ArtHarris, We Love you, for keeping haleigh name alive, great video. Art Harris, its another opinion, but is my brother opinion and he say he is right what happen to haleigh. my mother was talking about it to my brother about haleigh, my mother came back and she share it with me. she said, your brother say, qoute? mom do you no what really happen there do you really want me to tell you, art harris this is what my brother thinks what happen and he say mom do you really want to no welll yes the whole world wants answer… he said drugs area powerfull drug. you no? what happen there and i no i’am right mom, ronald sold his daughter to a drug dealer, thats what happen. when they made was a trade, than later he realize what he have done and new that his daughter have not come home. is when he had to think about something to get his daughter back home. now in his mind he just dont no if his daughter is alive or dead what happen to her. now he fears bigg time. Art, good job on JVM. Sorry I missed the show. However, you nor Cobra is going to get anything out of these backwoods, hillbillys. They are going to hang tight and protect each other, no matter what happened to sweet little Haleigh. If the LE knows something different, I wish they would tell the public, so the “public” could concentrate in other areas in stead of on these yahoos. Do you believe the Cummings story??? I would like you to answer this for all of us, Please. After meeting with the numerous players, Do you believe someone (unknown) came into that trailer and stole Haleigh, away from the family?

I am not suprised Janes show measured better than GB, she seems to be the little train that could. It’s a new and building momentuim everyday. I never miss her! Other hand I can’t stomache NG’s BOMBSHELL TONIGHT, TOT MOM….. anymore. She needs to report of HALEIGH, A CHILD THAT IS MISSING!!!!

There is a simple way to prove whether or not Jordan is Ronald’s son. DNA testing. On the other hand, if Ronald demands proof, and it turns out he did father Jordan, Ronald will be required to pay child support.
At least Misty has admitted to police that she spent a wild weekend with White Boy Greg. Ronald resists admitting anything that might tarnish the image he first portrayed to the world, as a good, solid, hard-working, non drug using father who rescued his children from their “unfit” mother.
It’s a huge stretch to believe that Ronald could be surrounded as he is by drug users, that he could have had relationships with three underage drug abusing girls, that he could have been arrested several times on drug charges, yet he does not himself use drugs.
Ronald might as well come clean.

You did a great job on JVM.Ron is trash he needs to be arrested so does Misty.Ron just wants Jorden because he wants the 500.00 a month.
He doesn’t need any more kids in his care or Misty’s.One has alrdady gotten kidnapped.Jr.needs to be taken away he needs to be with his mom.
Ron needs to leave Jorden where he is.The grandma knows how to take care of the baby and knows what he needs.Ron needs to get a life gosh hes such a lowlife dirtbag.

Art, I just heard that Nay Nay is going to go to rehab. Is that true? Also, I have heard she is waiting for a bed to go there. I hope if she is willing to go she will be able to go soon. If she waits too long she might change her mind. If she truly is trying to get clean then for her to have to come back to the same enviorment is going to be very difficult for her sobriety.

Hi Art,
Just wanted to respond to postings about the dream. The people that were going to contact Misty were the ones that Hailegh was with.
As for whether I saw Cobra in the dream or video, I saw him on TV. It wa a still picture. He was looking towards the woods. But I didnt see him on TV until a few days AFTER the dream.I’ll try to pinpoint it better. Hold on a sec. ————————————————————————–
OH DEAR GOD ALMIGHTY, Art, I just went to some of your other postings and videos to see if maybe you would have that picture too. So that I could refer to it for the people that are trying to help find Hailegh.
Well I clicked on the one where it says, “Mom leads Cobra into the Woods”….THATS THE GREEN CAMPER I saw in the dream and THATS THE EXACT area. Please have the Police go back and look, along with the CSI. COBRA I dont blame you for thinking it was a set-up after all of the junk & wierd twists going on with this case. BUT I’M TELLING YOU, You are on top of it. THIS will lead you to that baby girl. I hope the people that were there can be found. I dont know if the ones in the dream were just visiting there or not, but they were there. Look for hair, little rubber-bands for girls, something.
I hope to dream more about her tonight and ART & COBRA I pray for her and all of the people that are searching for her and those that love that little child.
Ron and Crystal are not perfect, but they arent a part of “loosing” this little girl. They have room for improvement and I’m hoping they will take some Parenting classes and some Lifeskill classes too. Theres not a person upon the face of the earth that can’t use some improvements in their life. Some are more obvious than others. The Good Lord put us all here on earth for a reason and He can make us brand new. The reason I’m mentioning this is because I’m hoping the Police will continue to focus on Hailegh. Ron & Crystal, and the Grandparents are all in a world of pain. People, you cant even imagine. There are no words for that kind of pain. They do love her and the other kids too. I think everyone involved should do that. There will be plenty of time later to throw mud around. Dont give up ART & COBRA.

April 24, 2009
Richard Campbell, a detective with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, resigned April 14, 2009, while the subject of an internal investigation for being untruthful. Campbell had been accused of lying under oath during a drug trafficking trial in a Putnam County Circuit Court on April 9, 2009.
The internal investigation began when Campbell was accused of violating a Sheriff’s Office general order that states in part; “any person who willfully departs from the truth either in giving testimony, in official reports, in connection with an official order received by him, or in official duties..is subject to disciplinary action.”
The investigation determined that during a drug trafficking trial, Campbell and another officer were outside of the courtroom after the other officer had testified. In violation of Judge Ed Hedstrom’s rule for witness sequestration, the two discussed the other officer’s testimony. When the court learned of the violation, Judge Hedstrom called each officer into the courtroom separately. The other officer admitted the violation, but Campbell lied to Judge Hedstrom and denied the conversation took place.
Immediately upon learning of the violation, Chief of Staff Rick Ryan suspended Campbell on April 9th, and the internal investigation was initiated. During the course of the investigation Campbell decided to resign. Richard Campbell had been a deputy with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office since July, 2003.
On April 15, 2009, the internal investigation was completed, and determined that Richard Campbell had indeed violated the Sheriff’s Office general order by “departing from the truth in giving testimony.” The findings of the investigation will be forwarded to the Florida Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission for review and possible revocation of Campbell’s law enforcement certification. Any decision regarding criminal prosecution will be made by the State Attorney’s Office.
Sheriff Jeff Hardy believes that an officer’s integrity is of extreme importance. He has taken a strong stance that any untruthfulness, in violation of the Sheriff’s Office general order, will not be tolerated.

