Campaign Diary: Heeeeeeere’s Meghan McCain!
Insider Host Lara Spencer Sits Down with John McCain’s Daughter, Meghan

Let’s see, she likes “bad boys,” sports a tattoo on her heal that startled Henry Kissinger and calls Sarah Palin a fine pick for VP. Oh, and she’s written a children’s book about her Dad.
That’s Meghan McCain, 23, campaign blogger and unabashed backer of a candidate with whom she doesn’t always see eye to eye. We just wish she’d challenged Paris Hilton to a debate after the way she dissed her dear old Dad in that campaign ad…

Guess none of this will matter once Obama pulls all our troops back here.
Nevermind the ‘investment’ of time and ‘oil’ to get them over there…we’ll just, I guess have to spend or ‘spin’ that all over again if we don’t win…or might be worse when they hit us right where it hurts the most, right in the pocket book.
Not to mention “Blood, Sweat and Tears.”
I say even if it takes more than 1,000 years!!!!
At heart I think Bush and his family have been an asset to our Great Country, and this all reminds me that “A Mind Is A Terrible Thing to Waste,” and how do you spell ‘potatoes’ and does everyone like the way you laugh, or the noise it makes (Dean).
Gosh, the ‘evil media’ just keep telling us what’s popular…like it’s us instead of them.
Reminds me of when my dad brought home a huge soft-shelled turtle and let it live in our back yard for about a year…then when it came right down to it…it was food for not just us, but a bunch of our poor cousins that lived in the country, and not just them, but whomever they brought to the gathering.
By the way, when it got right down to brass tactics…I was the one that helped, I’m proud to say, butcher that turtle…although I was not the one that killed it…darn thing tried to bite me all week long while I tried to make friends with it.
One ov my brothers, took off, when it got a little gory…he said he was a city boy…
Anyway ‘the Whole Truth’ is that once upon a time, my dad, when he was only about 7 years old brought one of those turtle home to his mother and 6 sisters…and that’s what saved them from starvation.
I’m really good at cleaning fish, too…although I haven’t had to in a while…I rather miss it.

I just loved what I heard a man say on CNN just now…
“I’ve gotta’ do 3 of these a day, and this is what was left on my table”
Jack!!!!

Sure does hurt thinkin’ our government has really just been ripping us off all these years…
Social Security should be firmly intact with not billions or trillions…
Can anyone do the math?
Hillary I must say…I’m so ashamed of you, not ’cause you stood beside your man and like that tea party once upon atime…
Oh, nevermind, no one would understand or believe me anyway.
By the way, Your heart is just a pumping muscle, just like those other organs.
I sure would like, instead of Martha Stewart having served time in jail (while she got served 3 meals a day)…
I would like them to give all that money back, and sure would be nice if American Media would keep ‘Reality TV’ at bay for a while…
After all, it’s really just cheap blank space between advertisemts…
Oprah’s getting fat!!!

Art I watched the Insider and ET and I was amazed at their sober and respectful pieces on the Palins and McCains.
Now I understand, it must be because of your involvement.
But you will be more popular if you go into serious Palin-McCain bashing. That is where the business is. And the Dems will love you for it.
Please accept my apologies Art, I feel bad for some of my remarks to you yesterday. They were unfair and perhaps uncalled for. I know I have promised you many times that I will leave, and here I still am.
You will help me, honestly, if you can ban me from postingLOL. As long as I can still read!

Pretty sad ‘in fact’ to think, to think ‘that’ the President of Iran would rather see LA than the Grand Canyon.

Guess family isn’t off limits, seems ‘you’ and the rest of ‘the media’ can write about anything…like making mountains out of mole hills.
I meant this in no way as a reflection of ‘her’ but ‘them,’ which I guess boils down to ‘us.’
Lord love a duck!!!

I predicted at the beginning of this year that freedom of speech as we know it, will dissappear under an Obama presidency. Was I right, he has already started.
Art as a journalist, you should be very worried.

Sorry, wrong link, below is the one about the Obama Truth Squad.
If you scroll down the blogs you will see a video on the Obama Truth Squad.

This is very dissappointing.
However, after Friday night, I have decided to vote for Obama. He impressed me. And perhaps we need something completely different, 8 is for new beginnings.

Found it.

Joni and Isabel, what did you think of the debate? Will you now join me in voting for Obama? We are never too old to learn.
September 28th, 2008 at 4:47 pm
I know these videos are seen all over the internet, perhaps you have seen them too, sorry for the duplication. But perhaps there are those who have not seen them, so it is for them.
And now I hope Art will delete all my posts, as it seems I am the only blogger left.

