i seen the video, showing haliegh, picture being abuse, that picture does not lie. that picture is now being shown mean more than a thousand words. like the O.J. CASE when Nicole, was being brutal hit abuse by O.J. AND PICTURE WAS SHOWN IN COURT. AND IT DID NOT MEAN A THING TO THE PUBLIC EYES BEFORE AND AFTER. BECAUSE O.J. HAD POWER AT THAT TIME. HE HAD MONEY AND MONEY TALK . NOW HE IS BROKE SO ANY WAY HE IS LOCKED UP FOR STEALING, I BELIEVE COBRA; IS THE MEN FOR THIS CASE AND know something is going break real soon. is what we all waiting for.

I think Ron and Misty know exactly what happened to Haleigh. One of his druggies took her as a swap because Ron was probably threatened. Yes he abused her because he no longer has Crystal to abuse and he is probably abusing Misty also. He took custody because he did not want to pay child support. Yes, he is an undercover agent for the Police or Sheriffs Dep. That’s why they won’t comment on it. If he was not an informant, all they have to say is NO is not an informant. They did not say that. They only say “No Comment”

There was a little girl here in Concord NC where I live, that had the name of a flower, and she ended up with no ‘press’ coverage for what may have become of her.
Of course, she was a little, black girl.
Not that ‘all that’ makes any difference, but the fact
that poor mothers usually have no influence on reports really does.

I cannot believe her mother would plaster photos of her own daughter like this, and make this disgusting drama while her daughter is missing, and in the hands of god only knows who.
It is a digrace, and disrespectful to post this photo and make these accusations now, after she is missing. The mother had a myspace account and had only maybe two or three photos of her two children with this father, but had mass photos of her other son all over the page.
Now she loves her daughter so much that she is willing to do such a gross thing as this? That women clearly shows why the judge gave the father custody.
Ron, I hope your find your daughter Haleigh, and I hope she is found safe. My prayers are out to you, your son, and your daughter. May god bring her home to you soon.
For the rest of you, you are all a disgrace to the human race for the way you have acted and the things you have said. Haleigh should come first, not your fifteen minutes of fame! Haleigh’s fake mother, you disgust me for what you have just done to your daughter with this photo!

Nancy G makes me sick. She was rude, mean and never heard a word Chrystal and her attorney said. But the attoreny was gracious, and made Nancy look like an angry fool. Nancy is afraid to confront ron! He will walk off and NO more ratings for Nancy. Watch Jane Mitchell. She has the same info only more fari IMO

I listened very carefully to Misty’s words in this video when you interviewed her and I want to bring these words to your attention. You are a great journalist so you know that words can mean everything.
Misty was speaking about Haleigh in this interview with you and I heard her say>>
I love Haleigh more than anything in this world>> that was like my baby
she seperates herself from Haleigh by referring to Haleigh as >> That
and then used the word >> Was referring Haleigh is past tense now ( dead )
I reported my thoughts to tipsubmit that I feel Misty was NOT in trailor when Haleigh was abducted but was with another man at the time and that she left the children alone.
I feel strongly that she is lying to save her own hide.
I also believe Misty without realizing will expose that fact that she is lying through her own words the more she talks about this case.
I have also sent my psychic thoughts and pic’s to Tipsubmit to be fwd to Putnam Sheriff’s Office.
If you have time, I’d love to know your thoughts on what I have to say here.

Did you know that when you get arrested many times for drugs,the police ask you to be a snitch?Well check out ronalds arrest record on youtube then you’ll understand why he didnt serve as long a jail term as he should have if he served any at all. Wearing a wire when dealing with drug dealers helps reduce your sentence when you help police reel in the big boys . I do beleive his association with the drug world may have something to do with the disapperance of that child. He has been pulled over many times with posession of mesc,xanax,cocaine,marijuana,oxys and has also been arrested for DUI. Go figure that he is the better parent. Crystal also did drugs and may have reported her car stolen and lied, but I think and it shows that she has turned her life around and may have grown up in that process.She is also very nieve and may have been to afraid of ronald to try to get custody of her children and although she has reported child abuse to DCF, they found nothing.She knows first hand the characters she is dealing with and the characters ronald deals with which is where her fear lies.I pray and hope Haleigh comes home safe,but statistic show that every day a child is missing the chance of her still being alive are very slim. I would like to add to this. I have searched several old articles and videos and cannot find this now.
Early on, in one interview with Misty.
Misty stated about putting the blanket, she had been washing on Haleigh.
“I put the blanket on the body”
I remember at the time, thinking NO-ONE refers to a little girl as “the body” unless she was dead. It made chills go up my spine. I truly believe if they can get the truth out of Misty,& Ron, they will find out what happen to that poor little girl.I feel Ron has been so secure and arrogant this whole time because he is confidant that he won’t get caught as he knows where she is.It will explain the delay in the 911 call.His arrogant “I was at work” that he keeps saying. That is why he has not searched. That is why he is going on with his life.
I hope the two of them pay to the fullest extent of the law,when & if the truth ever comes out.
I pray for Haleigh every day.I also pray that Crystal get Jr out of there.She may be no Angel but, I do believe in this case, she is the lesser of the 2 evils.Sad isn’t it?

