Bald Truth Exclusive: Virgie PI’s Deposition!

What did he know and when did he know it?
That’s what former FBI-agent Don Clark-turned-Virgie Arthur PI may be asked when he faces Lin Wood, the attorney for Howard K. Stern. A deposition scheduled for Wednesday in Houston was postponed over attorney scheduling conficts and will go forward early next year, we’ve learned. When it does, he’s likely to be asked, just what was his role, if any, in Rita Cosby’s book accusing Stern and Larry Birkhead of a gay tryst on tape both deny and no one has produced?
Clark claims no part in the book, though Cosby says otherwise.
Curiously, Texas lawyers for Clark may have to delve into the role played by his purported sidekick, a 40-year-old Houston divorcee named Wilma Vicedomine. She claims she worked “pro-bono” for Arthur, and her lawyers first revealed Clark’s New York subpoena (and Wood’s strategy) as an exhibit to her own Nov. 30 amended emergency motion asking a Texas judge to protect her from Wood’s request to quiz her under oath, too.
Clark and Vicedomine traveled to the Bahamas earlier this year to question two nannies who worked for the late Playboy centerfold on behalf of Virgie Arthur. With Clark in charge of Arthur’s digging, Stern faces a formidable foe, with more than three decades in the FBI and the military don-clark-bio-sharp-2003.pdf, specializing in murder, terror, counter-intelligence and other investigations, and vast contacts in law enforcement to work for his client.
The attorney for the nannies, Elizabeth Thompson, has told me Clark and Vicedomine tried to play “good cop, bad cop,” but her clients had no sex tape story to tell, and they left empty-handed.
Clark claims otherwise, and on numerous television interviews has also denied he was a source for Cosby’s book, the target of a $60 million libel suit filed by Stern.
It gets weirder; Cosby says she’s baffled why he’s denying it, and also names Vicedomine as a source for her book, according to a deposition excerpt attached to a motion posted on a public access website we obtained the morning it first appeared, Nov. 30 — contrary to an innacurate account Rita Cosby’s lawyers drew up as an order for a federal judge to sign slamming The Bald Truth as a recipient of “leaked” documents from attorney Lin Wood, and ordering a future lockdown on the rest of Rita’s deposition.
According to Clark’s subpoena, Stern wants to know who Clark met with when he traveled to Florida to investigate the case, including law enforcement officials who have since rebuffed his efforts to reopen an investigation into Anna Nicole’s death, ruled an accidental overdose, and others he met in the Bahamas and California, where the state medical board, and state narcotics agents, are investigating her doctors for possibly over-prescribing drugs.
Cosby says she spoke with Clark the day before she was deposed by Wood last month in New York City, and has promised to donate 10 per cent of her book profits to an anti-drug coalition called D.A.R.E. Clark sat on its Houston board several years ago, according to its records.
According to the subpoena, FOX News host John Gibson asked Clark, “So, Don, the veracity of Rita’s claims about what those nannies said is what’s in question. You dealt with their representatives and you dealt with them about what they said. How did that go? What did they say? Are they the basis of this claim in Rita’s book that there is this tape of Larry Birkhead and Howard K Stern?”
“Well, you know, John, let me say this, that I support Rita’s book, but I don’t have any idea how she got her information about this,” Clark responds.
As audiotape transcripts filed in federal court reveal, Cosby flew to the Bahamas in an attempt to obtain—and pay for—an affidavit from the nannies to confirm her sex tape story, but never did try to interview them until after her book came out and Stern filed a libel suit against her.
“Are you the source on the book for anything the nannies have said or didn’t say?” Greta Van Susteren asked Clark on her show Oct. 11, the subpoena relates.
“No, I’m not Rita’s source on anything,” he replies. “In fact, I didn’t’ even know she was writing a book until the book came out.”
Cosby claims she had two sources, including a 25 year veteran of the FBI and another investigator, who appear to match Clark and Wilma.
Sources who have frequented popular internet blogs tell The Bald Truth –and their blog records reveal –that one investigator for Arthur allegedly orchestrated a smear campaign against Stern, using various aliases online to spread misinformation and whip up a frenzy of hatred and suspicion against Stern, inspiring anti-Stern bloggers even anti-semitism–after Arthur’s Houston lawyer called him a murderer on national television.
We have also obtained IP addresses and various names bloggers used to attack Stern, Birkhead, Broward Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper, who ruled Smith’s death an accidental overdose, and others who don’t cotton to foul play theories that have yet to pan out–an apparent posse of digital desperados out to create the illusion of wide grassroots support for Arthur and a distrust of Stern and anyone close to him, even posting the home address of his parents.
Emboldened, internet watchdogs who have analyzed traffic for many months on websites like TMZ tell us that anti-Stern bloggers apparently besotted from guzzling gallons of Texas koolaid went so far as to swarm Bahamas officials with threats of a mass U.S. travel boycott unless there was “justice for Daniel” (and an inquest that has so far fallen short of any evidence of foul play to reveal a depressed young man, Daniel Smith, 20, who apparenlty accidentally overdosed on a toxic mix of methadone and anti depressants). Records show that bloggers also were told to contact law enforcement with their suspicions, talk show hosts, even former Gov. Jerry Brown, who as attorney general of California, oversees the state medical board and its bureau of narcotics.
According to the subpoena and court filings, Stern believes this was hardly an accident, but an organized effort to railroad an innocent man in an attempt to give Arthur not only custody of baby Dannielynn, but control over what could be a half billion dollar inheritance from any settlement of the Marshal case.
Clark’s subpoena lays out a cast of characters stretching from California to Texas to South Carolina, the Bahamas and beyond, and asks the FBI veteran and counter-terror expert to produce “all documents, including e mails, concerning any conversation, communication or correspondence between you and Rita Cosby, Hachette (her publisher), Bruce Littlefield (co-author/ghost writer), Wilma Vicedomine, John O’Quinn, Virgie Arthur, the media (including bloggers), law enforcement, government entitites, regulatory agencies and dozens of others.
In the end, winning any libel case will come down to convincing a jury this was hardly a perfect storm, but an organized effort to destroy the man Anna Nicole Smith said in interviews she trusted more than anyone in the world, trash the biological father of her daughter and pave the way for others to stake a claim to her fame and fortune.