Sarafina:
Please wake up. There is a better chance of me jumping off a cliff than voting for Obama. I hope you wake up from this nightmare.
For me it gets discouraging to come here to post, come back days later and find the comments still waiting for moderation. Of course I realize Mr. Harris has other things to do. On the other hand, there is a question in the back of my mind asking whether the reason for the posts to remain “waiting for moderation” is simply a means to delay publicing negative comments against that gross Obama.
I’ll bet that Obama’s teleprompter at home is his wife. She pulls a string, speaks and the dummy acts.
September 30th, 2008 at 2:29 am
Well, Sarafina I just had a long post and accidentally hit the tab key I think, and it went somewhere, but I have no idea where, lol, and I don’t feel like typing all that over again.
But, I hear you. We were right about him all along weren’t we?
September 30th, 2008 at 5:26 pm
No sarafina you arn’t the only blogger left but some of us just read and take things in before saying anything
September 30th, 2008 at 5:27 pm
Isabel and Joni, was just teasing you.
Obama looked like a tired school teacher. McCain was looking young, fresh and as ready as always!
Obama did study well for the debate, poor school boyLOL

Funny how trying to defend youself against lies and very misleading statements can be called a police state.Sounds like people are a little off course on this matter.Would you want someone out their puttin out lies about you or your family.I don’t think so.

Sarafina:
I actually believed you had changed your mind about Ossama after watching the debate. I apologize. I must have been dozing off while typing.
October 4th, 2008 at 4:36 am
I stayed up early to watch “The Rainmaker” again.
Gosh “The Media” keeps repeating themselves using new words and phrases…just enough to keep us watching those commercials.
Marketing is such a racket, reminds me of most professions these days…however some of those commercials are very creative and funny…like little short movies…
That reminds me of a song, and a very talented pianist/vocalist called ‘Randy’ ’cause he is?
You know I mostly pretend I understand what the heck is happening and knowing about Biology and Math…I sure hated History.
What a wonderful thing to feel that we are a part of all this ‘process’…yet, I don’t believe in that…I would rather believe in babies…and just think what a wonderful world this would be if we all did?
I had my dog operated on and they did remove 2 tumors. One on her leg and a smaller one on her head…I’m saving money on ‘lab’ testing to see if it’s cancer. That doesn’t really matter much to me…she still loves to run and play and sniff an pee…and she enjoyes food and treats and breaking up fights when my 2 cats get a little carried away…
In a lot of ways she’s happier than me…which makes me happy…I’m starting to ramble.
Obama should conceed the election to the man that deserves the presidency…that would be non-partisan/American.
McCain will never get this chance again, but after watching the listening to lessons about Shakespeare on “The Comedy Channel”…guess maybe what he did is better than anything more, he could ever do…
Kinda’ like “The Rainmaker” once he one 50mil…no one would expect less.
Guess I’ve rambled on long enough…except on a final note…that sure was a great car.
October 4th, 2008 at 4:51 am
Once he ‘won’ not ‘one’…reminds me now, of noodles.
October 4th, 2008 at 2:43 pm
Hmmm, hopefully you feel the same about the lies and misleading statements about Sarah Palin.
Wish Bush and McCain can also come up with their own Truth Squad, there is just no limit to how low liberals go in defaming them.
October 4th, 2008 at 3:25 pm
“The Alaska governor did a wonderful job of displaying her experience and justifying her candidacy in terms of her expertise on energy issues. It’s now far harder to dismiss her as an unqualified flake”
October 4th, 2008 at 6:26 pm
I know Hmmm LOL
It is wise to think and ponder before you criticize Obama.
Ask the politically incorrect Sarah, boy is she being punished for challenging the One.
October 5th, 2008 at 2:12 am
Sarafina, LOL, I knew you were kidding. This just gets worse every day, doesn’t it. And to think how blind some people are, it’s amazing! And it’s people like them that will put Obama in….that and crooked voting. I really believe it’s already fixed.
October 7th, 2008 at 6:31 pm
Joni, sometimes I wonder if we the black people of this earth were perhaps really born to be slaves. Are we cursed?
THe slavery that Obama is leading us into, although a different kind, will America once again have to fight a civil war over it? Will we even have the will power left to fight?
This time we will be slaves to the State forever, looking to dictators like Obama and Ayers to feed us.
So sad that we can allow a fraud like Obama to use us to gain power. This is not the dream Dr King had. The Democratic party as it is today is not what JFK had in mind.
They would turn in their graves if they know how Obama and Bill Ayers are taking advantage of this nation.
How could Ayers even have gotten into our education system to brainwash our young? Then they complain about the state our education is in?
Our youth has been brainwashed and prepared for a time like this when a fraud like Obama could come in and harvest them for his own selfish purposes.
