Cobra Takedown, Part 2, Revoking Bond of Accused Child Molester Lead to Arrest

In the sequel to the Cobra takedown video aired earlier on artharris.com, William Staubs , pro bono private eye and bounty hunter, revokes the bond of an accused predator in Satsuma, Florida, a circus teacher charged with aggravated sexual battery against a child under 12 and molesting her older sister.
Unicycle teacher Daniel Snodgrass, 54, who goes on trial for the capital sex charges June 22 in Palatka, tries to pull away from the nearly 300 pound (with gear) bounty hunter as Staubs, aka Cobra, trips him to make it easier to slap on the cuffs.
“Marty, call my lawyer, call the bondsman,” Snodgrass screams to his housemate as two Putnam County Deputies stand feet away.
Shirtless in blue jeans and sporting a gray Fu Manchu, Marty tries to order Cobra off the property as a tresspasser, then reverts to snapping digital stills of what the alleged perp claims was unauthorized and illegal, an incident that lead him to press criminal charges against Staubs.
Cobra surrendered on May 22 to the Putnam County Jail, then bonded out on charges of false imprisonment, a third degree felony.
Staubs denies the accusation, claiming as a licensed bondsman he had power of attorney, authority and permission to investigate the accused sexual predator’s bond conditions–after Snodgrass tried to stop by the Haleighbug Center to donate furniture and caused a stir.
One of his bond conditions bars any contact with girls under 18; the center has been a magnet for families with children of all ages offering to volunteer or buy t shirts and bracelets from mother Crystal Sheffield before she moved the operation to her home in Baker County.
As for Staubs, the insurance company backing the bond, denies it gave him permission to revoke the bond, and we hear Snodgrass screaming at Cobra that he’s been fired off the case, urging us to film what he says is illegal.
On the way to surrender Snodgrass to the jail, Cobra gets a call from general insurance agent C.E. Parish of Continental Heritage. He orders Cobra to release Snodgrass.
“You’re the boss,” says Cobra, who prepares to return the alleged predator home. Snodgrass is free on a $70,000 no collateral bond from Chuck’s Bail Bonds of Palatka, a firm started by a local cop who served several years in prison for child molestation.
“How are you doing?” asks Parish when Cobra hands Snodgrass the phone to talk with the “boss man.”
“Lousy,” says the local businessman who is accused of using the ruse of teaching unicycle lessons to underage girls as a pretext to allegedly groom them for twisted sex games that resulted in molestation and sexual assault charges.
Parish blamed poor “communication,” and tells Snodgrass’ that his bond papers were determined to be in order and that Cobra would take him home.
“Is that what you want?” asks Cobra.
“No, I want to go with you,” sneers Snodgrass, dripping sarcasm.

I thought that the complaint that Snodgrass filed that he alleges that Cobra “put his knee in his back to secure him”?
Well the takedown is recorded and we can all see that is indeed not the case.Cobra needs to put his knee in someones back to secure them…..I don’t think so.

When he goes to prison they ought to send his unicycle with him. The other inmates could watch him ride it, AFTER they remove the seat.

Watching Snodgrass I’m more convinced than ever that he and his cohort are in this up to their eyeballs.
His reaction is way off.
He appears to be consumed with Cobra and his exwife instead of enlisting support from the law enforcement officers there on the scene.

So why and how is it that Snodgrass would now anything about Cobra? It seems to me that Snodgrass had quite a bit of information about supposedly Cobra being fired from the case and according to Snodgrass Cobra no longer had a working relationship with the bonds company or is it the insurance company? So Snodgrass knew all of this prior to being confronted by Cobra? How that be? Then I heard Snodgrass repeatedly telling his friend Marty to call Chuck who as we all know is the SO who does business dealings for his wife’s bail bonds company and to call his lawyer.
WTF is going on here????

Thanks for the takedown film. It proves to me the amount of professionalism that Cobra used when dealing with Mr. Snodgrass. Where is precious little Haleigh? Also Art, what is the latest on Ron & Misty? Do either of them have a job and if not what do they spend their days doing. Also Grandmother Theresa N.,is she at work? I just don’t see how these people function under these conditions. Thanks for keeping this story alive and I so hope that Haleigh is alive too.

