Check out a terrific profile of her in the NYT several weeks ago…her show is blowing away Glenn Beck’s CNN HLN ratings…Then, on the way out of CNN’s sprawling studios at the Omni in downtown Atlanta, I stopped by another studio where Nancy Grace will be doing her show through much of May, and got to see my old friend…
Like many of you, she wondered if Haleigh will ever be found. Then it was time for the latest on Caylee…

I have been wanting to ask the following question for a long time– but can never get through on the phone of HLN. What true and real proof does anyone have that Hailey disappeared the night that Ron & new-wife say she did? After listening to Ron, a few times, make the statement in regards to some questions “I was at work, remember”. And then to marry the only other so called witness.. i just think something went wrong the night[s] prior to this and maybe the reported night was set-up. Also– he never flows tears… wet tears.
Now– Caylee Anthony. All her little pictures never look big with bright alert smiles. She looks drugged or hung over in them… [the majority of them] and many are with sunglasses. I’d like to know which ones were taken my Casey and which by Cindy. That’s it. I hope for a reply. thanks.

Microencephaly is commonly caused by maternal alcoholism during pregnancy and is a sign of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Who knows if Jordan is Ronald’s child judging from the type of person Amber appears to be and her poor judgement and substance use/abuse. Thank goodness that Mary Brooks has custodial care of the baby. Amber seems to be quite an irresponsible young woman who likes to party more than care for her child. I seem to recall that she and her friends all have traffic tickets for having their children in the car with out proper child restraints/car seats. I do not believe that any thing this young woman says is the least little bit credible nor do I have a good opinion of “Nay Nay” who appears to be tweaking on drugs thru out your interview with her. You should research your sources a bit better if you want to be seen as an investigative journalist and not just a gossip monger. I would appreciate if you would be less biased and do at least a few articles about Crystal and Chad, their drug use(which is still current), her legal tangles and history of making false allegations, and his history of violence and abuse and their families. I am very sick and tired of reading unsubstantiated allegations and accusations about Ron and Misty and thei famalies. The only “proof” that you have presented to any of you sensationalized coverage of this story are pictures of a documented fall at school, normal bumps and scrapes on an active boy toddler, and testimony from witness that have ZERO credibility but many ulterior motives.

But…why didn’t you mention that the “witness” to Ron being in the parking lot is a woman who has previously been charged with assaulting Misty? I’d just like to see both sides out there.

The witness is another daughter of Mary Brooks, she told me, who was driving by and says she got a good look at Ron; she knew him and their car and it matched the car he does own, the purple Nissan, a car local parents saw driving Haleigh to school in on her last day. –art

Just watched Art on the Jane Velez Mitchell show. I may have just figured out the motive for Halieghs disappearence. I understand Ronald’s other child by Amber Brooks is disabled. Haliegh was sickly also. RONALD HAS DEFECTIVE GENES. That’s the motive. Investigators should get Halieghs medical records and review them and bring in an expert to say how serious and life threatening Turners syndrome really is. Why does he want the disabled boy now? Art, was there ever a court issue over custody of Jordan and why doesn’t Ron pay child support?

UNbelievable that Cobra got the two crackheads out of jail. Wonder what they gonna do for him . Hmmm? lol..J/K on the last part. It’s pretty obvious what they doing/did/done. Just sickening. And please don’t hand me the BS about Cobra being a bountyhunter/bondsman. It was very low of him to get these two crackheads out of jail. If Misty goes in is he gonna get her out too,since she’s the third sewer rat in that rat pack.Nasty Cobra! Just Nasty!Also,so much for credibilitys. In defense of Cobra, remember Leonard Padilla bailing CA…know Cobra was mid chasing down the Misty time line and other drug leads when these gals got popped for coke, saw a shot at getting entree into dark and scary places from Satsuma to Crescent City, and only an insider could find them–like Misty’s wheel woman, Nay Nay…No telling what info could be turned up? Cobra probably figured. When an opportunity knocks, of course you’re gonna bail out the bait.
You go into those places, you better be with someone crackheads recognize, and a skirt doesn’t hurt…in the sex for drugs game.

