RE: Criminal Cases against Bondsman 'Sam Jochananov'

I am a single father of small children, I am a School Teacher and a Mechanical Engineer and was out on a Misdemeanor bond for a false Misdemeanor case 3 years ago. The case was over long, long ago and I am expecting a settlement.

However, Sam Jochananov (bondsman) Criminally invited violent men on private property to attack me as I was coming home in my 3-piece Oscar de la Renta Suit. I suffered multiple injuries, trauma, & damaged property by Sam Jochananov and his Criminal cohorts. **ALSO – he brought illegally trespassing 'Camera Men' whom were repeatedly ordered away from the Water-Front property -to no avail** -which constitutes possible FELONY charges for video voyerism because they continued to trespass and take illegal video footage AFTER they acknowledged they had trespassed and refused to leave (!!!) They are WANTED CRIMINALS! – but Sam Jochananov apparently still won't cooperate with the Police 3 years later.

What does a good, honest single-Father do to put Sam Jochananov and his Criminal friends behind bars when you own police dept. botched the case years ago???

Do you live by Chad and Crystal??? Where do you get all this information??? I think you are saying things that Cobra did not say… He does not need that right now….
Please show us the proof that Chad is DRIVING DRUNK…
Where is the proof Crystal is drugged up…
Haleigh is missing…. Crystal is a mother… she has health problems….She is under a doctors care… She has admitted her past…I read the custody papers of Dec 05, she did not loose her children bc of drugs…read the papers… Beleive it or not – Ron got the children bc he had a job… the magistrater thanked Crystal for being honest…
Please don’t beat on her or any of the family unless you have written proof, video,or someone that was there… Rainy you said this is a fact.. Please help me….

What is going on with Judge Edward Hedstroms reversing Sndograsses bond??? He would have been tried by now, and we would not have to wonder why he was at the Haleighbug, or if he is going to hit on another child…
I feel Judge Hedstrom owes the public a reason….
I don’t think this GPS bracelet has kept our children 100% safe. I think of those two little girls and the hell they went through with his selfishness… It makes me SICK…. Where is that Judges head??? What if it was his OWN KIDS???
Cobra, I pray you get out of this mess, we are all with you… I would have gave him two good kicks (where it counted) One for each of the little girls he touched… Sorry I’m just beyond mad that we can’t throw the key away on them the first time around… It would make our children feel a little more secure….

Thanks JNGA I didn’t even notice the year or I lost track of what year it is lol..It just disgusts me that people like Snodgrass even exist. I know he hasn’t been found guilty yet but IMO people even charged with a crime like he is charged with should have no bail until their case is settled why even take the chance that they are guilty and let them back on the street around other innocent children!Then the idiots want to lock up someone like Cobra and let this scum loose, go figure!!

The year on it appears to be 2008. I do not see a expiration date on it. I read (May or may not be correct) that it can be set to expire after a specific task has been performed or when ever the parties involved want it to expire, and that it can last a lifetime if that’s what the parties agree to. My guess is that their should be more documents which have the expiration date on it.

Unless one has been a victim, one really doesn’t know the scars us victims carry throughout our whole lives. I’m 54 years old now, but I was 4-1/2 years old when my father molested me and even still today I’m haunted by what he did to me. We need more laws in place to insure these people who commit these kinds crimes don’t get back out on the street to do it again. They shouldn’t be let out period. What is really disturbing is all the sex offenders that have been let out of jail and now live amongst us. They are all over. As I stated in my earlier blog…the only peace of mind that a victim has is to know their preditor is put behind bars and not getting out. My heart goes out to anyone who has ever been a victim of any of these crimes. Thank you Cobra for trying to protect the innoscent ones, but you shouldn’t have had to pay a price for it and end up in jail yourself. Our laws need to be changed. Just bring Haleigh home safe and sound!