This arrest of Cobra begins to sound hinkier and hinkier. Snograss obviously knew Cobra was coming, screaming “You’re fired off this case!”. Fired by WHOM? WHO was feeding Snodgrass info on this?
Cobra had no contract that we know of on March 20th. On March 27 Johnny Sheffield signed a contract with him.
Meanwhile, on tape there’s a witness stating Snodgrass was at the Haleighbug Center. Jerimiah. That’s a clear violation of Snodgrass’s bond. So what the hell is really going on behind the scenes here?

Great story Art! Sounds like Snodgrass had his own agenda with Cobra. Yuck!!! How could anyone leave a child with this man is beyond me. It almost looks like he was expecting this. Marty on hand w/camera & Snodgrass yelling about Cobra hurting him…glad you got that all on tape Art, as we all can see Cobra did NOT. Of all the players I’ve read about, this one is the most cocky of them all. From recent personal experience….A RSO moved into my neighborhood & despite neighbor complaints, this man who WAS NOT supposed to be around kids recently married a woman he got pregnant who already has three young girls. He constantly harassed Neighbors & LE here & his thoughts & attitude were this: I made a “mistake” I did my time, now deal with it. He moved to a new neighborhood a couple of months ago, but while he was here, he continuously did things to call attention to himself & taunt LE. He is currently still on probation, all his actions were reported, but he is always just under the line when the police get here. He enjoys calling attention to himself & likes to put on a show. Could this be the case with Snodgrass too??? Just to clarify: My neighbor was a STNA in a nursing home here in town & he violated an elderly woman, not a child, but he still had the same limitations & did not comply with any of it. He LOVED the attention he got when neighbors would call the police, he thrived on it. I found it odd that he wanted a lawyer right away, although he says he did nothing wrong & Marty & the camera…has anyone checked if Snodgrass has any connections to Amber, Lisa or Nay Nay? Seems like he will do anything for money. Just can’t imagine parents dropping off their kids for unicycle lessons? Right…most parents struggle to pay for athletic fees for their kids in school. And where are the mother’s of all the kids the dad’s drop off? IMO Sodgrass is looking for someone to slip up & violate his rights so he can live comfortably on a lawsuit. He is up to no good. ART & COBRA, GREAT JOB REPORTING, & AND IN MY OPINION ON HOW YOU COBRA HANDLED THE SITUATION. I think sometimes people forget that all of this is done in the hope of finding little Haleigh safe. Cobra, you are moving heaven and earth to find her and I thank you for that. The more I find out about CHUCKS BAIL BOND the more I wonder “What in the world are these people thinking ?” Cobra I am sorry that Mr. Snodgrass filed charges on you. That in my opinion is rediculous. None of this would have happened if he would have come out to talk. Instead he basically spit in your face and flipped you off so to speak. I donot think you used un-necessary force at all. Its not like you had a gun in his face or anything. I think you Cobra were trying to do the right thing. I hope Parish stands behind you 100 %. Not all sex offenders take such drastic steps as what has been done in Haleigh’s abduction. Not all sex offenders abduct children. Snodgrass strikes me as different type of offender than the one who took Haleigh.
I’m feel confident the Police know what type of Monster they have with Snodgrass and his exact where abouts the night Haleigh went missing.
Other than a publicity stunt the point of this story and take down is?

sorry the phone wrang and my toddler grandson got in here and somehow pulled up a kids game and sent my other post….I was going to erase the part of what happened when I was 3…oh well….I’ll try to finish my post later on because now I have a housefull of little grandchildren. ART, I just want to say in my opinion there shouldn’t be “A controversy”..its Black and White. COBRA was well within the boundaries of the Law. It looks like alot of aqdults are forgetting about protecting little Kids. What about a Child’s right to be just that…a Child. COBRA took a bullet for Haleigh. He has a backbone and isnt afraid to use it to help her. You guys ARE HALEIGHS VOICE. You are her voice and countless other little kids. Perhaps this will send a warning to people to not mess with little kids. I thank you ART for presenting the truth. You guys are getting shot at more than when you were on assignment in Iraqq it seems. This is all in my opinion ofcourse, Mr.s Snodgrass looks very guilty by filing charges against COBRA. I hope everyone stands united for Cobra and you and the LE because theres a little golden haired angel that needs you and its the right thing to do. Cobra didnt seem to be in the best of health during all this, I heard the S.O. ask him why his hands were shaking, I believe he knew then that he had messed up or was in trouble, either way, how is this helping to find Haleigh? The LE has said Snodgrass is not a suspect, “although his butt should be behind bars right now and they wouldnt have had to waste time even checking him out” still I believe wholeheartly that Ron and Misty should have been the one in handcuffs, they know something IMO…..why would a father change his story to match up with the sorry crap tennager that was the last person to see his daughter and then Marry her…..it isnt rocket science and common sense tells anybody that has any that something is up with that, this stuff that is going on with all the name calling and bickering back and forth isnt solving anything, its not getting to the bottom of what happened to Haleigh, the only ones that can answer that are the ones that have went into hiding, and we never hear from them……LE should really fin something to charge Misty with, there has to be something, poor Haleigh……….she just needs to be found!!!

