Daniel Inquest Verdict: Accidental Overdose!
Howard K. Stern Outside Court Monday After Verdict

A coroner’s jury in the Bahamas looking into the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, declared Monday the 20 year old died of “non-dependent drug use,” in other words, an accidental overdose, ruling no further criminal investigation necessary.
The verdict certainly exonerates Anna Nicole’s long time companion Howard K. Stern of any wrong-doing. “There was never any evidence to suggest Howard did anything wrong,” said popular Bahamas talk show host Lincoln Bain in an exclusive telephone interview after sitting in on court Monday.
Magistrate William Campbell instructed the jury it had three options: non-dependent drug use, meaning Daniel was not addicted to the drugs that killed him…”accident or misadventure,” and an “open ruling” that would indicate the jurors couldn’t agree how he died.
In summing up the case, the judge said he didn’t believe anybody had given Daniel drugs, based on evidence, or that Smith had committed suicide. But he did tell the seven jurors if they were concerned about either as a possibility, or believed murder or suicide might be a cause of death, they should come back with what is called an “open verdict.”
Campbell also drew a distinction between “accident” and “non-dependent drug use, explaining both were, in effect, accidental overdoses, but the latter was a more specific ruling about the type of drug use that jurors believed killed Daniel, according to those attending court I spoke with.
The jury reached their unanimous verdict–that Daniel’s death was accidental—in less than two hours, delivering a body blow to Stern attackers, and the credibility of witnesses who tried to portray circumstances surrounding his death as sinister. After he died, a Royal Bahamas police investigation ruled out foul play, or homicide.
For example, South Carolina real estate developer Ford Shelley claimed Stern flushed methadone pills down a toilet. His father in law, G. Ben Thompson, is a convicted pot smuggler who, according to court records obtained exclusively by The Bald Truth, served time in a federal prison in the mid 1980s for flying drugs from South America to South Carolina, via the Bahamas. He swore Stern took a photo of Anna cradling her dead son… to make money.
But Stern refuted the spin by explaining a distraught Anna had asked him to take the photo, throwing her cross necklace against the wall of the hospital room in grief, that it was the only way they could convince her to leave, eventually under heavy sedation, and that he’d do it again if she asked.
While attorneys for Virgie Arthur maintained Daniel never took drugs, others testified under oath he did.
And anticipated witnesses like California PI Jack Harding, who often contradicted himself while touting the anti-Stern party line on talk shows, never did show up to testify under oath in court.
Sources familiar with Bahamian police files detailing what Harding told investigators in October, 2006, a month after he died, tell The Bald Truth the 70-something PI only said he met Daniel at a Starbucks in LA about three-four months earlier (June or July 2006). He said Daniel mentioned he was considering the military, according to police notes, but Harding advised he looked too weak.
That was it.
No mention of Daniel and drugs in police notes about Harding’s interview, sources tell me, no mention of Howard K. Stern, or that Daniel was afraid of him, or… wanted Jack to investigate Stern. No mention of Daniel’s purported concern over his mother moving to the Bahamas, or that he worried about the people his mother was hanging around.
At that time, summer of ’06, Stern was working in LA, while Anna was hanging out with Shelley and Ben Thompson in Myrtle Beach and Florida. Mmmm.
It was only months later, after Texas attorneys began making public accusations Stern was a killer, in early 2007, that Harding began popping up on talk shows, claiming Daniel called Stern a “Svengali,” a word friends say he never used, talking the talk.
Witnesses also testified Daniel was depressed over the break up with a girlfriend, and suffering from severe back pain that some doctors often treat with methadone.
Medical records showed he’d been admitted to an ICU unit in California for “valium misuse,” and Larry Birkhead said security cameras at Anna Nicole’s Studio City home caught Daniel taking a bottle of her prescription methadone pills.
Toxicologists testified Daniel had high levels of methadone in his blood, along with two anti-depressants, and over the counter drugs. Medical records and testimony portrayed a troubled young man once hospitalized who may have also taken other drugs.
While Larry Birkhead testified Daniel had taken a pill he thought was ecstacy, the judge said he wasn’t persuaded; nor could Larry be sure he actually saw him smoking pot.
Experts say the jury verdict, heard by Stern and Anna Nicole’s mother, should be enough to blow away clouds of suspicion seeded by her legal team that’s been chanting homicide as its mantra, but it probably won’t be.
The Associated Press reported that Neil McCabe, an attorney for Anna Nicole’s mother, Virgie Arthur, said she was disappointed in the ruling because she suspected foul play was involved.
Arthur has claimed previously that Howard K. Stern played a role in the deaths of Daniel and his mother, Anna, but has never offered evidence police in Florida or the Bahamas found to be credible.
“We don’t think it makes any sense,” McCabe told the AP. “The boy was not a drug user, the judge said so. Why would he all of a sudden take a massive dose of methadone?”
Stern denied ever giving Daniel any drugs. Outside court, the AP reported, he said he still wasn’t sure whether the jury’s decision would mean the case is over…for him.
“I have no control over them,” he said of Arthur and her attorneys.
Asked how he’d respond to any attempt to spin the ruling as a Bahamian system of justice that was less than just, Lincoln Bain said “that would be utter nonsense. They heard the evidence, and based on the evidence, they made the proper ruling. It may have taken a little longer than it should, but no one can argue it wasn’t thorough.”
Stern told reporters he hoped the inquest verdict would allow Anna and Daniel to rest in peace from people who played no part in their lives.
Mother and son were buried together in a Bahamas cemetery. Sources tell me Stern may appear on a talk show next week to discuss the emotional impact of the inquest, and how he hopes Anna and Daniel will be remembered.

