can hide from people but they can’t hide from God. In Matthew 18:10, JESUS SAYS, “Take heed that you do not harm

Hebrews 9:27 tells us that it is appointed UNTO ALL PEOPLE

That reenactment must be done. It will help connect some of the dots. She was not there when Haleigh was taken out of the house.
Have an expert in micro expressions review this video interview of Misty. (see link below) It’s very revealing. It is going to take a team of experts to crack this case. I do not anticipate a confession.

I wondered if Misty had a boyfriend prior to Ronald or the other way around. Maybe one of these people were jealous and thought that this would break them up. Since they got married that obviously didn’t work, but since Misty is young and Ronald is used to dating young people they do foolish things. I just wondered if this had been investigated at all. Thank you for giving this child a voice along with Nancy Grace who I NEVER miss a show.

When Misty gave her first interview the evening she found Haleigh missing, her eyes looked like she was on drugs and I would imagine that’s why she isn’t very clear on the timeline. When she followed it up with another interview next to her now husband, she was asked why her stories had changed and she looked at Cummings before answering and he was looking at her waiting to see what her answer would be. It appeared to me that she didn’t want to say the wrong thing, so just answered that she didn’t know why her timelines changed. Of course if she was as stoned as she looked earlier she probably doesn’t remember much about the entire evening. She’s a very sweet girl, but I believe that marrying Cummings will be as much of a disaster for her as it seemed to be for Haleigh’s mother who I have more belief in. Obviously he does abuse those poor young children. If hitting them with a stick is not abuse, what is?????? That’s awful and shows his true character, imo.
Maybe you can explain why when one is missing the term used is “went missing” [or something like that] instead of just “is” missing.

I read so many blogs my eyes hurt….ok ok I’m guilty of writing a few of my own on the abuse issue of Haleigh Cummings…I just think that Crystal tried to put herself out in the news like she does not have a bad past not like Ron….but that’s just not true…the way she brought all these allegations out was just dirty,and honestly quite cruel to Ron and his family!I know so many people that were outraged at the mother Crystal for saying she was hit with sticks,belts,beaten bloody..and then the nurses note came out…how many times do children fall down at home or school and noone sees it happen???She owes child support…how much?This would be my thoughts on why she wants custody Now!!!anyone?

1) Who picked Haleigh up from school on February 9th?
Does the AC guy have a receipt for the repairs he made that night?
2) What time did Haleigh get out of school?
3) Ronald’s work shift started at 3:00pm, his commute is approximately 20-25 minutes. Therefore, Ronald would have had to leave home around 2:35pm.
4) Did Ronald see Haleigh before he went to work?
5) Did Ronald come home for lunch that night?
6) Why did they have an AC guy visit their home that night to repair their AC in the WINTER?
7) Have the cops interviewed this AC guy? If he exist.
9) Have the police pulled both Misty and Ronald’s CELL PHONE RECORDS that night up until 3:30am?
10) Misty said she called Ronald when she discovered Haleigh missing and that had to have been before he arrived home!
11) Why would a criminal turn on the LIGHT in the kitchen to commit a CRIME? Think about that one for a moment!

Think for a moment… I have to ask questions in order to get FACTS!
Okay, now that you have answered the question I had about the AC guy:
1) Did the police ask the AC guy if he saw little Haleigh in the home during his visit?
2) Did the AC guy provide the police with a RECEIPT?
3) If a STRANGER such as the AC guy was in the home, didn’t it occur to anyone that this STRANGER might have unlocked the back door before leaving in order to return later? The AC guy would have been my #1 SUSPECT!
Do you understand NOW why I am asking about the AC guy? If he really existed as you have stated Mere, then why aren’t the POLICE zeroing in on this STRANGER that was apparently in the house that afternoon? The back door locks were NOT tampered with at ALL!
That’s why I don’t think there was an AC guy because ALL OF US would be hearing a lot more about him! He would be interviewed by ALL media outlets and I have NOT seen one interview. Think about that for a moment…

I find it odd how Ronald had the nerve to marry the girl who was supposed to be watching his daughter when she vanished 4 feet away while sleeping. Something is just not right. If my father got married while I was missing barely a month, I’d be upset. Their claims that this is what Haleigh wanted is ridiculous. What Haleigh wants is to come home! I think Misty knows more than she’s revealing. Don’t care what the polygraph reveals….this just doesn’t make sense.

Been following this story from the start and it so reeks of inside job and someone knows somethings. How can anyone take a child or even be involved in a crime like this? Heartless just Heartless. I live on the other sides of the States in Oregon and I pray she is still Alive. These are Young Adults playing a very vicious game and there are too many people involved giving advice. Just sad and only 1 of them needs to break there silence. Just 1.