I asked if Campbell had investigated a case involving RC– arrested him or had any official ties…I forgot to ask if same applied to MC, CS, WBG, Nay Nay, Amber B, et al. But Capt. Schauland assured me he has had nothing to do with anyone in the Haleigh case in the past.
“Does he know Ronald?” I asked about the departed officer.
“You’ll have to ask him,” said the Captain.
I wondered if there will be a review of cases he’s worked on or investigated to clear the air of any other appearance of impropriety. Some defense lawyers would have a field day with this, using it to stir the pot, try to get convicted clients a new trial…
Meanwhile, let’s commend the sheriff for taking swift disciplinary action.

I didn’t have a dream about the woods behind the mobile home, and Haleigh’s connection…ESP is telling me she is there…buried! I am drawn toward the opposite side of the woods, with no homes nearby…Look in the least suspected place for her to be found, and they will find her..still relatively close to the mobile home.. IMO

Thanks Art, Cobra, & JVM for keeping Haleigh’s case in the spotlight. I wish NG would do the same, rather than express the same Caylee Anthony case views, audio, & video clips, over and over again (we all agree with her views, but Caylee’s has been found and her case is solved) Ditto Sandra Cantu’s. Haleigh is just as deserving of the our attention and justice. ‘America’s Most Wanted’ and the Caylee Anthony case are both a testament to the fact that the media spotlight can bring in valuable leads.
A couple of thoughts:
JVM asserted that Ron Cummings could have had an epiphany and decided to reach out to his estranged son Jordan after Haleigh ‘went missing’. However, this theory rings hollow given that Ron did not reach out through his legal team, did not call or write Grandma Brooks ahead of his visit, did not appear at Grandma’s door himself, but sent a henchman to retrieve his son. How many fathers out there would choose use a henchman to retrieve their estranged toddler?
As for Satsuma LE’s focus, if Haleigh’s parents had passed the polygraphs and given consistant stories, LE would have come out publicly and stated that the family had been ruled out as suspects. I recall such LE statements being made in other cases.
I do not believe Crystal is a truly suspect. Her statements are consistant and her demeanor is that of a downtrodden and scared mom. If she and Chad had abducted Haleigh, you better believe she would not be wasting her time sitting in a purple building two hours away from home, especially given that she has a young baby to care for. Crystal is also a woman who put off her wedding after Haleigh disappeared, a clear sign of a parent who is cannot focus on anything other than finding her missing baby.
By process of elimination, that leaves Ron and Misty. Why?
- According to LE report: Misty and Ron each claim to have been the only adult to pick up Haleigh from the bus stop earlier that day. Then there’s Ron’s mom, Theresa Neves, who also claims to be the sole adult to pick up Haleigh from the bus stop earlier that day. Why would they all not just offer up the truthful version, verified by a neighbor — that Misty alone picked up Haleigh in the van?
- Misty, and Ron, separately, stated to the police and Nancy Grace that Misty was in bed with both kids sleeping. Then later they each separately told LE and NG that Haleigh was in her own separate bed while Misty and Jr. slept in the master bed.
- Why would Misty wait one half hour to call LE to say Haleigh was missing?
- Why would Misty claim that she woke at 3 am to get a drink of water and then switch it to she woke up to go to the bathroom?
- Why, according to the police report, was the washing machine running at 3:45 a.m. when Misty stated that she ran the washing machine at 10 am? Who starts doing laundry at 3:30 am when their young charge has gone missing and the child’s father is frantic and screaming at her that she’s a ‘stupid bitch’ and that she ‘let’ his ‘child get stole’.
- Misty, according to Ron, was looking after Haleigh and Jr. when Haleigh was ‘abducted’. Yet Ron proposed to and then hurriedly married Misty.
a) If Haleigh was truly abducted while in Misty’s care, why wouldn’t Ron still be very angry with her? How could Ron continue to entrust Jr. to Misty, given her inconsistant statements and the fact that Haleigh was ‘abducted’ while in her care?
Could any of us imagine entrusting our children to the care of a boyfriend/girlfriend, only to come home to discover one child was ‘abducted’ while in boy/girlfriend’s care. Your boy/girlfriend then tells inconsistant versions about the events surrounding the abduction. Would you feel like spending the rest of your life with this person? Would you feel like giving this individual even more responsiblity over your remaining child, making them a stepparent?
I hope that Satsuma LE has a theory by now and is just looking for corroboration. It pains me to think that they might still be casting an extra wide net because they are really still at ground zero on this case.

Hi Art,
I heard some very interesting information which you will probably want to look into.
1. Ron’s dad, Lester Cummings, was in a red truck (registered to Annett Sykes) with another person. While in the truck they approached a white female walking a dog and offered her $50 to tell them where WBG lives. They threatened to “light up the neighborhood” if she refused to tell them.
She supposedly took down the tag number and reported the incident to LE. The officers involved in filing the report were Walsh & Street. The report should be available to be picked up (in person) — so I am not available to get it but YOU should be able to get it and update your loyal readers.

Some of this is accurate, some is not…The woman walking her dog believes the driver was Cummings father from a mug shot I sent her–read my piece. But DID NOT hear anyone threaten to “light up the ‘hood,” sounds like a Cobra turn of phrase…
She DID NOT take down the tag…Who told you that? She told me she couldn’t see it. The report was pretty thin. It was not available when Kim P and Cobra called me Friday night to tip me to what they’d heard, and when I got the assistant Palatka chief, well, you can read the report he gave me. It came from WBG”s Mom, NOT from the white woman walking her dog…
I’ve edited out your last rumor until it can be checked out. maybe you can get a less reputable website to post it unchecked…oh, and if you’d like to pick up and fax me any documents, i’m all ears…I get what I can when I can.
Appreciate your not trying to hype the rumors into print here, though, and know that I won’t put stuff like that up until and if I can check it out.