Clark has already been caught in many lies. His former and fellow gov’t co workers have seen this first hand. Will Don Clark speak truthfully in a sworn depo for court? Or will he demean himself further to save O’Quinn with the temptation of deep pockets offering him a new life?
I truly hope Don Clark answers truthfully, it would be nice if he redeemed himself and told all. One can be easily forgiven for being misguided by the power of money if they do the right thing.

Oh this was definitely a concentrated smear campaign on the side of VA to try anything and any means of getting HKS arrested or charged with anything they could think of. VA was the first to bring up the idea that HKS held something over LB because he would not go along with her teams idea of lynching HKS without a trial.It sure seems funny that Clark who was investigating o’quinn for wrong doing and found for him a little while later is employed by o’quinn.Makes one think I would hope at any rate.From the sounds of it DO was right in the thick of it along with all the rest.I sure was glad to hear some IP addresses were and names were produced. People have to realize they can be found out,they think becuase it is an opinion board they can say anything they want up to and including death threats or threats of bodily harm.Some in the media actually incourage this type of behavior.I have to hope that any jury will keep in mind why this smear campaign went on and just who was behind it when they deliberate and find for HKS as they should.

I’m glad the IP’s of the bloggers were obtained and hope that Howard gets every last one of them. They need to pay for the horrendous harm they have also done to him.

I just find it very hard to believe that Don Clark did not know Rita was writing a book until it came out. I mean, if he was hired by VA, and VA was friends with Rita, (as VA was a sourse for Rita) how in the world could he have not known? None of those people know how to keep their mouths shut. There were several posters on Crimelibrary that called Howard a murder. I felt some of them were paid as they had the same message over and over. One poster said she had 10 nics and had written e-mails regarding the request for the inquest.