I believe the person responsible for the disappearance of Haleigh lives in that house! If they don’t live directly inside the trailer, they are a close as in family or friend. There were too many things that would make it difficult for a stranger to go unheard, etc. The doors slamming; the squeeky floors; the kitchen light being difficult to find; the door lock being difficult to unlock; supposedly sleeping in the same room and not hearing a thing. Misty blames alot of ppl, including an investigator, for making her feel uncomfortable. She has accused at least 2 of leud acts, cousin Joe in TN, and Jeremy Miller, who was convicted and still serving time. Then there is the van…evidently Misty had access to it and her SIL knew she has used it before. Misty does not have a driver’s license either. The headlight was busted and a large gash down the side of the van. Sounds like a person could be a very inexperienced driver. Driving during the night on unlit streets can be very difficult. Misty, I think things are piling up against you. If what Cobra says is true, Ron married you only until Haleigh comes home and keeping his enemy close, you best turn to LE for protection!!!

i would be the first to say that nancy grace is a wonderful person, that i’ve always been on her side but the way that she’s attacking haleigh’s mother is so one sided. i’m really disappointed in her. all children should be protected especially haleighs little brother.

I think crystal should focus on finding her daughter instead of publicity for her lawyer. I would like to know if her lawyer is doing this case pro bono. She seems like she just wants to be on T.V.
I fully support Ron and Misty because they are only concerned with finding Haleigh. They do not want publicity only want to keep Haleigh’s picture out there and praying it will bring in the right tip.

I watched the Haliegh investigation every night and everyday on CNN. -or headline news. I noticed the birthday is close as Caylee’s and the middle name is just the same almost. Has she the new wife been watching the case of Caylee Anthony. That one is a really sad one for me to deal with everyday knowing my little girl and her were very close in age. And now this one about the 5year old Haligh. I cry every night and day about these sick people in this world who would want to hurt or even kill a little child. My 2 yr old even get s a bruise and I go nuts. We’ll what man would trust a 17yr old with a 5 and 4 yr old child, and why has this little girl missed so much school, and why is the 4 year old brother not in pre-school? Does her medical history from the doctor records prove she has a sickness that would make her miss that many days of school? I don’t care about what the nurse at the school or ER says, what does her medical records indicate from her regular medical doctor. She had to go for a check up at 5 years of age which would have been on her birthday. Maybe something happened to the little girl before he went to work and when the brother went to sleep the new wife did something to her, and made him go on to work. And came up with this big lie. Or someone kidnapped her knew the house very well and knew everything about the back door? This is a big what in my head? They had to know that the back door slams shut ,automatically someone knew where the cement block was around the house. And it is kind a weird just like the Casey Anthony case it has been 30 plus days and no one stepped forward. Like the other cases like this one some one in the family steps forward for the money. I will tell you I think the mother left because he abused her, and she got tired of it and he probably threatened the mother too keep the kids, and that was the only way she could escape. Talk to the ex- girlfriends, and why does he feed on young girls, because he is abusive and younger girls are easier to control then a grown woman. Why does he get an attitude and cusing like he does on national television, he is sick about something, a normal man missing a child does not sit on national television and cus like he is doing. I take this bounty hunter as a wanna be dog and doing anything to grab the spotlight. I think it is sad to use such a tragedy for self promontion, his arrogance is highly annoying!!! Has there been searches into whether or not an account on Google earth,virtual earth and programs like are attached to the residence. My sister is a medical Director she told me one of her patients stalked someone via a virtual earth program. Our prayers are with the Haleigh and all her families.

Misty you made one mistake was leaving the kids alone, thats the only thing she guilty of ,it’s to late for her to tell Ron the truth . That she was sneaking out all the time getting high with friends . Some how Crystal got wind of it , that was a slick move Crystal did .Taken the child while Misty was surpposely baby setting . Crystal can’t fool me I got her azz .She a liar from day one .She plan the whole thing and she had a male friend to help her . They need to check phone call prider to Haleigh disappearnce out of state calls on her phone or her boy friends . I wanted to give my input , I wanted them to know Miss lieing Crystal has been a bad bad girl !! Ron never never hit the child in the face .The marks on her face is where she hit the monkeys bars real hard , An who every was watching Haleigh at school wasen’t doing there job , they were on the cell phone talking ,plus the “morning dew” was on the “iron bars” causeing it too be slipperie she slip off and hit the side of her face ,Some kids heal longer and some kids bruse easy leaving a long time mark. Crystal lie her lawyer is a liar too. Not much longer will have Haleigh back with Ron .The truth is about to take a twist to the puzzle . We got her !!!! her butt is going to ‘Jail” and let’s see how many donation will she get. Crystal seen so many kidnapping on the news laterly , she figure the police wouldn’t know the different. I watch Nancy Grace religously and know by the way people act if they know more than they say.I knew from the selfish get go that Casey killed her baby,Caylee. I love the law,the feel of it.I think the step-mom killed haleigh due to jealkousy and now is screwed and is scared. Yall will catch her in a matter of months.