Art,you did look very nice on Janes show tonight,100 times better than Picazio.I’m finding out naughty things about her. As soon as I can get proof I will attempt to post what I discovered in the interest of fair and balanced reporting,because I personally don’t think she gives a rats ass about the case of Haleigh Cummings. I do think she saw an oportunity to get herself back out in the media. I’m not saying she doesn’t care about a child missing ,I’m saying her motives for getting involved are for her own personal benefit. She was seen putting her head on Crystals shoulder acting giddy on a video.She hasn’t gone lesbo has she?My personal opinions and my honest opinions..Enquirering minds and whatnot..

ART: Is it too much to ask you for something a little more concrete in this case? Anything that will help get the family closer to finding where Haleigh is! Tell your insiders with LE, that we are growing impatient with the lack of updates from them in this case! Even LE from the US went down to Mexico and found Maria Lauderbachs suspect….NOW is this too much to ask for them to get serious and get tough on some of these folks down there?! At the very least, keep good Tabs on Bonnie & Clyde, so that we have no more of that BS “knockin on babys mamas door” and all that misinterpretation….LE should of put out a presser to snuff out that fire! I wasted my whole day for nothing and it wasnt even true. Talk about a huge waste!

Good to see that Jane is giving a little airtime to Haleigh finally. When this story first broke I thought that Ron and Misty were responsible or knew more than they were telling. Now I’m not so sure. Art- you have been dropping some hints that make me think that there is much more to this than seems obvious. Am I reading things wrong or will we be surprised when it finally comes out what really happened to Haleigh?

Hi Art,
I have never been to Florida in my life. I live on the West coast. But I dreamt that she was with 2 other adults in a wooded area. Like a campground or rest stop. I usually record NC so I can watch it later and once in awhile I would also watch Jane VM…well a few days after I had the dream, I saw COBRA looking very serious & standing looking out towards a wooded area and ART, my blood ran cold because it was exactly the area that I saw in the dream. Ever since then I was trying to find a site to report this stuff too where they would not just write it off as quackery. I even went on the lost childrens sites, and NC sites but figured it wouldnt make it past the operator. I even made some 411 information calls to the operator trying to locate missing kids site for Florida and the operator couldnt “find any” she seemed indifferent….anywayzzz
I saw the face of one of the adults. He was facing me. He was “the one in charge”. He was tall and lanky, with brown hair, eyes and he was white. His hair was uncombed and stringy. It was like 70′s style in cut and length. He had a mustach. He was white. He was very irritated. The other guy seemed like a flunky and was very squirrely. He had his back to me, but I heard him asking the guy what they should do now…There were 2 other people there in a different vehicle that had stopped to rest and eat. It was a man maybe in 50′s or 60′s. He seemed to be a professional kind of person. I got the feeling he was a lawyer or professor. He too was tall and lanky, but he seemed to be very athletic. I think he was planning on taking a hike, but changed his mind when he saw the 2 men and little girl…yes I saw little Hailegh in the dream. Well, with the gentleman, there was another person. A young college age or late teenage girl. She seemed to be his daughter. Well, he told her lets go and they left, but then, when they made it back to the main road, she scolded him for being a coward and told him lets go back and do something to save Haileigh…he begrudgingly turned around and headed that way. But when they got there, they were already gone. In the dream, Hailegh looked at the man and girl, hoping they would notice her, but the “in charge” man, yelled at her to hurry up. She was putting stuff away, as if cleaning up from a pick-nic. She looked very sad, and very hopeless once she saw those other people werent going to come over and rescue her. She seemed very “beaten down” I heard the flunky say “what are we going to do with her now, those people might have recognized her” to which the other guy replied, “shut-up, no they didnt it. I’ll take care of it, DON’T WORRY…” then he looked at tiny Haileigh and said, come on, lets go and he put his hand on her head and guided her into the vehicle. It looked like a beat-up van or old style camper. I cant remember that part as clearly because my family woke me up. It might even have been an old station wagon. I do remember it seems to have been green. Art, I know alot of times dreams have symbolism in them. But I do feel that baby girl was alive and hopefully still is. ONE THING I KNOW FOR SURE IS THAT MISTY IS IN ON IT. They were going to contact her. I have had dreams all my life Art and I know which ones are real and which ones are wishful thinking, sub-concious or plain night-meres. I also have strong gut feelings.
Like I said before I have never contacted anyone before about my dreams because they are usually about people I know, etc. But with the Sandra Cantu dream and situation….Also I felt that the people in the dream, the man and girl would contact the authorities. But now, I think the man is way too scared. I pray to God for that baby girl and you too along with the others that are in a position to find her and love her so much. God bless you Art. Don’t give up…I know you won’t.

