According two a Gwinnett County Police report, Nicole Slater-Myers, formerly known as Nicole Probert, failed a field sobriety test after backing into a car in a Gwinnett County Apartment shortly after midnight on August 17th.

According the report, Slater-Myers was standing in the parking lot when an officer arrived. Police say she was swaying from side to side, had trouble keeping her balance and had bloodshot, glazed eyes.

The police report indicates Slater-Myers refused a breathalyzer test and was taken to the Gwinnett County Jail and booked on a DUI charge.

Slater-Myers was charged with prostitution and racketeering in 2007 along with Lisa Ann Taylor, who became known as the Mansion Madam. At the time Slater-Myers used the name Nicole Probert.

The charges against Probert were dropped after she helped prosecutors build cases against her codefendants.

I guess I am one of the “soccer moms” mentioned earlier. As a “square” person I didn’t know what I could possibly have in touch with Lisa, based on what I had seen and read about her in the media. The truth is that we have a great deal in common. We push each other to work out hard and support each other by listening to each other. Everybody has an occassional bad day. It sure is nice when you have a friend to vent to about your bad day. Plus, the time on the cardio machines sure passes much faster when Lisa and I are on them running our mouths.

She is a really great person and I just wanted others to know that. I am blessed by her and her friendship.

I defended Lisa publicly in the AJC. I also continued to make bank deposits and Ran errands for her when she was out of town even after I moved out!
You read like you are a expert witness but you don’t have a clue of the facts.

Or what about, you, LOL…maybe your staff could give us an update and tribute to how careful you are at gathering ‘facts.’

What about Tony Snow? Gosh he had hair and was maybe better at playing the flute than you…but, I kinda think you’re a good guy, too.

It’s a full moon, plus my daughter turned sweet 16 today, so I’m feeling a little more crazy than usual, LOL.

Then I was thinking about all these ’sweet little kids’ in my neighborhood…and a couple of hours ago a bunch of cops talking to boys on bicycles, and all those ‘cruisers’ and ‘gas’ and ‘time’ and are they just out there scaring little kids and taking over where parents leave or left behind, and not really gettting down to the business of finding the source?

But, I am all for scaring little kids, too…whatever it takes…

But really, couldn’t those grown adult men with badges be on the other side of ‘Union Street’ which divides the whites and the blacks…

And it is black and white…not color, but something else.

Maybe you could write about that.