The only reason I can speculate is that Misty or someone wanted to setup a crime scene to make it look like someone “else” took little girl out back door! It seems really strange to me that Crystal never looks at the camera ,always down or away so no one can see her eyes or a good picture of her face.I would suspect more of the mom as she doesn’t liked to be looked at (what is she hiding).I do not believe that Haleigh was abused ,she looks extremely happy in all the photos on Nancy Grace.If she was badly abused why does she look so content with her dad .Please ,Please find her safe .How could anyone abduct or harm this little angel .Remember what goes around in life comes back to haunt you .If you have little Haleigh I beg you to please free her and let her live as a 5 year old should live happily in the arms of those who love her

I’m simply asking because of your cacamamie story accusing Crystal of stealing her very own daughter that she visits with every two weeks?
I don’t know what planet you are on? Perhaps, the town Ronald and Misty’s family are from? That would make sense!
Stop and THINK for a moment, if that is possible! If Crystal had her daughter stolen as you purport, then why would she risk her life for one child and NOT both? If Ronald was as ABUSIVE as Crystal describes, which by the way I totally believe her, don’t you think Ronald would kill her if and when he found out that she took the one child? Crystal would have to move to Mars with her daughter, meaning she would have to drop out of sight! She’s NOT doing that. In fact, she has been front and center throughout this ordeal.
Crystal is NOT getting married to the prime suspect like Ronald distracting the investigation and Crystal was NOT spending an afternoon getting a tatto (memorial) with Haleigh face on her leg like Ronald did. Oh and Crystal does NOT have a LENGTHY crimial record like Ronald does!!!
Therefore, NO I’m sorry Dora your story just does NOT fly! Crystal is now barely gaining a voice of her own and I just thank God Crystal now has an A+ rated attorney to help her!

5) Ron picks them up for a visit, never returns them.
6) Chrystal reports bruises and abuse to CS many times.
7) Ron meets another 17 year old. Impregnates her, has nothing to do with the baby. Loves his kids?<<<<<<<
9) Misty tells 20 different stories.
10) Misty keeps talking about “washing the blankets”
11) Now there is a van with scratches on it, and Misty claims she noticed right away the van had been moved from where she put it. Hmmmm
12) Ron gets tatoo, which sounds to me like it is a “memorial” tatoo, not one done out of love.
13) Ron Marries his child bride 30 short days after his daughter goes missing.
14) Chrystal finds out from public outcry she has some people that will back her, so her broken spirit now realizes she has rights.
15) Chrystal Tries to get JR before he too goes missing.
16) Ron NOW ADMITS that he did spank JR with a “stick” but he is a strong disiplinary. Before he said he ONLY spank them on the behind like DFS requires!!! Hhmmm
17) NG finds out Ron won’t do interviews because people “pick on him” she wants the ratings, so she goes for Ron’s side, purposely humiliating Chrystal. (I am sure this will bite NG right in the butt.)
18) A burgler turns on a light (wow thats a first) AFTER he got through a locked door (magic) leaving no signs.
18) He adjusts his eyes from light to dark (try it) and then goes in the room, while no one hears, and slips out the back door with no one ever seeing anything.
19) No fingerprints in the trailor.
The child’s clothes that she is wearing, is removed, put into the dirty clothes. (neat burgler!)
20) Ron’s mom is heartbroken, obviously. But watch how tortured she is when sitting next to her son. IMO I think she knows, and I think she will break. Because she will eventually put Haleigh first. She is all Haleigh had in that mess.
21) Everyone talks about taking the focus off of Haleigh? How many of you are looking? Thats what I thought. You think the police actually stopped looking so they can watch NG?
22) Would NG take a stick to her children?
23) CHrystals lawyer is very professional and handled NG with dignity. GOod for her!
24) Ron takes advantage of your girls because older girls (like Chrystal is now) would not put up with his BS.
25) Last , but not least. Ron is in love? Did you see him go first into the court house letting the door go back on his own mom? And where was Misty? Holding Ron’s arm lovingly? NOPE. She was last in line. And when they came out, Did his love of what he had just done make him hug Misty? NOPE She had to run to catch up with him.
I think Misty is guilty of one thing, taking up for Ron. She is young.