I am so glad this verdict was rendered. I’ve always believed it was an accident on Daniel’s part. I never once believed that Howard would have harmed this young man at all. He loved him and his mom too much. I wish it were so, but I don’t believe this verdict will stop the rumors and rumors from going forward. There is so much venom out there against Howard until it’s unreal. This is another step in the right direction toward his healing. Anna will not rest though until everyone leaves Howard alone. It will eventually happen when he beats them all at their own games. God has his back and that’s all that matters.

Of course The O’Quinn team won’t let it go they can’t to much to lose if they do. Interesting how this shows that Mr Clark outright lied on a radio when he said that both homicide and suicide were not off the table.IMO he is still trying to make the american people think HKS is the bad one when IMO it is just the opposite. Anna may have been a wonder woman to those who knew and loved her, however, she has left a legacy of chaos behind her. I strongly suspect that much of that chaos rubbed off on her son and that the Anna life style contributed largely to his death. It is hard to learn to set limits when your adult role model sets none. I am sure that Anna loved Daniel greatly but her erratic behavior was very toxic to him, especially in his formative years. The Daniel/Anna story is sad beyond belief and should be a cautionary tale to all of us. May they find the peace now that they never found when they were living.

Hi Art,
I’ve never posted here before. However, I’ve been following this whole saga through your site.
I’m still very sad about losing Anna & Daniel so tragically.
But I’m so happy that Howard has been exonerated in this matter.
I’m interested to see what the talk shows will say about this. Probably not much, since it doesn’t match up to earlier comments made about Howard last year when they were tearing him apart on all the talk shows.
I so hope this will bring some closure for Howard and he can go on with the rest of his life. Everything else is small stuff compared to what he’s been through.

Glad to hear the good news, and to hear a report from Lincoln Bain again. It’s always sad for a young person to come to the end of his life this way, and we feel for those who loved him. Justice has been served, thanks to the wonderful people in the islands.

As expected. I can say that I am not the lease bit surprised that the court would rule the way they did. Howard is innocent and I am sure even with the ruling that VA and her team are not satisfied. They will try to stop at nothing until God puts an abstacle in their way that they cannot go pass or over. The insatiable need to keep pushing and trying to hurt Howard originated out of pure hatred. Regardless of what they try, with grace Howard faced the gallows and by God’s grace he is found innocent. VA and Gabe I hope you all find something more constructive to do with your time than waste it trying to incriminate an innocent man. Joseph was sold into slavery, thrown in jail, falsely accused and still God made something good of his life. You can’t stop the plan and purpose of GOD.

I don’t feel like celebrating. There is no victory. For a young man I never knew, I was on the verge of tears at the end of the last delay. I could imagine it was one of my children.
The cries from the bleachers are still there. The injustice and the speculation from day one still rings.
Now since I’m a reasonable human being, I never believed the cries but researched on my own for answers and my own gut feelings and life experience told me it was all a bunch of hooey. Some facts I questioned but when it didn’t add up, I looked further.
So today I mourn for a life cut short just as I would any on any given day. Add a little prayer for understanding and acceptance. And something I learned awhile back.

