Everyone wants to find Haleigh alive, and sends thoughts and prayers to the Cummings and Sheffield families–and best of luck to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department in smoking out the one clue that will break the case.

Jane does a wonderful job on helping keep Haleighs disappearance out there. I wish others would jump on her and Arts band wagon bringing more exposure to Haleighs case. The more exposure the more pressure. Just from the little exposure Haleigh receives now, there are people wanting Art and Cobra to leave. This is just a small amount of pressure. Could you imagine if there were more? Perhaps someone would finally crack!!

Thank God There is one clue that been solved ronald knuckle, wounds on his knuckle february 10th, he gotten so angry he pounche the back door, after the 911 call the police got there and ask the wounds on his knuckle, he said he puche out the back door cause haleigh was missing, they did d.n.a. match blood on the door. thank you god one clue is solve art keep what you are doing,cobra, you are in are prayers, come back. stay strong. Art, when are we going to see police documents released in this case? There were so many in the Casey Anthony case, such as phone records and police reports. I think a lot of questions would be answered if the public had access to them!

Great Job ART,
Art the 1st thing I do when I get up in the morning is check your site. WOW ! You did a great job on ISSUES with JANE. As a result of your hard work trying to find HALEIGH, I now have become a fan of JANES show ISSUES every night. I really like her style and feel she is fair in the way she covers her stories. She has great guests like yourself. She knows how to be strong and yet not rude.
Thanks to YOU & COBRA too, for keeping the pressure on to find HALEIGH. ART you guys are Pure Gold in my eyes. I check your site 1st thing in the morning and several times during the day to read up on every shred, and usually I check it the last thing before I go to bed, (that part doesnt win points with my Husband though).
Whats going on with COBRA’s situation. You guys & Haliegh I’m keeping in my prayers. I think you and Cobra are blessed by GOD, and that HE has you both, along with TJ HART, to be the Watchman on the WALL, and now JANE is up there too. I thank God for you guys.

I know the Law Enforcement and different branches of it are working hard to find Haleigh too. But I can’t help but think they wouldn’t have put a call out to all the troops to find her if it weren’t for you and Cobra searching so hard and reporting the way you do. God is answering all of our prayers in this and it show’s. Seeing that they had a special meeting last week about her and that approx. 40 Law Enforcement people from different Departments of it, like FBI, etc., caused me to sigh with great relief.
The people that are responsible for taking her better step up…anyone that knows anything should reach out and talk to the law now…or they might be considered an accomplice. Someone knows something, and soon everyone will know everything. Interest in finding Haleigh will not be a slow fade to gray, its black or white.
The LAW will find her. Our prayers are with the Haleigh & her familyl & Law, Art, & Cobra. Art we are also very concerned about Snodgrass and/or others trying to get you and Cobra in trouble.
I hope the Law has your backs in this, including the Judge, we will see who’s side they are on. Especially after seeing the rap sheets of several Drug related and Sexual crimes related, along with Theifs, after seeing how they had charges dropped, or put on probation and just walked time after time.
Well, that speaks volumes to the people following this case. I would say 99% of the people are standing behind you in support of you guys. T
he only thing Snodgrass should get out of this case he has opened on you guys, is to pay all of your lawyer fees and court costs. Let it be a lesson to the bad guys.
And for everyone that says this case has nothing to do with finding Haleigh, I would say “oh yeah, can you proove it?” Because until she is found “Everybody is a suspect” and “nobody is ruled out yet” this is as per the Law Enforcement mentioning that on TV several times in the course of finding Haleigh. They havea tough job, and I feel sorry for them and their families too.
Alot of people are torn up over not just Haleigh, but all of the dirt & filth that has been found and exposed….like stirring a septic tank the junk that was on the bottom has come to the surface and it really stinks. I think as a result of all thats been found though, is the 1st step in ending the crap those crooks have gotten away with all of these years.
All of the crap & stink being stirred up in this, reminds me of something. We had a friend that ran a septic cleaning bussiness. Before draining the tanks of junk, they have to stir the solids that have settled to the bottom of the tank and then vacume it all up into the truck. Whats left is a clean tank.
I think thats true in this case too. You guys are cleaning up America. I think the Law in alot of other counties are watching this unfold and perhaps they will get some power to take a stand and say no more to the bad guys.
Its clean up time in America. As the constitution says, “Power to the People”…this is still a great country, and Haleigh will be found. How to measure the greatness of a Nation, is how they take care of and protect the weak and the young. Its time to flex our muscles. Art your muscles are looking pretty good.
I hope Jane has you on again. Its a boost to all of us that are thirsty to hear about Haleigh. I’m hoping she will have you on even after Haleigh because we all value and trust you…you really do present, the truth and nothing but the bald truth. Thanks for all you and Cobra, and TJ Hart along with those behind the scenes are doing to find and bring Haleigh home. Whats going on with Cobra and how is he doing?

