turn out a lot like the ANS saga, and anyone that has followed that case would probably agree.
I hope that MJ will be able to RIP.
June 28th, 2009 at 7:26 pm
Rip Michael Jackson- hopefully now you can get the rest you need. Michael did have viteligo- if you take the time go to youtube research the video about his skin. You will see that he’s skin was getting lighter around the Thriller Era. I have seen them and its sad that the information is out there to set the record straight and people dont want to do the research to know the truth.Love you Michael- YOU will be missed!!

I was a fan in my teen years. I was very disturbed about what happened in 2005, but you know, the man is dead, can’t everyone just aside what happened in 2005 ! He should be remmebered for his music and remarkable talent !
Every news article I see, hato mention 2005, and it literally makes me sick.
He is facing his REAL judgement day, with God,(the only One who matters)
Can’t we all just remember Michael for his “moonwalk”,his amazing talent, and unforgettable music, and let God handle the rest ?
June 29th, 2009 at 1:39 am
As for that doctor, if it found in the secong autopsy the Jackson family wants done, that it was indeed a drug overdose that caused the cardiac arrest, the doctor should definitely be prosecuted to every extent of the law for murder.
He acted in some very suspicious ways, and I read a news coverage that the doctor himself was also living in Michael’s house, to be that close to MJ, if he were any kind of reputable doctor,he certainly would have monitored MJ’s medications more carefully.
“”a toxic drug cocktail reported (but not confirmed by the coronor yet) of Demerol, Xanax and the anti-depressant, Zoloft…known by pharmacologists to dangerously turbo-charge other drugs.”"
What kind of reputable doctor would give ANYONE these medications all at once?????

“Oops! I Did It Again.”

There is some pretty weird, yet normal-human psychology to all this.
Gosh, he sang and danced…and practically, or maybe even actually played with himself on stage…wow what ‘moves’ us?
I find this ‘idol’ attraction similar to addiction, somehow.

Yep, I watched Geraldo ‘at large’…and his 1,2,3 or 4…lol
Gee, that equals a perfect 10!!!!
What about assisted suicide, what about false advertising, what about that so called king of pop, what about making a bunch of noise…
“What About US?”
Just perfect timing, and lyrics.
Funny how Larry King is still plugging along…
Guess he loves life…even through all the pain…
Or maybe he’s just too, afraid to go ‘there’ where we all end up ’short.’
Meanwhile seems those Black people are plenty ready, as am I to reap some reward before their time and take the government on a ride to neverland…where life is beautiful all the time.
Crazy Horse!!!

I’m really hopeful for the future…
Just another generation….
June 29th, 2009 at 5:37 pm
Thanks Art for this story. I feel Michael was guilty of child molestation. If the jury found him guilty and he were in prison now where he should have been, he would still be alive. His drugs would have been monitored and only given when prescribed. This is totally my opinion, but now in death he is paying for things he did in life.
He was very talented and could have as big as Elvis if he hadn’t tried so hard to change his looks and changing his skin color.
God speed Michael go with angel wings. You will be missed.

Michael jackson definetly will be remember in years to come, he was the true king of pop, he had his move in his dance, and how he entertain us with his music. there was one true legend Elvis presely, one true king of pop Michael Jackson. Sincerely Shamby.

This is one of the finest pieces I’ve seen you write Art. Dead on. The media didnt report many of the things you saw in the court room. As a survivor of sexual abuse, you are 100% on the tactics that were used to get public sympathy and break down the victims in this case. It’s classic, but not many can see it. I’ve been watching several segments on cable news stories and some of the people they interview who are laying flowers at the gates of Neverland, whoa! Clearly the lights are on and nobody is home! They havent a clue when they bring up the molestation chapter! My God! Talk about adding salt to the wounds of victims everywhere.
Good job on this article buddy!
June 30th, 2009 at 10:06 am
I also wanted to add, that I as a person who grew up with Michaels music and how delightful his music was to me as a child, I’m conflicted with the news of his death. I sat here the other night, playing songs and videos for my little girl. My favorite song is “Heal the World” and I get all choked up hearing that song. It moves me. But the survivor in me, cannot praise him as who he was in his later life after he started the pill addiction, the strange behavior, the odd marriages and the disfiguration of his natural features. heck, look at Phil Spector! I like what he produced and will sing right along with the old tunes he brought to the surface…..but I cannot defend or deny how he treated people in his private life. No one should be praising these sick perverted behaviors of these men. Talented yes, innocent NO! I cant overlook the truth and ignore that. But aknowledge the music that won the hearts of so many I can. I personally am discusted at the many many fans who will make attempts to justify their behavior, when they werent actually there. There are many demons in those closets. My stepfather, wore many hats and disguised his antics very well. Our family split right down the middle over it. But I righteously take my truth and quietly weep for the lost closed minded ones who still dont quite get how much he took from me.