I believe that Ron and Misty killed Haliegh after he picked her up from school. Ron Cummings has a substantial criminal record, mostly drug offenses. Misty, on one of the tapes says ever so lightly “she (Haliegh) was sleeping between us.”Misty mentions a “Cousin Joe” who came to visit, supposedly a “big time child molestor” who argued with Ronald over a gun. People on probation are not supposed to own or have guns, maybe during the argument the gun went off and killed the kid. But no DNA in the mobile home, so they killed her outside. The cadaver dogs hit on a dumpster nearby so there had to be a dead body in the dumpster. If he is an informant, the authorities could have moved the body from the dumpster to protect Ronald. Why else could he (Ronald) be living with a 17yr. old girl and be in possession of a gun and not be worried about statutory rape if he indeed is a “rat” You or i would be in jail under those circumstances. Thats my opinion I welcome yours. Let’s solve this case.

I HAVE HEARD SO MUCH ON RONALD DATING TEENAGERS AND THE ALLEGED ABUSE AND HOW THE FINGER HAS BEEN POINTED TO HIS TEMPER. YES I AGREE HE HAS A TEMPER , IS IT WORSE THEN MINE WOULD BE IF MY 3 YR OLD WAS TAKEN FROM MY HOUSE ? I`M NOT SURE . THANK GOD THAT MOST OF THE PEOPLE COMMENTING ON THIS CASE HAVENT HAD TO FACE THIS.AS FAR AS THE TEENAGE GIRLS HE HAS DATED ,WHERE WERE THE MOTHERS OF THESE GIRLS AND WHY HAVE THEY ALLOWED THIS ? THE TIMING FOR THE WEDDING IS AS BAD AS THE TIMING FOR CUSTODY AND ALLIGATIONS OF THE ABUSE CHARGES .

OUR COURT SYSTEM IS FULL OF FLAWS HOWEVER . THEY FAIL THE CHILDREN ALOT OF TIMES .IT IS VERY POSSIBLE THAT HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE MOTHERS YOUNG AGE TO ATTAIN CUSTODY OF THE CHILDREN . BUT DOES THIS MEAN HE DID SOMETHING TO HALEIGH ?NO.
THIS SHOULD NOT BE ABOUT WHO IS OR ISNT BEST PARENT RIGHT YET. PUT J.R. JO D, I’m also a psychic, and I believe you are very wrong. I was 100% correct in Caylee Anthony case. I have seen Haliegh in her immediate surroundings.don’t know the location. But Ron and Misty had nothing to do with her disapearance. But I do have good ideas of who took her and the reasons why.

Psychics always claim to be 100% correct after the facts. Wouldn’t look good to say “opps, i’m a psychic and i was wrong”. So honestly, with as many pcychics in this world who are always 100% correct, why hasn’t one of them literally gone to where haleigh is and bring her home? I do agree that Misty referes to haleigh in the past tense, such as using the word WAS, but i’m not a pcychic, just using my ears. I also have common sense, and what thats telling me is that a man Ronalds age is not going to risk prison time covering for a young 17 yr old. They’re a dime a dozen, young girls that age are real impressionable, and think they’re “all that” when they have an older man. But, on the other hand i do think Misty is gullable enough and can be easily manipulated into covering for Ronald.

A burgler does not seem likely. Would someone who broke into a house turn a light ON? Would the UNSUB go into a room with three sleeping people, take one out, and walk out with the other. Possible, but not probable.