Art: Clever come back from Ronalds lawyer, obviously, the police would have been aware of the serious lacerations, (that were alleged to be on Mistys arms from being thrown into a mirror), first of all they weren’t there for allegations of domestic abuse, and secondly, has anyone else noticed that until Ron and Mistys engagement announcement one month after Haleighs disappearance, that Misty was never in short sleeves, and had on jackets when everyone else was in short sleeves. Also I keep thinking back to nay nays interview and how she states that Xanex is one of Mistys prefered drugs, reflection of Casey Anthony, and how it has been alleged that Misty wasn’t home the night Haleigh went missing. Seems like bits and peices are being picked up from another episode. Just like in the Caylee tragedy, where casey was picking up bits and peices from the One Tree Hill episode, that is so sad and disrespectful. Seems there is more compassion and caring from the readers on this board than there is from the players in this story.

Thanks to you and TJ Hart for keeping us informed. I have been following this case closely and I must say the first time I saw Crystal interviwed I could tell she had been bullied and was still being bullied by Ron, I think her mother even said she can’t talk to the kids by phone between visistation.
Anyhow my theory is this, I think someone said Ron stole from a drug dealer at gunpoint recently, anyhow if thats true then the bigger drug dealer over that guy got mad and wanted revenge.
Here comes nay nay and amber and he gives them drugs to bring Haliegh to him to teach Ron a lesson, now Misty is passed out or she may have even known about this, anyhow I don’t think either of the girls hurt her but they took her to the big drug guy maybe even the one in the 24 million dollar bust, now I don’t think Ron robbed him but maybe one of his flunkies and they look out for the flunkies.
I think Ron knows this that is why all the talk about his daughter being “stole” and also “taking out the trash talk”
Also that would be the only reason he would want Jordan to pay Amber back.

So, we are supposed to believe these people? Is that the idea? If we believe them then white boy Greg was not at the Cumming’s home. If he was not at the Cumming’s home, how did Junior see him. Crystal must have discovered Misty was with him and put that in Junior’s head. The couch bouncing and all. Wonder why any mother would do that? Sure, she wants Misty to be humiliated in the press. That has been done. What about Haleigh, her daughter? I would like some investigation of Crystal Sheffield and Chad Griffis. Because something stinks. You reported a BOLO where Junior came to the door? Cobra gave you that information? I hope you will be more careful in the future about posting false information. Maybe you could interview Chad Griffis and find out why he had a order for violence on children in effect for over two years keeping him away from his own children. Get Crystal on to explain why Chad has arrests for cocaine after Ron got the custody and when Chad was Crystal’s fiance. Who knows you may just find out the other side of the family has something to do with this. Ron clearly has doubts Amber’s son is his. Can you blame him?
If you are an investigative journalist, try to get the other sides and other angels to the story. I just read a good one by a crime writer online about Crystal lying all along and steering everyone to Misty.

very interesting dream, Art Harris, i will like to no this, have they put a sign alert in turn pikes, intersection when people are driving to different states. and a flashing alert sign in resting area when traveling. he say in his dream was two guy. if there is flashing sign alert all over when traveling, how can they make it this long. when its been 9 weeks and a half. that mean haleigh is no longer with them. its my way of thinking. Just look at the way she talks, The kids love me more then her Mom yeah right The Biotch maybe she threatened him about the drugs and that explains the so called quicky marriage and that is why Ron is lying too!! Can you find a local artist to do a sketch of the two people? Very interesting and so vivid! On two different occasions I had similar dreams-one was of a car wreck that was just up the road from us(within an hour of telling my mom of the dream it happened-same makes and models and positions of the cars involved). The other was of my grandma dying(again within a short time of explaining it to my mom she was found dead) and she was in good health at the time. I would recommened finding an artist to do the sketch and maybe forwarding them to Cobra or Art. Maybe it will trigger a person or person’s they have seen or dealt with in Satsuma. Crazy as it may seem I believe there may be some clues in what you saw!

That’s a heck of a tip brownie. The false info on Cobra is an example of why it looks bad regarding those who have built a victim fortress around Crystal. She is no better than Ron and Kim has made a mess here from my POV. Nothing at all has been done to find this sweet innocent child, but the laundry has been recycled over and over again. I still say you are capable of more and better Art.
You’ve spent a life time building your reputation and I fear this one dive into the can is going to destroy it. Hoping to see better things for you Art and with everything I have praying for Haleigh to be found and a miracle too.