Now that this verdict is in, and OQuinn, stated in his response to Howard’s lawsuit, that he knew Howard did not kill anyone, where do they go from here? How can they sue for wrongfull death, if that is what they were goung to do?? And why was Daniel’s father, Billy Wayne Smith, and HIS parents not concerned about all of this?/ Could it be they are not money hungry, and opted not to lie about it??

IM happy to see this verdict we all knew HKS would never harm Daniel, He treated Daniel as a son and had known Daniel For many years.VA hadn’t seen Daniel for years before he passed away. And she cant blame it on HKS because Daniel wasnt living with Anna and HKS.And VA made no attempt to reach out to Daniel and be apart of his life.
The truth Is, VA is a money hungry (_______________deleted for taste-ah) who is trying to pin this all on HKS so she can get money and so she doesn’t have to take any blame for not seeing her grandson for years. She needs to go back to Texas and support herself. Does anyone else find it interesting that VA wanted custody of Baby dannielynn (to get money) But has made no attempt at seeing Dannielynn if she cant have custudy.I hope everyone can see that HKS,LB and there friends and family surrounding them are the good people here. The only guilty ones are VA and her team for trying to torture these good people with her lies. After time all the Dirt about VA will come out, Truth and justice will paravaile.And VA will lose and have to go back to texas and Anna and Daniel can finnally rest in peace!!!Howard and Larry are fighting to prove the truth for Anna and Daniel and this verdict is the first step in the right direction!

Art sometimes I Think you read my thoughts .I was just thinking about the madam and what was happening in that case.Also went back into your first stories or rather articles about James Brown and without spending more than the couple of days looking for information on how the Brown case has resolved,with the youngest Child I mean.I could not find anything on weather their were DNA test done or not.. My curosity has kept me looking under James Browm for info but so far nothing .Can you help me there. Mr Bingo man must be so red faced now and how VA can keep this going is beyond me.IMO they will keep after HKS and try to get things moved to Texas which is their back yard.I also think they will pick up the pressure they put on Larry B.

Some people will never understand and don’t want to understand the relationship that Howard had with Anna and her children. I believe he loved them dearly and always will. I hope people can give him breathing room and allow him to live his life in peace. I know this is wishful thinking on my part, but I believe he will handle up on whatever he has to do and take care of business. Finally. Howard exonerated. Gained through an excruciating process, but finally it has happened.
The justice of an ultimate outcome has been made possible in part by all those who sought to initially crush him. Individuals have been forced to step up and tell the truth. Even Larry. And yes, Lincoln Bain too. Perhaps the next stop for real truth is the nannies? Let’s get their lying
a–es FULLY EXPOSED. And for the coup de grace…how about a prosecution of the Shelley/Thompson clan for stealing Anna Nicole’s private items? Even if there was any truth (ANY!) to their claims about the house, their egregious actions upon entering the house and stealing her personal items and then distributing them is completely unforgiveable.
I am happy to see Lincoln Bain has stepped from behind his original (earliest) position of debasement of Howard on his website and television program to speak in truth. Between the naysayers, media and the crew from South Carolina trying to destroy him, I was worried Howard might want to give up but I could see he had a will of steel. The man is relentless. Isn’t that what a good friend (and attorney) is all about?
The logical mind will concede this has been an unbelieveable tragedy of tremendous proportion. Lives have been torn to shreds and lost to death, sickness and extraordinary circumstances. The character of people trying to do the right things have been assassinated and worse. Opportunists of every kind – especially FOX, GRETA VAN SUSTERERN, NANCY GRACE AND RITA COSBY have assaulted the memory of a woman and young man whose only living link will now now have to survive in the midst of a media and legal circus for the rest of her precious life – all brought about from the heinous people who sought to crucify Howard and everyone connected to Anna Nicole after her death. No matter what the outcome of this event, most will concede there is no victory..everyone has lost so much.
Here’s to hoping Anna and Daniel’s closest friends and others who loved them can now find some peace and a place in time to celebrate the moments they shared with them.

A great day for Howard, and I’m sure a sad one as well in a way. It’s great that the truth is out there now. I think the Bahamian jury was wonderful, did what was right and was not swayed by people with obvious agendas. The verdict was what I expected based on what was reported by legitimate sources.
Thanks, Art, for the futher info on Harding. How despicable for him to embroider his story like that. I’m sure he was provided with incentives to do so by certain interested parties.