Are you able to comment on where Cobra stands now legally on the false imprisonment charge? The Insurance rep is heard on the phone saying there was a “miscommunication”. Since Snodgrass is violating parole being around children, but kept coming around Haleigh Bug, wouldn’t Cobra have the right to revoke his bond, whether or not there was some “miscommunication” with the insurance company? With all Cobra’s hard work on the case, he certainly does not deserve any of these ruts in the road to finding little Haleigh.

That Snodgrass accused him of throwing him down on the ground and hitting him and the video clearly shows that there was no hitting. The police were right there through the whole thing. Even shook Cobra’s hand like job well done. I believe there was nothing that Cobra did was out of line he was in his rights to revolk and when he was told to let him go he complied and released him. He doesn’t have anything on Cobra. The police seen it and if there was anything illegal, they would of put a stop to it right then. Gave directions so they were a part of this so if Cobra’s in trouble then those police officers right there should of been to. Framed by his ex? Huh! Caught dead to rights.

1. 4 months have passed and evidence has still NOT been analyzed?
What in the heck does that mean? Why is it taking LE so long to analyze evidence, sheeesh, call Kim P. she has all the answers!!!!!

I despise (accused) and proven child molestors! Thanks for the entertainment, sorry it didn’t stick. I don’t think the little tripping him hurt him. Thank you Cobra and Art for inadvertently reminding men they are supposed to naturally despise these monsters. Men are supposed to be protectors of women and children. He whined like a girl, he knew HIS rights. Society needs to quit protecting them and more credit for men of honor who take it upon themselves (or get paid) to honor beat them. Just an old fashioned fight. The judicial system sure doesn’t scare them. Prison and their protection there is not working as a deterrent either. “Katie’s Revenge” might have discouraged a couple. According to the company in charge of the Snodgrass gps monitor, the log it produced for police showed he was at home during the Haleigh gone missing times. “He was at the house,” said the owner, who spoke on condition his name not be used. “The monitor is a tattletale,” broadcasting pings to a satellite and plotting you on a map.
As for monitors and pre-trial release, the firm owner told me he’s observed judges using it more and more, to help with issues like jail overcrowding, and to allow the accused to participate in prepping for a defense. Other factors considered before granting bond: property ownership, ties to the community, flight risk and the risk of endangering locals by allowing the perp out.
While many monitors ping every 15 minutes, he says Snodgrass asked for 10 minute interludes, to “show his good faith and that he had nothing to hide.”
For now, he’s watching three GPS clients, who pay about $400 a month for the service. One DUI client was also banned from visiting bars, so in his case, the firm not only had to do more frequent pings, but check local bars nearby to make sure he was abiding by the condition. Another client on probation, however, decided to rip it off and take off to be with a boyfriend banned by her mother.
Now no one can find her, says the GPS monitor firm, but bounty hunters are looking. “And when they bring her back, she’s going to jail. You rip a monitor off, it’s a sure ticket back.”

Snodgrass was in touch with Chuck’s Bail Bonds, now run by Dale Ingram, Chuck’s wife, and Cobra says Snodgrass told him he’d been speaking with both of them about Cobra’s authority. Obviously someone got some bad info, or in the words of the Continental Heritage agent, “miscommunication.”

Good question. Snodgrass may have had time to call Chuck’s in between the time Cobra sounded his siren and police arriving to accompany Cobra onto the property. Remember, he stayed inside until deputies arrived, likely on the phone with Chuck’s.