Also pertaing to everything I write on this stuff is…This is all in my honest opinion ofcourse. Whew, I had a lot to say. Especially after your site being down for a couple of days. Clarity on this time line issue and what is the purpose and objective of that statement.
From what I seen the Sheriff made that statement following Misty’s statement regarding her terminating an interview with an officer because he was yelling at her. My perception of the Sheriff making the statement of Misty’s time line issue was more an explanation as to why his officer acted as he did. A couple weeks later the Sheriff made the same statement again. To me a Sheriff is a leader and needs to be precise in his statements. If there is an issue with her time line then why tell the Public if the public can do nothing. Why before all facts are in why before court? Can that statement open a door way for defense? What I mean is if it is not Misty which I do believe and it turns out to be another can that persons defense say it is possibly Misty because even the Sheriff said publicly there is an issue with her time line? Can that open the door for another possibility, a shadow of doubt? This is not about who wants to be right and who wants who to be the bad guy, or who slept with who or who fits the stigma enough to be the bad guy enough to of done it. This is about catching who in fact did it whether the person is the stereotypical type or not. This is about Justice for Haleigh and safety for society from this predator. All this gong show stuff speculation and gossip is just turning people off and turning people away from wanting to hear about the case, which ultimately means hearing about Haleigh. With that a side once and for all clear up the time line issue. Saying there is an issue is like a meteorologist getting on the news and saying there is an issue with the weather & then signing off with no explanation to clarify the issue, tornado, where, when. Etc. What is the issue? Obviously to a certain point Misty’s time has been accounted for up to the Grandma coming over for sure. For those speculating grandma’s are lying..grow up. So is the time line 9pm to 3am they can verify the call was made from that address to 911 and Ronald. How far can one travel on foot and be back to the home for 3 am? What vehicles did she have access to, and if so how far could one travel in that time frame making it back to the trailer. Then ask the public for help describe the vehicles or any other possible means of transportation and area possibly covered, either wise leave it alone. Anyone who has gone through trauma knows time lines can be foggy, no one remembers precise second by second. Let’s keep in mind whether tomorrow or 10 years from now should Haleigh be found alive we can all expect whole lot of foggy time lines from her, it is just the way it is. Misty’s answer of the “ I don’t know” is problay one of the most honest and real ones. We have a responsibility to this person to up hold her rights, how about doing so and end the gong show.

Mr. Harris…Glad to see you on JVM! I’ve quickly become a fan of hers and rarely watch NG any longer. I just can’t see a real reason to continue to watch NG, if I hear “6 months of searching culminates..yadda yadda yadda” one more time..lol. It’s great to see that you are keeping Haleigh’s name and face out there. It’s even greater when an outstanding, well read, knowledgeable, well respected Journalist, such as yourself and a very insightful, well spoken, respected Anchor on HLN, JVM, can come together and place importance back into where importance needs to be placed. I personally appreciate you and JVM for keeping Haleigh’s story alive! Congratulations on the open invite from JVM and look forward to seeing you back on her show soon! I do hope that JVM will consider giving you more time, seems that no sooner then you’ve been introduced, she’s having to move on to another story. But in hopes that she is reading this, as she mentioned she had been on this last show..Please know that there are many, many people pulling for the safe return of this little angel and by making the public aware, you are indeed, keeping Haliegh alive, in the hearts and prayers of all who see her through your reporting.

Jane, Art, and Cobra are the only people that care about this little girl anymore. They are the only ones that care if this little girl is found or not. The police department and Family services have to be investigated at this point. You can just see the corruption. Crystal isn’t doing anything. Ron isn’t doing anything. You probably haven’t seen Misty cause she’s probably about 7 month’s pregnant now. That whole family is completely gross.