Look, I’m sick of hearing these kids are abused! Haleigh is laughing in the picture!!! Abused kids, DO NOT, at that age put on a face for a photo. I have 5 kids ranging in age 15 to 9 year old twins. I let them go out to play today and all 5 of them came in with some type of cut or scrape from falling off of their bikes!!! Did I abuse my kids??? If letting them go outside and play, where they might get hurt, is abuse then I guess I’m guilty.

I think the biological mom is putting on a fake face. How deep have they looked into her???? Maybe she feels if she can’t have her, then no one can or if she has a vendetta against Ronald, what is the possibilty that she was just jealous of the fact Ron was happy and is in someway out to get back at him. I seriously think That Crystal really needs to be looked into further. What is her alibi and who can honestly say where she was on the night little Haleigh went missing?????

I am a man that has raised a child alone and im speaking from my experience. i got coustody of my child at age 11 month from a mother much the same as in this situation. children have accidents…like falling off monkey bars. i can tell you now a black eye takes Several days to surface and start to heal.THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I SEE IN THESE PHOTOS!!!!! She is laughing and happy in all other photos ive seen. i hesitate to call this mother spiteful but isee that in her…someone who wants to scream foul very easily, i know cause ive lived through in personally. She needs to be doing everything to find her little girl and not pointing her finger. she could have gotton to her court dates if she had tried, especially having an attorney at the time. ABUSE IDONT THINK SO!!

I found this on wordpress.com I found it disturbing!!! Ronald and Misty are the ones NOT putting focus on Haleigh….MAKING OUT IN FRONT OF JR. AT THE FAIR ON THE MIDWAY!!! OMG! Well I totally agree with you both case_watcher,Get this one,the getting married thing just throwed me,But tonite what I saw put the icing on the cake with me,I was at the fair with my grandchild and family,and I see Ron and Misty on the midway laughing and then they get on a ride with Junior (Haleighs Brother) and start making out,People stared taking pics and stared with disbeief,I know 1 thing I wouldn’t be at any fair when my little angel is missing,I said to my husband ,He probably is going to say,”I took Junior to the fair,to keep his mind off Haleigh,Then about 9pm we were leaving and I saw them anbother time without Junior ,then with another couple just laughing as if they were having the time of their lives,I guess Ronald’s going to say” UMMM This is what Haliegh would’ve wanted,(YEAH RIGHT)! Im so sick of his crap! Im starting to think that they both are partners in this whole thing! I don’t know,But all I know is,Like you,I hope this isn’t another Caylee thing either,I pray for this angel EVERYNIGHT.and I just can’t get over these people’s actions and morals,(If they have any)But case watcher,I belive you are right on the money with what you say on your posts,Im always looking foward to reading your posts,keep them comming.as of me I will continue to pray for Haliegh’s safe return,untill this case is solved,and God bless you,and keep you safe!

I’m sorry but as a mother if I thought my children were being abuse you would move heaven and earth to get them out no matter what might happen to me. If you notice she was wiping away tears but look close there werent any to be wiped. She could try and fight to get Jr but it could have been done in away that wouldnt have distracted the media from reporting just about the missing Haleigh.

Mary, You are entiled to your opinion that you
believe I am very wrong , but you didn’t back it up with reasons why that leads me to think its a bs statement. If your reasons are because you were 100% right about Caylee case then why wasn’t your name ever mentioned in any of the information in news papers or the tv coverage about the case. Braggers are usually wrong thats why they brag to begin with. Gee I can brag too about Caylee case because I have proof emails I wrote and sent that are dated prior to when Caylee’s remains were found of the same location she was found and mentioned many other correct details. This is a comment page and not a battle ground for those who think their comment surpasses all. Its the true details that really count and that is what I have posted here > true details.Mary condeming someone elses comments will never make you as better person so stop trying.

You are right in asking why if psychics say they are 100% right hasn’t one of them found Haleigh abd brought her home.
No true psychic would ever say such a thing. Mary says she’s 100% right as a psychic which only makes me wonder why she is trying to convince the world so. If your 100% right it will rise its head for all to see.
Psychics are all gifted in many different ways and I can honestly say I am never 100% right and no one is because you must interupt all the thoughts you recieve in your mind and that is where the true knowledge and gift comes into play.
I have sent my psychic thoughts to police tipline in hopes that it will be helpful in finding Haleigh.
Misty knows this child was abducted while she was not there with her and thats why she has a bad feeling about the harm that came to Haleigh and that is why she talks about Haleigh in a past tense form.
In the beginning of Haleighs dissapearence,I saw Misty shedding tears, and said to myself if only they weren’t tears of guilt.
The truth will surface for all to see that Misty is lying and Ron will agree.