Let’s not forget Snodgrass is innocent until proven guilty, and claims the alleged victims are lying and that he was framed by an ex-wife, who doesn’t appear to be part of this unicycle investigation at all–except as someone who told police other allegedly sordid tales, and reported that she helped him lure girls into his web. I met the woman, and she admits she’s a ward of the state and legally declared incompetent, so no witness value. But she has stories to tell, and they were chilling as the pet store manager stood by Cobra’s SUV with a monkey on her shoulder that kept jumping through the window onto his lap. That freaked out Cobra more than Jerome or any redneck pistolero..

OMG with all this new info coming out on who’s sleeping with who & what hasn’t been investigated yet sure makes one think that Art & Cobra are the only ones REALLY keeping up with tips & leads. Why isn’t this priority? Those leads are surely cold now, what reason did they have not to follow through & what does FBI say about this? Is it just stupidity or are LE covering something…maybe a mistake they made from day 1??? That could also explain no one being arrested & no one being cleared. Something is just not right with any of this. No wonder they can’t get a straight story; if they didn’t check everything out…how do they know what is still out there? Extra manpower should be out there 24/7 until Haleigh is found. Despite what LE says that it is NOT a stranger abduction…how is this confirmed when they haven’t analized everything & WHY NOT? This gets creepier by the minute, who can be trusted in all this? At this point, Art & Cobra are the only HONEST people involved IMO. It seems more than one force is keeping Cobra at a distance. Thanks Art fo posting about OUR MAN COBRA!! Hes the only one that cares for Haleigh except us our here. Lots of rumors going around about Kim P. Hope shes caught. Seems the people here are doing the LE’s job and the FBI should be helping on this case. Why are they not? Sadly: With all this time gone by, IF, Lil Haleigh was now found, “Not Alive” – Most likely, the Culprit, that done her in would go on with his or her life, with No Punishment, Because No One would Know who Done it! the evidence would most likely been destroyed, through time!
I just saw where, that little Michigan Girl was encased in fast drying cement, which is what I has Stated on another Blog about Haleigh! and I believe that Ron was capable of doing such a thing, and had time enough to do it! I think He flipped out because of Misty’s behaviour, and Haleigh got caught up into it, and he Hit her, Maybe by Accident, But Still hit her and didn’t want to go to Jail, or even Misty!! Maybe She through something at Ron and done her in, But than I don;t think Ron would have stood by Misty with that Action, Like she would him! With Ron he could always find some young thing to Hang with, But Misty was Desperately in Love with Ron, that she would do anything in the world for him, even Aiding and Abedding Him! And I think His Momma Knows and her Mother as well, and their Hiding the fact, that’s why Ron made that statement – If Haleigh isn’t with us anymore that , that was OK because He knows she’s with the Lord. This press release by LE is making a HUGE stir. Could it be that LE is on top of things & just shaking some trees of thier own? Whoever did this is most likely keeping tabs…maybe hoping that person will go back & lead LE right to Haleigh? I can’t think of another reason for the story.

Anybody else wonder why this video is edited to not show Cobra cuff Snodgrass? When Snodgrass is standing at the front of the truck and Cobra walks towards him he is not handcuffed. You can see his hands moving freely in front of him and you can see the cuffs in a holder at the back of Cobra’s waist. Then the next shot you see is Cobra leading Snodgrass away from the truck and he is handcuffed. Cobra did not have to throw him on the ground and knee him to get the cuffs on-they already were. By no means am I defending an “alleged” child molester but it seems to me Cobra used some force that was not necessary.
So Art, why is this edited and if I am seeing it wrong please explain.
Also, if you can, please keep us informed on how the Snodgrass trial goes, (still set for June 22, right?)not sure if local media w/cover it or not.

Art? This one must have slipped by you? Please take a look at Post #11 by “Blackdog” and re-evaluate whether this is appropriate? I, and I’m only guessing, other Ladies, who come here to read your latest, truly get blind-sided when we’re reading along, and suddenly get smacked in the face with this type of language. Cursing in general isn’t a wonderful thing, but and occasional slip is usually accepted, when those slips are of a generic form..but when language is used in a derogative way in which to refer to a female’s body parts, and it’s posted as every day acceptable language..well that..IMO, is inappropriate and uncalled for. I am sorry for being wordy, but, sometimes you have to just get it all out there.