Just want you guys to know i have followed this precious girl’s case from day one. I wish she would be found soon, and the day she is found i will cry like a baby. Poor little Haleigh needs more people like Art and Cobra to care enough to get involved in her disappearance. And My God! What is it going to take for Laws to be more stricter on crimes commited on children!

There are so many items about this case that really bother mind and astound me. The only people interested in this case now seems to be people who have never even met Haleigh. Her immediate family doesn’t seem to be that moved or motivated anymore. They are even turning away persons who could assist them.
If this were my child or grandchild, I just don’t feel that I would be hidden away from the limelight.
I would be in the face of anyone who would listen to me. I would most certainly be harrassing the law enforcement daily for any information and the news media would become my best friend. I would search out so much exposure that people would be sickened of my face. NOTHING and NOBODY would be able to prevent me in my persuit of finding this child.
I understand in a few instances that various family members have turned down or turned away various types of assistance or aid from other outlets. Perhaps in a few of those the reasoning is sound, however were it my child, if the DEVIL himself were to offer assistance and could actually help in finding the child, well, you betcha, he would be taken up on the offer. Ronald Cummings refused and doesn’t want the Anthonys involved in the situation– well, fine I realize he wants no connection with their situation- although I must say that their “no action” seems to resemble Casey Anthony more and more each day. Anyway, with the Anthonys whether they have a personal agenda here or not; they seem to get more exposure on the news medias then anyone else. For God’s sake use the exposure, get my child’s face out there. Ride their coattails for the simple exposure.
If I recall correctly, a previous sex offender offered Crystal a desk for use at her Haleigh Bug office. It was turned down- again, perhaps perfect reasoning, but you know if I REALLY wanted to get something off the ground and even if they had been a sex offender IT IS A DESK- what, does it have “sex offender” cooties or something? Take the damn desk, put it to use, save the money you would spend on it for another purpose such as fliers, etc.
He wasn’t offering to assist in the finding or having any contact with the child or the family, he was offering furniture.
Really folks, I am not some type of moron-but I am a realist. If you cannot afford the equipment you need and someone undesirable offers it without any strings attached YOU TAKE IT. Is the family “picking and choosing” their assistance based on how they can financially benefit from the most?
Lessons in finding a missing child-
1. You DON’T marry the girlfriend
2. You take WHATEVER help is offered
3. You assist in WHATEVER manner you can to find the child.
4. You DON’T give the law enforcement the easy ride
5. You make your appearances so annoying and frequent that someone finally comes forward “just to shut you up”
6. You realize by keeping silent it makes you look guilty be association if nothing else.
7. You accept NO resolution except for finding your child..
YOU are the one that the child is depending on for protection. The first screw up was to allow a child to babysit, make amends by making the effort to find the child. Realize that to the lawyers you are simply another person- and most likely a selling point for their future clients.
It strikes me as odd that with all the recent children that have been missing such as Nevaeh in Michigan, Sandra Cantu in California, a little boy in Mississippi and the little Haylee on the run with her mother as well as little Caylee Anthony EACH OF THOSE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN LOCATED OR ARE BEING ACTIVELY PURSUED.
Except for Halleigh Cummings……
Why is that? Don’t those case prove that the child can be found with appropriate efforts being made?
Everyone had Misty pegged as a country bumpkin..I think she is smarter then was thought. It appears that whoever is responsible has really gotten away with it all as the powers that be simply aren’t doing all that can be done.

A couple more things that I forgot–
Way back in the beginning it was stated that items had been taken for DNA testing but that it would take several weeks for results to come back. It has been 4 months, has anyone heard anything on the results?
The other is that we are supposedly dealing with “Small towns America” here- I simiply cannot believe that it is that difficult to prove what or not Misty was home that night.
I live in the most backwards town in Small Town America and they managed to solve a triple murder…so what is the problem with this town? Most small towns know everything about everyone.