My posts also remain in moderation a longggg time…I question why some others are posted after mine while mine is still in moderation…It eventually gets posted..I don’t think he is not wanting to post yours’ on purpose.. Patience seems to be the name of the game on this blog…I do appreciate all Art is doing in the search for Haleigh, when so many Journalists/Commentators have given up…I suppose the show producers find it more important to take up most of the time on their shows on children who have been found…Caylee Anthony case is being tried in the media..There will be no surprises when/if it goes to trial..I am beginning to think NG choses to stay on the Caylee case.She knows the case from top to bottom, so it gives her less time to prepare for her show, and more time to spend on her own things outside her job.. I hope JVM stops talking about the baby making machine, Nadya…I am hoping to see a show devoted to finding missing children only, but that’s probablly hoping for too much…I appreciate all you do, Art…Thanks!

I know you are being slammed with comments right about now. I am patiently waiting for my answers about the dog hits. But I have thought this in meantime.
If the police found drugs in the home they would have had something to arrest these two for so I am guessing by that statement the dogs that hit inside trailor are K9 units. Meaning drugs in walls, correct?
If the police would have gotten cadaver dogs to hit inside trailor and on dumpster then again I believe arrest could have been at that time because shows human remains at both location tying back into household, correct?
Based off if that case, they hit drugs but found nothing. Hit dumpster but no body. Let them go because nothing to hold them for but knew with hits, lies and past history this was way bigger than child just missing.
I honestly don’t believe in the dream theory myself. This is my problem with that scenerio. If Theresa say a snake and got spooked why wouldnt she have gone back with Cobra. Me, I would have told the man ‘get a gun to kill snake’ and go back in those woods to find my granddaughter. And of course I feel also she is buried somewhere near that trailor and I am in no way physic. That is just proven fact in these type of cases.
I also remember a video where interviewer called Misty Ron’s wife in front of gradma nervous and she quickly came back and said ‘just girlfriend’. Then with your interview she was lying her azz off saying Misty was best he ever had.
I know I have so many typos today but I am just buzzing over recent news. I can’t type fast enough.
I have kept my mind very open to all the players in this story. Sadly though, my head and heart are both starting to see what the other has been not trying to believe.

Thanks Art, for the answer I wanted. You know “Mary” what you just said is a wonderful idea. Maybe someone should forward the idea of a reality shoiw, based solely on missing children, to the CEOS of the different networks. What a thought,,,,,,,, and then all the precious children would have their data placed in the public domain, where it needs to be. Total exposure for all the little ones gone “missing”…….It would also be nice to have a program showing pics of the convicted pedos, telling the public where they live.. Currently, a person has to be connected to the www to find out the info on these creeps, and where they live. The laws would stay the same as you couldn’t do anything with this information,to these people ( and rightfully so, until they break the law again)but everyone would be made aware of how close these people are, to their own residence. In a time of every other TV show being a reality show, I bet it would be a hit. What do ya think?????

Mary, I think the lag is because while yours is showing in moderation, there are others also waiting in moderation. So when Art clears them, they appear in the order they were cleared. Yours will show in moderation to you (as others’ will show the same status on their own posts) until yours comes up in his que and he approves it. It just looks like yours is being skipped, but in reality, he just hasn’t gotten to yours yet. And since he moderates them himself, he gets to them when he can. Is that about right, Art??

Mary, I gave up watching NG a long time ago, due to the same “bombshell” night after night. I wonder how Nancy feels, when she reads all the info about Ronald Cummings, from the people that know him, not the blogging tripe, but the real stuff, when she babied him and his mother, and stood up for him, before he married his child bride. It kinda made her look like a fool, didn’t it????? She hasn’t said anymore about him has she. Now that Ronald has made himself look the fool, what angle would she pursue with this case now, anyway. JVM, and Art just keep up the good work.

This is so good to hear Art. I was beginning to think they were all asleep at the wheel. Sounds like PCSO may be cleaning house too.
I think this case will eventually open up a pandora’s box so large, it will shake this county to the core. There are too many players, too many drugs and mostly too many cover-ups. I won’t even mention the sex. It’s bizarre. All these youngs girls, all sleeping with the same men, partying together, doing drugs together, having precious babies that are challenged, handing them off to others to care for.
The parents of Misty driving around threatning people like they are punk teenagers. Teresa acting like another Cindy Anthony, protecting her son and not standing up for the truth about her granddaughter.
If the investigator’s know it was not a stranger abduction, then it sounds to me like they probably know who is/are
responsbile and are leaving enough rope for the obvious to happen, hang themselves. Without this poor childs body, this is most likely what they have to do to seal this case tight.

After extensive examination of court records and documents, here is my interpretation:
In 2008 Lisa Ann Brooks (Amber’s Mom)is on probation.
Sept 25, 2008: Musty files a complaint against Lisa Brooks for BATTERY.
October 6, 2008: the State’s Attorney decides there is enough evidence to charge Lisa Brooks with battery. By being charged with a new crime WHILE ON PROBATION, this violates her probation and gets her RE-ARRESTED on 2/3/09 (yes, it takes that long for them to file the paperwork to violate probation)
November 14, 2008: 4:52 PM Musty leaves comment on Amber’s myspace photo of her and Ron’s other baby Jordon