Huge conflict of interest if Lacrosby,as they in court will ask her what her relationship is with Clark and this organization, and her reasons for being so giving. MY bet is that he told her instead of his fee for this wonderful tidbit of information that he was about to spew, he might have asked her to donate this blood money to this charity to look good in the courts.”see how wonderful I am for graciously donating to this needy cause” Clarke probably thinks he is an untouchable,maybe he has other people on the board that he wants to ask favors of no one knows till they ask… however this case will touch each player in it and no one will get out unscathed.

This article is very interesting. I figured that there was a lot of foul play but I didn’t realize that it was so wide spread, even to hiring bloggers to badmouth Stern, the poor guy. I just thought that these people that thought Howard was the devil reincarnated weren’t probably as smart as we on this site are. It will be very interesting to read the deposition that was taken today of Don Clark. I’ve wondered, from the beginning, if Vilma Vicedomine is just a girlfriend of Don Clark who travelled with him to the Bahamas just like Tom Brosnick was Rita Cosby’s boyfriend and travelled with her to the Bahamas. Who knows, maybe both of them were pretending to be someone they weren’t. I’m really glad that we have this site to come and get all the latest information on this case that may never end. Seriously not shocked at the report from TMZ comment section. Since there are posters from the various forums developed on various websites, who take the name of posters and go there and use those names to with the soul intention to trash others. It is not like those comment posters are ever verified or an IP address is ever checked first before allowing them access.
When we the general pubid have to depend on TMZ, National Inquirer or Geraldo for new source, we as the publid are duped as we are believing others imiganations. That is like shame on them and shame on us to being gullable.

These people are doing everything in their powers to take Howard down spreading lies all over the internet is a sick thing to do to a person ” these people are making their self look bad and to put Howard’s parents address on the internet “Hell” they really have lost their minds. What makes Virge think she can be in charge of Anna’s afairs any way, She have not had anything to do with Anna or Daniel for the last 12 years. This women can’t even handle her own business, I see why Anna and Daniel stayed far away from her. These people are sad”. The tables are starting to turn on them and I hope Howard prevail.

it seems that once again that lin wood is leaving no stone unturned. looks like don clark is going to be a busy boy getting all of this information together for his deposition. do you think we should take time to wish him a merry christmas? i have my doubts that he will have one after lin wood gets through with him. don’t you? isn’t it possible that don clark’s deposition wiil give them (HKS & LW) the information that they need to force wilma into giving a deposition? did don clark’s deposition take place and when can we expect you to post it? can’t wait to see what clark comes up with.

1. HK$ was Annas lawyer, he should have drafted a new will the day that Dannielynn was born!
2. When Daniel died he should have INSISTED that ANNA change her will IMMEDIATELY!! {any lawyer worth his “salt” would have done this!!!}
3. DID DANIEL LEAVE A WILL?????????????
4. IF {and it is a BIG “IF” ANS EVER receives money from the J Howard Marshall II estate [in this century] then could you please list in order those who will be eligible to gain from the millions??????……here are my thoughts… HK$ has filed to make sure that he receives 6%…due to the lack of “Wills” he could dispute that Dannielynn should be the beneficiary…if he wins then he will get more of the “hypothetical” money…..I CERTAINLY WON’T BE HIRING HIM AS MY LAWYER DURING THIS CENTURY!
5. “IF” after years and years of court procedings Dannielynn is acknowledged to be the “SOLE BENEFICIARY” then the logical order of progression “should she “die” then next in line should be Larry Birkhead {if he should die WITH A WILL then this should be the end of it!}

Reposting this with explanation: in order to obtain IP’s the court ruled that the SUER must meet the standard for summary judgement - have a prima faci case of libel - that is they have to prove it up front and furthermore posters (which is what WE are) are considered to be making statements that “were no more than unfounded and unconvincing opinion.”. Context is part of a libel case. This is an entertainment blog. Now they can file a frivolous suit no doubt about it. However to obtain our IP’s legally they would have to convince a judge that they have a case of libel that they can prove without a shadow of a doubt. Further it is assumed upfront that postings on a blog by posters (not the blog itself) are just opinion.