was private Ron going to narc on the drug dealers he owed money to? From my observations from the web site and Nancy Grace he alone is totally responsible for this situation, can’t wait til his anger explodes again, whoever catches that on tape wether he is beating the hell out of Misty, throwing junior across the room or making threats to his beautiful ex (Haighly and Jrs. Since three caver dogs hit on the dumpster and nothing was found why do they not have the cadaver dogs search the car of misty’s cousin that was there to visit the night she became missing. I feel this little girl was killed after she came homefrom school by the father,then placed in her bed until after dark leading everyone like the little brother to beleive she was just sleeping.. then when it got dark misty took her out propping open the door with the cinder block & the inside door open with the pink shirt and threw her in the dumpster until the cousin came and got her and took her away to another town and buried her in a deep grave where she will never be found.. I feel they need to focus on this cousin to get to the bottom of this case.. There is a reason three cadaver dogs hit on that dumpster.. she had to have been in there for some time for this to happen..

Perry, you like so many others, don’t understand psychics, We do not perform magic, most all psychics have different gifts. Mine, I see people and their immedate surroundings. I can even describe people to a tee that I never seen before. I don’t see street or road signs. but I was 100% accurate in the Caylee Anthony case and that can be proven but I don’t feel the need to prove it to you. So please don’t critize people just because you don’t understand or have the gift. and to ice I have contacted the authorities, and I’m sure that they will look into it.

Black eyes are known to be very rare in abuse cases of small children. It isn’t physically natural for a person of adult stature to “punch” a small child. Typically in these cases bruising is usually on the limbs.

Art..Hi, and thank you for the website. I think your phsychic is phsycho. Sorry. Ron, IMO , is where the link is. I believe he hurt the child before he went to work, maybe not killing her, but she died later. Misty covering up. Misty was getting cold feet so he married her. Come on, did you see how HAPPY she was getting married. A little Kid Art. Misty is a little kid. Look a monster in the eye and you will find your answer.

I wanted to add that my son was in a very bad accident at a bonfire this weekend. He is badly burned. I am on here to get my mind off it, but something struck me while I was reading. My son is a very nice person , easy going, never rude. But today, they changed him to oxycotton (sp) for the pain, and OMG I walked into a raving maniac. He was swearing, yelling, unable to communicate with me well untill I was sobbing. SO….a person you see on TV that is NOT on drugs at the time, will be a very different person. I do belive, my son could have seriously injured someone if a male nurse didnt show up to calm him down. A couple of hours later, he looked at me and “I am sorry , mom. Dont be mad at me”. I had to explain to him it was the drugs. So yes, drugs could play a big part. PRayers for my son would be nice too.

If you listen to or read the whole interview with Art, Misty says she put Haliegh to bed about 8p.m., washed some blankets, made Her bed and got into that bed. She got up to use the bathroom about 3 A.M. when Ronald was due home and called 911. If you watched the Nancy Grace show when her producer gave a “walk through” of the house, you can prove the story is a lie. If Misty got up to use the bathroom she would have to walk right by Haliegh who was sleeping on her mattress RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BED WHERE MISTY SAYS SHE WAS. Why aren’t the cops arresting her. She’s covering for someone.

TErri……NG has egg on her face. This is why she quit reporting on Haliegh for a couple of days. Read all the posts. So many are angry with her for treating Chrystal this way. Watch her clench her teeth. Now it NG wanting to be right so she can say “I told you so”. It is not about Haliegh for her, it is about NG. Jane is so much better and keeps it real. I think since there has been no body found(THANK GOD),Haleigh might still be alive.Did the police check ALL the known sex offender’s around her area? I wonder if Haleigh is just being kept somewhere,just to cause friction between the parents.

Why doesn’t N.A.S.A. use its technology to give to police when someone goes missing.
We all know they have the capability to view and record any spot in the U.S. with great detail – even at night
They could turn over the tapes to the police and the police could surveil the Area of the vcitims home and see if any cars or what type of activity there was around the home and then follow the car or people seen to where they next went.
This would have solved the Anthony case, The Cummings Case, The Duckette case, the Cantu case, the Polly Clas Case,etc etc, etc.
But the Liberals would all be crying ‘Big Brother’
I think its just another way our society has misplaced its values.
Finding a child is much more important and the terchnology IS THERE.