I live in Ontario, Canada and I have been watching this case since the beginning. Art, I would like to thank you for being one of the few people who report information about this case. I watch NG every night and I don’t understand why she isn’t covering this case anymore but THANK GOD, YOU (and JVM) are keeping everyone informed of the latest news….
After reading the above statements regarding “a dream” it reminded me of a dream that I had a month ago regarding Haleigh’s disappearance. As I woke up from the dream…”Haleigh’s killer” was revealed to me…and I was shocked that it was “someone in the family” that no one would have expected…I couldn’t remember WHO the killer was…but I was definitely SHOCKED to find out WHO actually killed this little girl. I wish I had a similiar dream like the other blogger but in my dream, Haleigh was dead and someone in her immediate family killed her. I hope I’m wrong because I desperately want this beautiful girl to be alive. Please keep this case alive Art. I know in my heart that we’ll find out the truth about Haleigh’s disappearance…it’s just matter of time.

art between what you have posted Brian dreams ,gale St john and this #21 oh my god !so much information but I do not have a good feeling ,especially after watching Brian .it does not sound good at all it confirms my original gut instinct ,that someone close to haleigh is hiding a lot of facts ,this is scary !!!!I pray this little angel is still alive !with all this information that you are giving us art, I see you are dedicated and working really hard !I was very mad at fla police for not saying anything ,but I understand now !!!!!!!!!!they are giving someone a certain amount of rope to hang themselves ! thank you art for your continuous dedication you are truly an angel.

Hey Art, looked great on JVM. Keep up the good work. I believe you will find out what happened to Haliegh. I am praying to our almighty for a big break soon. You and Cobra stay safe. There are posters that have not yet realized yet, that Ron and Baby Bride did not keep company with people who hang out at the Ritz. The people they hung around were people they had everything in common with. Like Ron and Baby Bride little to none of credibility, but any type of info is better than no info. Something just may slip out that could lead to a break.
To the posters who keep bringing up the monkey bar accident. Yes it is great that the school nurse documented it, BUT the school can NO WAY be a witness to the progression of her injury ( they documented only a cut on the nose), because Ronald never sent her back to school until November 18, 2008. The accident occured November 6, 2008. There were two visits to the emergency room, Nov 6 and six days later Nov 12,2008. All of Halieghs absences were unexcused except the 13th and 14th of November due to a doctors note from emergency room. WHY DID HALIEGH HAVE SO MANY UNEXCUSED ABSENCES? IF SHE WAS OUT DUE TO HER ILLNESS OR INJURY, THEN ALL OF HER ABSENCES WOULD HAVE BEEN EXCUSED!!
Nay Nay states Misty said Ronald put her into the mirror and she had cuts on her arm. Ronald releases a statement through his attorneys that its not true and that on the 10th and 11th of February the LE would have noticed them. It was about February 2nd or 3rd when Ronald and Misty had this altercation and he took her and dropped her off at her brothers house. Misty did not return to Ronalds until night of Feb 8th or Monday, February 9th. This would of given enough time for these cuts to heal. We all know even if LE had noticed. Misty would have lied for Ronald anyways.
STAY DILIGENT AND SAFE ART ,COBRA,PICAZIO AND CRYSTAL. I AM PRAYING FOR YOU ALL AND ESPECIALLY FOR HALIEGH, JR, AND JORDAN.

Neilson, not sure if I am understanding your post right or not but LE doesn’t have to do anything to pacify us or please us. This is their case and they are handling it. Anything to do with it will get reported on, significant or not, that is just normal. I just don’t think that because we are not getting daily updates, that LE isn’t working this case to the fullest extent. Maybe if Misty would open up to LE, things would get moving toward finding Haleigh.

Cobra knows what the hell he is doing, and god forbid someone I loved disappeared, I would want that man on my speed dial!!!