I did not know about this other young girl Ronald impregnated! If this turns out to be TRUE, then why didn’t Ronald get custody of this other child of his from another young girl? Has Ronald been paying this other young girl CHILD SUPPORT??? I would like to find out from this other young girl he got pregnant if Ronald was abusive with her too?!?!?! Is that why she left him? He sure LIKES his girls YOUNG doesn’t he?!?! Isn’t there a LAW against men dating girls under 18???
I honestly believe he took those children from Crystal because she stayed with him the LONGEST since she was 14 years old, had two children with him, then found the COURAGE to leave the SOB with the help of her family at 19 years old. Ronald doesn’t like to be PLAYED like that, he always has to be in CONTROL and that is why he initially took the children from her to bring her the MOST PAIN!
When Crystal ran away from him at 19, she LEFT WITH THE TWO CHILDREN! If she didn’t give a damn about the children, she would have just ESCAPE on her own!

What happened to Haleigh?
Opinions of the people involved in this case are not important. Facts solve crimes.
a.)Ron was at work when the abduction occurred.
b.)Misty left the house.
c.)The abductor felt confident he could get away with taking Haleigh.
How does all of this tie together? That is what the investigators are trying to find out. If no one confesses and no evidence is found, we may never know what happened to Haleigh.

A lot a comments on different websitss refer to the AC man. Usually an Air Conditioning man is also someone that repairs the heating also. Look in the yellow pages and you will probably see a lot of “heating and cooling.” They might have just referred to him as the AC guy.

Crystal’s too calm for a mother of a missing child. My mother recently fell in a parking lot. Cracked her nose from the fall and her eye turned black. It looked more like she had been socked in her eyes. Ole liar Crystal better stay clear of Ron…he might beat the sh** out of that trash bag.

The police aren’t releasing any info. Who can blame them with the Anthony circus. I am curious to find out if there are fingerprints on the cinder block that propped the back door open. Just a thought – Maybe we will all have different opinions about this case when the evidence is released.

Was anyone aware that Crystals mother has also been busted for drugs and she was raised in that enviornment, mind you Crystal was still doing them last year on her bday. Hopefully she has straightene up for good now. Ron was 16 when he was dating her.. Alot of these problems could have been prevented had the mothers of these girls kept tabs on their daughters and set morals and household rules. Its too late now but it might open others eyes as to what their daughters are up to and with whom. Also the other teen that had his other child was busted for drugs in Dec. and is out on bail.

First of all…it’s evident in here referring to everything, that she is a family member or friend of Ronald & or Misty’s…she wrote “Not much longer will have Haleigh back with Ron .The truth is about to take a twist to the puzzle . We got her !!!! ” WHO IS WE??? IS MY QUESTION!!! Honestly everyone….this statement…#16 it needs to go to the officials, this person honestly sounds as though she/he knows something! I mean maybe I am just reading too much into it, but it just sounds strange!

Staci,I think Dora is on the same drugs as Misty and Ron or shes just an uneducated KOOK…….WOULD’NT PUT MUCH STOCK IN WHAT SHE SAYS….LET’S EVERYONE PRAY FOR HALEIGHS SAFE RETURN…I WISH LE COULD MAKE MISTY CRACK SHE’S THE KEY TO THIS AND ONLY SHE CAN TELL WHAT HAPPENED YOU BETTER BELIEVE SHE KNOWS…

I agree Ethel, I feel there a quite a bit of the Cummings family, knows more than they are saying. As I commented on the statements from Ronald’s lawyers….has anyone questioned…why was it Teresa Neves took all of the photos??? Ronald, wasn’t concerned enough, to take his own daughter to the ER…I mean one trip ok, I understand the man had to work!! But, if she got sick after a few days of the fall….wouldn’t he have been concerned enough to take her, I would be worried, she had internal injuries, from the fall! There are times, that there is injury to organs & it isn’t known for days later!! Teresa N. was concerned from day one of Haleigh’s disapperance & more so than others, Why? Maybe because she has concerns before the disappearance? And she had taken photos of the childs injuries….why???? My prayers remain with Haleigh & her family!!! I PRAY HALEIGH IS STILL ALIVE & SAFE!!