Smyrna, Del. town councilman Patrick Cahill and his wife are suing the posters and the newspaper for libel over the posted comments.
The court held that in order to obtain the identities, Cahill had to meet the standard applied for summary judgment, and had to present sufficient evidence to establish a prima facie case for each essential element of libel. It then ruled that the plaintiffs had not met the burden in this case, and thus reversed the lower court’s ruling. After a discussion of the nature and reliability of blog postings, the court also dismissed the libel claims, since the statements “were no more than unfounded and unconvincing opinion.”

I’m not sure if Clark is technically a source if Cosby’s book is full of lies with no basis, seeing as you don’t need a “source” for lies since anyone with a creative mind could make them up. Either way, I don’t believe a word that Clark says about not being involved with Rita’s book. And as far as Virgie launching a smear campaign and hiring bloggers, that is one of the least surprising developments I have heard throughout this whole saga. It is so easy to pick out “bloggers with an agenda”, as soon as people start making posts defending Virgie that is certainly suspicious enough to raise some eyebrows.

I believe 2008 is going to be the year that things are revealed about who was doing who in order to get Howard. Things are already looking up and will continue. It might seem at times that wrong wins, but in the end, it doesn’t. Right will always prevail, no matter how long it takes. Howard is and will continue to be guided by the angels that God has sent to protect him. The finale of this saga is coming, the truth will be known, and Anna can rest because Howard will be able to move forward.

I don’t read that ANYONE intends to sue bloggers, just the ones that have advocated violence or harassment will have the numeric IP’s turned over for that to the right “officials”. I can’t imagine that any of us have enough money to file a lawsuit against… however; the inciting hate is becoming a crime in almost every state even on the internet.
Dunno how it went from getting the IP’s to use to show in an existing suit that there maybe paid bloggers by one of the people in the lawsuit, is even trying to reach a point of suing the bloggers themselves. Only to prove that it was “targeted, thought out, incited hate, and perhaps even paid for” by one of the sides all ready part of litigation.
I think anyone can turn over emails (I. E. Dr. Perper, Art, etc.) that cross the line and not have any intention of suing for libel or slander. That is not how I am reading Mr. Harris’ article but I could be wrong.
Now there is a pending federal suit now in Connecticut where the bloggers did incite hate and actual harm to 2 law students that I think we are all going to watch carefully and with the new laws (federal and state) of bloggers can be considered harassing, stalking, threatening etc. just like phone calls can be.

Dear Art,
My next door neighbor served two tours in Iraq.
He runs 10 miles everyday, just in case he’s called back.
He’s ready, willing and able…

Another neighbor of mine came back a couple of months ago, his daughter was my daughter’s friend, and those girls tied yellow ribbons on every tree for about a mile…took them all day.
That little girl hadn’t seen her Daddy for more than a year!
He trained Afghan soldiers, and also served in Iraq…

Even though people are mere mortals who make mistakes and can have a lapse in judgment, it is beyond sad to have a former FBI person involved with pigs in a pig sty. I really, REALLY hope that his part investigating O’Quinn while O’Quinn was being investigated gets REOPENED. Yes, let it be reopened just like he wanted Anna’s case to be reopened in his, Virgie’s and O’Quinn’s desperate attempt to bring his boss more fame and fortune.
By the way, how did the firm’s employees fare at O’Quinn’s Christmas party cash prize?