We are all interested in the Time Line,it is obvious we all watch enough of C.S.I.Court TV,& etc.I did so much reseach on Casey/Caylee I already have a story written, I’m sure most of you have the same on Haleigh’s search. I also feel there is something up with the real mother of little Haliegh. No matter what the situation all these people argueing over who is 100% right WHO CARES !!! That is really not important and it is really an awful thing that you are so worried about right and wrong at a time like this. This little girl needs every person to be focused on her not the winner of being right. This is a life not a contest. So please just focus on Haliegh. I send prayers up for Haliegh every day and GOD BLESS her and her family. Ashley

Are cadaver dogs reliable? Is there a way to beat the polygraph? Does having a criminal record make a person “iffy”. Is living with an under age woman a crime? Does having an affair with a “black man” cause a white woman to be classified a “harlot”. If statistics prove that “abused women” would rather take it than report it are we calling them “asking for it and making it up”. If a man beats a woman is guilty of domestic violence. If a child misses school over forty days during the school year do we question why? If a 3 yr. old child gives an interview and is being helped by his mother, after giving police the same interview, can he be believed. Think about these questions.

People wake up!! This wouldn’t be the first time that DCF has failed to protect our children. Or have they? They have to work under strict guidelines and laws and can’t always do what they think is in the best interest of the children. DCF can’t remove every child that they “think” is in danger. They usually start with more visits to the home in question and move towards parenting classes, etc. Not unless a child is in immediate danger can they a remove that child. They must consider the parents rights. Too often those laws and rights fail our children. JMO

Oh please if there was so called abuse with all the attention this case is getting they would of took RJ by now.This is another lie Crystal made up because lets face it she is never at fault the blame for everything in her life is always someone else fault.Do you seriously think that I or anyone else for that matter is gonna believe someone who is know to make false reports and accusations. What is this world coming too? I am sick to my stomach when I hear stories of this missing children,however I find myself looking for a closer. There is something truly wrong with Ron and Misty. As a mother of two,I wouldn’t be able to sleep I would be looking day or night for my child. I think Ronald knows that Misty is hiding something and like the old saying “keep your friends close, but keep your enemies even closer”!I am not sure why he married her however I do believe the son should be with his biological mother. Misty needs to be held in a dark room and integrated to hell freezes over. I do not believe that beautiful Haleigh is no longer with us on earth.However Ron and Misty do not get the right to live happily ever after!
PS Misty should be question more on the bedding she so happen to wash while the kids were in their bed asleep.

I believe that Ron and Misty are completely innocent just as they say, but I believe the cousin of misty kidnapped haleigh because he was angry at the father and he took her for vengance and to hurt her father.
The Perp traveled south and I believe he has killed the little girl and buried her somewhere on his way south and at this time I of course cannot pinpoint the spot but I do see a connection to Ocala and a wooded area.
The story i read on the internet said the cousin was questioned and no longer a suspect and if this is true then this is very sad because I see him as a very violent man who is capable of very bad things and this may not be the first crime such as this according to my psychic information.

I had a dream:
I saw Haleigh in the bottom of a grave near RR tracks
The grave was dug for someone else.
Haleigh was killed placed in the Bottom of the grave then covered with enough dirt to hide her little body
– then the casket for the person who the grave was dug for was placed on top of Haleigh — thus No cadaver dogs would hit on a her dead body as there was another body in the grave too
The cemetary is near RR tracks
and some water is near by —

Did anyone die during the days before Haleigh went missing or within a few days either way ???? IF SO PLEASE dig up the coffin and look under it. Thats where you’ll find Haleigh

I think about Haleigh so much(sweet little innocent soul),I wish I knew where she is. All I can try to believe, is that she is in a better place than with that trifling, Ron and Misty! Little Junior should by all means, be removed from them with an almighty, quickness! On what parallel Universe is Ron Cummings deemed, “a fit parent” ? This case has elements of conspiracy. Look at it like this. Ron with his drug laden, abusive, pedophile, currently paroled, police informant, history, and Misty with her young, immature, dumbass, ignorant,druggie self. With them, what chance could 2 little children have of surviving childhood? I just watched the movie “Gone Baby Gone”, I think with that same storyline, it could easily be renamed the “Haleigh Cummings story”. I just pray that it has the same ending, for dear little Haleighs sake!
