Michael Jackson Swarmed By French Fans Outside Neverland

If Michael Jackson doesn’t come up with $24 million to pay off the mortgage on his beloved Neverland Ranch by next month’s deadline, Financial Title Co. says it will put his Hacienda on 2,800 sprawling acres in the Santa Ynez Mountains, zoo, merry go round, ferris wheel and all — up for sale at public auction.

In fact, the firm filed a notice of a trustee’s sale with Santa Barbara Superior Court and set the auction date as March 19.

But The Bald Truth has learned exclusively that Jackson desperately wants to save Neverland, and two months ago refinanced his staggering debt with a new $350 million loan package from a group of international banks.

At first blush, it read like some civil rights lawsuit sparked by Mississippi Burning…with a predictable cast and plotline —gutsy lawyer demands federal judge stand up for underdog client by unlocking some hellish, redneck jail.

Only this was Beverly Hills and the lawyer Jon Eardley was somewhat of a mystery, coming from nowhere to rail in court papers on behalf of a $100 million pop star he was claiming for a client…Britney Spears…trying to conjure the same kind of sympathy you might imagine a real civil rights lawyer would invoke for a poor black sharecropper kicked around for trying to register to vote.

Yet, Eardley argued, that like a typical civil rights victim, La Brit was being held virtual hostage, financially controlled, over-medicated, held against her will by father, Massuh Jamie, the temporary co-conservator of her estate—all in violation of her civil rights. Joran Van der Sloot isn’t the only one caught on tape confessing to something.

Not that Diana’s Butler, Paul Burrell, can be compared to the Aruban slimeball, who claimed to be lying when he confessed to dumping Natalee Holloway’s body in the Carribean. Only thing, he wasn’t under oath, just under the influence of pot’s Purple Haze, purportedly.

But Burrell WAS legally under oath in London when he testified as Diana’s trusted servant at the $20 million inquest into her mindset, life and loves that could prove key in feretting out any dark causes behind the tragic crash in a Paris tunnel that killed her and pal, Dodi Fayed.