I refuse to copy and paste this post, thereby having such rude, vulgar and quite honestly childish language perpetuated further..however, I would think that this type of language would be erased during moderation? Given that there are female readers as well as male readers, some of us with apparently more “Couth” then others?! “Blackdog” makes his feelings about Cobra quite clear, and that’s fine, everyone has a right to their opinions. However, there is a Right Way and a WRONG WAY to make your feelings known, and this was definitely the WRONG WAY! IMO Blackdog, you want to relay to other reader’s your disdain for Cobra, in that quest, you post using vulgarity to somehow “Strengthen” your opinion? To Add a totality to your statement? To make it “COMPLETELY KNOWN” that you don’t like someone. You then follow that post with yet another, although in your 2nd post, you omitted the language, you still show your inability to be Sociable in a public arena.
You say ““Cobra” reminds me (you) of someone who had a bad childhood, he wants to be an army man or a cop soooo bad with all of that gear.”
And then go on to put down the entire county of Putnam by saying:

I have an opinion, it’s not one you’ll be really happy with however, and that opinion is, either YOU had a “bad childhood” and are a very angry soul or you completely forgot what you were taught is appropriate and inappropriate responses and language, ignoring the fact that your words appear uttered by an under educated, non-socialized adult, acting out in a child-like manor. Rather than you making an informed, matured, opinion public, You’re opting instead, to use vulgarity and ill manors. It’s uncalled for, completely inappropriate and, IMO a very non-developed way of thinking. If you’ll type that language in a public area, I can only imagine what a thrill (embarrassment) you’d be to actually sit down and have a conversation with? I think I’d have to excuse myself and find the nearest exit. Please reconsider the way in which you make your opinions known in public. You can make your opinions clearly known, by just sticking to appropriate language..and I can almost promise you, they will be better excepted and actually respected.

I think everyone needs a lesson in Crime Lab Forensic’s.This is not t.v. it takes quite awhile to go thur everything and also you want to take your time so you don’t contaminate or destory evidence.And also who said the FBI isn’t working this case?I am positive that LE loses sleep,over this every night.Do you all think this town is heartless we all care about her she is not only Ron and Crystal’s she now has became our’s you can’t go anywhere here and not see her beautiful face or her precious name,she is missed by people who have never even met her.We also have to see members of her family parade around and act like they are celebrities,Ron has been known to walk in to places and ask people if they want his autograph,he goes to restaurants wanting to eat free or discounts.So for all of you who are angry think about us that have to live near them,and us that see people on here defend him,you all don’t see the things he does,but you all do have access to all the interviews that he has lied in,so go investigate that and then get back to defending him if you can go there and not find one single change in his story.If morales came in pill form maybe we could sale him a few.We here are so frustrated,we are all labeled by everyone by his actions and is that fare,NO.God Bless you Haleigh.

- Per a press release from LE, LE still has another 4,000 leads to look into. Moreover, 4 months after Haleigh vanished, forensic lab tests still have not been run on some of the evidence. Apparently, agencies above Satsuma LE dropped the ball.
- A psychic, “Diane” from Georgia, shed light on why Teresa Neves led Cobra into the woods to a old dilapidated trailer
with underground hog pens belonging to an ex-marine. “Diane” said she speaks to Teresa Neves daily. She told Teresa when she saw a photo of the trailer that the owner of that trailer was Haleigh’s abductor. She had a vision of Haleigh being inside a closet of the trailer with her hands and feet bound, as well as duct tape on her mouth. She had a subsequent vision of the trailer owner moving Haleigh, still alive, to a hole in the ground to conceal her before his property was searched. “Diane” does not care if this guy is an ex-marine — she is feels certain he is the one. “Diane” also said that the trailer in her vision had dark paneling and an old couch inside.
- A Palata County local called in to state that psychic Gale St. John also identified the same spooky trailer as belonging to Haleigh’s abductor.
- Cobra admitted that the ex-marine owner of the dilapidated trailer was “agressive” when he encountered him. Cobra would like to search his property again, but needs permission to do so. The ex-marine has stated that no one can search his property without a warrant.
- Cobra confirmed he heard the same rumor as a caller, that Crystal opened a bank account before arriving in Satsuma the a.m. Haleigh was reported missing. Cobra advised that this rumor has not been verified and seemed to doubt it’s accuracy.
- Cobra stated that he has not seen Misty around in weeks, so he could not verify whether she is indeed pregnant, as she told Nay Nay.
- Cobra alluded to hearing reports that Ron had been running around on Misty with another woman. That other woman is reportedly pregnant and due about the same time as Misty.
- Ron and his lawyer still have not yet met with LE even though LE requested they do so weeks ago.
- Per Cobra, Ron reportedly did not look Crystal’s father Marty in the eyes when he encountered him.
- The panel of speakers seemed frustrated with the lack of information about Ron’s activities from the time Haleigh arrived home from school up to the time he left for work.
- Cobra seemed to be lean towards a theory that Misty did not harm Haleigh herself, but it being set up as a “fall guy”.