Up until recently, Amber Brooks was living with Rontard, pregnant with his baby Jordon, and taking care of Haleigh and Jr.
February 3, 2009: Lisa Brooks is REARRESTED for violating probation and brought to court where coincidentally, Kristina Nay Nay Prevatt (her daughter Amber’s friend) is in the same court being arraigned this same day for retail theft.
February 4 & 5, 2009: Haleigh tells DaddyRon whenever Nay Nay comes over, which does not make Rontard happy. Rontard doesn’t like Nay Nay because she has a black baby. Musty tells Rontard she’s preggers, and the happy father-to-be “rolls Musty in a ball and beats the crap outta her and claims it ain’t his and she’s a ni@@erlover” causing her to call Nay Nay asking her to come pick her up.
February 6,7,8,9, 2009: Musty shows Nay Nay a positive pregnancy test (which Nay Nay seems to think is her sister’s) Nay Nay and Musty go partying and druggin for 4 days with pimp WBGreg; they all have a chance encounter with Nay Nay’s friend Amber Brooks and Musty gets into a fight with Amber. Musty has sex with WBGreg cause she is overjoyed at the fact that she’s going to be a new Momma, and has always heard that a little alcohol, oxycodone, roxies, meth, crack and weed are good for an unborn baby.
February 10, 2009: Ron drags Musty back to the cave after stopping by the Shell Station for a 3 pack of “ribbed for her pleasure” condoms (he wears them inside out) as he knows where she’s been. Haleigh goes missing that night while Musty is asleep, “exhausted from the past long weekend”, but has time to do laundry at 3:30 am after finding the little girl STOLE and Jr says the black man with the squeaky shoes was bouncing on the couch.
March 2, 2009: Lisa Brooks is released from jail, the violation of probation dismissed as no case was ever brought against her (by Musty), and she is put back on probation.
March 22, 2009: Someone reports Lisa Brooks’ dog is barking for 2 hours straight and she is issued a citation (which, believe it or not, is now ANOTHER violation of her probation) Lisa has until April 21 to pay the citation. She did not pay it, so the citation was filed as a summons for court appearance on April 23. Her probation officer has probably already filed the paperwork to violate her again.
This entire town is obsessed with RETALLIATION and tit-for-tat ‘who can call the law on who faster’ foolishness. If you look at the injunctions filed amongst these people, they are CONSTANTLY charging someone with assault and battery and getting injunctions and then the other person retaliates with a trespass warrant and so on and so on. (The most common saying in this county, “I’ll just call the law on ya!”)
The answer to “where is Haleigh” is buried somewhere underneath the drug-induced lies of Kristina Nay Nay Prevatt, GreatGrandMa Mary, GrandMa Lisa Ann and Jordon’s Momma Amber Brooks, WhiteBoyGreg Page, and Mustytwat Croslin-Cummings.
These are nothing but a bunch of outta control druggie teenage girls vying for the affection and attention of a 25 year old petty drug dealing prick that goes around screwing all the teeniebopper babysitters in town. If he was a 25 year old teacher at a school, screwing the 16 and 17 year olds would not be tolerated.
If this was happening on any other street in any other neighborhood, Rontard ‘Manson’ Cummings would be stoned by the villagers as he was carted off to jail, properly labeled a pedophile and registered as a sexual predator.
In Shatsuma, he seems to be revered as the second Cummings.

Let me add notes to your fine wrap-up of much of what we’ve reported:
Let’s not forget Nay Nay and Misty including Lindsay the prostitute, to bring along as a piggy bank they could cash for more party supplies, pimping her to the South of the Border boys to fund the next bump, and huddling close to WBG for protection.
After Cobra bailed out Nay Nay and Amber last Monday, as I reported earlier, he deputized them to revisit the hot spots, to introduce him to anyone who might have information on Misty, or may have heard anything about Haleigh. He tells me they were very helpful, and credible; that what they told him checked out.
As for Lisa Brooks. She was not at her mother’s house during the BOLO: Lisa, Amber’s Mom, is one of four children born to Mary Brooks, grandmother, and great grandmother to the disabled baby.
The night Ron was spotted driving by the apartment, the ID was made by daughter named Renee, 25, Amber’s aunt. She was driving in as they were driving the other way, and Mary tells me she got a good look, right in Ron’s face, as their cars passed.
As for Amber’s Mom, she’s moving to Virginia, says Mary, getting out of Dodge City where drugs are easy and, as Cobra reports, the living is sleazy.

You “ART”are making repeated claims of statements made directly to you by investigators. Please elaborate as to what that means, do they suspect someone who is a friend? What is their perception of a sranger? Is a neighbour a stranger or no? Maybe not to Haleigh. Your wording is vague and leading. I am hearing all over the news of suggestions of Investigators speaking with sources and making claims, I am completely floored by that, I mean utterly floored and if anything snufs out confidence; it is that. A predator of this nature would carry this out with or with out drugs, drugs is not the motivating factor more likely sexual violence is the motivator. I would not suggest because a child is where drugs are that the drugs are the reason the child went missing. It is important to educate and bring awareness of the true nature of a predator so people can properly pertect theirselves. People who use drugs can be victims of crime too. This weekend is what it is an unhealthy party but not relevant to the abduction of Haleigh. Can we please focus on Haleigh missing. Again I ask about the washer going, you repeatedly have ignored numerous requests for this information, why? Lastly does any one recall the Phyics name that worked on the DC Sniper case? She was profiled on Cold Case she named the date, time, gave exact description of place and of the men in physical appearance and their relationship with each other, the dynamics. She did this before Police prior to the shooting taking place, do you recall this persons name?

Please publish the link to the police report about the washing machine being running at 3:45 a.m. I have looked ans searched and hunted for it. I can’t find one police report that says that the washing machine was running at that hour of the morning.
I agree that this was no stranger abduction, this had to be someone that the child knew. I don’t think that they will find her alive and I think this is going to turn out to be a he said, she said thing.

How can any of these people be believed about anything? I can’t believe people like this even exist. My take is that Haleigh is deceased–whether it was accidental or abuse, or perhaps she ingested some drugs that were lying around and overdosed. Who knows? But it so inplausible that someone came in and took her, especially since all the doors were locked on the inside. They say Ronald was at work. Where was he between the time he picked Haleigh up and left for work? And why would he marry his girlfriend, especially since he knew she was fooling around on him just the weekend before? Perhaps because of the wife/husband privilage in court, only they weren’t aware that the privilage does not apply to events that took place before the marriage. And I wonder why anyone would listen to/believe the two girls–Nay Nay? and Amber. Also, I was incredulous when Mysti said the kids call her “stepmom”. What child calls a stepmother “stepmom”?! The whole thing is absurd. I hope the little boy is removed from that environment to a safe place.