I could never figure out why the haters refused to accept common sense. Anna and Howard where only two weeks away from getting legally married; seemingly if you wanted to kill someone off for their money you would wait until AFTER you are legally married. Not only that, you would have given your new wife the chance to rewrite her will; because one would assume that as Anna’s long time best friend, lawyer, and named executor of her will Howard would have known that not only was he not named as a beneficiary in her will, he would have known that, as her husband, he was actually written OUT of her will.
I could never understand why people seemed to be ignoring Anna Nicole herself.
It would be one thing if it was just Howard K. Stern who was going around saying that they loved each other. But it was Anna Nicole to. It was Anna who accepted Howard’s proposal of marrige, it was Anna who named Howard her son’s legal guardian, It was Anna who bought TWO DOUBLE plots in the Bahamas. It was Anna who said,”He [HKS] is the nicest sweetest person I ever meet in my life other than my husband [JHM]. It’s as if he sent Howard to me.” And it was Anna who said, “Why are they [The Haters-thats you!] trying to take him away from me? Why, why, why - they want me to be alone.”
I could never figure out how people supported Vergie Arthur at all; but especially after she not only tried to stop her daughter’s funeral. twice. (even the nastiest Howard hating talking head on TV had to concede that Anna wanted to be buried next to Daniel.) and then disrespect her at least one final time by stomping all over her grave, could still support Vergie Arthur.
And THEN it was time for the cherry on top! Vergie Arthur tried to KEEP Dannielynn with Howard K. Stern. For weeks and weeks this woman was going on about how horrible a person this Stern guy was and how they just HAD to get her grandbaby away from him. Then came the DNA test proving who her biofather really was and all was good with the world: Dannielynn would be going back home to The Sates with her real dad! But what happens right before Larry and Dannielynn are ready to go back home to CA.?! Mommy Dearest files an emergency petition that would have kept Dannielynn in the Bahamas…with Howard…for at least another month. wtf?! And you people STILL supported her. wtf?!
And now I pretty much know why.
You assholes never gave a shit about Anna Nicole Smith, Dannielynn, Howard K. Stern, or Larry Birkhead at all. You where shills!

But, then again, there are those who are so adept at lying that nothing fazes them. I have even heard of some people who go to an inquest for the death of a relative with a smile on THEIR face and a ready wave of the hand directed at the masses of adoring fans.