Trying to think of something thoughtful and profound to post here but am afraid I am simply left with a huge sigh of relief, not that I ever truly doubted the outcome of the inquest at any time.
Still, it’s rather pleasant to see such a ragged year of hate spinning come to a close on the topic of Daniel’s inquest–maybe even longer than a year, who knows? So, what’s in store for all supporters? Petty stuff, I think, and petty blowhards screeching at the top of their stupid lungs with the usual hatred. Nothing new under the sun.
Kudos Art for quick and detailed reporting, specifics matter; long unanswered questions finally answered; the few missing pieces of the puzzle. As for your ‘old friend’ Geraldo, all I can say is that with friends like these who needs enemies?

Like Howard Stern said – now finally (hopefully) Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel can rest in peace. Grandma Vergie, (Mommy Dearest) needs to just go and crawl back into the hole she came out of.
Just the other night that scum Ben Thompson was interviewed by someone for Geraldo’s show – and he still was accusing Howard of having given Daniel the drugs and still accusing Howard of causing his death. Ben Thompson and his son-in-law Ford Shelley are (deleted word..I know how you feel, but let’s not lower ourselves)… and need to stay away from the Bahamas – kick em out NOW!!
I hope Howard Stern stays in Horizons FOREVER without forking over one red cent to Thompson.

Art thanks for deleting # 23 I wondered when you would and am glad you told everyone because I notice some made comments on it and of course #23 is someone different now.I think Harding lied once the texas team got a hold of him but was not prepared to swear under oath especially after he knew the LE had his first statement.Thompsons daughter-in law well I don’t think she wanted to get up and swear to something she knew nothing about.seems to9 me like the judge did not believe what the Thompson crew or Shelly had to say at any rate.I kind of had to laugh at McCabes comments to the AP what else was he going to say.Once again the judge just said he did not believe Daniel was addicted just that he took to much which ended up taking his life and sure does seem like the jury agreed.Some people have come forward and said daniel had some problems but no one has said he was addicted to anything.Others Like the nannies,well what can one say after nannygate and if they are going after RC they would stay out of the way for sure.Don’t want someone like DC getting a hold of them Besides the fact that the knew nothing about Daniel or his drug use.

Thanks Art for your report. I always wondered what Jack Harding originally told investigators, and now I know. I’m glad the inquest is finally over and Anna and Daniel can rest in peace. Good luck to Howard in fighting Virgie and her corrupt cronies. I know he’ll win because he has the truth on his side. I’m just looking forward to the day when Virgie slithers back to her hole in Texas and stays there.

Amen! What a right and true verdict. Though, I feel just terrible that Anna and Daniel were forced to have all of their personal lives torn apart by the media and her estranged family. They may have passed, but Anna’s little girl (what a beauty she is!) might see some of these lies one day. That is a shame. I will hope that all the truth will come out in the future court battles of defamation. It is time for Texas to STOP!

Art and everyone else – just wondering if any of you have been reading on TMZ and Topix lately about what Kerry and Einy are doing with regards to Rose (and it’s obvious.) It seems like Rose now is their new focus of attack (do you think their fearless leader instructed them to do this with regards to bringing attention to social security?) And what about this deportation issue – are they that sick? IMO I hope that Rose has some legal recourse to go after these people. I’ve kept quiet for a while but I just cannot keep my mouth shut anymore and its sickening to say the least. It’s obvious now that she is becoming severely villified just like Howard was.

I’m glad to hear that the jury at the Inquest used their good sense. The outcome is not a surprise to me. If there was evidence of foul play there would have been an arrest long ago- but there never was evidence of wrongdoing by anyone and it’s a tragedy and a shame that a man was judged so harshly even though there was no evidence that he did anything wrong and there was plenty of evidence that he in fact loved Daniel very much. It hurts to think that people can be so cruel to someone who was suffering a loss. It makes me wonder about people’s common sense and humanity. It’s clear that the lynch mob mentality still exists today.
I wish the best for Howard and I hope that he knows that he has a lot of support. Reading and hearing the negativity out there about Howard hurts me. I can only imagine how Howard feels…he must now know exactly how Anna felt about the way she was portrayed by the media. It’s like he took her place as the media’s punching bag. Stay strong, Howard. Anna would want you to stay strong.

I don’t know why the lightbulb didn’t go off before, but if Howard had anything to do with Daniel’s demise, there would of been a double funeral. Anna would of smacked him down quicker than a PPV WWF event. I’ve noticed from cuz Shelly saying she wanted to grab Anna and drag her home *during Dark Roots time* to Virgie saying she wanted to reach thru the TV screen and grab Howard, that maybe that was the way to cure problems. This is a nice little victory for Howard. I hope that the relief he must feel right now inspires him to abandon any plans of pursuing the Marshall money with Larry. That is an agonizing struggle he should try and avoid if at all possible. Howard should relish in his victory here and cut any losses he might have…besides he’s going to take Rita Cosby to the cleaners anyway.

