After all this time, almost three years since Natalie Holloway turned up missing, you’d think the Arubans would be demanding Joran Van der Sloot’s head on a platter after his shocking tell all on tape.
But we’re actually waiting to hear whether an appeals court will grant the prosecutor’s wish and allow the now Dutch college student to be slapped behind bars while waiting to see if there’s enough evidence to rebook him.
We could hear as early as Monday. Stay tuned.

As I watched the tape,his eyes did not look like he was impaired in any way,he looked like he knew ever word of what he was saying,I THINK THE POLICE EGO IS BRUISED, they did not get the goods on Van DER Sloot.For a young boy,he appears as cold as ice,like he is saying O SAD TO BAD, I still find Nancy rude at times.Maybe that is her way,i just think,when she asked a quest on her show,do not act like she is in a court of law.

Nancy wasn’t cutting you any slack in the questions she ask you. But I guess that’s her job.
You did a great job on the Natalie Holloway and Van der Sloot’s stories.
Art, Nancy said “a judge’s son” on the tape about Joran Van der Sloot do you think he acts so cocky on the tapes because his dad is a judge?

Nancy is right about one thing that it took over 3 years to confiscate the hard drives.I am convinced that they want this investigation to fail because it would mean they failed at it in the first place.,to show that they did not do their job would be disasterous for the island and their precious economy of future vacationers it is always about the money so delay it how could it hurt she is dead who cares anyways?
No one is going to accept accountability in what they did not do to help Natalie,in Aruba. In their protected vacation world, they do not want to believe that this young boy, who was one of theirs could do this disgusting deed. Art who would? in reality people have lived next to psycopaths for years and never knew anything that was going on.
We have a case here in Canada, the Bernardo-Homolka clan , Karla Homolka who was worse than her ex husband who raped, kidnapped and cut up those 2 fourteen year old girls in little pieces,in the 90’s and Karla as a wedding pressie, even gave her own sister Halcyon to numb her while her ex husband Bernardo raped her, her own sister died as a result of the drug that karla gave her, while he had his way with her..Carla made a deal with the devil I mean the police to get evidence. She only served 12 years for her crime, her ex is in jail for life, she moved to Montreal she learned French, and got a degree in the prison system, than she was told not to be around children. She got pregnant and had to move somewhere in the islands, Hiati was the choice in the end because she wanted her son to have a normal life, she was worried someone would hurt him,because of her notoriety. This a sad reality of how the criminal becomes the victim in the end and has more rights than the person he/she did in.
Moron I mean Joran, is going to get off easy, this has taken way too long. Delay is the way of the Arubas because it keeps it in the news, Joran should be their new marketing genuis for Aruba as a new destination island retreat!

I am glad you put this up ART,, i only caught a glimpse before. Nancy Grace is noturious for this kind of in yor face stuff. Her show is a good advocate for victims,, but dang ART you stood your ground gracefully!!!!!!!!

Just a reminder that in our own country it has taken more than 3 years for some people who were believed to have taken someones life to be tried and convicted so Maybe this is not all that unusual. You need evidence o convict if you do not want to lose a case.Look at the jensen case where he is accused of killing his wife it took 3 years before they could charge him and a jury still will have to decide if he did it or if she did it to herself s he claims .Look at both the peterson cases.

Hi Art, You’re doing a gteat job, both here and saying what needed to be said..in spite of Nancy cutting you off all the time. Please tell her Paulus is NOT a judge, never passed the test. And that they could never compare DNA on Stacy Peterson’s body, if ever found, to her mother’s…she ran away long ago. Nancy needs to get her facts straight, the way you do.

Nancy Grace should have her facts straight or not do any reporting at all. She is rude, cutting off guests to the point of embarassment and frankly just her ‘look’ is horrible. She runs everything into the ground….over and over again for a full hour. Paulus is NOT a judge as she constantly reports.
Who believes anything she has to say. Mostly BS national TV.

On rare occasion these days I have watched a little Nancy Grace mainly because I did not care for whatever was on Fox. I must confess I am tired of hearing about her babies. I know how one can never stop talking about their babies once they pop into this world, but I have had enough. I wish her guests or callers would end their comments about the babies. Enough already, Nancy!
I guess it is pretty boring when a person chooses between two news channels because everything else on TV involves violence. And when those two channels do not interest me and I want something on, there is alwasy the Fresh Prince of Bell Air.
And you say “who cares”, right? That is all right.

What’s with the ‘callers’ on the Nancy Grace show? (Oh! I love
you Nancy. I love your twins. Thank you for all you do). She is more interested in the “callers” and their compliments than
debating with the guest lawyers. It is mostly same callers that call in all the time. One is “Sheeba from Illinois”…last count she had called in about 25 times. You can almost believe all the callers are ’screened’, and they
know what they are going to say before going on air.
Frankly, I too am tired of hearing about her babies…or her
mother & fathers anniversary, her brothers anniversary and their birthdays.

The above video’s are revolting. What a drama queen. She is
the queen of insults. Maybe it’s the fake hair extensions, the fake eyelashes and ton of make-up that causes all of her discord and unruly personality. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about half the time, just talking to hear her head roar. Make up things as she goes along?
When you don’t know a horse, look at her track record. Her
cases knocked down by the Georgia Court of Appeals says it all. She insults every person who appears on her show, and her producers and executives of CNN allow it. RATINGS are all
they are interested in.