According to Rose Speaks. Don Clark was hired by John O’Quinn during the time he was working for the FBI and was in charge of investigating O’Quinn with four other lawyers.
So far this is what I found:
Clark started working for O’Quinn in 2000.
“Texas tobacco fees: Cornyn’s battle. In December 1998 an arbitration panel awarded a stupendous $3.3 billion in legal fees to five law firms selected by former Texas Attorney General Dan Morales to represent the state in the tobacco-Medicaid litigation, which had ended in a $17 billion settlement. The Big Five firms, all high rollers in Lone Star State personal-injury litigation and all major Democratic Party donors, include Beaumont, Texas’s Provost & Umphrey (Walter Umphrey), Houston’s Williams & Bailey (John Eddie Williams), Harold Nix’s law firm in Daingerfield; Beaumont’s Reaud, Morgan & Quinn (Wayne Reaud); and John O’Quinn’s firm in Houston.
Mr. Morales’s Republican successor as Texas Attorney General, former Texas Supreme Court Justice John Cornyn, ran for office in part on a pledge to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fees, and his probe soon led to some eye-opening revelations (see May 22). A Houston lawyer named Marc Murr, who’d earlier worked at the same law firm with Morales, had stepped forward after the settlement to claim a $520 million (later $260 million) share of the proceeds, a mystifying claim since participants could not remember Murr doing work on the case or being considered part of the state’s team. Murr pointed to a hitherto unsuspected contract with Morales entitling him to a piece of the action, but Cornyn hired forensic experts who concluded that the contract had been doctored and backdated. Rather than be put under oath about the matter, Murr withdrew his claim to the fees; a U.S. attorney’s office has the matter under investigation.
As for the circumstances by which the Big Five came by their fees, Cornyn’s investigation has met with a stone wall of resistance and non-cooperation from Umphrey, Williams, Nix, Reaud and O’Quinn. In particular, he would like to investigate what the Houston Chronicle describes as “longtime allegations that [Morales] solicited large sums of money from lawyers he considered hiring” for the suit. Two years ago famed Houston attorney Joe Jamail, who wasn’t among those picked to represent the state, “said Morales solicited $1 million from each of several lawyers he considered hiring”, in addition to the $2 million that each of the five agreed to front to finance the case. “The money, according to memos prepared by Jamail, purportedly was for a fund to help Morales defend himself against political or public relations attacks from cigarette companies during the litigation.” Last year in sworn testimony Dawn Nelson, ex-wife of Big Five lawyer John Eddie Williams, said “Williams had told her that Morales wanted $1 million from one or more of the lawyers that were hired for the tobacco case,” the Chronicle reported.
In an interview last November cited in the same Chronicle reportage, Morales said that the purpose of the money might have been misunderstood and that he didn’t intend it to be used for his personal or political benefit. In May, the Five filed statements in court saying they had not paid any consideration for the chance to participate in the litigation. But they’ve consistently refused to go under oath to answer Cornyn’s questions, and skillful legal maneuvering on their behalf has kept at bay that alarming prospect — first by their successful removal of his legal action away from state court and into the hands of the same federal judge in Texarkana whom they initially selected to hear the Medicaid-recoupment case (see “Best little forum-shopping in Texas”, Aug. 27, 1999), and now with their obtaining of a ruling by that judge last month that Cornyn has no independent right to question the lawyers except under such terms as he, the judge, may see fit to approve in future (Cornyn plans an appeal of that ruling to the Fifth Circuit). The Five have also sought a gag order to prevent the press or anyone else from getting a look at documents generated by the investigation, notwithstanding the usual publicly proclaimed stand of organized trial lawyers that “protective orders” of that sort are an affront to the public’s right to know and serve only to shroud wrongdoing in secrecy. And, like other lawyers who have represented the states in the tobacco recoupment litigation, they have argued that the fees are not an appropriate subject for review by representatives of the taxpayers because they are formally structured so as to be paid directly by the cigarette companies, rather than be routed through the state as part of its payment as is customary.
The Big Five also claimed $40 million in reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses (as distinct from legal fees) but at the end of May they returned $6.9 million of this money, saying the earlier sum had been overstated. “Their misrepresentation of expenses just raises more questions and strongly reinforces the need to determine what happened in the tobacco case,” Cornyn said. “After 18 months of assuring the people of Texas that their expenses were justified in every way … [they] are now returning millions of dollars with no satisfactory explanation as to why.” Michael Tigar, attorney for the Five, said the earlier sum had been a good-faith estimate and that deviations from such estimates are common.”

I just read, on another site, that the deposition that was to be given to Don Clark didn’t take place and that both depositions for he and vilma Vicedone are dismissed without prejudice and, therefore, may be brought up again at another time. Does anyone know why this happened?

As I understand it, a Texas court was allowing Lin Wood one hour to depose Wilma, and there’s far more than one hour’s worth of alleged shenanigans to learn here, my sources tell me. So why bother…in Texas?
Now that it’s been established she’s an agent/employee of Virgie Arthur’s law firm and works directly with Clark, there’s no need to go after her on jurisdictional grounds, ie that there are common ties to Texas.
Better to wait and depo her in Florida or New York, in connection with Rita Cosby’s book, the libel case and the alleged misinformation they shoveled her way that she is accused of failing to not only check, but publishing knowing it was false.
In Stern’s amended complaint, dated Nov. 9, and filed in Florida, attorney Lin Wood says JOQ and his agents worked on the “libelous” book as part of a plan to publically discredit Stern and ruin his reputation.”
At least “one investigator was working as an agent or employee of (JOQ),” according to the motion, as “the alleged source of false accusations about Stern (that were) published in the book, Blonde Ambition.” Of course, Cosby has named Vicedomine and Clark as sources.
As for Clark’s depo, it was postponed because attorneys had a conflict in schedules, and despite what side they are on, do show each other personal courtesies from time to time.
I believe the site you are also referring to has or is about to declare itself a propaganda site for Arthur and her quest for custody and control of Dannielynn’s estate.
If you look at the markings on Vicedomine’s motion they recently posted, you will see they got it directly from the Texas law firm, NOT independently from the court filings as we do.
Just a cautionary note to be careful where you get your info, and the agendas attached. Our sources tell us — and documents reveal — all those roads lead to Wilma. — Art

