Art Harris: Hulk Shock On Nancy Grace Tonight!
By Art Harris, (c), www.artharris.com, all rights reserved
Tonight on CNN’s Nancy Grace, we’ve been invited on the show to reveal shocking, little known details about the driving records of Nick Bollea and the fellow driver piloting Mom’s Dodge Viper the night Hulk Hogan’s 17 year old son smashed his souped-up Supra last year, maiming ex-Marine John Graziano, a two-tour Iraq veteran.
We’ve also obtained police records –our readers saw here first — and talked with law enforcement about what happened that day. What did Hulk Hogan buy at Albertson’s Liquor store? The receipt shows:
–two cases of Miller Lite for $11.99 each; two cases of Corona Extra for $13.99 each; one case of Miller Chill Beer for $10.99; 5 bags of ice for $1.99 each. Hulk paid with credit or debit card and signed for it, then carried two of the packages out; the clerk recalls another young man carrying the third package. None acted like they’d been drinking at that point, nor smelled of alcohol, he told police.
–The store clerk also confirmed to investigators Nick Bollea and friends were indeed in the store when Dad was stocking up on party supplies before they went boating in Clearwater, Fla., on the day of the crash.
–Crash investigation report reveals Florida Highway Patrol stopped Nick twice on the same day for speeding–one year before the crash. The date: Sept. 17, 2006.
The first time, Nick was doing 107 mph in 70 mile zone. He got a warning; it’s unclear why, but one prosecutor recalls hearing the officer had to respond to an emergency…Then, a 19 miles down the road, Nick gets popped again, this time doing 115 mph. This time, he does get a citation.
Both times, his father, Hulk Hogan, aka Terry Bollea, is in the Toyota, that cranks 544 horsepower, as later measured by police. He counts at least two other prior speeding tickets as well, on 2/21/ 07 and 6/26/07.
–The second driver, Daniel Jacobs, was in the Viper, that was zipping around roads, “racing between lights,” according to witnesses. He’d had numerous speeding tickets, too. Witnesses talk about their alleged hot-dogging in the streets.
–As for the cruise, just where did Hulk take them on the water that day? First stop: Shepard’s Tiki Bar, but it was too crowded, according to what one party pal told investigators, so they cruised for a while. Then it was back to the Tiki Bar, where Hulk anchored off shore and a group including Nick and friends waded to shore.
A security guard at the bar said they were turned way though, because on one had IDs. While his friends were holding bottles of beer, said witnesses, Nick had a green cup of light colored liquid. A friend told police he didn’t recall what he’d been drinking if anything, but a bouncer said he didn’t act drunk. He wore sunglasses, he said, so it was impossible to read his eyes.
Tune in Nancy Grace tonight to hear more.

Art, I believe you’re on to something I do believe it is one of the writers from WWE or at least someone who Hogan Knows. He’s trying to make it seem that his family is being victimized to get sympathy , but just listen to hogan or at least watch his stupid show Hogan knows how to develop a story and stick to it.

I haven’t read all of this yet, but I wanted to make a suggestion before I forget.
Maybe ‘The Hulk’ could promote and do some fund-raising for war vets, and in the meantime get some ‘kids’ to know there’s a proper ‘place’ to vent and speed. There are race tracks and drag strips.

…might I also recommend racing in the morning and drinking and STAYING HOME AND OFF THE STREETS at night…I mean if you’re gonna.’

I couldn’t watch the ‘drilling’ tonight.
Please forgive me.

This family is nothing but trash, dangerous trash. None of them should be allowed to drive, ever.

Nancy Grace gets to be overbearing…she repeats over and over and over. It is disgusting to watch it played over and over.
Seems to me she is only looking for ratings. I had to turn it
off. It is no longer news….just plain gossip. The more dirt
she can find the better she likes it and puts it out over the
airwaves. Half the time she don’t have her facts right, any
thing she says you can half believe.

Nancy Grace is not a prosecutor and hasn’t been since 1998.
She is not connected to law inforcement in any way. It is almost impossible to even watch her anymore.

Why are none of the police officers who simply wrote warning tickets to this boy not being held responsible? Isn’t there a law that suspends a person’s license3 (especially a minor) when they hit a certain # of tickets??????
June 18th, 2008 at 8:34 am
Nick is no Dale Earnhardt, does he or his father actually believe a 17yr old know’s how to drive properly let alone at high speed rate? I mean Dale knew more then Nick will ever know, but Dale still crashed once in awhile. Nick and obviously the parents need to be slapped around once in a while. Do they think Nick is invisible and nothing could ever happen to him?…No it just happens to everyone else around him.