Art, “geting even to teach Ron a lesson” & quick & easy “reward money” seem to be the motives. I don’t think there was a plan to physically hurt or kill Hailegh. I hope these people have the guts to step up to the plate and come clean. Sooner or later they will be caught. Hopefully they have her safe somewhere and alive. Terri–Google JVM and The New York Times. Profiled her a few weeks back. Right there. You believe the NYT? What you have posted appear to be daily viewers, not broken down into shows and compared by the hour, show against show, which is how TV critics and execs looking to renew shows and contracts evaluate…Looked at similar ratings periods…summer, for example, would have fewers viewers generally.
Do a little homework and let me know what you find: look for Beck’s ratings at that hour and Jane’s. That’s what CNN research likely provided the NYT reporter.
I’m far from infallible and can certainly make a mistake, but why not ask your question in a not so accusatory way, like, ‘Hey I found these numbers and don’t understand how people can say Jane’s ratings are higher?”
We need a little more civility on the site, don’t you all think?

Art, I am assumming you and Cobra are on the ground there in Satsuma, and I am wondering, what do these people (Misty and Ronald) do every day, since neither work for a living. I heard they went to the fair,woohooo wha fun, and didn’t even take little Junior. I guess MIsty didn’t want him to go be with his Dad… What a selfish bitch??? Don’t you think???? Where are they shacked up now???? Has the cradle robber impregnated another floosie?? (Misty) How does the people around them react to their lack of interest in finding his own little girl, Haleigh???????? I hope the LE will catch both of them loaded to the gills with their drugs of choice, both in them and on them. Then maybe the LE can get down to finding out what really happened the night little Haleigh went missing….. I live in Virginia, and I have medical issues, as a woman of 59 years , if I could I would be down there looking for her myself……………………..This has gone on long enough. For everyone thinking Haleigh is still among the living, how in this world could someone hide the child for this long……….Her pics are every where down there as stated by many, and surely if someone had seen her , that reward money would have been collected…………..Has anyone tried to talk to Junior about his father beating them or Misty. A child of 3 or 4 years old, knows if there is abuse going on in the home……Has childrens services been around, investigating for the sake of the little boy……I sure hope someone has answers to some of these questions.

Heavy drug users don’t stop overnight..I think Misty and Ron are still using, and the truth will be known eventually..They will let it slip to the wrong (or right) person, in a drug stupor, and the truth will come out..Maybe that’s why LE is lying low, just waiting for that moment.. I still think Haleigh was killed and buried in the woods, within a three mile radius of the Cummings mobile home…and I think she was killed between 3pm and 7pm on that Monday..I refer back to his Pastor who said Ron worked a regular eight hour shift on Monday…Getting off work at 3am, could mean he didn’t go to work until 7pm Monday..

If that is in fact a law, when Ron took the kids the first time, the judge should have sited him for kidnapping, not give him the kids. The police should not have called it a civil matter, but returned the kids to Chrystal. Thanks!

Liza: As a former addicted person, it’s very easy to pick out a substance user just by the way they act by their mood swings. One minute they are happy, next sad, next crying, argumentive, accusitive, defensive etc., not to mention they can’t look you in the face like a liar would. The same applies to the person who is a drunk as well, they go into denial as well. If you want to get really technical they all do it there. Getting access to booze, well that’s easy, and if you know a supplier for drugs, that also is very easy as well, because it is a very wicked world, and the devil is losing, and he is going to take as many people down with him as he can, before the Lord comes for his people. That’s what I see as a Christian, the Lord is watching out for Haleigh and for some reason there is a purpose for all this happening. Maybe the Lord wants Ron & Crystal to pull together on this mess and bring them back to a complete family for the sake of all children involved. Yes alcohol and drug abuse may have cause Haleigh and Ron’s other son’s problem. Still our main focus and is my main focus is those poor little darlings that are in this mess because of the parents. I agree with you JNGA let NG know that Haleigh is far more important (more news coverage) will bring that poor sweetie back where she belongs. More people need to hear about this and I pray that it won’t cause her demise in the process. The quicker people see it the faster she will be returned home unharmed. So I am watching JVM and thank you Art for not letting this die out and keeping us posted and thank Cobra too!!