When you met the ex-marine, did he mention having any kids?
His trailer looked too small to house a family, yet there was a swing set on the property.
2) Re: the reports that Ron argued with a Crescent City wood cutter before he went to work his shift at PDM -

There certainly were children at the Haleigh House ,when the perv made his appearance. This clearly should violate the terms of his bond release.Crystal always had her baby girl with her.She had Chads two kids there a lot .I am sure her little brother was there that day also.Lets see what happens in the defense of the safety of these little ones.That was the objective of Cobra to make sure they were safe.You cant say that was wrong.The justice system is wrong for letting anyone who is charged with a crime against a child to be free ,even for one minute .

Absolulutely, and that should be introduced at any trial or to argue for a dismissal. One issue is whether anyone filed a police report complaining, or reporting the Snodgrass visit; if so, a thorough investigation would have revealed the tko, but his “intent” would surely be argued by his advocate, that it was pure, and that he had no actual “contact,” however that is defined. Was he inside the building within feet of girls under 18, which is banned by the judge as a stupulation for release, or outside the building with kids inside? Lots of questions, and no official reporting appears to have detailed it at the time, unless someone wants to produce one and post it. If police did investigate and found no violation, then they coudn’t recommend to the state attorney that a violation of bond condition occured and bond should be yanked by the judge, not a bond company. tx

I’ll be more specific…………every time Putnam county is on the news there’s always minors in the background smoking cigarettes, teenage girls carrying their babies on their hip, white guys trying to be black, crackheads getting arrested and bonded out.
I should open up a bonding agency down there!
The police seems to not know what they’re doing, if they did lil’Missy would be in jail, homeboy Ronald would be in jail, Nay Nay would be in jail, White boy Greg would be in prison.
That place reminds me of the movie Deliverance.

This is a bitter Sweet.
From the perspective of seeing a child molestor tossed around there is no part of me that cares about what is done to this guy. Another view is the big picture we must have order and structure in society. We have a Justice system to ensure we are a civil and right society with in that system is the right that every human has “basic human rights” We cannot have or tolerate people going around removing people’s rights bounty hunter or not. We would not tolerate it from Police so why should it be tolerated from Cobra? This is not about Snodgrass this is about right & wrong it is about the bigger picture. Having the Police standing there doing nothing & now charging Cobra sends mixed messages. How could it be right then and wrong now? This will be quite a challenge to prosecute if a Jury is involved because likely someone is going to ask that same question. On the other hand the Police needed to draw the line and send the message they are in charge of this investigation and not Cobra. I do not feel bad for Snodgrass but we cannot have vigilante Justice or have people abuse their power. In order to advance and be a healthy, fair, and Just world we have to have a Justice system with Structure for everyone to follow that ensures the rights of every person. What Cobra did here was wrong it was an abuse of power and that cannot be tolerated.

Yesterday I watched JVM…. She said someone close to the family (WHO? WHO? WHO?) is taking matters into their own hands… Cobra claims someone close to Haleigh requested more cadavar dog search, just to make sure cops didn’t miss anything… Cobra’s additional searches are set for this week

It was reported that there will be cadaver dogs back in Satsuma sometime this week according to JVM last night. I am glad to hear this news. Jane stated that a close family member wants Cobra back and to keep searching for Haleigh. I believe Cee Cee # 52. She is also correct about forensics. I know that there are many people in Putnam County that want Justice for Haleigh and are outraged. I know because I have family that live in Putnam County and I am there quite often.
Lets all pray that Haleigh is found and the guilty pay!!