To “princess mononoke”…gosh, if the authorities were as bright as you, ALL the cases would be solved!! I’m sure LE would never THINK to check the cell records, or thoroughly check out the AC guy…NAAAAHHH…better call them and make sure they’re doing a thorough job! (insert eye roll here)

I’ve read and read these pages and pages of posts, on this site, and all the others, and can tell you one thing for certain…it’s not helping ANYONE for the same 5 or 6 posters to get on here and repeat the same tired bs over and over and over in defense of one or the other of the players here. Besides the fact that neither Ron,nor Crystal deserve to have ANY children in their care, how ’bout asking some of the hard questions here? Has anyone here ever been around someone who’s been on a 3 day binge? I have, and I can tell you that when my little brother (and we’re from an upper class family in the suburbs) came home from one and finally laid his head down, Godzilla himself could have walked through his place, and he’d never have lifted his head. Do I think Misty’s telling the truth? No way. Do I think Ron’s “father of the year?” Hardly. Do I see Crystal a victim of battered woman’s syndrome? Well, since she couldn’t give ANY instances of said abuse, other than to say he smacked her in the back of the head once when she was pregnant, I seriously doubt it. Every single one of the 3 have (quite sadly) turned this tragedy into their own personal gain. Who actively seeks donations to help them “live in a town where their child disappeared?” Wouldn’t it have made more sense to live here while Haleigh was HERE??? Same to Ron…how can you look yourself in the mirror after seeking donations, when you won’t get off your a$$ and go to work, while also spending $400 on tattoos (for God’s sake) and engagement rings? Is there something keeping you from being able to WORK for that $? How ’bout you, Crystal? Misty? All 3 of you get in front of a camera, chain smoking one right after another, talking about how it’s all about Haleigh, when honestly, nothing the 3 of you are doing is helping Haleigh in any way – rather, it’s detracting from what’s truly important (and NEWSFLASH – it’s NOT YOU)!! If you can’t bear the thought of not being here for Haleigh, then you shouldn’t have jetted off to NY – I don’t care if President Obama himself invited you. And you shouldn’t have lived 150 miles from your children. And to bring up the photos of Haleigh’s injuries now and insist on them being abuse, should get Kim dis-barred. I’ve read the school report, and it CLEARLY backs up the injuries Haleigh sustained…pure and simple. And she was taken to the ER the DAY THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED, AND AGAIN A WEEK LATER. Why take pictures? Look how everyone’s asking, and ask that question again with a straight face. The mud slinging is embarassing for all of you!
Lastly, it’s pretty common knowledge that LE closely follows these threads, and can (with a couple of keystrokes) pinpoint the exact location of each and every poster/IP address of anyone posting. How ’bout remembering that when the same ones of you keep posting the same crap over and over because you’re convinced you, and only you, know what’s truth?

LE admits that Misty has changed her story every single time they questioned her, leaving them without a critically important timeline, yet they haven’t charged her with obstruction of justice and/or lying to authorities. I heard that Misty has had about 5 polygraph tests, why even give her a second if they didn’t have the results of the first one. They allowed her to walk right out of another interview because she didn’t like how Mr. Detective was talking to her. Why hasn’t LE slapped her with at least a small charge of obstructing justice or lying to LE?
You would think that LE would have been able to do an inventory on Haleigh’s clothing by now to determine what, if any, clothing she may have been wearing at the time she went missing.
Why is Ron allowed to have possession of a weapon when he clearly has threatened its use? Both LE and Cobra have witnessed his threats. Does Ron have a valid permit? I was under the impression that there are laws in effect in Florida that require guns be kept secured and disarmed when in the home of underage children. Did the responding officer make a note regarding the guns safety while in the presence of Jr.? The responding officer clearly states in his incident report that “due to his emotional state he was unable to provide any useful information”. LE does a sloppy and incompetent job of obtaining possible crucial evidence from a dumpster that, as I heard, 3 cadaver dogs hit on. LE begins the investigation with a dog that is trained to search for a suspect (ends at the RR tracks). The State brings in the bloodhounds, trained to follow a scent presented to them (Haleigh’s), which ends at the river’s edge. Why put on a show of all these dogs if you aren’t going to believe and trust their capabilities?
LE releases the Cummings residence as a crime scene and later, after contamination, removes a door and allows both Misty and Ron access during the time of processing the scene. With all the media attention not one bag of evidence is seen carried from the Cummings home. Since when has anyone been allowed access onto a police crime scene for any reason once it is established?
Ron is never found guilty of any of his drug charges over the years. How many people in that jurisdiction have had their drug charges dropped? Perhaps if they had been prosecuted (to the fullest extent allowed by the law) the city/county may have collected some fines and/or probation fees. At least help the economy. Prosecution would also help stop and clean up the drug problems in that area. JMO

its very obvious that somone from that house did something with haligh. probable the teen age girl lost her temper when haligh wouldn,t go to sleep. she wanted to go out for smokes or boose. she needs to be made!!!! to tell the real story.