To Mish and LA girl. Thank you. My child was taken by someone we knew.Not a drug addict,not an alchoholic,but someone who was well known in our community. The bastard even helped in the search.When he was sentenced I got to speak before sentencing.I simply looked at him and made the statement that if he was ever allowed out of prison while I am still alive I will be waiting to personally repay him for what he did to my precious baby.He got life plus 15 years for all charges. He could still get out. He got life.My Caleb got death. After 15 years he became eligible for parole. Every year I wait to see if “this will be the year” ,because I promise you,he will not ever get the chance to hurt another child as long as I am alive.I personally think anybody who does what he did should be executed. These kinds of pigs always reoffend if they get the chance so why should our tax dollars keep them up?

precious princess, how can you not think Chads past is irrelavent when you’re so worried about abuse of these kids? Kim P is trying desperately to get Jr. into Crystals custody. If he’s in Crystal’s custody, then Chads past becomes extremely relavent. Just as it would be if someone adopted a child, the situation a child is being put in by the state, in this case Crystals custody, is very important. Why would they risk taking a child from on situation without verifying what that childs life would be like in another situation? Chad lives with Crystal, and they are getting married. That makes how he has treated his own children, and what’s in his own past absolutely relavent to this situation, particularly given the abuse allegations by Crystal/Kim P. You can’t have it both ways. Sorry, to disagree with anyone about who Jr.should live with. Surely, no one thinks he should live with Ron. Let’s remember he was responsible for Haleigh. Where is Haleigh? Misty, can not get that story straight. Crystal, has done wrong in the past and has admitted it. Ron admits “nothing”.
There have been many people that have had a bad past and can and do change.He had his chance and blew it, in a big way. Also, all that Ronald has done since Haleigh has gone missing is just unspeakable for someone with a child missing. I don’t remember seeing or hearing of Crystal doing any of that. This is just MY opinion.

#92 2 Spunky, I agree entirely with you on most everything you say. IMO, neither Ron nor Crystal are fit parents for anyone. Most members of both families are drug-infested even back to the great-grandparents – or with criminal records. Drug-addicts are very seldom cured, this is a fact. Also, most police departments do not use, nor do they believe in psychics. I could only believe one if he told me something (of a very personal nature) that only another person and I know about before I could believe in them. I just don’t know what to think about them but maybe, in a Haleigh situation, I’d be willing to try anything.
I am almost sure Precious Princess is a member of Crystal’s family. DCF will not give Jr. to another drug-infested family. About the washing machine running at 3:30 p.m. when it was started at 10 p.m., I have a possible solution. A friend had Pneumonia and went back to bed after putting a load of wash in the machine on Monday a.m. Her husband found the machine still running when he visited the family room in the basement on Wednesday at midnight. It seemed the timer wasn’t working. However, we have to remember that when O.J.’s house was visited by the PD, his machine was also running. Maybe it’s just a step in doing a crime, you have a strange desire to just wash clothes? (This part is a joke).

Show me the law that states a parent seeking custody must provide names and background checks of their current relationships. Show me the law that says a parent’s new or current relationship is treated like an adoptive parent. It is the parents’ sole responsibility to provide and care for their children not the people they are involved with. The only people that the court considers in a custody battle are the parents themselves. Ron could marry Dracula’s bride if he so chooses and Crystal could have Godzilla for a fiancée and it would not matter to the courts. Parents have rights too. It is only when the parents are separated and disagree on their child’s upbringing that the court makes the decision for them and that is only if it is brought to the courts attention.

To post #95 let me address a couple of things.
A drug addict is never cured. They just stop using their drug of choice. Well known and established medical fact. Just like an alcohol, a drug addict is either using or they aren’t.
As to the washing machine being running at 3:30 a,m. I didn’t ask why it could have been running. I want to see a police report that states that it was running. I don’t care the reason. I just want to lay this one thing to rest. I keep hearing that the washing machine was running, but noone so far has been able to give me a link to any police report that states this.
I want proof that the washing machine was running because I think someone got their facts mixed up. I don’t believe that the washing machine was running at the time that the cops arrived.

I read about your child Caleb. I am so sorry for your unimaginable pain. I hope I can live my life without ever having anything like that happen to me or my family. A parent’s worst nightmare. I can’t even imagine how you carry on from day to day. Just know that you will meet in heaven to be together forever. How do some people sleep at night? How could they even consider him for parole? #95 – Jenna. Unfortunately, the drug problems are not just the Ronald and Crystal family tree. Besides, people can and do rehabilitate. Ronald denies drug usage but I have not heard of any recent drug tests. Crystal has tested clean recently. What do you suggest, they go and take Chloe away from Crystal? If you take the children away from them, you would have to do it to any parent that is or has done drugs. Question becomes, is the child being provided and cared for? Is the child being neglected or abused? Is the child being put in harm’s way? Crystal was with Ronald from age 14 to 19. She wasn’t allowed to have a drivers’ license when with him so how do u suppose she got the drugs? Who do you think was probably responsible for supplying those drugs to her? Why does Ronald always seem to have girlfriends with drug problems. There are 3 now that we know of…Crystal, Amber, and Misty. I am not going to keep connected with drug users because I don’t do drugs. He denies drug usage but look at his track record!