#85~Clues~I just went and saw some of the stuff at TMZ and it’s sick bullshit as always. They are losing it quickly. Just look at the whole thing they made up about the jury ‘not having a choice’ on what to rule! It’s just comical! Talk about reaching.
Something that sticks with me: Why would Art, a respected journalist, John J. Nazarian, the top PI in the country and Lin Wood, a top attorney get involved so deeply in this case if it didn’t have merit? Obviously, thinking people can clearly see the truth.
I don’t hold Howard up as some God as people like to imply all the supporters do. (I do happen to think he’s the sexiest man on Earth)

Yes, Howard wasn’t found “innocent” but Howard wasn’t on trial to be found guilty or innocent. That wasn’t an option. They’re deluding themselves when they say that sort of thing. It’s transparent and would be funny if it’s wasn’t so pathetic. The people saying things like that are so desperate to have Howard thrown to the wolves that they will say anything to make it look like Howard is a bad guy who will always be on the hook – even when he isn’t.

Just a comment about the “Starbucks” thing. Is it possible that the PI and Daniel were both there at the same time and just wound up conversing and Daniel might of mentioned that he might go into the military to get his life straightened out? I know my son often winds up getting into conversations with others at Starbucks (he’s a “Starbuck junkie, LOL!). The PI might have given him his card in case he ever wanted to talk again. Perhaps this guy just saw a way to make his “15 minutes of fame” when the story came out. That seems a lot more likely than Daniel seeking him out, otherwise why did he just go to the PI’s office like most people would do?
Howard, if you read this, I wish you peace in your life now. I know there are more battle’s to fight, but eventually this will all be in the past. I think sometimes God gives us distractions to help us through our grief, letting time work it’s healing. I know when my son died, had I not HAD TO return to work right away, I might have done something stupid if I did not have to turn my thoughts to the work things. Greta seems to like Larry so I think she called him and not the other way around. He was also in Kentucky at the time. I think she wanted to talk to someone about the inquest verdict but not one of the crazies. Larry is pretty calm so I think she felt safe. After all, she knows LYN Wood is out there!

I do remember when O’Quinn went on TV and said Anna had seven life insurances. He was directly lying as he did not know that she didn’t have any. He just was hoping he could make it ‘SEEM’ that her death was not accidental. Anything to get a snag of that potential Marshall money… as O’Q knows ALL of the players… the Marshalls, the Marshall’s attorneys, the Judges… Boy, was he hoping he could get in through Virgie – that is dead in the water now.

I did not watch Greta cause I really don’t like her show,she goes over the line a lot.but did see a sort video of Larry on her show and maybe that was the best place for him,it kind of shows that even Greta can place nice .Yes Isabel he kept things pretty even.

I TOTALLY disagree that Howard and Larry shouldn’t go after Marshall! They absolutly should! Anna Nicole had EVERY RIGHT to that money! She was the man’s WIFE. Then his son drags her into court for years on end! They made fun of her in court because she wasn’t ‘book smart’ (she sure as hell was street smart). Dannielynn has every right to that money and Howard has every right to 6% or more of it for the years and years of hard work he’s done on Anna Nicole’s behalf.
I dropped by the Moral Mansion this morning, seems like there isn’t much traffic there. Maybe she’s gonna get her Q sized payback after all…and we all know payback’s a bitch.

Howard was never guilty of any of what the TX gang wanted him to be.
Anna and Daniel died of Accidental death, mixing prescribed medicines and never understanding how serious it could be.
Howard will go after BT and FS over Horizon and it will not be to SC bunch best interest. He will sue the chit out of Rita and enjoy it. JO, maybe a big TX, but he may wished he lived in the Bahamas before it is over.
So, just hang on to your panties and don’t let them get in such a buddle, because Howard will do just fine. And he will make sure little DL will never have to worry about money.