Saw that Jane had an update on little Haleigh last night. Was wondering why she didn’t have you on there or Cobra on there.I’m sure most of your Posters are watching her for News on Haleigh now.
Its so sad about that little 5 year old girl heaven spelled backwards Nevaeh being abducted, abused and murdered. I noticed that if you look at all of her pictures, she may be smiling with her mouth but her eyes held such immense sadness. The Mom was in jail for 2 years and the Grandparents were raising her till the Mom was released, so I don’t think the Mom bonded right with her daughter.
On TV they said she let her ride her bike at night while she was inside. She was abducted in the parking lot. The Mom’s boyfriend was a known Pedophile as was another friend of her’s. Thats how the Mom met him…they have the same Probation Officer. The Mom stuck Up for her boyfriend the other night on TV…said everybody deserves a 2nd chance, that what he was in jail for was in the past, and that he loved her little girl like a Father. What the heck ! Sickening…I feel so bad for the Grandparents…and where’s the Dad ?
It made me more anxious for little Haleigh. Hope she is safe. I haven’t given up HOPE FOR HALEIGH. How is COBRA doing ? You guys are all in my prayers. Stay safe. Take care…God Bless You all.

Art, I have never posted before I found your site. Actually saw you early on the investgation on Nancy Grace show. I’m new to posting so I hope your posters can cut me some slack.
I just posted on the Takedown part 1, but thought maybe I should post it here too because I’m not sure if you back-track…sorry it turned out so long-winded. Its just when I try to express whats in my heart I get carried away sometimes. But if there’s that chance that maybe, just maybe it will help in finding Haleigh safe and sound, its worth posting. I dont know if it made it on the News across country yet, but a little girl was abducted about 2 weeks ago from her apartment parking lot but now the Law has confirmed that the little girl was murdered and the culprit poured cement over her body next to a river….they also found a beer can with her body. The Mom was dating a man that had served time for pedopile stuff. ???
Now there’s another stranger abduction of a little girl. Art, I think theres alot of perverts out there that want to act on their urges…how do I say this…that somehow they get turned on by watching News about missing or murdered little kids. Something like a oopy-cat crime.
I think that the rest of the world is watching just what happens in Florida pertaining to little Haleigh. People like you, Cobra, TJ Hart & Simon ought to be hailed as the RESCUERS OF LITTLE HALEIGH that you are. Those Pervs that are watching need to know that the Law will prosecute them and their neighbors, friends & enemies will turn them in. That the BAD GUYS GO TO JAIL, NOT THE GOOD GUYS. Let them know that COBRA may be the one to hunt them down and that you ART along with TJ Hart and Simon are hunting down Haleigh from the standpoint of another ARM of the Law so to speak. To paint it into a “word picture” for ya, I see you guys as “The German Shepard”…my husband said that alot of people will run from the Police, even if they have guns but that they will usually stop in their tracks and freeze if they know a German Shepherd is going to chase them down.
Its night-time here now and thats when I worry about Haleigh the most. If I only knew she was safe with family I could sleep soundly again and not have such a heavy heart. Have to go now. What’s especially sad, beyond the grieving parents, Ron and Crystal and their families, are the little neices, nephews and cousins. Lisa Croslin told me several months back the sweetest story about how her oldest son, just a year younger than Haleigh, was her best friend, how she used to chase him around and around, trying to kiss him. Yuk, would be the normal reaction for a boy, and he put up with it, and they went on playing. I’m sure he’s confused, and broken-hearted, not knowing if he will see Haleigh again. How do you break the uncertainties of a missing child to another missing child without turning their world upside down and making them fearful they could be next?

lisa e–i don’t, but they did search the property, and as they’ve done to all the neighbors, gone back a time or two. Don’t know specifics about the ex Marine.

What I want to know is where is Billye? Isn’t that the house that she and her late husband [who met an untimely and frankly suspicious fate atop the Dunn's Creek Bridge in the middle of a cold January night]. It’s my understanding that Mr. Snodgrass moved in shortly after the husband’s death – in spite of the fact that he was convicted of molesting a member of the deceased man’s family when she was still a child.
Give my best regards to Mr. Cobra. I enjoyed meeting him at MeMa’s last month.

It seems like business is still getting hit hard. Is anybody seeing an upswing in their respective niches? Health reform seems like a mess. I generate long term care insurance leads and annuity leads for the insurance industry, but volume has been terrible in the last two months. I am afraid the worst is yet to come, but maybe it is just my attitude.