There are always “bad apples” out there. Several officers have been fired during recent cases for lying.
The police are the ones that arrest people like Ronald, it is the courts and prosecutors that determine the fate. Is it because of the cost to prosecute? So many times, I see people get arrested time after time and put back out on the street. Unfortunately, too many times, it ends up being murder and we here “he shouldn’t have been out on the street”. If Melissa Huckaby would have been investigated in January for the abduction of the 7 year old, Sandra might still be alive. Isn’t the judicial system learning from all these repeat instances?
Someone that is violent usually ends up progressing along that path. I am not saying it will happen, but could. Alot of the actions are just stupid and on impulse like going to try and get Jordan, threatening comments he makes, etc.
Whether Misty and Ronald are directly involved in the disappearance of Haleigh, their past and present problems could be an indirect cause. Ronald’s comments in the beginning make ppl tend to believe he made someone mad. If Misty wasn’t home, then it is irresponsible to leave 2 small children home alone. Eventually, the truth will all come out. It is not mean of people to look at someone’s past actions and immediately start pointing the finger. It may or may not have anything to do with the present circumstances but statistics say otherwise.
Children are innocent victims. They depend upon adults to keep them safe. I am sure a lot of children see and hear more of the adult life than they should be subjected to at an early age. Unfortunately, you do not have to have a license to be come a parent and children cannot chose.
I hope this case has a good outcome and maybe Ronald, Misty, and Crystal have all learned valuable lessons.

I agree with those posts that all Ron wants is money from the government for all these poor children, he knocks all the young girls up, after the birth (the women or girlfriends take care of them (he doesn’t), takes the kids and then expects the poor woman to pay him for child support (example: Crystal was right… he rushed to take the kids, and wants her to pay him, he has a job and she doesn’t and he knows that) you can see that when he returned the baby with all his clothes, it was too much for him to handle. He can’t even take care of himself, nor Misty, a definate MAMA”s BOY GEEEEE lol
I too am sick of NG about Caylee, if they don’t respond ASAP to all of this (don’t want to say either way… alive or dead), if alive hurry up and listen to all leads no matter how stupid they sound DO IT!!, if dead then everyone can all be a piece and go on with their lives, Crystal with Junior etc…

I had a dream once (this is true), about my past job and what they did, it happened and now look at me, no income grrrrrrr. So vivid dreams like that is possible to prepare the person to what’s coming. It might happen 1 month up to a year or more. History past shows that… look at Notradomus and many like him. Yup inside job is right Art!!
Who knows Perry… she may be getting pieces of things in her dream and they might be mixing up in parts, I found anything is possible. Who really knows what the business man and daughter were wearing and perhaps doing there. Maybe they wanted to use the outhouse or have a quick snack before leaving. I found anything is possible!! Let’s all remember Haleigh’s missing (alive or not) we want her home safe and sound so all of us won’t get sick of hearing about her and Caylee (which of course is an example). I want to apologize for being so hard on NG…She is great at what she does..It just irks me that she won’t get off the Anthony case….at least periodically, to report on missing children…She used to be the champion of missing children, and I enjoyed her then…I am really a nice person, but I am beginning to sound cruel, and mean…No excuse, but I think we are all getting restless, and irritable, that Haleigh hasn’t been found..I know I am…Soooooo, I am going to the Lake today for some R&R…away from the computer, and T.V…

I think that that someone with knowledge of what happened helped in the search. Owns a search dog and whatnot. Ok, I dont want to put this out there, because honestly, I feel stupid. I did have a vivid dream last night so will tell it. But before I do that, I will tell you that only 2 of my dreams ever came true. One of them that came true was when I dreamed my son rolled his four wheeler over the hill and was stranded all night. It was true, but it was the wrong son I dreamed about, so not sure why. I do wake up, look at the phone before it rings when one of my kids are in trouble or hurt (adult kids). The second dream my mom appeared (deceased) and said “Something bad is going to happen to (my daughter’s name) but she will be ok”. Well about one week later, my grandson passed. My daughter held onto that dream as I had told her about it the next morning. She kept saying “grandma said I will be okay”. Anyway, for what it is worth, here goes.
I dreamed there were 2 men with black bags over their heads. They had Haleigh. But there were several others involved. They were deep deep into drugs and had taken Haleigh for a drug debt Ron owed. With Ron’s permission. He had a choice, die or give them Haleigh. He chose the latter.
They contacted the police and told them they were going to return her, but they didnt want caught. So they took the child to a parking lot and gave her to an elderly woman, and told the woman to drive 2 miles down the road and then call the police. They told her that they would be watching her so she must follow instructions. The lady did just that, and the police were not suprised as they had already had contact with the men.
Jr was removed and put in Chrystal’s care, but she had to have a drug test once a month and no way could she put JR on the news or talk to reporters. The police did not tell the public anything until they arrested Ronald and Misty, and then Haleigh was returned to her mom in good physical shape.
There you have it. I hope it is true. Then Haleigh would still be alive.

I know A LOT of people DON’T like or believe in Psychics…BUT what else do we have?? I believe that maybe a psychic can help. WHO CARES if the public don’t agree. There is a beautiful little girl out there that needs to be FOUND. I can tell you this much, if that was my baby you better believe that I would exhaust EVERY and ANYONE that wanted to help. What would it hurt to go search that trailer again?? Is poor little Haleigh NOT WORTH the search??? SOMEONE needs to pull their head out of their A$$ and get on the ball! I know that there are SO many of us that would just love, love, love for Art to post everything he knows. But, if he were to give us too much, then any ‘un-named sources’ he may have in the police dept could clam up on him.
Personally I, too, want to know everything, but I guess I’ll have to be patient. LOL
Although I must say, my patience with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is running out.

I report what I get from the horse’s mouth. I will not report what I have agreed not to but felt it important to pass on that investigators believe whoever took Haleigh or may have had a role in her kidnapping was someone known to the family, or will turn out to be someone the family knows. That is the working theory…I’m not getting into drugs and motives or anything you raise unless I get it from people on or close to the case with access to what investigators are looking at.
Sources tell me all the registered sex offenders have been checked and those with ankle monitors tracked by satellite, with gps locations mapped, were not at or near the Cummings trailer, for example. If the predator were not known to the family and turned out to be the snatcher, that would shock investigators…That would be a stranger abduction. So unlike, say the Atlanta Child Murders, almost 30 years ago when a serial killer was on the loose, the city was riddled with fear, and parents were keeping children close, the Haleigh snatcher is not believed to be a predator or serial killer looking for other children. That doesn’t mean watch your children any less, just that the level of fear should be lowered. Hope that helps, J.

