It looked like Joe all day, with the Virginia governor, then Sen. Evan Bayh saying they were not Barack Obama’s co-pilot. Hillary admitted she’d never even been vetted by his committee and was left licking her wounds with the consolation prize of a speech, plus one for Wild Bill, at the convention.
Then it was only Sen. Joe Biden, for days uncharacteristically quiet and coy with the press for someone never known to be at a loss for words…a frontrunner by many expert accounts all along, then confirmed by news wires as Obama’s choice after midnight Friday…We’ll see him in Denver.

Why would Senator Clinton need to be vetted by the team everything was already out there for all to see.IMO Senator Biden was the right choice for Senator Obama. He knows his way around washington and knows his foreign policy

You just couldn’t help but get another dig in about Hillary, could you?
She wasn’t licking her wounds. I have it on good authority that she told Obama a long time ago, that she would NOT be VP, that is why they didn’t even vet her.
And while I’m here, is anyone aware that another one of Obama’s mentors, is (was?) Frank Marshall Davis, Communist Party member of the USA? He was Obama’s mentor during the mid to late 70’s while Obama was living in Hawaii. Just another unsavory character to help mold a young impressionable mind. The list of these unsavory characters is very long. My what a good “education” Obama has had with these hoodlums.
I have never in my life seen a candidate treated as badly as I’ve seen Hillary treated in this election. Even by you Art, you are no exception. You have been parroting all the other talking heads. Hillary is far superior than all of you put together. She has taken everything with great dignity. You men(?)lol, should be ashamed of yourselves!
By the way, I hear Obama’s already moving alot of his headquarters to Chicago and he hasn’t even been elected president! How utterly arrogant! Get ready for a big fall, Obama, lol. Who will be left to catch you, lol. He’s losing supporters by the minute, lol.
Looks like Obama has finally accepted the fact that he has no experience and that’s why he chose Biden, or maybe no one else would take the position with him, lol. They can’t be saying anything about McCain’s age anymore, can they, lol. This is too funy, lol.
I get so tired of hearing that we are sore losers. That couldn’t be further from the truth. We are angry that the elections have been rigged and that is why Obama is where he is right now. I will no longer trust the voting system in this country. Never! If Hillary had lost fair and square, that is something we could all accept, but NOT when she was cheated!

Well, I did know, or rather, I was related to one good man that came back from Vietnam.
He was a Helicopter pilot and I think he retired from the military after saving many wounded young men.

I don’t know exactly when you are leaving for Denver, but I just wanted to post this anyway. I found this on a website called Canada Free Press.
It tells about the convention starting today (Sun.) where Ingrid Mattson, national president of Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) will be speaking and that people are going to protest that, and rightly so.
ISNA, according to the CFP, is a “group related to the violent Muslim Brotherhood, who was named by the U.S. government as a co-conspirator for a 2007 Federal trial, which dealt with financing millions of dollars to Hamas”.
Also, last month, under Mattson’s watch, “ISNA propagated material on it’s website, calling for the murder of Jews and the waging of war against Jews and Christians”.
Why would Obama have this Mattson speak at the convention? This is all very disturbing and only adds to all the other things I’ve been reading about Obama and his connections. I also remember reading that Obama wants to have more muslims in government positions. Hmmmm

We’ve been so darn selfish for so long, that I wonder how long change will take?
Yet, I’ll still vote for the Republic, for which it stands…
I will respect my elders even when they are wrong. But, the older they get the wiser (and softer), too!!!
And it doesn’t matter how rich your are, or how many homes you own (or even if you were raised on a Paradise Island, and had wealthy grandparents).
All that really matters is time, and how much you give.
So, we will see.

I wonder if this team will permit the pardoning of jailed border patrol egents, Jose Compean, & Ignacio Ramos. They were jailed for shooting & wounding an illegal alien drug smuggler from Mexico. I wonder where Mr. Joseph Biden stands on this issue.

According to the Times-Gazette, in Shelbyville, TN, Tyson Foods was going to do away with Labor Day and make a paid holiday sometime in Sept. to accomodate their Somali employees’ religion.
Some local and state officials sent Tyson a letter stating this was unacceptable. There was public outrage as you can expect, so the union employees voted again, reinstating our Labor Day.
I guess this is just the beginning of things to come, if Obama gets in.
Also according to the article, there is some contention between the Somalis and the local people, because the Somalis are more agressive and are used to going to stores and negotiating prices and doing things their way. I guess they’ll have to learn to do it our way or go back to Somalia.
But then, if Obama gets in, probably not. Things will change alright, but not to our advantage. Wake up America!

I forgot to add something in my previous post about Tyson Foods. They had already made a prayer room for their Muslim employees to pray twice a day in, ( how nice) so they wouldn’t have to leave the plant two times a day to pray, but the union made them make two prayer rooms, instead of just the one. The Muslims are being catered to already and he isn’t even president yet, and I pray he never will be.
What will be next I wonder?
While I’m here, did anyone see Obama’s plane makeover yet? I did and he had a flag that was on the tail painted over and had his emblem put on instead. He has a very tiny flag on the side of the plane. He had the whole interior redone. I also read that he has the word “president” embroidered on his own seat at the front of the plane. Such arrogance!!!

They should be glad she did not dissappear as they have suggested! They were falling behind and Hillary came to their rescue.
Michelle looked great too! She really is a stylish woman, I am glad she is not part of the “sisterhood of the traveling pantsuits”. She looks great in all those beautiful dresses.
Too bad the Democratic Party supports a candidate who opposes medical care and basic human rights to some infants born alive.
How does that rhyme with the compassionate Obamas that they are selling to us? What about the least among us (as the Obama’s like to say). The human babies, what about them?
Obama can give a great speech on global warming, caring for the environment, endangered species, and the poor polar bears.
But can he give a great speech of human rights for ALL INFANTS born alive?
Does the Human Rights Organisation know what we are doing here in the US to some babies? Should someone let them know?

Maybe some of you should read why Obama voted the way he did on the abortion issue instead of saying misleading things.There were already laws in place on this issue.Some of you talk about hate but from some of you that is all I hear along with unsupported rumors and misleading statements.Senator Clinton was not cheated she lost in all ways because Obama ran a better campaignEven Laura Bush shows more grace than some of you.

Hillary Clinton wears pants suits because her legs are chunky. She used to wear dresses but stopped after hearing so many negative comments about her legs. I remember my own supervisor (in 1993) comment on Hillary’s legs. Now you know.