Do you have a thread for the missing girl, Haleigh, who with her Mother, Candace, has disappeared with the inmate she was recently seeing? They are supposedly in Colorado now..I hope more shows will focus on this case..I am still concerned for Haleigh Cummings, but the case has stalled…No one except you, Jane, Cobra and the bloggers here seem to care..Not a thing is coming from the families or LE.. I seriously doubt the Cummings case will ever be solved…It’s the same hash and rehash talk…I enjoy seeing you on “Issues”, and Mike Galano’s show now and then, and I hope you will continue to speak of other missing children, and recent cases involving children…Frankly, I am bored with the Cummings case, but that doesn’t mean I care less for little Haleigh, and her well being…I pray for her safety, but realistically, we know it doesn’t look good..BUT, miracles do happen! It would truly be a miracle if she were found alive…

You know a time line of one night and a time line of ten years is a whole lot of difference.If Misty can’t remember one night then she diffently has a problem.Since she was suppose to be at home and asleep so how much is there to remember.So why keep saying you don’t know.I beat if someone is suppose to drop of drugs she would of known if they were there at 10 or 10:15,give me a break.better yet give Haleigh a break.The LE press her for a reason they deal with people every day that lie,by the way this is THEIR job.Everyone shouts they want answers but some people I guess just want certain ones from certain people.I guess it would be better if we just drop the whole thing cause Misty said all she wants to and no one should be responsible for Haleigh….Wake up people Misty knows something…rather it is she was not home or she knows who has Haleigh or she knows what happened to her she knows something.If it was me and I was innocent I would talk to I couldn’t anymore that would be my main focus.But I guess getting married is hers and running around here and there playing little miss innocent.And if I couldn’t honestly remember then I would try maybe hypnoises,I would do anything for this child that I am suppose to love so much.I hope the person that has been the cause of her dissappearence has the worse life possible, I hope they are miserable every day of their lives.God Bless you Haleigh…..you know who is responsible and so does God and one way or another justice will be served.

Every day I click on search in Google and every day I am desperate to find information about the investigation.
And again nothing today, clues, rumours, hear say, and at this point I watch Misty’s first interview and listen to the 911 call made by Misty and Ron.
Than I wonder, because with so many inconsistencies, why they didnt arrest Misty at least for 48 hours?
I read stuff about Ron being involved in a dangerous drugs cartel and that he has gang related friends?
Sometimes I lay the stories about Caylee Anthony and Haleigh Cummings next to each other in my mind and than I really get confused.
Casey / Misty lying true their teeth and one gets arrested and the police files are like everywhere on the net and Misty gets married, walks around smoking with even more sleezy friends???
I mean its Florida, they law isnt devided their in Norht and South right?
Why wont LE at least shake Misty a bit down for a straight timeline and hold her for 48 hours.
Cant stand the look on her face, shifty eyes, soft voice as if she is afraid to say to much because she might slip up the truth.
Perhaps tomorrow?…..perhaps Haleigh is found, and I hope SO SO much that she is allright.

HI ART, Any news on HALEIGH ? Whats going on with COBRA ?
I just wanted to tell you all Happy Fathers Day, I will be thinking of you tomorrow. Wouldn’t that be the best Fathers Day of all for RONALD CUMMINGS if somehow his little girl came home safe and sound on that day, tomorrow. Well, one could hope…nothing is impossible. Ive watched the news for Haleigh info. but theres alot of other kids missing now, and no news of the latest on little Haleigh.
By the way, I’ve switched shows now and love watching Jane on Issues. She is amazing. I like her panel too.
I still watch Nancy Grace if she has on something of interest, but I cant look at Casey Anthony one more time. I also had really liked the Panel on Nancy Grace all of these years. They should get medals from her…because they keep their cool when she is deliberately quite rude. That always throws a monkey wrench in things, sidetracking my line of thought. Her Panel deserves more respect than she gives them.

IMHO the LE in the Caylee Anthony case NEEDED to try the case in the public eye in order to assure a conviction when a trial happens. The actual REAL evidence is minimal. It was their decision to release what they did. It has worked, Ask ANYONE who killed Caylee and the will answer HER MOTHER DID! Personally, I prefer a conviction to be done in a courtroom and am not in favor of what LE did in this case.
Each case is handled differently depending on the circumstances and LE involved.
For whatever reason the LE in Satsuma have decided to be extremely tight-lipped in Haleighs case. Guess we will only find out when Haleigh is found or someone is charged. Honestly, I do believe this is the proper way to conduct and INVESTIGATION and let the case be tried in court when the time is right. Frustrating for us, but fair for the charged person(s) and what is the right charges to bring on them.