If Howard didn’t believe Greta had the capacity to be fair to him, and from working with her over the years, I know she does.
If you think about it, it makes total sense, and also involves some guts, to agree to say here I am, take your best shot, as opposed to sitting down with Larry King again for a non-hostile encounter.
It just might mean he has nothing to hide, and if he gets the chance, could shed light on some things he’s never fully explored, like what was really going on between Anna and her mother and Daniel, and how Anna felt about certain people swarming in her life who reached out to befriend her.
If Greta is interested, he just might shed some light on how Anna felt about other players in this sad, sordid saga of sex, power, money and a small town Texas beauty who bucked the Hollywood odds, and now even in death is still fighting the legion of leeches she believed always tried to attach to her lifeblood and suck away, from hairdressers to sycophants to homeys.
I’ll also be fascinated to hear what it was like for someone who has perhaps been the most vilified player a Hollywood story has ever seen, HKS, caught in the crossfire of a lynch mob that showed up with rope, presuming guilt on his part of something sinister, but somehow couldn’t muster enough evidence or innuendo to convince cops or prosecutors or juries in Florida and the Bahamas there was any evidence to string him up.
It’s also curious that the mystery Atlanta lawyer for Ford Shelley and Ben Thompson we’ve learned has been trying to broker a secret settlement Stern has rebuffed was hanging around the inquest with Team Texas lawyers. Might that suggest the posse has been riding together and comparing notes on how to take down Dannielynn’s legal Dad and the estate executor who just doesn’t seem to be willing to slink quietly into the night? Do you think Anna would want Stern to fight to set the record straight to win justice for Daniel’s memory, standup to the bullies and keep the wolves at bay?
One thing appears certain: the estate executor she once called one of the only people she truly trusted is not going quietly into the night when he believes the facts, truth, Anna’s wishes and Dannielynn’s future depends on him sticking around to help Birkhead.
What if, and this may seem a radical thought, Stern has nothing to hide, but they do? –ah

FS and GBT were in the Bahama’s for the inquest. HKS had filed charges for the break in at Horizon’s. Why were they not arrestest upon leaving the court house? Makes no sense.

I don’t believe Howard has anything to hide. I think Howard can hold his head up high and all the rest of the skunks should be hanging theirs in shame.
Howard has stayed strong and true and has been working all this time to get to the truth and show up the others for what they really are. It’s payback time, but I have a feeling that Howard won’t do or say half the things I would like to, lol. He is such a gentleman. I didn’t know there was anyone left out there like him. He puts most men to shame.
I hope he doesn’t take any crap from Greta. She had better be on her very best behavior and I hope she will apologize to Howard for her part in all of this crap everyone has put him through. I have a feeling if she isn’t nice to him, she will be flooded with emails, lol.

Beautiful Art. When I first heard yesterday that he was going on Greta’s show, I thought,’good, go to one of the BS source’s’. When I saw an ad on FOX for the show, I got nervous. I strongly believe if there is one thing Howard is NOT, that’s a coward. That man has had to deal with one of the worst ‘tear downs’ the ‘entertainment’ or ‘infotainment’ industry has ever seen. No, not one of, the worst, by far. He has not once groveled, or kowtowed to anyone. He has endured and fought the good fight from day one, with CLASS. If anyone should be concerned or nervous, it should be the Howard Haters who can’t seem to grasp the concept of ‘new understanding’, or better yet ’seeing the light’. They can’t envision the fact that Greta, judging by her chat with Larry, has perhaps misjudged and realized she did a lot of damage to an innocent and grieving man.
While I hope that’s the case, I’m not counting my chickens! Regardless, the man has clean hands. No amount of haters, bad press or money craving lawyers can change that.
With that I say, good luck tomorrow Howard. As always, we love you, we support you and the truth WILL BE HEARD!

Another great article by Art Harris, wow it sure sounds like things are starting to come together for Howard, at first I was a little taken back when I heard Howard was going on Greta(Iused to be a fan of Greta during the first Oj trail along with Art Harris) but then I quit watching her when she seemed to be down on Howard and I certainly wasn’t going to watch SC crew and others she had on her show accuse Howard of all the garbage they were trying to blame him for.
I wasn’t too sure if I was going to watch her on Tuesday but after reading Art’s post #133 I can understand a little better why Howard would go on Greta, he seems to be a very deterimed man and is going to back down from no one, he promised Anna in his eulogy that he would take care of everything and it looks like he is doing just that no matter what anyone says!!!
I have to admit the last paragraph with the what if thought gets my mind a racing and maybe it is not such a radical thought after all!!!!

I don’t agree with a lot of people. Howard lied when he was trying to get control of Dannielynn. I presonally think he had an alterior motive…But everyone is intitled to their opinion.