2spunky, I live in a world where I am aware most lives have drama, if you get into a relationship with someone unstable it can be messy in the end, I just am not concerned about Chad and his past with his ex wife, for all I know she could be a raging psycho.
However, Ron married a TEEN, who lost his daughter and she is very slutty, would that have been a super role model for Haleigh? just because you are ok with the kids living in a drug den, because that seems to be a normal lifestyle to you,does not mean that it is right, that is not a good environment to raise a child, some people dont know better, OBVIOUSLY.
just because a couple breaks up you do not replace the mommy for a new mommy, and in this case its whatever teen Ron could find to babysit in his trailer while he worked, why wouldn’t he let Crystal talk to her kids between visits, what a controlling asshole.
KP needs to also look into parental alienation when it comes to Ron, and thersaNevins, god only knows what those kids heard about their mother from this whte trash family when they were in ther care, Ron brainwashng these kids, tellng them they were getting a new mommy, thats so whiten trash and classless, goes hand in hand.

ART I GIVE 100 % KUDOS TO BAILING OUT THOSE 2 GIRLS. THAT WAS A SMART MOVE. We certainly dont need to tell COBRA how to do his job. ART tell COBRA I’d be out there helping him if I could. But I live on the West Coast and have serious health issues that I have to take care of. Been through Chemo and am fighting cancer. I’m just not physically nor financially able. But I just wanted COBRA to know that alot of us are pulling for him. My prayers are with him. COBRA I will remember you and what you are doing for the rest of my life. You are self-less and have true heart and passion. I can tell that you love this little Angel named Haleigh. Your family must be proud of you and the caliber of man and human being that you are. You are driven and full of integrity. THANK YOU ART & COBRA FOR EVERYTHING YOU ARE DOING FOR HALEIGH.

ALSO WANTED TO THANK THE LAW ENFORCEMENT. I KNOW THEY ARE QUIET RIGHT NOW, BUT THEY ARE MOVING BEHIND THE SCENES. I THINK THEY ARE WORRIED THAT TOO MUCH INFO ABOUT WHAT THEY (THE LAW ENFORCEMENT) ARE FOLLOWING UP ON COULD JEPARDIZE FINDING HAILEGH. ANYWAY, I HOPE THEY FIND HER IN TIME. THEY ARE HUMAN TOO, AND NEED ALL THE HELP AND EXTRA EYES, EARS AND MINDS TO FIND HER. GUT-POWER IS WHATS GOING TO SOLVE THIS. GUTS, COURAGE & BRAIN-POWER. ITS ALL THERE. Why would Ron marry Missy knowing he has to go to court to fight for custody of JR. and above all Haleigh??? Was it just to easy when he went to court in 05? Or does he feel (with Mama), he can do everything and anything his little heart desires. Another thing, in all of the videos of Missy, she always had a long sleeved shirt on, and all the people wore short sleeves. Also Ron had that bandaid on his neck. Remember, I told how (in my past) I would tell anything to protect my abuser. I was scared of him, but figurd I could change him.. What a joke. It really bothers me about Ron using a switch on Jr. And CPS saying thats ok? It was within guidelines. What the hell does that mean? Was he putting the fear of God in him. Oh- or just making sure he knew who the boss was.. He hasn’t got the brains God gave a goose. His victims are the disfunctional teenagers and the poor babies that didn’t ask to be born. If anyone can tell me the good side of this abuser, let me know. Sorry for the ranting on, but I am going through a feeling of hurt and anger on why Haleigh could be missing. As far as the LE goes, I hope they have all their ducks in a row, and will be finding Haleigh soon. The longer it takes, I pray it won’t be a Caylee case. Something was going on, because Haleigh did not want to go back home to her Dads and Missy’s. Also why would she be wetting the bed? I hope she didn’t get a switch put to her for that. Missy says she washed the blanket. What about the sheets and her night clothes? And did she get a bath before school that day? Did Ron & Missy have dinner with the kids before going to work? Did Ron or Missy mention anything about Haleigh and Jr being happy or sad? Did Missy have a regular schedule with the family. It doesn’t sound like it when Missy said Haleigh would say, “I love you stepmom” And the fight and 3day drug and sex binge…If CPS okays this one, they would have to come up with some pretty darn good excuses…Does anyone know about the washer running @ 3am., and what kind of forensic tests were done on matress, trailer, etc? I would not be surprised if the drug involvement came from back when Crystal’s Mom was busted for running a drug house. Perhaps that is where they all got involved.
Chad was busted not long ago for coke, Crystal has been charged for filing a false police report, Chad had a 2 YEAR restraining order for domestic violence against his wife, Crystal’s own MOTHER called DCF on her to “protect” the grandchildren. Crystal has not had support for 3 years and is thousands behind in child support. These peeps are SCARY.