Well Art Harris, with all this beer, I mean it was a party time!
As for NG I didn’t watch her since Anna nicole story. Thanks I ad an off!
I have nothing against her and I am happy for her to have 2 nice childs but it stop there!
I remark something around the years. More kids have a permissions and money in there pockets more they think they are untuchable.Like young will stay young and make some mistake it is like normal. But when they have so much money the mistake is bigger.

Why is nothing done about the fact that Hulk had been with his son when he was speeding. That’s sort of like aiding and abetting a minor, is there is such a thing.
Hulk Hogan and his family should all be behind bars. The whole family are phonies.

The vast majority of teens drink. They do alot of things we don’t know about but we shouldn’t make it easy for them. I never gave alcohol to my kids but when there where parties I knew some of them would snick it in. We would take keys and block the cars in until the driver could prove he/she was not under the influence. It’s sad but true. If you have a party and don’t supply alcohol but someone gets drunk you still can get suied.
Nancy doesn’t care about facts if it gets in the way of a good story we all saw that with HKS.

Art,
You held your own last night with Grace. Usually she cuts you and others off as they are not answering fast enough.
You were well informed, and she didn’t insult you this time… I heard that they were sure these phone calls to the Hulk’s answering machine were from John’s family. If so my thought is did someone steal their cell to make the calls? The reason I am asking is the ‘wording’ of the message - sounds to me it is straight from one of Hulk’s old wrestling friends. Either that or someone who thinks there are back in the ‘old-time mafia days’ working for Capone!
Wouldn’t that be something if it was found out that these calls were deliberate to deflect some of the disqust everyone was feeling for the Hogans? Interesting.

Cable TV -The Nancy Grace show at it’s WORST, exploiting the
victim for cheap ratings. Let Law enforcement do the investigating and handle the case. That is their job…not a
tv host or a journalist. Enough is enough. This is a tragedy
and people are hurting. Back off.

Art why are you wasting your precious time on this story the only good that can come out this is that people suddenly realize that celebutards are just like everyone else except they have favors granted. His kid should stay in jail he should use his time to lecture about the evils of drugs and booze and show what can happen. Instead why not tell the life story of the kid that is still in limbo that would be more interesting than this trash and Nancy Grace is another celebutard as well.
Any news on anything Smith lately???

Listen, bottom line is, if his dad provided the liquor he should be held responsible. I do believe the age for drinking is 21!!!!! Not even excusable if they are allowed to drink at 17 and stay home. It is against the law and that shows you the kind of parent he is if he did this.
I am sure the police let him go because of who he is, and yes they should be held responsible to a certain extent, but most of the blame goes to his parents!!!!! And now the voice mail. Sounds like Hulk Hogan had somebody do this since I am sure that it what he thinks of his wife who is dating a young guy (good for her). He is a jerk, and like most famous families they think they can buy their way out of anything. You see it all the time. I sure hope his wife got her money before she left him because now the Graziano family will get it ALL. Which they should. Nobody can be guilty of boorish behavior, but I certainly hope his career is over (HULK) because of it. It is a shame no values were ever instilled in his son, but it proves my point of if you got money you can act like A–Holes and get away with it.
And don’t hate Nancy Grace because she tells it like it is. Thats the problem with society now a days, they just get tired of hearing it and unfortunately it needs to be drummed in our heads over and over so no one forgets. I think she is being trashed for nothing. Everyone has a job to do, and this is hers.

So righteous?
So starred up, like all my rich neighbors, wattering their lawns when there’s been water restrictions…and their lawns are green.
And, no matter how ‘good’ you are, and no matter how much money you make, and no matter if you don’t like the taste of booze, no one does really…it’s the escape…the…
What is that saying abou the ‘thrill of it?’
Gosh and they call ‘Racing’ and ‘Wrestling’ sports, LOL.

Nancy Grace exploits victims on national television…..for
ratings in my opinion. It is disgusting how she ran the video’s over and over again for a full hour of John Graziano, along with the disgusting telephone calls over and over. She don’t tell it LIKE it is, but tells it like SHE wants it. She insults and degrades her guests, cuts them off if she don’t like their opinions. Her show runs everything into the ground.
June 27th, 2008 at 7:02 pm
I just love commercials, really, might as well, right, LOL?
July 21st, 2008 at 3:39 pm
…he does look a lot like “Mr Clean.”
August 18th, 2008 at 10:28 pm
i didn’t see the show last night, but i know how nancy grace does, but the thing i am writing about is the guy that was with the hogan kid was older than the hogan kid and it was very wrong to drink and race, but some of the responsibility should lie with the guy for getting in the car because he knew the kid had been drinkingpeople need to take responsibility for what they do themselves
