Maybe Misty was out cold, and “the man in black” took Haleigh right out from under her nose, maybe the man in black was her own brother or maybe someone who Ron owed drug money to or finally crossed for the last time, like Amber Brooks, or some molester that took the opportunity that knew Misty would be dead to the world after 3 days of drugs?? No matter how you look at this, Misty is lying most likey she is scared and Ron is a sleazy bully who has been one step away from statutory rape with at least 3 women, and has a mother with legal connections who makes sure that nothing sticks to her boy! Poor Crystal was 14 and it obvious he took his toll on her, how old was Amber Brooks? And he wants to steal that kid back from Amber so he doesn’t have to pay his child support, and we all know how old Misty was, sooo come on. This guy shouldn’t have had custody of any children, job or not, he stole those kids from Crystal only to play fast and loose with their safety and security! His mother should be ashamed of any help she gave him, because all he learned was he doesn’t have to pay the piper but everyone else does.

I think the reason they were fighting that night. Misty wanted to go out and get drugs.Ronald might have said your not taking my kids -itch.I beleave that him and Misty used Oxycontin before to put them to sleep, to do their drug errands.So I assume he told Misty to give them the Oxycontin before she left,She accidentley gave her to much.Thats why Ronald married Misty because he is just as much to blame as her.Why elese would he stick by her like he has. If you notice every time Misty was interviewed, she would look at Ronald to make sure she was giving the right answers!!!

In reading these comments I have come to the conclusion that the biggest problem with all crime cases is that everyone draws their own conclusions based on assumptions, inuendo, and what little truthful or untruthful “facts” they come across. It’s a proven fact that Ron comes off as a thuggish, foul mouthed, demanding, disrespectful, rude…punk, with Misty as a young, very immature, very uneducated and confused…wild child who has no business in any steady relationship. With that being said — No matter who or how they are there is absolutely no doubt that they BOTH love and adore Haleigh with all of their hearts. While they are not our idea of model parents — the heartfelt grief and sense of loss is very evident especially with Ron. One thing for sure is that even with all of their inappropriate behaviors and attitudes, their pain and their tears are real and it is so very obvious that they are way out of their league, in over their heads, and completely lost in this media frenzy, police interrogations, public ridicule and this entire situation. They are scared out of their minds first and foremost with their child missing, then with all of this “in your face” activity going on around them. Sure things come out of their mouths wrong and actions or statements are misspoken or taken wrong and they are “raked over the coals” for everything. I see them as terrified children thrust into the big bad world of the public “firing squad” due to a horrific event in their lives. It’s also obvious that the adults around them have insisted that they present themselves in a different manner than they did before as well as them trying to be adults when they are still just scared kids reeling from the dissapearence of their cherished daughter. The people around them have “prittied” them all up, instucted them what and how to say things — but one thing they can’t change or control is their honest, raw, deeply painful emotions and pain. They are not only trying to find Haleigh but they are also trying to survive in a most unfamiliar and terrifying situation that they have no clue how to handle.

At least Ron and Misty show true honest pain, heartache and tears with or without the cameras. Crystal appears to put on quite a show when she can get attention from it. I have no doubt that Crystal love Haleigh – in her own weird way.

I just pray that this beautiful child is returned to Ron quickly and unharmed. I also hope that this horrific event teaches them all a valuable lesson in parenting and life in general.

I have a question I would love to have answered.All the pro’s said when Caylee Anthony was missing that the cadiver dogs would not hit on anything but human remains like a body.O.K. when they hit on the dumpster in this case they all said no not little Haleigh was probably something like a tampax o.k. now if I was a juror hearing this in the other case sure would cause major reasonable doubt…..This whole mess stinks and I am not a cadiver dog.Someone needs to get it straight I believe that little girl had been in that dumpster.

MMMM–I don’t buy it. cops searched dumpster at least twice, and every dumpster in 15 mile radius…anything is possible, but that one is way down my list..tx

I BELIEVE THAT RON CUMMINGS IS A DRUG DEALER AND PROBABLY A CONTROL-FREAK AS WELL…HE LOOKS LIKE THE TYPE WHO CAN BECOME VIOLENT IF HIS COMMANDS AREN’T MET!!! THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE STORIES THAT MISTY GAVE TO THE POLICE, SHE ONLY CHANGED HER STORY EVERYTIME THEY QUESTIONED HER….IF SHE AND THAT RON DID SOMETHING TO THIS INNOCENT CHILD THEN THEY BOTH DESERVE TO HAVE THE BOOK THROWN AT THEM……