I have always counted on the truth coming to light. I too am a grandmother who has a very close relationship with my children and all of my grandchildren. We talk all of the time and enjoy simple love. I respect Anna’s wishes because she obviously did not have the mother daughter relationship that was condusive to the closeness I have with my own children. Being a grandmother or parent does not automatically make you the best person for taking care of an innocent baby. Virgie needs to back off and realize she has only herself to blame for not mending the relationship with her daughter and grandson many years ago. Sometimes there is no way to mend what has happened and I suspect that is the case with Anna, Daniel, and Virgie. I have felt all along that Dannielynn should have been with Howard just as Anna wanted. She was looking out for the best interest for her little girl. I know it was hard for him to give her up to Larry and I am very happy that is being rewarded with having an ongoing relationship with this little angel. Poor Howard has suffered an evil tidal wave from people who wanted to get him out of the picture of being able to protect Dannielynn. It has been a very hard time to live through and it could happen to anyone at any time if you get the right people determined to ruin you. I know that anyone this happened to would fight back for their honor. I am in Howard’s corner, just as I was in Anna Nicole’s when she went through the birth of a new baby and the loss of her son. She loved Howard as he loved her. He was good for her. I wish she would have lived longer and been able to experience the happiness she would have found growing stronger as time helped to heal her wounds. That was not to be so my prayers are with Howard, Dannilynn, and Larry. I pray that Larry, too, will honor Anna’s wishes where her mother was concerned….she made no bones about how she felt about that woman ever having anything to do with Dannilynn.

the only one who truly loved Anna? Was Howard the only one who cared one way or another about her wishes? She wanted Daniel and Dannielynn left in Howard’s care and she made that very important decision for a reason. She did not want Dannielynn anywhere near Larry or Virgie and she made that very important decision for reasons that we all now understand. Anna had total faith in Howard and we can clearly see why.

I have come to the conclusion that it is time for me to express some outrage on your site concerning some of my experiences that have occurred at the TMZ site with some of your regulars.
First, I am one blogger on the TMZ site that is completely convinced that Howard K. Stern did indeed murder Anna Nicole and I presume that he killed Daniel. When Dr. Eroshevitch first expressed concern that Howard K. Stern was suicidal I decided that I really needed to know if Howard K. Stern was a murderer or not. I quit calling Howard K. Stern a murderer and began to call him and “enabler that caused the deaths of two people.” I based that comment on Judge Siedlin’s remarks that Howard K. Stern was “at the very least an enabler!” I ignored all gossip and proceeded to analyze information that was available. After a great deal of research I came to the conclusion that Howard K. Stern did indeed murder Anna Nicole and I presume that he murdered Daniel. I have shared this information with the proper authorities and some people that I trust.

I reported this to the FBI immediately! Other bloggers, with the same mind set as myself started having private information about themselves posted on TMZ. It was not until I had finally convinced the people that blog on TMZ that also blog on your site that I had indeed reported this to the FBI. I have been told one of these law breakers sent the personal information to Mr. Lin Wood and presumable to you (as this is what has been reported on TMZ by the hooligans.)
Now, Mr. Art Harris, I recognize that you are a Stern supported and I believe that is your prerogative and I hope that you respect my right to believe and voice my opinion otherwise. I have made some inquires and I believe that I have a right to voice my opinion and that no one has the right to prevent me from doing so. I believe that some major laws have been broken here.
I am very angry Mr. Art Harris and I am two seconds from plastering lawsuits from one side of this great nation of ours to the Bahamas. I would appreciate it if you have any information that pertains to me that you guard this information and send me an e-mail of any illegal transaction that may have transpired between you and any TMZ blogger and Mr. Lin Wood.