Good news for all those who always prayed for Michael.

Dang it don’t you know he couldn’t write a lick…just had a body that could hold a note and got played over and over again.
And even once he and she had all that money they didn’t believe in that baby just their handlers…
They never got good education that golden armor…
Just a bunch of fans.

I really feel for all those talented dancers that had been thru weeks of grueling auditions for the chance of a lifetime, to tour with Michael Jackson. They must be devastated.
I would like to say one thing however about Michael’s three children. While I hope they will be protected and sheltered from the paparazzi and media pigs, I think it is important that they know their real parentage. I say that merely from a medical standpoint. You never know what may happen to one of them in the future, maybe a medical condition would cause them to need a blood or organ donor, you never know. This has happened quite often in history, people have had to seek out their real biological parents due to medical need.
I feel the children should stay with Michael’s mother and the Jackson family, where they feel loved and protected. But I also believe the truth will set you free. For everyone’s sake end the speculation about the parentage of these children. Then and only then will the media hype and rumors end.

As we pull our troops from Iraq…hope they know we know…and that goes for Iran as well…yet seems North Korea seems so isolated and protected wonder if we can ever penetrate that ‘wall’ that makes their prophets feel so safe an secure…
Hey, I say…that’s not fare that a country might isolate themselves and yet sell their womens’s wares…
Get my drift?

The death of this man will probably bring about more pain medicine reform. I have been under the care of a pain manager since 2 implants were placed in my spine, and I need pain meds to get out of bed, and go forth, trying to lead a somewhat “normal” life……….When is the responsibility going to placed where it should be,,,at the feet of the adult taking the stuff……..When I was prescribed methadone as a form of pain reliever, I researched the drug, and it scared me plenty. I live most days still in pain because this drug has a longer staying power and it is very easy to overdose………..I only hope the FDA does not make it harder for those of us who need these meds to live,,,,,,,,,not be able to get………I guess then Ill be confined to a bed and just die a slow death………………..One more thingy on this man’s death……I am conflicted until I remember, when Neverland was raided they found “his” bedroom entrance was wired for a signal that would buzz if someone was approaching the room………………Who needs a security signal if there is nothing going on illegal????????? Just a thought…….Just one of many items that leads me to feel,,,he was guilty of what they said he did to little boys………Now his lawyer, last night on LK, says he is only interested in saving MJ’s legacy and good name……Shame he cant answer the question, why did MJ have his bedroom rigged, so he could have total privacy with the children who shared his bed…..

PLS FIND HALEIGH–I toured the house, and interviewed the investigators from the 93 incident and 2004, and the alarm did sound when someone was in his hall, enroute to the bedroom. Even several jurors believed he was a pedophile and said so, explaining prosecutors had not made a strong enough case with evidence and testimony beyond a reasonable doubt.

Thanks for your input, Art. That was really what sealed his guilt or innocence for me…. There is one more item I can’t resist to ask you Art………Now that he is dead, every hour of everyday, one of the celebrities are interviewed and they speak of MJ as a very loving and close friend….ie; Elizabeth Taylor, Smokey R,,,,Liza Minelli, and the list goes on and on and on and on….Where were these so’called friends when he needed them the most….DURING THE CHILD MOLESTATION CASE???????????????????? So I guess the Jacksons are going to produce Neverland like Elvis has Graceland,,,,the big difference is “many children will still have nightmares into their old age of the unmentionables” done to them, in the mansion of Neverland……What kind of legacy is that??????What a bunch of hippocrites, all of them to want to continue a legacy of child abuse and a constant reminder evertime Neverland is mentioned………Why can’t the family just accept his fans, for the love of his music and move on…….This legacy I’m afraid will come back to haunt the kids,,,, MJ clamied to have loved……How can a person love a child, and on his very birth certificate list “NONE” under the name of mother. These children will be forever “not normal” due to the fact , how many white children are raised in an afroamerican culture that in and of itself is strange and an oxymoronic, as Mj was himself, and his parents are just perpetuating the circus. I hope Mj didn’t cause more pain to these children by side stepping the law (with the last kid), and making a mockery of parenthood all together…

Art, thank you very much for this report about Michael Jackson. Will you be reporting his memorial service?
Art curious, what if any are/were your professional dealings and impressions of Ms. Raymone Bain during or after her representing Michael Jackson, and also regarding Ms. Bain’s statements made 6/26, 6/27 2009 that Michael Jackson was ‘isolated and alienated’ from family, friends and close business associates in the last several months of his life?
I recall Ms. Bain saying during her interviews that her services were terminated ‘not long ago’ and I saw a statement published on her business site a suit filed against MJ in May 2009 for non-payment of services.

