   Looks like her right arm has several healing bruises. Maybe a bite mark inside elbow? Could be fingertip bruises on wrist and upper arm? Jawline looks dark and under-eye looks like it was bruised. Was this photo taken after the school yard injury?

   The bruise on the inside of the elbow does seem a little suspicious .. How could you fall on your face & hit the inside of your arm at the same time ?? .. Only seems possible IF she was standing on top of the monkey bars , which I doubt .

   Art ,

   Looks as though Little Haleigh has bruising on the opposite arm also in the same location .. I HOPE you will notify the Sheriffs’ Office about this picture .. I’m sure they’ve seen it but WOW !! .. I don’t understand how Junior ,.. with everything that is already going on is still in Ronalds custody & ESPECIALLY WITH THIS PICTURE !!

   NO DOUBT JUNIOR IS IN DANGER !!

   Crystal may be no mother of the year but she by has to be a step up from the father .. Crystal should IMMEDIATELY be given temporary guardianship until a court date can be set .. Crystal just seems to lack some common sense but with some empowerment & oversight by the court & maybe some mandatory parenting classes I think she’d be a fine mother ..

   NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT SINCE HALEIGH HAS WENT MISSING SHE HAS PROBABLY REORGANIZED HER PRIORITIES !!

   For Heavens sake,.. ANYONE can see that there is no markings on this childs face !! .. These bruises obviously had nothing to do with the school incident .. This entire case is turning out to be a Bureaucratic Nightmare ..

   RONALD CUMMINGS YOU ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A BULLY ..
