The Bald Truth: OJ Wants Murder Talk Banned!

With a straight face, O.J. Simpson’s lawyers Friday are expected to ask a Las Vegas judge in his upcoming April armed robbery trial to ban any mention of his ties to the brutal double murders of Ron Goldman and his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson.
He was acquitted at a criminal trial in 1995, but found responsible for the killings at a later civil trial and ordered to pay the estate of Ron Goldman a judgment now worth $40 million. The family has tried to seize Simpson assets without success, except for his book, “If I Did It,” now owned by the Goldmans.
According to court papers obtained by The Bald Truth (see next page), Simpson lawyers will ask that half a dozen charges against Simpson be dropped, including kidnapping and armed robbery, stemming from the gun-toting posse of pals he allegedly lead into a Las Vegas hotel last year to retrieve his memorabilia, including the suit he wore at the vintage double murder trial.
Ironically, his lawyers also want any mention of that particular item of nostalgia banned from his April 7 trial, even though it was part of the booty Simpson and his alleged pirates seized from a hotel room gathering of Simpson collectors arranged by dealer Thomas Riccio, who made shocking audio tapes of the escapade, then peddled them for $150,000 to TMZ, sources told us.
Riccio, a key prosecution witness, has come under fire from memorabilia dealer Alfred Beardsley, who has filed a fraud suit against him, claiming he was “lured” to Las Vegas under false pretenses, promising a software developer with a strong interest in Simpson collectibles awaited to buy his OJ stash, if he brought his goods to Nevada. Only the buyer turned out to be Simpson, backed by gun-toting goons, he says in the lawsuit obtained by The Bald Truth below.
Clark County prosecutors argue the motive for the alleged heist is Simpson’s dire finances, and Heisman winner’s attempts over to hide assets from the Goldmans. As backup, they attach transcripts of Simpson’s conversation detailing his anger at a collectibles dealer he says promised to store and keep his items safe, not sell them to other dealers like Beardsley.
Simpson lawyers insist he did not condone the guns, and was not stealing anything because the items belonged to him. That flies in the face of repeated statements he made saying he owned nothing more than items in his house.

Just to know “The Bald Truth.”
Just to know, what position ‘he’ played.
Just to know and understand.
Did he really commit double homicide?
Is that the legal lingo?
You know as well as I do that’s not really matters.
The ‘thing’ that matters is…does this ‘man’ have a soul and do we know…if we do?
That conscience…
You know we might as well face the good things that he did…running that ball to touchdown.
Yet that was just a game, what about his real life…
And, what about Nicole…who slashed her to death and her boyfriend?
What about…what really happened…what about what that?
What ‘position’ did he play?
How many were responsible for a skinny blonde that was just strutting her stuff and living her life and her kids were sound asleep…seems at least the children were taken care of.
Gosh, for some unknown reason I can relate.
Did Nicole own her life…did she pay the ultimate price?
Who hated her so much…who loved her?
Who loves her kids…they’re halfbreeds you know…
Full blooded human beings.
It’s been what, more than ten years after…and here we are again.
Did OJ do it, did he do it all by himself…
I’m getting ready to post that cocaine song again.

Ban is one thing, knowlege of that crime is quite another. I am laughing because imagine thinking it, knowing it happened and not being able to say anything bout it like it never happened. How sad for the families of those lost in a moment of anger and unquelled passion…
Being terrified of a future in jail due to your other crimes and misdemeanors, truamatic unless you got a great council….
priceless and for everything else there is Master Card…. btw hope that bail bondsman gets his money back.

Can you relay the part again about his girlfriend Art? If I understood it right, she ‘fell’ down and was hurt and bruised? At first I thought it was his daughter Sydney? but not so? I must of missed that morsel of info on the nightly ‘news’ shows.

I just will never understand why Mr Goldman should come before Nicole and the children. They lost as much as he did
maybe even more a family divided is a great loss.I would think the children will always have doubts about what really happened. If the judge would go along with OJ attorneys they would not have much of a case.I just do not see that happeningat least not completely
