Back in July 06, I came home to fine out he had quit his Job at the car dealership by not showing up, had been on a three day coke and crystal meth binge with Nicole Porbert,my co defendant and his current girlfriend Kim Bacon, another real estate agent with the same broker I was with. After I kicked him out it was about thanksgiving when my broker received an email apparently from my current boyfriend saying I was selling sex for money, of course of which he had not, we have since found out that my ex Ian Martin openly admits in a deposition and in court records that he had been spying on me and breaking into my emails, hence the way he was able to get my current boyfriends name and info, and make it appear as if he had sent this damaging email to my broker. It was also he that went to the DA and told him this ridiculous story, about drugs, and a whore house being run out of Sugarloaf...after all he did threaten to do that, and obviously the DA believed, him. How embarassing it must have been for the DA to spend 1 million dollars of tax payers money on wire taps, and then after realizing, approach my client the urologist that lived in my neighborhood with a deal and threaten to charge him and expose him and take his license away because he had him on wire tap giving me a couple samples of viagra, hence why the Dr. insisted on giving me a Christmas present in person at my back door. This so called Christmas present was a large brown box of which I assumed had a smaller pink VS box in it...turns out it was approx. 15 samples each of Viagra and Cialis. Which would then explain why a few days later the DA come busting into my home, accusing me of several different thing including distribution of erectal dysfunction drugs, I remember thinking to myself how does he know that I just received all those samples...of which I never asked for from this client. I guess he had to make sure he had something right? They found no copious amts of money, or drugs in my home, they found 2 cocaine snifters with residue, of which I had no idea were in my home and must have belonged to my husband, and were still there after I kicked him out. They also found an unused steroid needle of which obviously I don't take steroids. It must have been embarrassing to have found nothing but a few unused condoms, adult toys, promo photos and XX DVDs of which I sell when I am dancing, and a bunch of my tax records down in the basement going back from 1990, when I moved here to Atlanta. Shortly after the arrest, my co defendant had no where to go with her young 8 year old daughter, so I allowed them to move in with me against all better judgment from my attorney and friends. Of course were were indicted on RICO charges with no evidence of anything and the wire taps were to be tossed out for being obtained illegally. It wasn;t long after that that Nicole, had met a boy while out bar hopping and brought him back to my house. From what I can figure out, on Sept 12the she took this boy over to a hair dresser friend of ours who clearly has a drug issue, and bought an 8 ball of cocaine from him, so that they could party all night. It is in my opinion that Nicole was arrested after she left the house by her boyfriend Officer Saldona, an under cover officer, going by the hidden arrest report I was able to obtain from my attorney...of course there is no record of Nicole being arrest for she plead out a deal, the deal to be to set me up on drug charges so that they could end this dog and pony show. Karen, the hairdresser that sold the coke to the under cover, was then arrested Sept. 21st according to the arrest warrant 4 hours before me. It was then I started receiving calls from Nicole and Karen urging me that they were in a hurry and that Nicole wanted to get a gram of coke and party, and that could I please go pick it up because Karen had to go visit her sick father in the hospital...after all it was only couple of miles down the road. I was at home watching movies with a friend and had to pause it and run over there to do her that favor, according to my arrest report I had been under survailence the entire time, that they were watching Karen's house and had back up in the neighboring school yard. The call was called in and they pulled us over for failure to main tain a lane. Neither of us had been drinking ...the rest is history. What pisses me off is that, two drug dealers, and my husband who isn't even a legal citizen of the US were all let go, my husband who ratted me out for prostitution, a misdemeanor, in exchange for a FREE $300/hr divorce att. They did this so that they could dilibertly bankrupt me. They played Ian like a pawn, what kind of att. advises his client to move back into the rental proeprty when he has no income and advises him not to pay the mortgage on the property we owned jointly. Further more, it states in his testimony that he had not paid a retainer to the attorney but that the attorney knew there was equity in the rental property...and that he would get paid from that...again why would you advise your client not to pay the mortgage for how would he collect. It went into foreclosure twice both times Ian filed Bankruptcy to drag it out, further ruining my credit from A paper to the low 600's...they called emergency hearings, blaming me for Ian's bankruptcy, yet he was too busy laying around doing drugs to get a job, he had his temp. status card and had to stay married to me until March 08. There was a prenump, which they fought, just to drag it out some more, and bleed me of more att. fees. And then finally when we receive the Divorce trial date, conveniently his att. drops him...two weeks before the trial...guess they didn't need him anymore since I was going to be filing bankruptcy, the plan they devised from the beginning. The judge awarded me everything and could see right thru this shotty visaed...he even awarded my att. $3k in attorney fees...and now the reason why I write this is because, all this time they have bullied me, put me in the news constantly weening this out, made me unemployable because I am now highly recognized from all the exposure. I am unable to practice RE due to the felony charged they set me up on, yes I take the blame for being the trusting idiot that went over and picked it up...my bad. I have suffer for 3 years trying to be gainfully employed, and now find myself right back where I was in the adult business dancing and tending bar of which I am grateful for. She is a kind woman with a large heart. She is just trying to move on with her life and live up to her consequences and responsibilities. She is working hard to move ahead in her life and close the book on this chapter. I am very happy that I have Lisa as a friend. She is always offering to help and gives freely of herself and her time. My kids love her and so do I. I guess I am one of the "soccer moms" mentioned earlier. As a "square" person I didn't know what I could possibly have in touch with Lisa, based on what I had seen and read about her in the media. The truth is that we have a great deal in common. We push each other to work out hard and support each other by listening to each other. Everybody has an occassional bad day. It sure is nice when you have a friend to vent to about your bad day. Plus, the time on the cardio machines sure passes much faster when Lisa and I are on them running our mouths. She is a really great person and I just wanted others to know that. Boy that sure was once heck of a deal wasn't it? So now that Chuck is serving his time for his past ill behavior please tell us when you will start serving your time. Isn't it extremely difficult to maintain your perfect demeanor so as to further intimidate Lisa Taylor and have her appear to be the culprit in this whole thing? Hope July 31st will be an end to your marriage without any strings attached. She deserves better and you just need to go back to Canada.