Sarafina! So good to see you. I never got your last post for me (in Dec.) until May. I happened to be looking in the archives one day and saw it.
Art,
I believe that he was guilty of wrong doing with those little boys. Who brings other people’s kids to bed with them? And if nothing wrong was going on, why did he have an alarm for his bedroom?
I think he was really sick and even though he was popular and his music was liked by many, people should not forget the boys who may be forever harmed by this man.
Someone said that he is dead and everyone should just forget about what he did, but I bet those kids won’t ever forget. They can’t be swept under the rug, nor should they.

Enough already on MJ. He was a very good preformer in his early years and I liked some of his music (I’m 68) but come on, he was a child molester. I’m just sorry the jury didn’t convict him and punish him as he should have been.
P.S. Great reporting Art!

I am still in disbelief-From the 911 Call, I get confused did they find the person who made the call? And I believe the Dr disappeared to hide evidence-Why else? His circle of So-Called Friends right now should be feeling some Guilt, for NOT stepping up whether or not MJ was a Yes man, a True friend would of just Put his foot down and got involved and Family members too-MJ was a Person, NOT GOD!!
Here is the Problem for me-People just take there Love of Celebrities too far and Worship them like Gods and think these Celebrities can do no wrong. Wake-up People, How many Celebrites do We have to lose over this Drug dilemma and these Outrageous idiot Doctors, Who are in my mind Assiting Suicides.
As a Chronic Pain and Medication User, Of course I do not get Special Treatment, and when I needed to get My Pain Meds I had to sign an Offical Government Paper and if I don’t follow it-I AM PULLED OFF. Now I know the Good Ole quote “MONEY TALKS, BULLSH*T WALKS” BUT if this doesn’t stop NOW, who will be next or does it even matter now cause We just lost the Greatest Entertainer & Muscian and Dancer , Humanitian EVER!!! MJ would of given his arms & legs to feed America anyway.
All these People who enabled MJ- DOCTORS & FRIENDS and BY STANDERS should be Jailed and Why is ANNA NICOLES little Crap Circle of Scum still running around?
Thank You to ALL the DR’s who made MJ Death One Step Easier & Faster for The Love of Money and Not the Human, You really messed up the Lifes of Many who Loved MJ, no matter what You believed.
Bless Him with All the Angels at his side now, May Michael Jackson Rest now & His Dear Children be Well taken care of.

Adriamarie…. I SO totally agree with you.
What’s worse now about the “drugs” found in MJ’s House is this Diprovan…….Lord Almighty !!! If that indeed is what’s found in Michael’s toxicology report…..that Doctor needs to go DOWN !! That is NOT a drug you would normally find in someone’s home, plus, when they do administer Diprovan to someone,it needs to be carefully monitored, and
the person also has to be placed on oxygen. It has now been reported many oxygen tanks were found within MJ’s house. NO wonder that Doctor waitied 20 to 30 minutes before getting someone to call 911, and he wouldn’t allow anyone else in the room !!
He’s a doctor and attempting CPR with Michael on the bed ?? Shouldn’t he have already known to place him on the floor ?
And WHY did he disappear from the hospital so quickly? What means of transportation did he use his car was at Michael’s.
Did he hurry away to get rid of the syringe ????

The man was a super sensation. A remarkably talented singer and performer.
Can’t we all at least take one day and just at least remember him for his musical brilliance ?
I don’t care what everyone else thinks, I was NOT at Neverland, I didn’t see what did or didn’t happen there.
What about Ryan White, Michael spent much time with him throughout his battle with AIDS…Ryan died at age 18…no one else would have taken the time Michael did.
GONE TOO SOON……RIP Michael, now you can see Ryan again, and your brother Brandon.
They said the man was NOT GUILTY, and that’s good enough for me…..I choose to remember him for his music !!
And I pray that if Diprovan is indeeed what the tox. report shows….that doctor will PAY !!!

Hi Joni
Good to see you again too! Was out of the country for some time, just to come back and find the same old some old worship of you-know-who. It is all over the TV screens at the airport as you enter the country. Kind of embarrsing, this worship of one man, feels like we are moving towards a dictatorship to me. And America is supposed to be a first world country! But it was good to see that in the rest of the world life goes on….

lisa marie was not referring to any behavior toward children she meant personal things between the two of them inside the marriage mike was being controlled by others who really did not want them together cuz she was not naive enough to go along with them the way michael was she could protect him and they wanted her out. MICHAEL WAS AND IS INNOCENT 1OOO%

Sarafina,
I know what you mean about “you know who” lol. If he gets this “health reform” passed, that’s exactly what we will have, a dictatorship. That isn’t just any health care bill, it’s total control of all our lives. The government will get to say when our lives are to end and then they will end them for us. I’ve read some of it. It’s totally scary.
We were so right about him, weren’t we?
Glad you are back Sarafina and good to hear from you. Take care.