Junior has a mild heart condition, it is in the court documents. I don’t know about Chloe. Crystal also admitted in the court documents that she was taking drugs when she became pregnant. She also went to rehab but bailed after a week, not sure of the date of that.

I intended to post after the show this past week, I heard the questions about Ron being the Father of Little Jordan. And wanted to add support for your determinations about ron and little Jordan.. These questions have come up.. And truly gone over with a fine tooth comb.
From what can be determined, ron sr is suppose to be listed on little Jordan’s birth certificate. There were two reports, one that originally he wasn’t and the other that he was. conclusion, possible that since little Jordan receive’s financial assistance for his medical problems, then ron sr could have been added later, possible after a dna testing, same as Little Haleigh and Little Ron when ron sr had to prove he was their parent for the custody hearings in 2005. Which seemed odd to me, since he was living with Crystal at the time of birth for Haleigh and Little Ron, and Amber when Little Jordan was born. And the fact that ron sr is suppose to be currently way behind in child support for Little Jordan, would mean, he has some form of formal order.
I guess, the one Blessing this little child does have, is his Great GrandMother. She seems to be the only one concerned and caring for the little one.

Ron’s never been legally confirmed to be Jordan’s father, so there couldn’t be a child support order in place. I don’t know why Amber wouldn’t have pressed for biological confirmation if she’s sure he’s the father, particularly given the babys medical condition (unless she didn’t want that medical condition looked at too closely). In my work with Children’s Hospital and Childrens Miracle Network, I’ve seen some of the most heartbreaking cases of babies born to women who used drugs during pregnancy – it would just break your heart. Just because a guy’s living with a woman doesn’t necessarily mean he’s the father of the baby she’s carrying, and never more true than in this group!

MY GOD this is like watching an episode of Maury, I could care less who the father, mother, aunt or the faamily pet was with or belonged to, all these teenage girls and their adult male partners (were are these girls parents by the way???? and what about school???) We are looking at a case of an abducted child, Ron has lost his daughter, as has her part time mum Crystal. I think most of you have forgotten her hame, she is a little five year old girl with pretty blonde hair with riglets just below her shoulders and her name is HALEIGH CUMMINGS, her father is crumbling in front of our eyes, he has clearly returned to past behaviour and is self medicating, has lost his job and now has the constant worry of loosing junior, plus the most devastating of all he has no idea if his child is dead or alive, if she is being molested and tormented never to be the same again. Her mother is having fits, that we all know is more then likely from over self medicating herself also, yet were talking about characters called Nay Nat, Black Boy, Cobra and god knows who else, just because these people dont live in middle class suburbia does not mean we are entitled to show them so little respect, when a kid goes missing in a middle or upper class area we never hear about the neighbours or the family friends and what they did on there weekends, yet we look down our noses at these people and there short comings, some of you people need to have a good look in the mirror because its wrong and it is also wrong that this police department has let it even get to this point and they should hang there heads in shame for the lack of investigation they have done so far, its disgusting!

Eversince this little girl went missing I knew that Misty knows more than what she have said.As for the dad I think that he is so full of it. what worry and hurt parent would go and get married right after his child goes missing especially after hearing Misty wild life while he was at work. And now battling for custody while he should worrying about his daughter. I think that the reason he married Misty is because they know that if the truth comes out he or she dont have to testify against eachother

ergo that’s not entirely true. crystal said she did. who would know? and jr. has a heart condition. that can also be attributed to drug use by the mother.

113 jan brady, MisTY (not Missy – MisTY) was wearing a short sleeved shirt in the video done of her and ron getting their license and several other videos. no bruises. no scratches. absolutely nothing on her arms. ron had scratches all over his hands, arms and neck in recent photos of him holding haleigh – as in before haleigh went missing.
