LOS ANGELES, March 20–The court will not be in session on Friday the 21st and Monday the 24th. Everyone needs a break and I do mean everyone.

It will give Anthony Pellicano a chance to get back his “soft-spoken” persona, as the “old asshole” Tony is leaking through his act. But there was plenty happening today!

One of the first out of the box this morning was a young man who happened to be an attorney. Always fun to watch lawyers snap at each other’s heels! Gregory Dovel, Esquire is the attorney for Bo Zenga.

One funny line of questioning was when it was revealed that Mr. Zenga had lied about his so-called credentials. He wrote on an application of some sort that he was a “winner” in a movie script contest!

LMAO, this was the scam contest he set up, ripping writer-entrants off for $17,000.00 and also then declaring himself the winner! How cool, you screw people out of their money and then you win the contest and then you list that achievement on your resume! Only in Hollywood!

Anyway, Mr. Dovel held his own with with Chad Hummel chewing on his throat, after all he is representing the Sarge, aka “Whaddaya need Tony?”

Of all of these people, Arneson is one of the worst, he had no mercy on any of the people he sold to Tony P. Mr. Hummel and Mr. Dovel discussed the finer aspects of attorney-client privilege and that was silly! Many of these lawyers had their calls and those of their clients TAPPED!

Mr. Dovel was a little shocked, and as he stated, “it was chilling” and “it was disturbing.” Pellicano, thinking he was being cute, asked Mr. Dovel to “give us an example!” — what a jerk! He is always taking a great deal of joy in the work he did, it is becoming very obvious in the way he smirks and gloats!

Pellicano Tries To Shake Down Client for Another $100,000!!

Laura Buddine was called to testify this afternoon, she has a background in computer games and off it goes from there! In the course of her work she and a Dr. Charles Lull made friends and got caught up in cyber/computer BS!

And like all good relationships, The Buddine ends hating the Doctor and the Doctor ends up hating the Buddine! Simple right? Wrong! The doctor somehow finds the Pelican…I am sure it was a referral from one of his lawyer-clients…and one thing leads to another and the “good doc” sends Anthony $25,000.00.

Pretty soon we all see another check that the prosecution is entering into evidence for $100,000.00, I am not making this up — just telling you what I heard and I think I saw!

The next thing you know, we are hearing a tape of Pellicano talking to his Doctor friend on a recorded call!

By now you know Anthony was very fond of recording everyone. He starts out with “how are you, blah, blah , blah and blaaaaah.” And then says, “I was waiting for my check”…silence!

The doc asks, What check?” and Anthony says, “the other $100,000.00!”…the next sound I thought I heard was the Doc doing CPR on himself! He argues with Anthony that he does not owe another 100g’s…and you know what, he is right! Pellicano is trying to screw this guy into thinking he owes him another 100 grand when he does not.

Los Angeles, March 21–Tapping a phone is illegal??  During her testimony, Ms. Susan Macguire told the court that yes, she heard her husband talking to her shrink and “crying” and “in distress.” 

This was upsetting to her then, and it looked as if it was still as she spoke about the events leading her to be sitting in the “box!” And we heard that word again, IMMUNITY! 

Like so many before her, she listened to tapped phone calls at the “SBC branch office” in the back of Pellicano Investigations on Sunset! LMAO…”Call Ray!” 

Her husband, with whom she was in this nasty divorce, was the guy who built much of the skyline of the City of Los Angeles!  Gas Co. building, the MGM building, Pershing Sq. and many other huge projects…this was a huge DIVORCE case! 

She told the court that in their joint checking account was $60,000,000.00 dollars, and it was going away (jewels and house for his new latina sex machine!)…