I don’t think it’s an abduction either…What has stuck in my mind is when Ron told Geraldo “I spank my children like the CPS tells me”…CPS would have no reason whatsoever to tell him that, unless it had been brought to their attention in the past that he was hitting his children..I find it hard to believe CPS would tell a parent that…but I think it was told to Ron…I don’t think hitting is appropriate at any time on anyone. I think Haleigh was hit too hard that day, and died…I wish I lived closer. I would, if allowed, walk all over those grounds, around the trailer, looking for loose dirt, disturbed plant life..I know LE, and searchers have looked, but the one spot could have been overlooked..This has been my theory all along..Drug deal gone bad, and other theories don’t stand out to me..

Art-Lisa Brooks is on probation and cannot leave the State of Florida for at least three more years plus she has a current petty theft charge pending and a dog barking ticket she hasn’t paid, which will put her back in the slammer, as she is not supposed to get in any kind of trouble while on probation. Misty’s battery charge sent her back to the slammer and I have no doubt that Lisa and Amber sought revenge in some way. You should really spend a day and studying these people’s court records. Lisa has quite a few assault charges on her records, on different people, men and woman, including Misty Croslin Cummings. (Along with drugs and grand theft and petty theft)

Since this case is considered NOT to be a stranger abduction, what would be the possible motive for Haleigh being taken away. So has any body got any ideas?
Does that mean that she is more likely alive because a dead little girl can’t be used for money or traded for drugs. Was someone so concerned about her well
being that he or she took her away to protect her? What do you think?

Lynn, I’ll be “anybody”, lol; The part about the washer running comes from a Cobra quote in Art’s interview with WBG, I think. Here’s the quote:
She said she put blankets in the washing machine at 8 p.m. so why did police note the washing machine was running hours later? Endquote.
So, we’ve only seen 1 report from 1 officer on scene that night. I can’t put words in Cobra’s mouth so I’m only speculating. Perhps it’s contained in another officer’s report. Perhaps it wasn’t actually still running but someone on scene felt it had been running recently, load still very wet or front of washer still warm, who knows?
Perhaps it’s a piece of info that got garbled down the LE pipline and passed to Cobra. Sometimes he comments here, maybe he’ll tell us??

At odds with what Cummings said on TV is Art’s interview of 3 parents at the bus stop who said it was Croslyn who picked the kids up that day in the blue van. He passed that to LE along with the fact that Cummings drove Haleigh past the bus stop that morning hell-bent-for-leather, scaring the heck outta the others who were waiting.
Art, know you can’t speculate or comment further, appreciate the comments you are able to make.
Seems to me if we knew ‘why’ then we’d know ‘who’. Those of commenting here don’t know anything about what happened at the other ‘party’, where Croslyn and Brooks were spatting.
Not pointing a finger at Brooks, just thinking of who else might’ve been there…stuff that got around, other ‘feuds’ we haven’t even heard about going on…
Don’t know whether Cummings worked Saturday night, if A. Sycks had the kids, maybe he was out tearing the town apart looking for Croslyn, maing threats, some drug-fueled sicko deciding to …(that’s such a stretch though.)
Meh. pointless to speculate with so little info. If Cummings wasn’t involved the clan’s behaviour is utterly baffling to me. He must have known something ‘cuz even if all, every.single.bit. of discussion we’d had about him is wrong, he still didn’t answer his cell phone during that 1st TV interview. When the camera pans down and goes in for a close up on his hand holding a ringing phone, then the phone beeps signaling a message…jeez.
By then Haleigh was missing for hours, but even sleep deprived, even stoned! why wouldn’t you have your ear to that phone in a millesecond. Why wouldn’t you be huddled with LE from day 1 till now?
Needs a better brain than mine.

D, Thank you also for sharing your dreams with us. I hope what you have to say will be looked at seriously by LE. To all of the skeptics all I can say is this…if it were my child who went missing, my life would be an open book and there would not be anything I would not do to get my child back.

This is all so sad, but IMO, i don’t believe we will ever know the whole truth. I personaly don’t think this little girl is still with us on this earth. I think she met with a very tragic end. Although i believe the truth of her demise will be unveiled, and someone will be held responsible, i think only a few select people will ever know the real truth of the matter. LE pulled off the searches very early on, and i think if they thought there was a chance of finding haleigh deceased or alive they would have continued the searches, i also believe NG would have covered this story more, but was asked not to. LE stated they found items of interest along the Hwy. but would not disclose what it was. Perhaps just a small piece of fabric that matched the clothing Haliegh was wearing, or part of the bedding. Without a body there will be no forensic evidence of the crime that was commited to this baby, the horrific things that were done to her to cause her death or the horrible way she was disposed of. I don’t live in florida, but isn’t the Hwy that runs between Satsuma and Palataka known as Alligator Alley? And at the risk of sounding morbid, wouldn’t that be the way to dispose of a body so that it would never be found. I don’t think her little body is buried somewhere or hidden deep in the woods, where she will someday be found. IMO, Teresa Neves and Chrystal have shed tears of grief over the death of someone they love. There was true pain of loss in both their eyes, not of hope. A terrible crime has been commited to this child, and though i believe Misty knows what that was, i do not think she commited it. As we have learned in the Sandra Cantu case, it is very seldom that women commit such crimes against children and even less than that, that they commit these crimes against children that are not their own, so what are the odds. I also believe that Teresa knows the truth, as it is my opinion that a mothers intuition far exceeds any scientific evidence. So to Teresa, if you are reading this, and you believe in God, you know this will always be on your concience. And if you don’t believe in God, you know there will always be someone close to your heart who knows that you have the truth in you. And though he is only a babe now, he will always question the fate of his sissy. So there will never be a day that you do not relive the tragedy of what happened to your grand daughter, and in your heart you will never be able to lay her to rest.

I did not personally view the police reports, but gleaned this information from other posters on this website. I recall Art replying to a poster that he had seen the same LE that Ron, Teresa, & Misty had separately advised LE that they were each the ones to pick up Haleigh at the bus stop. This police report was not made public. (Art, please correct me if my memory is incorrect).
Art, I heard on the news that the cadaver dog only hit on the dumpster. A poster above states that the cadaver dog also hit on the Cummings trailer. Have you heae about the latter?

