Geraldo Exclusive: Ex-Bahamas Cop Says Don Clark Was Rita’s Source, ex-GMan Denies It!

In a worldwide web exclusive, The Bald Truth has learned the only sources author Rita Cosby used to report the alleged Stern-Birkhead “Gay Sex Tape” tryst in her book, Blonde Ambition, besides Jackie Hatten, were none other than two private eyes working for Virgie Arthur and her attorney John O’Quinn.

In Cosby’s videotaped deposition given in connection with a $60 million libel suit filed against her by Howard K. Stern—and obtained exclusively by The Bald Truth—the ex-MSNBCer says her sources were ex-FbI agent turned PI Don Clark, and a mystery sidekick, Wilma Vicedomine, a 40 year old Houston divorcee who claims she worked “pro bono.”

“And is it your testimony today that the investigator who provided you with that (gay sex tryst allegation about my client) found at page 204, was in truth and in fact Don Clark. Mr. Credibility: Violent Criminal Mark Hatten’s Lawsuit Kicked to the Curb

The Bald Truth has learned a federal judge has dismissed the $100 million civil rights suit against Howard K. Stern filed from behind bars by an ex-Anna Nicole Smith boyfriend serving time in state prison for assault with a deadly weapon.

In a world wide web exclusive, The Bald Truth reports Mark Hatten, a California prison inmate serving six years for assault with a deadly weapon against Smith’s neighbor and for making threats against Smith, had no standing to sue Stern, judges or prosecutors, according to an Oct. 31 ruling in federal court and obtained exclusively by www.artharris.com.

In a world wide web exclusive, The Bald Truth has learned that Howard K. Stern has met with FBI agents investigating Anna Nicole Smith’s former plastic surgeon for allegedly trying to sell videotapes of breast surgery he performed on the late Playboy centerfold in 1994, according to documents filed in federal court and first obtained by www.artharris.com.

Stern gave the investigation a boost, law enforcement sources tell me, after the estate executor quietly flew to Houston this summer for a secret meeting with federal agents to tell them what he knew about the Texas surgeon, Dr. Gerald Johnson, according to an affidavit obtained exclusively by www.artharris.com.

“I was there for one (1) night at the request of certain FBI agents to meet with them in connection with their investigation of a former doctor of Ms. Smith’s who was trying to sell a video of Ms. Smith taken during a plastic surgery procedure,” says Stern in the sworn statement he gave Nov. 13 and filed in federal court in Texas stern-fbi-meeting-affadavit-11-19-07.pdf. Mystery bruises found on Daniel Smith’s body were apparently caused by hospital personnel desperately trying to save the life of Anna Nicole Smith’s son as they drew blood and urine samples to diagnose why he was unconscious, with no pulse, said witnesses who testified Tuesday in the Bahamas inquest into his death Sept. 10, 2006.