With all due respect, your note is perhaps the whackiest, most paranoid epistle I’ve yet to read on the internet.
I’m not surprised, though, since you sound truly disturbed — brainwashed by the company you keep? Suggest you ask Wilma about the IP addresses attached to the so called threats you say you’ve reported to the FBI. Doesn’t matter how many bizarre and anonymous names they use to create the laughable impression you allege, it doesn’t erase the fact several came from the same computer, sources tell me.
As I recall, the New York federal judge issued a motion for speedy discovery because he was concerned that Rita Cosby might have allegedly been trying to influence witnesses when she flew to the Bahamas to pay the nannies for an affadavit to back up the gay sex tape story she got second hand from Virgie’s so-called investigators. The only bonafide threats I hear made recently were directed towards a witness under federal subpoena made by your friends on your favorite website.
If the bureau even took your call, or you made it, neither of which I believe, they will soon learn how truly nuts and desperate some people in this saga have become, or made each other. No wonder you believe what you believe.
Doesn’t Wilma realize the FBI is smart enough to quickly learn the same people you claim were threatened just may turn out to be the very folks who are making the threats? Shame. At least that’s what some people say who have tracked the messages you mention to identical IPs.
Even your favorite website has grown suspicious, as you will soon find out, and are well aware that you are using their web space to play ridiculous games, causing true harm to innocent people, often lapsing into anti-semitism and hate, and they are tired of it and don’t want to be held liable for shenanigans or bigotry. My, oh, my, what will the judge say when he hears about this one?
You know the story about the boy who cried wolf? Suggest you and your friends reread it. Some might suggest it’s time to rename it, The Biddies Who Cried Wolf. Also, you may recall the story of the cop who found a bomb on a bus at the LA Olympics in, I believe, ‘84.

I’m sure Don, Wilma’s boss, is very familiar with that sort of sick, sad, criminal behaviour. Usually a cry for help. These kinds of people are easy to manipulate, but some have the same personality traits I’ve written about that Al Queda looks for when it recruits suicide bombers.
Don must understand what can happen if you push them too far, create an enemy in the mind they feel they must act on. After all, he was an expert in terrorism before he retired from the FBI, well-versed in the tactics of madmen and women before he left the bureau to work for Virgie’s lawyer…
Like Richard Jewel in Atlanta, the late Olympic security guard who was exonerated as a suspect in the 1996 deadly park bombing I covered for CNN, those closest to the explosion have to be ruled out as suspects when such crimes are investigated.
I might suggest that you, my dear Divine Mrs. M, may be standing a bit close to your friends at ground zero. So, I beg you, for your own good, take a stiff drink — maybe Wilma will pour you a glass of wine. (From all the empty bottles someone found in her trash, I’m told she has fine collection of very reasonably priced varietals.)
Or you might consider yoga, deep breathing, to calm your mind, before your friends make you truly crazy. I’m so relieved you got to see another Christmas.

I was not even aware of this story very much, except to feel tremendous sorrow for Anna Nicole that had lost her child days after Danielynn was born.

TMZ allows some interesting posts! Reading those horrendous comments used to leave me upset and hyper for quite some time. It is beyond belief that greed can push people this far.
If indeed there is hell, I hope they have the best accommodations reserved for Virgie and her troops. If she and Anna did not get along, I can understand their bickering in private or among their associates. But for Virgie to make it public for the amusement or disdain of millions of strangers is unbelievable.

I am so glad Mrs. Marple finally exposed herself to the message boards for the nut she is. When she wrote all that crazy stuff on that one board of nutz, she always got a standing ovation. When I asked her for all the info that she stated she had about Howard, she got me banned from the crazy message board. One person on that board said they had 10 nics they had been writing officials in the Bahs. I guess the Howard Haters must have gone to another board after that one closed.
Bravo, Art for telling her off. She was the head honcho of the hat Howard board.