I don’t understand why some these lies were told. It seems they might have suspicious behavior on another person. For instance, Teresa says she picked up Haleigh. Did she say this not knowing for sure if Ron did? Therefore, she is covering his azz to not make him look like the bad parent.
Dream Weaver and Psychic, I do not believe Haleigh is in those woods. I beleive Someone that Knows Ronald took this little girl. I believe Ronlad knows who this person is and I beleieve he knows she is dead. Haleigh was not sold. If Ronald were to sell one of his children, he would have sold Jr. before Haleigh. I also beleive Ronald was given a warning something like this would happen weeks before it happened. The van plays a big part in this abduction, as does the covers. I am thinking there were two people that took Haleigh. It is possible that there was a woman to help take care and calm Haleigh.
I don’t beleive Haleigh was ever put to bed the night she was taken. The door was propped open, but not broken into. Whoever come into this house was let in by Misty. The reason the back door was used is because the less chance anyone would be a witness to anything suspicious. I also disagree that Ronald taking parent classes will help him learn how to be a father. He would not go to them willingly and if he was ordered by a judge, he would make excuses to where he could not make it and if he did go to some of them, he would make rude comments about them.
Most part of being a parent is common sense. You don’t do drugs! If a parent feels the need to, then they should not be in the presence of their child. Above all, don’t deal! Dealing is like prostitution. You hide money from your pimp, he is going to beat the hell out of you or kill you. Same applies to drugs. You cheat me, you will pay. People like this do not have a conscious. They love only a few thing. Money and drugs.
Dream Weaver and psychic, I am bringing this to your attention because you have to ask yourself if what you are seeing makes sense. I am not disbelieving you get dreams or whatever else it is that you get, but I will be the first to tell you, you are not always right. I don’t call myself a psychic, but I do get visions andI don’t rely on them as being thee truth. I don’t discount them, but I do try to put them into perspective. I do not feel someone came to get Haleigh and take her into these woods to bury her.
Psychic, first, I believe the police checked out these areas and they had cadaver dogs with them. These cadaver dogs are not going to over look the smell of deomposition. Lastly, you think you are right on the money because you claim to be psychic. If you trust in this and there is no doubt in your mind then go there yourself. This will ease your mind. If the police searched every where a psychic claimed they know something, they would be chasing a lot of possibles no helps and avoiding what they suspect. Let whatever you get come naturally. Don’t search for it because this only confuses you of the truth.

And I have heard he is running all over town wanting free stuff, like what? I am curious bc I FIRMLY believe the behavior of these people before and after Haleigh disappeared is KEY to finding out what happened to her. LE doesn’t think this is a stranger abduction. I do not think it was an abduction at all!!

#49 Stacy, you are right on. Theres a famous so called Psychic in the Holy Bible called called Joseph that was an interpreter of dreams. He also had prophetic dreams himself. Remember he was one of Jacob’s 12 sons. Joseph and ther coat of may colors that his Dad made for him. Its in the Old Testament if anyone cares to check it out. He interpreted The Pharoe’s dream of 7 years of plenty then 7 years of famon and ended up saving not only that kingdom but his own family and the 11 other brothers tribes. Just putting it out there. I know God loves Hailegh more than anybody. He is the one that made her so special and He knows all and see’s all. Even whats done in secret and it will come to light sooner than later. You guys are dong an amazing job. I just wanted to shed more light on the dream. 1st of all, I’m putting this out there anonomysly because I’m scared. It was a creepy dream and I dont want anybody showing up on my doorstep. You hear in the news alot about people showing up on someones doorstep that tracked them through the internet. I
In answer to some questions…I’m not a psycic, as some would call it. I don’t care if some of you think I’m a ding-a-ling. I only care about find Hailegh. If she were my baby girl I would follow all leads and move heaven and earth to find her. I also am putting it out there because I believe we, the public can help find her. Alot of people have pieces to the puzzle in insight racking their brains following the story…we dont need a dream to do that. I’m only responding to those “accusations” because i don’t want anybody to write anyone’s input off, because we all need each other to find this little girl.
Dreams are not like watching TV. Sometimes it takes a few days to figure them out. I now realize it wasnt a “rest stop” or “camping ground”…but I did know it was in the woods. I just thought it was because I noticed them eating. I said pic-nick, because they were eating outside…I didnt mean pic-nick in the sense you and I would have one.
I mentioned what the other people were wearing, the man and woman hoping they would see it or someone they know would see it on Art”s site). I figured something that important the girl would not keep to herself. I could tell she was troubled, more than she was scared.
Also, the people were hiking through the woods and going to hike further when they came upon the 2 adults with little Hailegh. The man and girl were not seen at 1st. So the man took out his water or drink, (just in case they saw them standing by the trees) and he and the girl watched for a few minutes. When the man closest to the girl, the one with the dark hair and brown eyes, saw them, the Hiker-Man turned to the girl and said lets go and they came back the direction they went. The man with Hailegh gave him a “territorial look” like he better move along and not pass through. Well when they got to the “main road”…where their vehicle was parked, the girl talked him into going back…he begrudginly turned around, But by the time they got there they were gone. I don’t know how much time it took to get there or how far the walk was…jsut they were gone and the man and lady didnt stay around to find out when they were coming back…they were very scared and headed back immediately.
What was weird in the dream, is that I had a sense of each person. I could feel their emotions. I mentioned the hiker-man’s “professor kind of guy, or lawyer kind of guy” because again, I was trying to get someone to get the courage to speak up. After reading Nay-Nay’s interview, and reading some of the postings, I can definitely see why alot of people are scared in that county. I’m sure the national attention will put pressure on the Judge to clean things up, and the community in general. I hope these people see the slippery road they are on in this life. Alot of them are so young that I dont thik they realized things were as bad as they really are.
COBRA thank you. You are a true warrior and a real live American Super Hero. I know I’m having trouble sleeping and just functioning throughout the day because I’m consumed with worrying about this little girl but you are 10 times worse. YOUR SON must be proud of you. Tell HIM he won’t regret all the time you spend on this. Someday it will all make sense to him. I know he is just worried about his Dad. I FOR ONE, WILL NEVER FORGET YOU COBRA, AS LONG AS I LIVE, NEITHER YOU OR ART, NOR LITTLE HAILEGH. GOD BLESS YOU ART, COBRA & HAILEGH. Unfortunately, it has come across my scanner that a 22 year old with a past history of seizures, calling from the HaleighBug Center was having a seizure at the time of the initial call for EMS, however the woman has ceased seizing, was conscious and alert with a bloody nose. Immediately following the call out for EMS, the HaleighBug center called again, requesting LEO… I’m waiting now as I type this at 1am, listening to my scanner…to possibly learn more as to why LEO was requested…

That might have been a trasncription error for that particular day but I heard it and so did several others that I know. It came out of Teresa’s mouth on tape. When I come across it again, I will post it. Ronald worked 3pm to 3am so I don’t know how it could have been him, even though he stated otherwise. I don’t see the significance of the lies, especially if great grandma claims to have seen Haleigh later that night.
MysteryDreamer, that is a pretty strong statement. Read Art’s latest story and you will see that Ron’s alibi is good. That doesn’t mean however, that everything didn’t take place at a different time.

Lisa: I quoted police sources on the carpool info, not an official report, and the parents at the busstop I interviewed who told the same thing to investigators. Have Ronald and Momma come back to refute the eye witnesses who say they’re lying that Misty was seen picking up Haleigh, not RC or TN, since I reported it? I don’t think so.

right on briana, and if chad loved haleigh so much and is a doting “stepdad” how come there are NO pictures of Haleigh or Jr on his MS page? you’re right about him. this part about his ex-wife just adds fuel to the need to look closely at him, his ex-wife and their circle.

Lisa says “Ron did not reach out through his legal team, did not call or write Grandma Brooks ahead of his visit, did not appear at Grandma’s door himself, but sent a henchman to retrieve his son. How many fathers out there would choose use a henchman to retrieve their estranged toddler?”
That was confirmed untrue lisa…about a week ago.
Spitefulbeotch, appreciate the info on those involved in your post #40, but it would have carried more weight if you hadn’t chosen words like “Mustytwat Croslin-Cumming,” and “Rontard.” We all know what they are, but you invalidate good information by throwing in such things.

J, I think it’s because that’s been asked and answered a dozen different ways already. The washer was running at 3:30 am and should not have been per Misty’s “story.” What is questionable about that?

Ron Cummings is a fake – a hot head – and up to his ass in “issues.” Seems he just “litters” kids with anyone and everyone and none of them seem fit to have any of them. He wants all those kids so he doesn’t get nailed for child support – that’s all. It’s not to rehab his image or anything else which is another lousy excuse for his having anymore kids in his custody. How stupid is he to marry the stupid girl who let his kid get kidnapped! They are all in it up to their asses and beyond. Drugs…drugs…drugs.

This is my opinion of what I think may have occurred.
What if: There is someone, some person, who the family has allowed to visit, or who has visited, possibly as a guest of another.
This person has sat, and visited, gotten high on drugs, befriended the family, possibly a newcomer of another friend of the family, [a semi-stranger]
This person has watched how this family is opennly friendly, and is careless, and does not watch the child enough, with different types of people walking in and out of their dwellings.
I believe that on a certain day, this person may have gotten high, did something a family member did not like, and that member debased this person for what he/she did.
This person being hurt by this, and then seeing how negligent this family is, decided to prove a point, in seeking revenge, and one day took Little Haleigh, just to prove a point.
They are to busy getting high to even notice that they are vulnerable, and took advantage having motive and opportunity to carry out this plot.
Look for someone who has visited the home, who a family member(s) had disrespected, and the visitor retaliate by kidnapping the child.
Ask the family members to think, think deeply and carefully, of what person they may have overlooked, who has been in the home, and see what comes up.

Na[lesFL #100 – you state “Ronald worked 3pm to 3am so I don’t know how it could have been him, even though he stated otherwise.”
Would you please show a link to where the LE state he worked 3pm to 3am”? You throw this around like it is a fact. It is not a fact and you will not find a LE statement that those were the actual hours he was at work.
This is the problem with discussions on message boards and in the press. An assumption is repeated over and over until people start taking it as fact. We must be careful to back up facts with actual links in cases like this. If you use baseless “facts” to come to your personal decision on what has happened in a case it just complicates the whole process.
To date, as far as I have been able to read, LE has not definitely stated the hours Ron was at work. If anyone has a link to them stating the hours, please post a link. Thanks!

To ‘Perry’: You sound like you could be Nancy Grace. I agree with everything you said. I do remember hearing on the news or reading somewhere that LE had found some items along the highway, on of the items being a piece of cloth/sheet that had rust or blood stains on it. I’m sure if it was blood they would have tested it to see if it matched Haleigh’s. I believe Ron beat Haleigh and ‘accidentally’ killed her. I think Misty witnessed it and he threatened her to keep it secret. Hopefully she’ll crack and they will be able to put this case and Haleigh to rest.

I wished all of you people would quit speculating. None of us know a dam thing about what happened and to keep making comments about things we know nothing about is stupid.
Why do some of you keep calling these people names? What, you think children only go missing out of trailer parks and apartment complexes? Elizabeth Smart’s family lived in multi-million dollar home with an alarm system, Danielle VanDam also lived in a multi-million dollar home so for you to keep attacked these families and their way of life is pathetic.
It can happen to any of us and I can only pray that none of us get treated the way these families are being treated.
Ron spanked Haleigh, so what, raise your hand if you have never spanked your children. Ron cussed at Misty, wow, raise you hand if your spouse has never cussed at you and called you names.
We all do the samething but we feel we have the right to belittle other people for doing the samethings we do? Hypocrits is what we are.
I DO HAVE TO SAY AGAIN THOUGH, I DO NOT THINK MISTY IS SMART ENOUGH TO OUT WIT FBI AGENTS AND THE POLICE. NO WAY AT ALL.

Jane Valez Mitchell you use to be great in the late 80's. Ever since you associated with nancy Grace your personility and delivery is in the sewer. You have become way too dramatic and way over the top. I can barely stand to watch you. Get rid of that Nancy Grace Syndrome and get back to reporting like a human.
